We went to this restaurant with a friend and the children. The waiter was not a person who cared about the people around him; on the contrary, he had an arrogant nature. He was very reluctant when you made a request. However, only one of the children did not want to eat the food on the plate and we asked if he could make a wrap. Unfortunately, since I had a negative experience with the same person before, never again....

Really catastrophic I usually never complain but their staff is very unfriendly and are neither customer friendly nor respectful!! The food is not only bad at lunch but even the crude breakfast is catastrophic!! They have nothing to offer, not even fresh food, and charge €12!! The sucuk are old and their eggs are gray or cold! Their vegetables are disgusting, you can taste how dry and old they are

The restaurant is located right in the city center and offers delicious food. The employees are mostly nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable on hot days. During my visit I received an extremely hot pepper that was too intense for my taste. However, the location is clean and well maintained. The toilets are OK, but could be a bit cleaner. Another disadvantage is the parking situation - you often have to search for a long time and the parking spaces are not free. Overall, the restaurant offers a good dining experience, although there is some room for improvement.

The pizza rolls in particular are highly recommended. Great for eating in or taking away

I've never seen such staff anywhere. When asked whether you could have something to drink while waiting (OVER AN HOUR) for your food, you got a cheesy answer: "No, I haven't eaten anything myself yet and I have other tables so you'll have to wait." ???? OK????? I didn't go into it further because I had already ordered, but ????? What kind of sentence was that??? It wasn't that crowded???? The food was okay, but nothing that could make up for the encounter with the waitress. Furthermore, the food came BEFORE the drink. We were two people, what's the problem in bringing the water we ordered when you asked nicely? I gave it a chance, but will never do it again. Then I prefer to go to the neighboring shops, which are always very friendly and where you can at least get something to drink if you order it.

French tourists passing through the region, we particularly appreciated the welcome and the service. The quality to price ratio is excellent. We highly recommend!

We really enjoy eating lahmacun. But unfortunately the last few times they were so spicy that we and our children/grandchildren can no longer eat them. It would be great if you didn't make it so spicy and if you liked it spicier you could add more seasoning so everyone gets something out of it.

Very deliberately and provocatively 1 star instead of 5 stars. Until last year, kebab cost 4.90 instead of 5.90 now. The 20% increase in the price of all dishes is perfectly fine, everything has become more expensive. But recently there has been the next (hidden) price increase. The kebab bags are now significantly smaller (by 30-40%) than those previously used - and at the same price. This is pure customer fraud! The quality of the kebab is still very good, but I was still hungry after one, which has never happened before. People change that again, such actions only annoy customers. little fact on the side: The online menu is from back in the day

The Iskembe soup was the best soup I have ever tasted. The starter plate was also very tasty and well put together. Unfortunately, the pide with kebab meat was not satisfactory because the meat was still a bit raw. Other than that, everything else was good. Overall I give it 3 out of 5 stars. We'd love to come back.

Food was wrong & completely cold. The waiter was insulting and rude and insulted the mentally disabled person we were with so much that unfortunately he couldn't eat at all. Never been in such a bad store. Furthermore, after several inquiries, no opportunity to complain was given and only reference was made to the reviews here. Apparently no one knew when the boss would be back to accept a complaint. The employee didn't listen at all. The food was old and cold.

Behavior of the service outrageous or self-proclaimed “something like boss” underground!!! As long-time regulars, we will never come back! We, as regular guests of the hotel, have been fooled by the employees over the last week. When we got a place in a group of six in the evening, we were put off for half an hour and served the walk-in customers non-stop. After repeated requests, the first dish arrived after about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this dish got cold because another 30 minutes later, after 1 hour, a second meal came only after vehement questions and clear signs of great irritation. This food was also the wrong thing. We were then accused of saying that we were just calling it wrong, but that it was the right thing. We just wanted to get out! We had long since lost our appetite. The climax came at the end: we had to pay for the drinks! Ridiculous 15 euros!!! An absolute disgrace! After many years of being regular customers, the behavior of the service staff made us never want to enter this restaurant again! A simple apology and sensible behavior would have led to a different outcome. A pity!

