I visited this restaurant today and was very disappointed. The food wasn't clean and didn't make a good impression. The restaurant itself wasn't particularly well-maintained either. I really expected more. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Stay away from this place! Yes, the food is delicious—but the service is an insult to every customer. 40 minutes without drinks, without food, without any apology. And that's in a barely occupied restaurant! Anyone who goes here is not only wasting time, but also nerves.

We've been to this restaurant several times. We chose it because the food is halal. We tried the lamb and chicken shish kebabs, tripe soup, and döner kebab. The döner kebabs were quite tasty, but some of the meat in the lamb shish kebab had some toughness in it. The waiter was serving alone, so the service took a bit longer, and he seemed quite stressed due to the high volume. It was hot inside, so we asked them to turn on the air conditioning, but unfortunately, they didn't accommodate. Even though we went during the day, the interior felt dark and stuffy.

The waiters are extremely inexperienced and of poor quality. The food arrives without the fork, the fork arrives without the bread, and they are so indifferent, you'd think there was a lady at the cash register with a fresh face.

This is literally the best store to go to, especially during the night! Forget the food, eat the desserts - it's perfection: I recommend the Trilece. 24/7 open - I used to go there every day in my stay during Dortmund with my friends.

I ordered two pides with kusbasi and minced meat, but instead got a lahmacun and a pide with kusbasi that had such a meager topping that there wasn't even any salad or sauce. I was really shocked when I saw that at home. It's just not possible, I'd rather go to Antep.

It was always good and always complained. But today, unfortunately, it wasn't so good. I bought a doner kebab wrap, and the employee filled it with leftover meat. I couldn't eat it; it was like chewing gum.

Everything is great, it has an atmosphere that reminds me of Türkiye, the service and food are very good and affordable. ☺️

Yüksel is legendary. 10 years ago, after the disco, we always treated ourselves to lentil soup at Yüksel's.

I don't think it even deserves 1 star. We went to eat kunefe with my friends. The kunefe came cold. Also, the waiter who served us gave a sullen service. There was a service person who was disinterested and unrelated to his job. His average age was between 40-45. We couldn't see his name because he didn't have a badge.

We left there at that moment. There is a man who works there with his friends. He is around 45-50 years old. He is so rude, you would think he just came down from the mountain. He has zero courtesy. We regretted going there a thousand times. Apparently, the man has other problems, and he reflected this on us 100%. In fact, before our friends finished their meal, we left there immediately. It was as if the man had literally kicked us out.

It's a lovely restaurant, and the waiters are very polite. I'd like to thank Ahmet for his smile.

I just have to wait an hour for my order. It's no good if I'm hungry and have to wait an hour, so the employees are very slow and no one plans anything. I'm not stupid enough to give my money away. I'm looking for a new restaurant.

Mercimek was delicious, Yayla was okay. One of the waiters is really unpleasant, clearing everything away as if it had to be done in a hurry. This makes you feel very unwelcome as a guest.

This is the place to go for the best Turkish food in Dortmund city center, and at affordable prices. Everything is always very fresh and prepared freshly. We've never had lukewarm food here. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, the location isn't in a nice part of Dortmund, but the food makes up for it 👍 👌 The pictures on the menu are also a big plus. Simply TOP

The rice was spoiled, and even though they knew it, they served it anyway. The soup was clearly old and extra spicy to make the taste indistinguishable. Very disappointing.

They have a variety of soups here. I always go here for this. I've eaten at many restaurants, but I can't find this quality anywhere. Unfortunately, the prices have risen significantly. A doner kebab and soup cost €7 each. I used to eat the Adana kebab. That has also become extremely expensive. The merchants adjust their prices, whether justified or unjustified. The employees could be friendlier.

I ordered two steak kebabs. Unfortunately they were inedible, there were cartilage residues in the meat. The food used to be of better quality.

We drive about 40km to this great restaurant several times a month. The dish Saç Tava - Meat Stir Fry is my favorite. Daily specials and soups but also rice and the good kebab meat are recommended.

I ordered 3 künefe with ice cream from the waiter and as a customer I wanted to order the sugar syrup separately, but the waiter said that wasn't possible. I insisted and waiter was on his way to the kitchen. Afterwards the owner came and told us that it would be the last time something like this would be done. And added that we should eat somewhere else next time. I kindly told him to cancel the order and left. That was the last time I entered this store. There is no more arrogance. NEVER AGAIN!!!
