Monaco Pizza + Kebab in München

Pizza took 2 and a half hours to come, and it tasted weird. Order some place else if you can...

Wow.. Worst experience in a long long time. Food took 1 hour 10 minutes to arrive, despite Lieferando app telling us 23 minutes. There's no delivery tracking, nobody called us, Lieferando told us "arrives soon" for 20+ minutes. When we called (after 1hr 6min), to ask for the whereabouts of our food, a woman answered and was quite polite. That's why 'Service' gets 2 stars. The Pizzas were disgusting. None of us finished their pizza, and everyone was feeling bad afterwards. Quite close to actually throwing up. I had a pizza with 'cheese crust', but there was no cheese in the crust, just dough. We also ordered additional garlic sauce and chili sauce on top, but none of the pizzas actually had any. And neither pizza was home made, they all looked like frozen pizza heated up (in a wrong way, smelling a bit like burnt plastic). The spring rolls were OK, but I only later realized it was 6€ for 8 small pieces (also just frozen stuff deep-fried), definitely not worth the money. I sincerely can NOT understand how anyone could give anywhere close to 5 stars. Nothing came anywhere close. So either we caught them on a really bad day, or those other ratings are straightaway fake. Check out my other reviews, they're almost all positive, but this here comes easy. Also, we could not submit any review via Lieferando (except a 'can you recommend?' 'yes/no'). That's why I went out of my way to comment here, and that's one more strike, one more indicator that this is closer to fraud than to a food delivery service. I'll walk by and grad a Döner/Dürüm Kebap sometime in the coming weeks, any I will extend this here review. But until then. be warned.

Wait an hour and a half for my food. I call to ask how things are going and I just get hung up on. Can't recommend this at all very very poor customer service and delivery service And the delivery person even wakes up my newborns, even though it was expressly stated that they shouldn't ring the bell, pushes the food into my arms and skin with a very unfriendly face without saying a word To say that I can't recommend the store would be a major understatement

I think it's really rude to hang up on someone. We've ordered there many times but today was the last time. Baby is woken up even though it says extra. Please don't ring the bell, just call. We don't recommend it!! (Deliverer rude, person on the phone rude & order arrives way too late)

I ordered food at midnight and it still hasn't arrived, it's 1:45 a.m

The pizza was ice cold and hard when it arrived. A cheese crust was ordered but everything other than that was delivered. No cheese on the pizza and the tomato sauce tasted nothing like that.

Tasted ok but really tiny kebab for €6.90. Under new management it was much better for a while and was real competition for the area, but unfortunately not anymore after a short time.

Food was cold and burnt other than that we ordered at 1:30 and was told it would arrive at around 2 o'clock. In the end, after several phone calls, we received the two cold and burnt pizzas at 3:15 a.m. because the driver was apparently in a traffic stop for over an hour. There was no apology or offer of a discount afterward. Very bad service!

If you forget the drink, it's not that bad. But if you then say “I’ll bring it over later,” then that’s what you expect. Unfortunately, nothing can. Not even a phone call.

Super fresh food, the drivers are always friendly. The food is fresh especially the salad is washed and very fresh. Would be happy to order again

Worst service I've ever had!!! I ordered a kebab plate and a coke, then they come an hour late and then the coke is missing and then they say, "I'll get the coke with the next order". Pure rip off. Food was also still cold. That was my last order from this store.

Don't order or buy from there, you'll get food poisoning and money will be spend to the wind. I didn't even eat normally, because of some bite I got food poisoning, the rest to the trush unfortunately.I ordered Doner Menü (Döner, Pommes and soft drink) plus extra sweet Pommes. Instead of drink I got empty pizza box, sweet potato smells really bad as expired and used a lot of time oil and looks and teste like smashed potatoes not crispy at all, the other Pommes was also soft tasteless, Döner bread burned and tasteless black things maybe that was a Döner bread -_- I liked just service which was quick, but rest upset me and my health

Food arrived after twice the promised delivery time, was cold and was by far the worst food delivery in Munich. Pizza had way too much cheese on it and there was burnt meat in the kebab.

Impossible!!! We ordered a normal pizza. The Lieferando app said that the same thing would be delivered within an hour. The pizza still wasn't there after 2 hours and a complaint over the phone. We were not informed that there would be problems with the delivery and no one apologized to us.

The pizza arrived 28 minutes late! Additionally, there was paper on the pizza!

