Consistently strong cuisine (you always have to compare kebab shop with kebab shop and not with 2 star restaurants) super friendly staff… the ambience is rather uncomfortable, cold… simply functional

A good kebab, but quite expensive, and the service is terrible. The staff work in absolute slow motion, so a kebab easily takes 15 minutes to make, even though there are only three employees and hardly any customers.

Delicious kebab, especially the bread. It was absolutely delicious. It left a great taste in your mouth, and the consistency was also amazing. The bread definitely stands out. Unfortunately, I also have to say that the kebab wasn't that well-filled; you were still hungry afterward. The second problem was the ordering process; you didn't really have the option to say how you wanted your kebab. The price/performance ratio is okay, but it's also good. As I said, the bread makes up for it and saves the day.

We had something in our meal that definitely didn't belong there. I won't say anything more. When we asked for a new dish, it was refused. That's very bad.

"The place is very nice and everything you order is very good", only the service is a bit strange❗️ I don't know if he is the boss of the place❓", in which restaurant have you ever met a waiter who serves with chewing gum in his mouth❓ If you are curious go here", you will meet a waiter who chews gum but can chew gum like a woman, I recommend it.

At this restaurant, every crust is baked in a real stone oven, so everything is fresh and generously sized. The grill selection is also extensive. So, don't expect a true Italian pizza here, but with plenty of toppings, it tastes pretty good.

The food is good, but the staff is completely under-trained. There are sometimes four people running around, and yet none of them can get anything done. If you call and order, they tell you it'll take 15 minutes, and when you arrive, you wait another 15 minutes for your food! If you order on-site, you sometimes wait 15 to 20 minutes, regardless of whether it's busy or not! You think that's it? WRONG! The worst part is, people who ordered after me simply got their food earlier! This is absolutely disgusting! Never again! I've done this three times, and now I'll never again!

I've been going to Patila for years. For me, it's the best kebab here in Bad Mergentheim. Simply top-notch!

Awesome kebab! It tasted really good. The bread was very crispy. Definitely recommend it... if you miss out, it's your own fault!

The food was nice, it took around 30 mins to get the order ready. Prices are a bit above average we paid around 40€ for two persons two orders and two drinks

Unfortunately, the beef isn't layered—just a single block. But it's delicious. The chicken is layered. We have a wood-fired/stone oven.

Pizza ordered at 12:55 p.m., ready at 1:05 p.m. The Rustica pizza tasted great again. For the size and EUR 9.00 everything is fine.

Delicious pide from the wood oven, great price/performance ratio. Free salad with it, you pay €3-5 extra elsewhere.

Never again! An absolute disgrace! Our visit to Patilla in Bad Mergentheim was a disaster from start to finish. We were there with two small children - and what we experienced was just outrageous! First we had to wait forever for our food. And that with simple children's meals like kebab box with fries and nuggets - what takes so long is still a mystery to us to this day. Completely disorganized! The craziest thing: guests who came after us got their food even earlier than our children with their simple dishes. You're really at a loss for words. Then came the “food”: I had a kebab plate for €13 – okay, that’s it. But my husband had a “grill plate” for €18, and that was the joke of the day: three measly pieces of chicken, a mini leg of lamb (really MINI!) and a tiny roll of minced meat. For 18 euros! That wasn't a meal, that was a bad joke. Brazen to even sell something like that as a main course. And then the absolute disgusting moment: After two bites, my husband finds a thick black hair in the middle of the plate! We've completely lost our appetite. We immediately returned the plate – but what happened? NOTHING. No apology, no word, no compensation. Simply removed without comment. The employee with the long, greasy hair urgently needed to wear a hairnet - something like that doesn't work! Food hygiene is zero. Conclusion: Rip-off, unhygienic, unfriendly, chaotic. We will definitely never come back - and can only advise everyone to avoid this restaurant! I would like to give zero stars, unfortunately that's not possible!

