Grill Palast in Krefeld

Das war mein erster Besuch hier und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und die Qualität hat mich überzeugt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Preis war absolut fair – wir waren zu viert essen und haben insgesamt nur 110 € bezahlt, was ich für sehr angemessen halte. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind mir die sehr sauberen Toiletten. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher. Schon vor vielen Jahren hat uns dieses Restaurant mit seiner hervorragenden Küche überzeugt, und auch heute sind die Qualität der Speisen, die angenehme Atmosphäre und der freundliche Service unverändert auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Es ist jedes Mal eine Freude, hier zu essen. Besonders die Lammgerichte sind für uns ein absolutes Highlight – einfach hervorragend! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben dss Frühstücksbuffet genommen. Super Auswahl. Für jeden was dabei. Man konnte gar nicht alles ausprobieren da man schon satt war.

1 Stern sogar viel zu viel für diese Location. Service sehr lustlos und unfreundlich, Inhaber von Kunden genervt und aggressiv. Bei Fragen, nur dumme Antworten erhalten. Hygiene unter aller Sau. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Wunderbares Essen, super preiswert. Ich war hoch zufrieden. Allerdings ist es nicht einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Leider werden Service und Geschmack immer schlechter. Früher ging ich sehr gerne in dieses Restaurant… aber mit der Zunahme der Filialen verschlechterten sich Geschmack und Service, und die Preise stiegen exorbitant. Neulich bestellten wir einen gegrillten Kebab für zwei Personen, und es fehlten zwei Adana-Kebabs. Auf Nachfrage hieß es: „Ja, die hätten dabei sein sollen, warum haben Sie uns nicht vorher Bescheid gesagt?“ Wir bemerkten es erst, als wir den Gast am Nachbartisch sahen. Dann kam der Kellner und sprach uns an, als ob er uns die Schuld geben würde. Mein Rat: Fragen Sie vor der Bestellung nach den Zutaten und überprüfen Sie das Essen, wenn es serviert wird. Auch die Lahmacun (türkische Pizza) war viel zu scharf; wir haben es mehrmals gesagt, aber es wurde nicht korrigiert. Wir müssen uns wohl nach Alternativen umsehen.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit einer großen Auswahl. Einziger Nachteil: Die Tische standen etwas eng beieinander, daher war es etwas laut. Aber trotzdem: 👍🏻👍🏻

Dieser Laden ist riesig und das Essen war auch echt gut. Ich bin spontan vorbeigekommen und es war cool, mal eine andere Esskultur kennenzulernen. Ich hatte nur einen Döner, aber der war auch sehr lecker. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich gerne mal was vom Grill probieren, aber es war eher ein richtiges Essen als nur ein kurzer Zwischenstopp. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch in Krefeld, um das nochmal zu probieren.

Wir sind wirklich sehr, sehr regelmäßig hier und das Essen schmeckt jedesmal sehr gut und sehr frisch. Der Service ist stets freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in der Gegend.

Das Restaurant macht insgesamt einen ordentlichen Eindruck und die Auswahl an Speisen ist recht groß. Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen kam auch relativ schnell. Einige Gerichte haben gut geschmeckt, andere waren für meinen Geschmack eher durchschnittlich. Auch das Ambiente war okay, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Preislich noch im Rahmen, aber geschmacklich hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Insgesamt kann man dort essen gehen, allerdings gibt es meiner Meinung nach noch Luft nach oben. ⭐⭐⭐

War eigentlich gerne bei euch seit eröfgnung damals. Doch was ich vor 1 woche erlebt habe ist nicht zumutbar! Ich werde hier nicht alles schreiben, nur soviel: ich haette euch an dem tag das gesundheitsamt schicken sollen! Personal voellig überfordert bei wenig gästen und dann wurden die teller vertauscht mit dem am neben Tisch, nachdem ich das angesprochen habe nahm die kellnerin den teller(Wo schon von gegessen wurde) vom neben Tisch und tauschte ihn mit meinem. Das ist gegen jede hygiene!!! Ich musste diskutieren das ich neues essen bekomme,es gab weder Rabat noch eine entschuldigung.... nach weiteren 20min kam dann das essen. Es war mein letzter besuch bei euch.

Super leckeres Frühstück. Für mich typisch türkisch. Sehr lecker. Heute auch zum Abend dort gewesen. Sehr leckere Palastplatte für 2 Personen gegessen. Einfach lecker. Update 03.05.25. Heute Abend wieder dort gewesen. Essen wieder super. Bedienung herzlich und sehr freundlich. ABER... es muss dringend renoviert werden. Der hintere Bereich der Sitzplätze hat es dringend nötig. Noch schlimmer aber die Toiletten. Das geht gar nicht mehr. Wirklich sehr schade.

Hallo, das Restaurant ist top und das Essen sehr gut, das Problem liegt jedoch beim Personal und dessen Umgang mit Hygiene. Ich konnte beobachten, wie ein Stück Hühnerfleisch auf den Boden fiel und wieder in die Bestellung gelegt wurde. Leider muss ich diese Nachlässigkeit ansprechen, da sie bakterielle Gefahren birgt.

