Food is very tasty, prices are really good. Authentic food (we have Turkish background). Definitely a recommendation. It's nice that such an original still exists and hopefully will continue to exist for a long time.
I was eating there with my partner and when the waitress asked us how the food was, we said the fries were hard.
This was simply accepted, there was no reaction, the service simply walked away. The absolute blast came when we wanted to pay and we were told that card payment was not possible! Then I said something and it was ignored again and they walked away.
Service not competent and rude!
Nowadays you can pay by card everywhere, which is completely incomprehensible to me!!!
My partner was then forced to go to the savings bank and I waited there, an absolute NO GO!!!!! And apart from that, it has to be written somewhere: Bar only!
Food was also underwhelming and not appropriate for the price!
And just for your information: I live on the street there and if it had been good, you would have liked to come back.
This way you can scare away customers!!!
Not recommended!!!
Absolutely recommended! This family-run hotel and restaurant completely surprised us. Rather inconspicuous from the outside, but as soon as you enter you can feel the attention to detail and hospitality. The food was simply first class - fresh ingredients, excellently prepared and tasted at the highest level. Everyone. The warm atmosphere and personal service make it
Stay unforgettable.
Never again! An absolute disgrace!
Our visit to Patilla in Bad Mergentheim was a disaster from start to finish. We were there with two small children - and what we experienced was just outrageous!
First we had to wait forever for our food. And that with simple children's meals like kebab box with fries and nuggets - what takes so long is still a mystery to us to this day. Completely disorganized!
The craziest thing: guests who came after us got their food even earlier than our children with their simple dishes. You're really at a loss for words.
Then came the “food”:
I had a kebab plate for €13 – okay, that’s it. But my husband had a “grill plate” for €18, and that was the joke of the day: three measly pieces of chicken, a mini leg of lamb (really MINI!) and a tiny roll of minced meat. For 18 euros! That wasn't a meal, that was a bad joke. Brazen to even sell something like that as a main course.
And then the absolute disgusting moment:
After two bites, my husband finds a thick black hair in the middle of the plate! We've completely lost our appetite. We immediately returned the plate – but what happened? NOTHING. No apology, no word, no compensation. Simply removed without comment.
The employee with the long, greasy hair urgently needed to wear a hairnet - something like that doesn't work! Food hygiene is zero.
Conclusion:
Rip-off, unhygienic, unfriendly, chaotic.
We will definitely never come back - and can only advise everyone to avoid this restaurant! I would like to give zero stars, unfortunately that's not possible!
It's the worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Doner kebab filled with salad and two pieces of meat. If I just wanted salad, I would go to the supermarket and buy it myself.
Attention to detail is on point here. A cozy atmosphere invites you to linger and enjoy the delicious food... A small drawback is the acoustics, as it can be a little loud when many people are talking at the same time... The staff is very friendly and attentive. The appetizers are so generous that you can easily fill the evening with a few combinations of appetizers.
The best kebab I've ever eaten! 🔥
I was at Paris Döner in Frankfurt and can only say: This is absolute number 1! From the first to the last second everything was perfect:
1️⃣ The meat: Incredibly juicy, tender and full of flavor. It's freshly grilled and has that perfect seasoning that you can't find anywhere else.
2️⃣ The bread: Fresh, fluffy and nice and crispy on the outside - the perfect foundation for this kebab.
3️⃣ The ingredients: Everything is super fresh, whether crispy salad or the delicious sauces. Every component is perfectly coordinated.
4️⃣ The service: Friendly, fast and professional – you just feel welcome!
I've eaten kebab in many cities, but Paris Döner sets new standards. Anyone in Frankfurt MUST come here. It's not just a meal, it's an experience.
For me a clear 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be back - and to anyone who hasn't been here yet, I say: you're missing out! 😍”
Good kebab, had Yufka with veal and a portion of fries. The Yufka was good, the fries were ok I would say, the staff were friendly. The ambience needs to be polished up again.
