Mama Pizza Schwabing in München

This was by far one of the worst delivery service experiences I've ever had. Almost two hours of waiting, and in between, when I called to inquire, I only got contradictory answers like, "The driver is on his way," or later, "He's stuck in traffic." On a Sunday evening, for a journey of about ten minutes, these just sounded like chaotic excuses. When the food finally arrived, my soft drink was missing. So I had to call again, and the staff was completely overwhelmed once more. No clear answers, no plan, no professional communication whatsoever. At some point, I'd had enough of the whole ordeal and told them they could keep the drink. Honestly, I probably would have waited another eternity for it, and my time is too valuable for that. Overall, everything seemed disorganized, overloaded, and uncoordinated. Anyone who wants to run a delivery service should at least master the basics: on-time delivery, effective communication, and complete orders. None of that worked here.

We ordered food here for our lunch break. Nothing exciting, but nothing bad either.

I ordered food from here on Lieferando. The app did not update past the restaurant accepting my order, and after 2 hours I still did not have my food. I called once, and the person said the car was on it's way. I called twice and they could not help me. It turns out the order had been delivered to the hotel reception but they had not updated the app or notified me in any way, nor had they given the hotel staff a name for the order. It had been sitting there for an hour when I found it. Also the pizza was inconsistent in thickness of the base and it was un-sliced (and obviously, cold).

Delivery took over an hour, then rice was forgotten. The pizza tasted terrible. When I called, they were really unfriendly, as if it were no problem to eat a meal without a side dish. I was treated on the phone as if I were the problem. No solution was offered; instead, they simply said that they were too far away from me; they had simply forgotten the rice, but if they deliver it later, it will take time! I had to figure out how to get rice for my chicken, so I had to get rice from a local Asian restaurant.

The chicken skewers were still raw, the Coke was forgotten, and the food wasn't tasty either.

ONE egg for a whole family pizza (50cm)!!! I'm speechless

Great pizza 🍕 we like the Margherita the best! The shop is small and only for takeout. But the people are always super friendly and nice when I pick up the pizzas! The price/performance ratio is excellent!

I ordered a noodle with shrimp to take away, when I was at home I opened the box , I found rice.... The taste of the rice was burnt 🥵.. I needed to trash it... Goodbye my dinner and my 15 euro....

I ordered an hour ago and when I started eating I felt something metallic in my mouth after a while. It was a metal thread. Unbelievable, I've never experienced anything like that.

Really disgusting food. Pizza ingredients all under the cheese, meat tastes strange, prices aren't right. 2. Pizza is suddenly not available for free, with a 20% pick-up discount, 13 euros becomes 11.50...

Poor quality...not recommended!

Sehr gutes essen. Bei vor her anrufen ist das essen auch schnell fertig und abholbereit, man bekommt ein Rabatt bei Abholung oder man bestellt und bekommt es geleifer aber dazu kann ich nichts sagen da wir immer hingehen und es abholen. Die Mischung aus italienischen (pizza hauptsächlich) und asiatische essen passt perfekt zu uns. Mein Favorit sind die Pizzabrötchen. Da wir immer eine große Familie Bestellung machen kann ich nur sagen in einen Restaurant oder McDonald's kostet es mehr oder Mann wird nicht satt. Also Preis-Leistung ★★★★★

Always great food and pizza is also excellent

Very good food. If you call in advance, the food is ready and ready to be picked up quickly, you get a discount when you pick it up or you order and get it delivered to you, but I can't say anything about that because we always go there and pick it up. The mix of Italian (pizza mainly) and Asian food suits us perfectly. My favorite are the pizza rolls. Since we always order a large family, I can only say that it costs more to go to a restaurant or McDonald's or you won't get full. So value for money ★★★★★

Freundliches Personal, aber Pizza maximal durchschnittlich. Preislich verglichen mit der Qualität teuer. Aber es gibt gute Angebote, wie z.b. 2. Pizza gratis. Insgesamt hat die Qualität noch Luft nach oben.

Doesn't look like much and the pizza can be a bit pricy, but it's quite tasty and the delivery is quite reliable. Additionally they offer "buy one get one free" for all pizzas of you pick-up your order yourself

Immer wieder gerne! Meine Freundin und ich haben schon echt oft bei Mama pizza gegessen. Ich hatte da noch nie Probleme und das Essen war immer schnell da und sehr lecker!

Sehr gutes Essen und schneller Service. Aber Vorsicht.. Die Soßen sind viel zu winzig, das ist eine falle. Am besten nichts bestellen wozu man Soße braucht, wie z. B. Pizza Brötchen.

Bestellung, Wartezeit und Auswahl super. Essen guter Durchschnitt. Ich hol dir Sachen immer ab und nehme das 2 zu1 bzw 20% Rabattangebot mit.

Gute Pizzen. Fairer Preis, insbesondere 2 Pizzen zum Preis von einer für Selbstabholer (Stand:August 2017).

Empfehlung für Studenten. Viel Essbares für wenig Geld (Zahle 1, bekomme 2 bei Abholung). Die Qualität ist nicht gerade stabil. Viel verkehrt, wenn man richtig Hunger hat macht man jedoch nicht. Es ist sicher nicht die Beste Pizza der Stadt - mehr vergleichbar mit einem FastFood Restaurant - sieht man es nicht als Pizzeria, ist dieses Mama Pizza dennoch ganz okay. Zubereitungszeiten sind ca 15 Minuten, ich bestelle alle zwei Wochen dort

I ordered a pizza and they made me pay the full list price, even if it was lunch time (and there was a discount on pizzas according to the menu). When I complained, I got the difference back. Didn't get any receipt for the pizza, and the pizza itself was not good.
