5 mini pizzas to go and a chicken soup. It was really strange that the first pizza in the box was still warm, but everything underneath was ice cold, as if it had been frozen. As a result, the taste was very disappointing because it didn't taste fresh at all. The soup was very oily and too salty, so I didn't tolerate it well.
The staff was very friendly and the waiting time for the food was pleasantly short. I would particularly like to highlight the super delicious food, especially the Lahmacun and the homemade Ayran, which were simply wow! Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. The ambience could be a little nicer, but overall it was a very successful visit. I'd love to come back!
The place is spacious and the location is excellent. The service is very great and the order is fast. There is no waiting. A wonderful restaurant. The food is very delicious. This is the third time I go to the same restaurant even though I live far from Mannheim.
A disastrously disorganized restaurant that seems to focus on maximum profit rather than quality. We went there with the family for breakfast during Eid al-Fitr. Outside, it was practically a construction site. The outer wall was made of plastic bags secured with some kind of ladder, perfectly fine and safe for small children. On top of that, the food was inedible, as they had to react quickly, thus focusing on quantity rather than quality, as they ultimately had to serve the masses. The man behind the counter said they had reserved for over 300 people and that they hadn't expected such a rush—a complete contradiction in terms. People complained about having to wait half an hour in line at the buffet.
Well-intentioned advice, your quality and offerings have declined over the years. Think about improving that.