You can't really give the service a star. I've never experienced anything like that. We waited over an hour for our food while the walk-in customers were busy being served. There were even guests from the restaurant queuing up for take-out to get their food. We asked several times and got answers like “today is full” etc. Then a meal came as an alibi, the second complaint another one and when we were really angry about how we were being taken for a ride and wanted to leave - you can easily tell from the lack of competence and service quality of the self-proclaimed “just like boss”. Rude and unable to end the situation on good terms, insists that drinks be paid for. Dear people... go eat somewhere else... there the culinary waste will get stuck in your throat.

There were six of us in the store. The first meal came after about 10 minutes and then after 40 minutes a second meal came. Approaching the waiter several times was unsuccessful. Statements like it would take another 2-3 minutes remained unfulfilled. Additionally it was said that it was full. After a total of an hour we left the shop without having eaten or even apologizing. Even the drinks weren't given out of goodwill. In summary, the service was incredibly poor. They were extremely overwhelmed and not customer focused. Even one point is too many here!

I've never eaten such a bad kebab in my entire life. Meat wasn't mushy due to tomatoes, no spice at all. Bread was soggy, just disgusting + the meat smelled. Unfortunately you can't see that much in the pictures, but the whole meat was just pink as if I were bite into raw meat 🤢🤢🤢🤢 Employees didn't even bother me with the price because I supposedly ate half the kebab even though it was only a few bites and I was hoping that the meat below wasn't raw NEVER AGAIN

When our order didn't come after more than 30 minutes and people who ordered after us had already finished eating, we wanted to leave without eating anything. The waiter then asked us to wait a little longer, otherwise he would have to cover the costs. Since that's of course not possible, we waited some more and got the four Dürüms after almost 40 minutes. When we complained to the gentleman behind the counter, we were insulted because we weren't the only customers in the store, instead of simply apologizing for the incredibly long wait. I also find it extremely unfair that the waiter should have had to pay for the kitchen's mistake. That's why I won't go here anymore.

The ambience is really nice, the benches are really comfortable, but the rest was just bad. We ordered and sat for over half an hour and our food still didn't come. We saw people coming after us who got their food before us and then finished it. When we wanted to leave we were told that our food was ready. We didn't want to take it with us because we didn't want to give the shop the satisfaction, but when our waiter said he had to pay the bill, we took our food with us and paid for it. Totally disappointed, how can you blame the waiter if the kitchen can't do it? The Düren itself was delicious but because of this poor treatment from the employees I won't eat there again.

The breakfast buffet and the service are unfortunately a letdown. Driven an extra 30 km because yesterday they said you can just come in today and no reservations are needed during the week. On site they say “everything is reserved” and all without apology. However, I can say that the buffet had nothing special to offer. Many areas looked pretty empty and overall very difficult to access. In the end we were happy that "everything was reserved".

The dishes have been top for years, no question about it. Unfortunately, the price spiral is moving up faster and faster. Example: My grill plate cost €13.90 2.5 years ago and is now €18.90. Grill plate for two once 25€ now 35.90€.....Lahmacun 3.90€ instead of 2€ etc. The prices are adjusted every 3-4 months. Inflation affects everyone, of course, but here it is greatly exaggerated. It's a shame, unfortunately it spoils the visit every time you haven't been there for a while.

The Grill Palast is a larger kebab snack bar. The minced skewer is a little dry and the rice is cold. The salad was fresh and well dressed. Since we were only in Krefeld for business it is very unlikely that we will come back

Get a kebab near the main train station and discover a lot more. There are super good grilled dishes here. And you will always be served warmly - regardless of whether you want a large grilled plate or just a quick kebab. Simply great and there was even tea on the house! Keep it up!

Reserved and canceled the reservation without telling us and didn't eat well either

I don't recommend anyone to buy wraps, they put 5 cubed cubes or small islands inside a huge phyllo dough. They take so much money and feed people. Ihr seit die reinste Blamage für die orientalische Küche..!!!!

Wir haben bestellt und haben 45 minuten gewartet, 3 mal die kellnern drauf angesprochen und wurden ignoriert. Und das essen schmeckt nichtmal es lohnt sich gar nicht dort essen zu gehen.