Ein sauberes Lokal mit leckerem Essen. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen.

Der Grillpalast hat geile Pfannengerichte, gute döner & Pizzabrötchen. Die Pizzen kann man jedoch vergessen. Bei 3xbestellt wurde 3xeine Zutat vergessen. Als ich Paprika extra wollte haf die Bedienung mir die Karte aus der Hand genommen, weil sie meinte, das wäre schon drauf (nein, war es nicht). Die Pizzen sind dürftig belegt. Der Geräuschpegel in dem Laden ist wirklich extrem, dauernd telefonieren Leute darin & die weißen Wände machen keine schöne Atmosphäre. Waren früher ab & zu mal hier, jetzt haben wir was schöneres bei der Konkurrenz gefunden.

Das Essen war lecker und das Fleisch ein Genuss.

Toller Kalbsdöner! Ist mit 6.9 € noch annehmbar.

Die etwas ältere Kellnerin mit dem schwarzen Zopf war ziemlich unhöflich und hat nicht den gewünschten Gericht ans tisch gebracht, trotz Erwähnung das es das falsche Gericht ist.

Gut besucht. Guter Service gute Preise.

Das Essen war kalt. Da drin ist es so laut, wie in einer Bahnhofshalle....Für mich keine Wiederholung.

Karisik izgara für 20 € – es war köstlich und die Portion war reichlich.

Essen wie immer sehr lecker. Leider war der Service diesmal enttäuschend. Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unser Künefe gewartet. Gäste, die deutlich nach uns kamen, haben dies vor uns bekommen. Uns wurde nichts erklärt oder mitgeteilt. An einem Samstag ist viel los, aber so lange Wartezeit ohne Kommunikation ist nicht akzeptabel. Sehr schade.

Top essen, top Service, scheitert nur manchmal an der konstanz. Immer mal wieder ein kalter döner dabei, dadurch dass der teller ewig auf dem Tresen rumsteht, bevor er gebraucht wird. Trotzdem insgesamt super Restaurant

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Grill Palast! Geschmacklich einfach top. Ich hatte Nudeln mit Hähnchen und Safran – und ehrlich: Es ist lange her, dass ich so unfassbar leckere Nudeln gegessen habe. Perfekt gewürzt, unglaublich aromatisch und einfach auf den Punkt. Auch die Mercimek-Suppe war ein echtes Highlight – unglaublich lecker, intensiv im Geschmack und mit Liebe gemacht. Obwohl ich 50 km entfernt wohne, war ich jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier – und das wird definitiv nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Für so eine Qualität nimmt man den Weg sehr gerne auf sich. Absolute Empfehlung! 👌🔥

Sehr lecker 😋 beste Service gerne wieder

Am 10.01.2026 war ich mit Freunden und unseren Söhnen dort zum Frühstück verabredet. Das reichhaltige Buffet entspricht mit 11,90 € einer sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Relation und ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Daher war es dort gut besucht.

Essen ist gut, aber in letzter Zeit finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz in Ordnung. Es wirkt, als sei die Geldgier geweckt worden. Jetzt bekommt man schon nicht mal mehr ein Stück Tomate und Gurke auf dem Salat im Dönerteller. 😂😂😂😂 Wirkt irgendwie gewinngeil. Wenn ihr meint, eure Kunden so vor den Kopf stoßen zu müssen, ist das nicht cool, gar nicht cool, zumal echt viele Alternativen auf der Straße sind. Preise erhöhen und kleinere Portionen, dazu noch weniger Steuern ab Januar und Niedriglohnarbeiter – irgendwas passt doch nicht ganz im Gesamtbild.🤨🤔

Köstliches Essen und sehr guter Service! Das Restaurant bietet viele Sitzplätze, sodass wir nicht lange warten mussten. Auch die Preise sind super – definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Etwas überbewertet, aber schneller Service

Sehr leckeres gegrilltes Fleisch. Wir essen oft da die Grillpalast Platte für 2 Personen. Als Vorspeise gibt es leckeres frisches Fladenbrot mit 3 Soßen dazu. Immer gerne da am essen.

Katstrophe sehr unhöfflich die Servicekraft kein hallo sehr mürrisch .

I was there for takeout. The staff weren't wearing gloves while cooking. I asked for them several times, but the reaction was pure aggression. I was told not to come back. Very shocking! I consider this a health hazard. Management needs to do something, or I'll go to the authorities next time.

They silently charge €3 for "extra food" if you pay by card. Not fair.

No, the prices are unbelievable. €6.50 for a lentil soup. That's insane. I only pay €5 for that in Düsseldorf. Drinks at €2.70 are also way too expensive for a kebab shop. Sorry! I won't be coming again.

Very tasty, the dishes are very freshly prepared and the meat is super crispy

30 minutes before the buffet ended, there were no more eggs or börek. The buffet was already 30% empty, and we were supposed to help ourselves there. They didn't want to make the extra effort to refill the buffet or make fresh omelets. The employee pointed us at the camera. We weren't allowed to refill anything. Our boss saw it through the camera. And that's why they're not allowed to provide customer service.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. The service was very attentive. Please pay more attention to the restrooms; the walls weren't clean and the silicone was broken. But I'd be happy to come back. It's great for me because it's close to the train station.

