We were traveling and had to eat in Dortmund for Iftar. Kamal spontaneously reserved a table for us and took great care of us the entire time. He is always polite, kind and very attentive. I ordered two steak kebabs. Unfortunately they were inedible, there were cartilage residues in the meat. The food used to be of better quality.

We drive about 40km to this great restaurant several times a month. The dish Saç Tava - Meat Stir Fry is my favorite. Daily specials and soups but also rice and the good kebab meat are recommended.

The dessert is awful, I love Yuksel emmi, but this doesn't seem like it's going to be sold as dessert. They definitely shouldn't sell such poor quality desserts.

This store is open around the clock and is very busy. Yüksel is a simple shop, you can get good, authentic food 24 hours a day and quickly. The people who complain about service and ambience are going there with the wrong expectations.

It's a shame about the expectations! I really can't recommend this dessert here and probably won't come back again.

I ordered 3 künefe with ice cream from the waiter and as a customer I wanted to order the sugar syrup separately, but the waiter said that wasn't possible. I insisted and waiter was on his way to the kitchen. Afterwards the owner came and told us that it would be the last time something like this would be done. And added that we should eat somewhere else next time. I kindly told him to cancel the order and left. That was the last time I entered this store. There is no more arrogance. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience here. The owner was rude and clearly showed his arrogance and snootyness. Our request was not only denied, but we were literally turned away and even asked not to eat here again in the future. Water is illegal because it was imported from TR without deposit. The drinks are so expensive that they shamelessly serve them in cans or bottles for more profit. The ratio of meat to bread is disastrous. Olive oil was not used in the tzatziki. The soup arrived cold and there was plenty of water and little meat. Except for the tea, the rest is history. Döner is delicious, but you need to eat it plain. The account cost 31€ He shamelessly charged 8€ for a small mini plate of donuts over rice. Beverages are already abnormal. A total fiasco. Quality has dropped dramatically and prices have skyrocketed. The waiter wrote 8 euros for the doner kebab over rice. It's a complete disgrace. I'm so sorry. Especially, most of the waiters do not know their profession and they work as if it were McDonald's, not a restaurant. Those who don't even use olive oil in their salads should not talk about Turkish cuisine.

I ordered a Lahmacun kebab without any spiciness, but it was spicy. The tripe soup had a slight smell and I didn't like the behavior of the staff. If you're hungry you can eat it, but if you want something better I wouldn't recommend it.

I was eating there today with my friend, I ordered a salad (number 6), a shepherd's salad large for €7 with shepherd's cheese, when my salad came, I thought he wanted to take me, as there was just a small side salad I was asked that every order comes with a normal small salad made only of cucumber/tomato with a single strip of shepherd's cheese. Just disgusting Doner bread very small but 7€ Meat pre-cut and cold, the young man opens the bread with his hand without gloves. Then he puts all the leftovers that are on his tray into the bread.