I was passing through Krefeld and after walking down the street where Grill Palast is, there is a kebab shop, but that's the only place where you can see that the food is good because the place is full at 10 p.m. Large selection from the menu. The waiting time for takeaway is short. I recommend it and if I'm ever in Krefeld I will definitely visit again.

To eat short and whole good! But the waiters are very friendly and nice! After dinner there is black tea! As well as apple tea in my store! 👍🏼

In Viersen ist es ein serh empfehlenswerter Ort , um türkische Grillspezialitäten zu genießen. Es gibt aber auch eine Gemüse-Grillplatte! Warmes Brot, Dips, Kebab und Grillteller sind super - gut gewürzt, angemessene Portionen und mit köstlichen Beilagen. Der Service ist professionell, freundlich und flott. Im Innenraum ist es etwas laut, aber es gibt auch ruhigere Eckchen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist topp und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

So I honestly don't know what to say😂😂 Firstly, the kebab was too hot, I almost burned my fingers, there were huge sticks of sheep's cheese inside that were thicker than my thumb... The food came after 25 minutes. I had to call the staff to order and she came 5 minutes after I asked. The quality of the meat was terrible, there were only pieces of cartilage and nerves in the kebab from me and my friend🤢 I couldn't even continue eating the kebab afterwards and the kebab was served so poorly. The floors in the kebab were not good at all. The first bite only came tzatziki and the thick sheep's cheese 😂 and also it was too overpriced for this type of kebab, so the price/performance ratio is poor. A rough summary from me is: staff was bad, meat quality was bad, The kebab is bad, price performance 0.00. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this store at all and it's better not to go there, the store is just terrible and I forgot to say that the hygiene of the toilets is also bad. I will never come here again!!

Das sind richtige Geld Geier ich und eine Freundin wollten was essen und meine Freundin hatte kein Geld dabei und wir wollten eine Sache studieren die sagen geht nicht dazu war der personal sooooo unfreundlich und Preise zu hoch sogar höher als Olaf Scholz es wollte

Der Service war recht robotisch, die Atmosphäre ist halt eher so im Bereich größerer Imbissbude, das Essen jedoch ist ausgesprochen lecker und auch noch günstig dazu.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat super geschmeckt, obwohl der Laden voll war, es hat nicht lange gedauert bis das Essen auf dem Tisch war. Der Käse wurde vergessen, müssten aber dafür nicht bezahlen. Der Lahmacum ist wirklich zu empfehlen, sehr groß und lecker. Heute wieder da gewesen, es war wieder alles super.

I ordered Türkisch Pizza 🍕(Holz Kohl Grill) and it was one of the best Pizza I have ever eaten. I live 100 KM away from this restaurant but I will sure come again to dine in at this place. In addition to Pizza you can eat many Türkisch Grill Manues.

Feines Türkisches Restaurant mit Holzkohle-Grill, Holzofen-Pizza, Drehspieß und allem was man sonst noch so will. Eigentlich schrecken so übermäßig große Speisekarten ja eher ab, aber hier ist wirklich alles lecker. Der Drehspieß ist für Krefelder Verhältnisse wirklich gut, die Grillgerichte sind super, die Holzofen-Pizza schmeckt hervorragend. Die Pfannengerichte sind auch ein Traum. Leider liefert der Grillpalast nicht. Ansonsten wäre ich wirklich täglicher Stammkunde...

Nimmt Tavuk şiş oder kuzu dürüm statt Döner und dankt mir, hatte einen großen Döner kalb, war nicht so toll

Eigentlich einer der besten Döner in Krefeld, nur ist man jetzt (wahrscheinlich um Zeit zu sparen) dazu übergegangen, das frische Fleisch nicht direkt vom Spieß abzuschneiden und in den Döner zu packen , sondern vorab mehrere Portionen in einer Schale zu lagern und von dort aus zu verarbeiten. Das merkt man sofort am Geschmack, da das Fleisch gestern total durchgesifft und lauwarm war. Ich werde in ein paar Wochen nochmal dort sein und meine Bewertung dann nochmal nach unten oder oben anpassen. Gestern war das leider gar nix.