The food was delicious, the service was great unfriendly, I had my lunch with them two days ago. In the middle of my meal I received an urgent call and had to go out briefly to deal with the phone call. After a few minutes I came in and the food was removed from the table and thrown away. No apology received and I paid for the entire meal.

Doner kebab is quite good but it only consists of red cabbage and kebab meat. The fries and potatoes were cold and still raw. I put them in the hot air fryer at home and it was good.

Food is some times very good and sometimes tastes bad . but u need to wait for ever … They are a way slower in comparison to other places .

Best kebab shop in Bad Mergentheim by far, every time all colleagues are satisfied too. The service is always nice, we get our food at the same time and I'd rather wait 5 minutes longer, but the quality is top no matter whether it's kebab, fries or pide 👌🏾. Keep it up 👍🏾

Went there for a short vacation, didn't expect much, but were proven wrong! Even wood-fired pizza and very nice and delicious too! Top!

Never again !!! At first everything seemed okay. Lahmacun was ordered twice and fries once... the boss translated what he had to do to the employee. We sat outside and waited... And waited... And waited... And we waited... at some point after a long time the lahmacun were placed on the table without comment, we thought the fries were still coming. The lahmacun were pretty cold and didn't even taste lower middle class. We refrained from asking for the fries again. Our female part went to the store to pay and was served a bill that was around €3-4 higher than the food consumed. The price was complained about with the words: “But we didn’t have any fries,” because it was assumed that the fries were included in the price. What comes next is the bottom drawer. The boss looks at his hips with his eyes and points his hand at my partner and said: “Never mind the fries, there’s enough in there anyway.” Is this “just” body shaming or is it offensive sexism due to the targeted looks or both??? No matter... we left the store shocked and in retrospect I'm grateful that we were so shocked, otherwise there would have been a real argument. We will never see this terrible shop and its disgusting operator again. P.S. One star for the view of the train station and my wife looks great, by the way.

Get down from your magic carpet prices, 8 € for a kebab 🤣, for me it was already 7 € for this type of fast food.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a kebab plate with rice at your restaurant. The food was tasty, there was plenty of meat and rice, and the salad was also okay. However, I noticed that the sauce on the salad was different than that on the meat, which I found to be a bit unusual. However, there was enough sauce, which contributed to my overall satisfaction. The ambience of the restaurant is attractive and modern. However, a small point of improvement would be to better organize the processes when returning the plates, as it seems that many guests do not know where to put the used plates. I noticed that the employees tried to do a good job, but there was still a lack of specialist knowledge. Nevertheless, the work is carried out diligently and conscientiously. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit to the store.

If you want to wait an hour? Sure, go in, the food is good, probably the best in MGH, but with the service, the waiting time and the way you are treated, that was the last time we ate/got food here! Change something! And no, that's not because any employee is sick, so far there have only been 3 of you and it has always taken over half an hour! Way too long. The service was also served in the wrong order. People who got there before us were still standing and people who came after us got their food way before us!!!

The meat was ok, the salad in the kebab was unprepared and the pepperoni partly had stems. Served carelessly on a plate that was too small. At this price you would expect more. Staff friendly

Ich war hier gestern zum ersten Mal und habe Geflügel Dönerfleisch mit Pommes und Majo gegessen, dazu gab es eine Flasche 0,33l Cola Zero. Sage und schreibe 16,50€ hat man mir dafür abgenommen. Das Fleisch war ölig, die Pommes schmeckten nach altem Fritierfett. Majo kam aus einer abgestandenen, fast leeren Flaschen. Genau 1,5 Stunden nach dem Essen bekam ich schlimmen Durchfall. Nie wieder. Ekelhaft.

The best kebab in all of Bad Mergentheim! The homemade bread and flatbread are freshly made, and the vegetables are also fresh and crunchy. The meat is super juicy and well seasoned. Quality is tip top! 👍🏽 If I get a kebab then only here

Adana Kebap was old and dry, and not the least bit spicy. People make fun of customers in Turkish under their noses, assuming that they wouldn't understand it. No thanks!

