Fries were good, at least the long ones, unfortunately too many of the small pieces were very hard. 3.10, - just for a bag of fries is a lot of money. Why does everything have to be in bags and cardboard bowls when I eat them at the table? Unfortunately the ketchup was as thin as water, that could be better!

Da ich viele Unverträglichkeiten habe, ist es schwierig für mich einkaufen zu gehen. Doch hier ist es für mich perfekt. Ich wurde sehr gut auch mit Hintergrund wissen beraten, somit konnte ich auch neue Lebensmittel kennenlernen. Einmal habe ich auch im Restaurant Mittag gegessen. War sehr lecker. Besonders die Atmosphäre dort ist einfach wunderbar angenehm, mir hat das Einkaufen sogar Spaß gemacht.

The food doesn't taste like "gourmet" and to be honest: not at all. All frozen products. Neither the food nor the fact that many people come in and out of the kitchen speak for this "snack bar". Everyone works there somehow and no one knows how many employees this place has. The prices also rise almost daily for this food(?). The service is friendly and that's why it gets a star.

Takeaway food for a picnic at the Wallgraben, that was super romantic. Both employees are particularly nice and friendly and respond to special requests! Large colorful salad with freshly prepared turkey pieces, incredibly tasty and plentiful! Doner plate too! Price-performance ratio is right! Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, our experience today was not a good one. The staff were extremely unfriendly and hardly spoke to us, even though we simply asked if we could order from the ladies and pay in cash. They just pointed to the ordering terminals while the ladies continued to hang around at the counter and pulled a face. The food (especially the fries) had been sitting in the warming chute for quite some time and tasted accordingly. We haven't had fries this bad in a long time. When we asked about it, we just got a shrug...the rest was unfortunately very uncaring and quite cold. It's a shame, we're not used to that.