The athletic waiter with the glasses has some kind of personal problem. I have no idea what he wants, but he always makes such a fuss, takes 100 years to cash in, and generally makes you feel weird because he can't seem to control his own emotions any better. The brain needs training, too. If he can't manage to treat all guests equally, he should become a professional fighter or do something else. I would like to emphasize that most of the other waiters do a good job and have mastered these interpersonal standards. Maybe he can learn something from them.

Actually I can't even give 1 star, there is nothing to do. I ordered kunefe and tea came with kunefe. After 30 minutes I asked for another tea with kunefe. My kunefe was finished and my tea didn't come. Also, you have extremely rude waiters, not even one of them is smiling.

I like the place; the food is always very good. And the staff is friendly. I'm deducting one point because it's always so weird: we always order right away, and sometimes we don't get bread and sauces beforehand. 🤔 And the atmosphere is a bit too crowd-oriented, so it's cramped and all, but that's just about okay unless there are larger groups, in which case it can quickly get loud.

The doner kebab was disappointing, unfortunately...the meat was far too over-seasoned (artificially), and also extremely fatty/oily...far too much salad...and to top it off, a liter of sauce...sorry, it didn't go together at all!

I went there for breakfast, as I have done many times before. The food is good. The only thing missing today was the fruit.

We've been here several times now and find the food delicious, the service excellent, and the staff very accommodating. We're always happy to come back.

I eat here often, the food and soups are really good. However, this time I ordered kunefe and specifically asked for NO kaymak (clotted cream) on top. The kunefe they brought me was empty, only shredded wheat was cooked, and served hard. I tried to explain the situation, but the gentleman didn't understand me. On top of that, we got into an argument, so I didn't want to take it any further. I paid and left. It used to be a place I used to come once or twice a week, but I won't be coming back. And he says, "It won't be like in Turkey," what does that have to do with it? You're a joke.

Yesterday, three of us went to the restaurant. Since then, my girlfriend and I have been struggling with severe gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and general malaise. We had different dishes, but both experienced the same symptoms, which strongly suggests a food hygiene issue. This definitely shouldn't happen in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the evening was anything but pleasant for us. We hope the restaurant investigates the matter and takes appropriate action.

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. My girlfriend and I had severe gastrointestinal problems after the meal, which continue to this day. Something like that simply shouldn't happen. We definitely won't be coming back.

The decor is simple but clean and tidy. All in all, I highly recommend the Grill Palast for an affordable and delicious breakfast. If you want to eat well on a budget, this is the place for you. Delicious kebab and very nice service

Ate here with family today. My wife really enjoyed the lamb platter. I enjoyed the dürum, and my children had the doner kebab mini platter.

We made a reservation in advance. The food and service were delicious and good, as always.

The food here is simply unbelievably delicious! The meat is of average quality and has a good flavor. Unfortunately, the portions are much smaller than they used to be, and the prices are significantly higher. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the grill and will continue to be a customer.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and served by a very friendly waiter. I had a veal doner kebab just as it should be: the flatbread was crispy, the meat was juicy, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. I always enjoy coming back.

Great value for money. Large portions and reasonable prices. The food was promptly served and, as always, delicious. 5 stars. Always happy to come back.

I'll just get to the point now... The meat was raw, and the waiter's explanation was "it's because of the seasoning." It's just hilarious. I would really advise you not to go there. There were seven of us, and no one ate more than half because it was simply raw and tasteless. A disaster.

Unfortunately, the doner meat was very poor and the service was slow. The meat wasn't 100% beef/lamb. It had turkey meat mixed in, which was a deception to the customer.

Everything is ok, except that they have an unfriendly waiter whose service I don't like.

Good breakfast buffet for EUR 9.90 with all sorts of cool and warm dishes, dips and bread. Plus juice and tea. Price-performance ratio is right here. Also with the main courses.

It used to be better. The quality has declined significantly and prices have skyrocketed. It's a shame what happened to the store. Nevertheless, one of the best restaurants in Krefeld.

Unfortunately, Grill Palast in Krefeld is no longer recommended due to my personal experience. We drove from Mönchengladbach to Krefeld specifically to eat künefe. Unfortunately, the waiter repeatedly ignored our allergy warnings and even went so far as to be rude because we wanted to talk to someone in charge.

Eating for the first time was ok, not bad but not good either, it's a matter of taste. The second time the worst thing that could happen was a 5 cm long hair in the food!!! 🤢 that tells me enough about hygiene measures. It was very crowded and I felt like I was being watched from all sides, which is why I didn't want to make a fuss. It was clear to me, never again. There were a lot of staff there but not particularly friendly, more of a non-negligence attitude.

It was my first time there and I was absolutely thrilled.

We ate there very often even though the service was mediocre. Getting dessert (Künefe) is a disaster, we pointed out our daughter's nut allergy several times and it was never taken into account. Every time we waited for free and ended the evening without dessert. Very annoying when the waiter doesn't take you seriously and just shrugs his shoulders. We will only visit the Grill Palast in Viersen.
