People seem lost in a cloudy end of nothingness. The employees talk but the words are soulless and flat. They serve the meals they know are poor with no smile, only guilt. They know they are giving you harmful food that will make you unhealthy. They know. You know but the charade goes on.

Garbage, why is only one working during lunch. Slow service and old food. Why is Wiesbaden so bad? Treat the Soldiers better.

Egg, cheese, bacon on a croissant. It is very convenient for breakfast food items. With many more options to choose from. Excellent service!

Horrible customer service, workers have a huge attitude.

Frustrating using drive thru. They make you wait for them to not only take the order, but collect the money and then fill the order before they will even take the next vehicles order in the drive thru. Being a soldier, there are times we don't have a lot of time and will use drive thru, so we can get in and out. Drive thru should not be so slow. It does not matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have actually stopped using BK (unless there are no cars in drive thru) as it is just really super slow and most employees do not even offer a smile, hello, thank you or enjoy your meal. I asked why the drive thru is so slow? I was informed they are only allowed to take one order at a time and they cannot take the next order until the first order (placed, paid and food given) is completed. Yet you can go indoors and the one person at the register will take several orders back to back and another employee will be filling the orders.. Make it make sense.

I feel bad the staff are awesome but I think just don't get treated well. Food pre trash ngl 😬 but love the staff!!

Staff refuse to stock utensils for customers to grab them easily requiring you to ask them for one and, if you didn’t buy a pie or some other specific food they deem as a requirement for a certain utensil, they refuse to give you whatever utensil you ask them for. There is no other fast food establishment that does this that I know of and this is the only burgerking that does this. They will tell you that you either have to buy whatever food they tell you to buy to get a certain utensil or walk over 100 yards to the PX to get it instead.

It's just fast food. Service was fast but fast food no complaints

Hashbrowns and fries are typically fresh and warm. The problem is with every breakfast sandwich and burger. They are consistently lukewarm, whether dine in or take out. The warmers need to be turned up. Also, the syrup in the soda machines, dine or take out, is calibrated too low. The drinks at the PX aren't watered down. Both places should taste the same. Fix those 2 things, and it'll be back to 4.5 to 5 stars. 3.5? You guys can do better. We know you can. Good job with getting more employees. I am sure the few that have stuck it out there really appreciate it. Definite improvement.

My recent visit to the Burger King within Grafenwohr post left me profoundly disheartened. The lack of professionalism among the staff was glaring, and it significantly marred the overall dining experience. The employees exhibited a noticeable disinterest in their work, providing responses that were not only unprofessional but also bordered on rudeness. The sense of apathy extended beyond interpersonal interactions to the preparation of the food itself. The quality fell far below the standard one would associate with a global brand like Burger King. The haste in preparation was evident, leading to a disappointing and lackluster culinary experience. This visit has left me questioning the commitment of the staff and the management to uphold the reputation of the Burger King brand. It is my sincere hope that these issues are promptly addressed, as the current state of affairs does a disservice not only to the customers but also to the brand's legacy.

Is a nice play with the normal selection of Burger King classics. They never have the Oreo shake just the vanilla and strawberry. Good atmosphere good customer service, wheelchair accessible. They need to clean the entrance so with the snow people don’t fall.

Stay away unless you like being sick.

Hamburger and fries were lukewarm at best, we will not be back after repeated similar experiences, particularly since it cost $22 for two midsized whopper meals

Food is a hit or miss and so is the staff. Morning staff is better and nicer than evening.

Food came out fast and hot, they gave Me a military discount without the need for me to ask for it nor show ID. Food was fresh and the cashier was nice and friendly. Will definitely be going again. The place wasn't too busy and of course they got my order right. The only downside was the tables were kinda dirty. Of course my food is touching a wrap and on top of a tray but still. Although I chose a diryish booth over a clean table because I prefer the booths. 9/10 only because of the tables. The floor, bathrooms, and drink station were all very clean.

Average fast food restaurants, they often times run out of certain foods, expect to make adjustments when ordering.

Probably the cleanest BK I've seen. Old school military BK with a friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their jobs. Very consistent food, my Whopper Jr was perfect twice in a row, and they were put together identically. Ate inside, TV to enjoy a game and relax. A better than expected experience!

You know I was standing in line today behind some crazy lady and her son 5 minutes before breakfast meal was closing and she proceeded to get sassy with the BK front desk on her inconvience to show up to lack of eggs on the menu due to customers in front of her ordering large quantities of items till they are gone. I would suggest to come earlier to ensure items are stocked prior to meal switch which is at 1030. Otherwise you may behind a group of Soldiers making large take out orders as I observed today. They are doing their best in there.

Most Burger Kings you'll find in the U.S., except they run out of menu items throughout the day.

This Burger King has a great environment, located in a nice spot. It's an amazing spot to stop in.

They are always out of some ingredients, but the good is typical of Burger King.

10x besset als der Deutsche Burger King. Leider gleicht es einem Gefängniss Einbruch als normalsterblicher Deutscher dort essen gehen zu können, ebenso die Heimreise ähnelt einem Gefängnisausbruch, anders leidet keiner Chance für einen Deutschen diesen BK zu besuchen.

Best fast food on Graf. It’s clean, quick and there are hardly anyone here during the day. If you need a quiet place to eat lunch, BK Graf does the job.

You never get what you see on the menu, other than that, not bad.

Food is terrible but that’s what I expected. Fast and cheap and edible so 5 stars.