The staff were very nice, the food was sufficient and very tasty. I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately I have to deduct one star. For one thing, the tables are not cleaned immediately when guests have finished eating and leave. 3 tables were free and not cleaned afterwards. Guests who arrived 10 minutes later had to sit at dirty tables. On the other hand, the plates are cold, so the meat and side dishes are almost cold when the food is served at the table.

Pizza was good!! They have lot of varieties in the menu!!

Wir hatten einen Drehspießteller und einen Dürüm-Döner. Beides mit Hähnchenfleisch. Es werden zwei Fleischsorten angeboten. Der Teller war üppig belegt und das Fleisch sehr gut gewürzt. Der Dürüm war sehr gut gerollt und ebenfalls geschmacklich sehr gut.

Super leckeres Essen, sehr vielfältig. Geschmacklich der beste Döner der Stadt.

Brot war kalt und labbrig. Hat 30 Minuten für ein Döner gebraucht. Döner Fleisch war auch kalt. Ein Tag später dolle Bauchschmerzen. Einmal da nie wieder da! Nicht zu empfehlen.

Einwandfreies Lokal. Sehr saubere Toilette, Aufenthalts- und Küchenraum. Speisen sind sehr frisch und schmecken super, Der riesige rustikale Pizzaofen ist der Hammer! Personal ist freundlich und strahlen positive Ruhe aus ;) komme sehr gerne wieder!

Die Speisen sind eigentlich absolut lecker, jedoch wird leider nicht immer darauf geachtet das Fladenbrot auch richtig aufzuwärmen und so kann passieren das man einen sehr leckeren Döner bekommt, dieser aber alles nur nicht heiß, bzw. warm ist. Es hat sich etwas verbessert, alle Döner in der letzten Zeit waren deutlich wärmer daher jetzt 4 Sterne das der Geschmack spitze ist.

TK Grillteller was auch leider auch noch viel zu lange im Ofen war, letzter Besuch war besser. Für diese Qualität viel zu Teuer.

Naja nicht gut Yufka fühlt sich an wie rehgipswand und kalt war er auch Döner war Akzeptabel.

Also gegen den döner kann man wirklich nichts sagen, schmeckt sehr gut. Die Bestellung Aufnahme wirklich unterirdisch. Telefonisch zu bestellen wuerde ich möglichst abraten, bisher war jede Bestellung falsch oder wurde schon mehrmals vergessen. Selbst vor Ort wenn man eine Bestellung aufgibt und diese noch aufgeschrieben wird, waren die meistens nicht richtig, man hat keine Lust denen jedes Mal auf die hände gucken zu müssen. Schade drum, an sich haben wir dort sehr gerne gegessen.

Der Döner ist für meinen Geschmack echt lecker, als wir das letzte Mal waren habe ich ihn ganz frisch bekommen. 1A! Preis-Leistung passt !

Leckere türkische Küche, alles frisch gekocht. Änderung auch kein Problem. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Meine Familie und Freunde waren begeistert. Ich war innerhalb von 4 Wochen mehrfach dort essen.

Ordentliche türkische Küche. Sehr großes Angebot. Außer Döner auch Pizzen, Fleischgerichte, Lammvariationen und Vegetarisch. Normal erwartete Qualität zu normalen Preisen. Für den schnellen Mittagstisch zu empfehlen.

An sich ein interessanter Laden, da es nicht nur typische Gerichte einer Dönerbude gibt, sondern auch andere türkische Gerichte. Ich habe dort aber lediglich zweimal ein Döner gegessen und diese war vor allem durch die komisch Sauce, die wie Majo schmeckte, doch sehr schlecht. Seitdem gehe ich also auch nicht mehr hin... P.S. Am Dienstag gibts Döner für nur 3 Euro.

Finally in MGH you can eat almost a real pide and kebap. Please try Iskender kebap here and Lahmacun. It is worth to try. The food is very good, no alcoholic drinks.