The delivery is very fast and the delivery person is always friendly. I usually order pizza and it tastes great

I ordered food and nothing arrived. Called several times but no one picked up. Save yourself the stress and order somewhere else!

The service was very nice and the delivery came within the specified time frame. The food was ok - I would classify it as classic fast food. The pizza had good toppings, but was quite hard. The potato wedges with minced meat were good, although very greasy.

Don't throw in advertising where no advertising comes in.

Unfortunately we waited for almost 2 hours without eating, we called twice and were always told yes it would be there in 10 minutes. Not recommended, and eating it also tastes very disgusting

Super friendly and flexible with special requests. The pizza was also very tasty.

Lieferando says it would still be open at 2:25 a.m. and I ordered. An hour later I see on the Lieferando website that it is closed and my order still hasn't arrived.

Essen schmeckt hervorragend, vorallem die Pizzen. Die Jungs haben den Laden erst vor kurzem übernommen und leisten auf jeden Fall eine bessere Arbeit als die Vorgänger! Klare Empfehlung.

Update 08/23: Nach Renovierung und Wechsel der Betreiber leicht geändertes Konzept. Neben Pizza wird nun vor allem Döner & Co. angeboten. Wechselnde Mitarbeiter bedeuten hier nun auch schwankende Qualität. Folglich schmecken die Pizzen mal "geht so" und mal "hervorragend". Wegen dem Angebot: "2 Pizzen zur Abholung bestellen und nur 1 (die teuerste) zahlen" bleibt es bei meiner 4 Sterne Bewertung.

4 mal schon bestellt jedes mal hat alles geschmeckt schon gefuhlt alles ausprobiert dann auch noch mega service 👌👌

Wir haben grad eine Pizza bestellt.Die Aladin Pizza in 28 cm .Die Pizza war lecker und frisch aber leider eine abzocke da die Pizza keine 28 cm groß war sondern nur 26 cm ,und für den Preis 12,95 geht sowas gar nicht man sollte schon die Größe machen die man bestellt hat wir zahlten ja auch schließlich den Preis für die Pizza.

Ich habe das Wochenangebot mit Pizza(4 Zutaten nach Wahl), Salat und Getränke über Lieferando bestellt. Salat und Getränk kamen kühl und frisch an. Die Pizza war warm und hat gut geschmeckt! Der Lieferant kam pünktlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass er trotz später Uhrzeit sehr freundlich war! 5 Sterne!

Ich bestimmt seit 20 Jahre Kunde, aber seit einem Jahr muss ich oder kann ich nicht mehr als 2 Sterne geben. Ist für mich sogar nur mit 1 Auge zugedrückt, das sie 2 Sterne bekommen. Lieferzeiten, wird angegeben halbe Stunde warten mittlerweile 1,5 Stunden ohne das Bescheid gegeben wird . Unhöflich am Telefon , wenn man nachfragt wo sie bleibt und kalt kommt es auch an . Anders wiederum, ob jemand dann noch ans Telefon geht. Vor paar Kahren hätte ich euch 5 Sterne gegeben, aber das kann ich nicht mehr. Ausser es ändert sich ganz schnell bei euch was .. 😡

Nachtrag und Änderung: Habe jetzt über zwei Internetseiten versucht zu bestellen. Nichts tut sich. Mehrmals angerufen: Telefon klingelt durch. Erst beim Check über Lieferando kommt eine Info: "aktuell geschlossen", auch hier ohne nähere Ansage, was eigentlich los ist. -> So nicht.

Habe selbst abgeholt , kann deshalb zum Lieferservice nichts sagen. Kleiner Laden, alle nett. Pizza leider auf Tiefkühlniveau, auch wenn frisch gemacht. Leider etwas pappig. Wenns schnell gehen muss okay. Günstige Preise.

Ils prennent beaucoup trop de temps pour cuisiner des choses simples comme par exemple 40min pour des frites et un burger quils ont oublié de faire. De plus l'hygiène du personnel et du restaurant n'est pas du tout génial. La nourriture est ok

Came through with munch of the utmost pristine quality and thickness at 3am. Really stood up to my gluttonous standards.

Beim Studieren der Karte wird einem Angst und Bange - alles voller Zusatzstoffe, spricht also für billigste Qualität. Aber eigenartigerweise schmeckt mir die Pizza richtig gut. An das andere habe ich mich bislang nicht rangetraut!
