The soup portion is very small. There was very little tripe in the bowl. The wrap batter was cold, not fried, which is bad in my opinion. There was very little kebab in the Adana wrap. The tea region is Far Eastern tea. Sink and toilet clean and well maintained. The interior layout is not very spacious. very tight. The conversations at the next table are audible and disturbing. There are no hangers to hang coats or jackets, which is ridiculous.

We were there for breakfast, but unfortunately the waitress threw away the rest of the food and brought everything back in the pots. The restaurant is very unhygienic.

The dishes are well seasoned and the portions are generous. The grilled meat and vegetable dishes were particularly impressive. The price-performance ratio is okay. You pay a fair price for the quality of the food and the size of the portions, even if it might be a little more expensive than other snack bars in the area. A big compliment goes to the staff, who are always friendly, attentive and courteous. The service is quick and reliable, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable. Conclusion: If you are looking for delicious food in a cozy environment, you will definitely be happy here. A visit is worth it!

We went to the Grillpalast for the first time based on a recommendation. The atmosphere is not a modern restaurant, lots of tables, everything is occupied and very loud, but it is not only a restaurant but also a snack bar with a pick-up service. There were 6 of us there and we all had different things. The food is really really good. The portions are also just right to fill you up. Beforehand there was a greeting from the kitchen with fresh bread and three dips. Waiting time was perfectly fine. Considering that the restaurant was fully booked on a Friday evening. We waited almost 20 minutes for the food, but as I said, that was enough. Chai was on the house, great service. This is not a given everywhere. The service is also great. Quickly friendly and always helpful with the selection of dishes. It was definitely not our last visit. We will come back and try one or two dishes from the charcoal grill. The picture shows the Adana for €13.90.

Bread was burnt and service always takes quite a long time. It smelled like charcoal fumes.

It used to be better! I took a kebab dürüm today and it was very bad, the employee didn't even leave the dürüm on the grill for 5 seconds, so the bread was still cold and not really cooked through! Last time I wasn't particularly happy either! A store is no longer usable and visitable if the employees work according to their whims and deliver poor quality! What a shame!!!

The food is good but the staff some are racists,we got in and got ourselves a table and the staff for over 10 minutes ignored us and attended to the new customers pretending that they has not seen us.It happened the first time and I gave them the bennefit of the doubt but when it happened the next 2 times we went there, that was intentional.The food is good, the place is full of racist staff they should put a sign that some people are not welcomed here.I never went back again

For me, the Grill Palast has the best Turkish food in Krefeld. Grilled meat is very good, stews are great, the soups and pizzas baked in the stone oven are also excellent. The taste and quality really can't be beat. It is a snack bar with very good dishes.

Food was ok. - not a highlight, more average like on every corner. The service is underground. They don't seem to work on a tip basis. You probably don't need it. Bill > 100€ and you don't even get an (additional) sauce for the rather dry meal. “Costs extra.” I was glad we didn't pay for the plastic bag because we wanted to take something with us. - if you don't have to eat there, I would leave it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Fast and delicious kebab to eat too. They accept card payments and the quality of vegetables, meat and bread is satisfactory. Occasionally there may be cartilage in the beef kebab and the chicken meat is a bit too fatty. Nevertheless, the kebab offers good value for money.

We bought lahmacun and rice pudding. It is nothing like lahmacun, there is very little minced meat in it. If they weren't ashamed, they would make him smell the minced meat and leave it behind. The consistency of the rice pudding was similar to pasta salad. I have never eaten a thicker rice pudding in my life. You will be presented with a dish that is somewhat similar to what you ordered after seeing its name on the menu.

shot I come into the store and there's nothing going on at all, 5-6 tables at most and I'm easily the only person waiting for 20-30 minutes and there are seriously two other tables in front of me. At the first table that arrived I said OK, no matter, but at the second one I really didn't feel like it anymore, I mean the waiter says seriously that another check is coming to me, I don't, there was only that one and the second table was also sitting at my table which, funnily enough, I had changed so either the waiter wasn't in the mood for me or the store is rubbish so honestly it wasn't the first time but it was the last time for me

But all recommended for food for customer service. They suck. Just be advised, I’m not trying to say that the lack of English is an issue for me. No Google translate and my friends speak German as well was with me, but smile does not require money or language. It’s a human common sense.

We went to this restaurant with a friend and the children. The waiter was not a person who cared about the people around him; on the contrary, he had an arrogant nature. The food is not only bad at lunch but even the crude breakfast is catastrophic!! They have nothing to offer, not even fresh food, and charge €12!! The sucuk are old and their eggs are gray or cold! Their vegetables are disgusting, you can taste how dry and old they are

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable on hot days. During my visit I received an extremely hot pepper that was too intense for my taste. However, the location is clean and well maintained. The toilets are OK, but could be a bit cleaner. Another disadvantage is the parking situation - you often have to search for a long time and the parking spaces are not free. Overall, the restaurant offers a good dining experience, although there is some room for improvement.

I've never seen such staff anywhere. When asked whether you could have something to drink while waiting (OVER AN HOUR) for your food, you got a cheesy answer: "No, I haven't eaten anything myself yet and I have other tables so you'll have to wait." ???? OK????? I didn't go into it further because I had already ordered, but ????? What kind of sentence was that??? It wasn't that crowded???? The food was okay, but nothing that could make up for the encounter with the waitress. Furthermore, the food came BEFORE the drink. We were two people, what's the problem in bringing the water we ordered when you asked nicely? I gave it a chance, but will never do it again. Then I prefer to go to the neighboring shops, which are always very friendly and where you can at least get something to drink if you order it.

We really enjoy eating lahmacun. But unfortunately the last few times they were so spicy that we and our children/grandchildren can no longer eat them. It would be great if you didn't make it so spicy and if you liked it spicier you could add more seasoning so everyone gets something out of it.

Very deliberately and provocatively 1 star instead of 5 stars. Until last year, kebab cost 4.90 instead of 5.90 now. The 20% increase in the price of all dishes is perfectly fine, everything has become more expensive. But recently there has been the next (hidden) price increase. The kebab bags are now significantly smaller (by 30-40%) than those previously used - and at the same price. This is pure customer fraud! The quality of the kebab is still very good, but I was still hungry after one, which has never happened before. The Iskembe soup was the best soup I have ever tasted. The starter plate was also very tasty and well put together. Unfortunately, the pide with kebab meat was not satisfactory because the meat was still a bit raw. Other than that, everything else was good. Overall I give it 3 out of 5 stars. We'd love to come back.

Food was wrong & completely cold. The waiter was insulting and rude and insulted the mentally disabled person we were with so much that unfortunately he couldn't eat at all. Apparently no one knew when the boss would be back to accept a complaint. The employee didn't listen at all. The food was old and cold.
