The atmosphere and the kebab were very nice, I can recommend it.

They make a pizza that is definitely worth trying.

We ordered 2 kebabs there. The vegetables were good but the selection was very limited. The "bread" couldn't be called bread, it was a mourning circus because it wasn't finished and was burnt? That works?! . The cocktail sauce tasted absolutely like curry, very unfortunate... NOW we come to the absolutely traumatizing part of the kebab experience - I'm really worried about what kind of meat I ate, if you told me it was rat meat I would believe it. The meat had sticky threads and was very mushy. Unfortunately, I have to say at this point that it is an absolutely inedible kebab. I find it scandalous that people call something like that food and resell it.

Food was completely wrong even though there were almost no customers there. The lady wrote everything down correctly but still brought the bottle of meat with the wrong toppings and the bottle of drinks. After we mentioned it, we were asked if we didn't want to eat it because otherwise it would be thrown away.

Unfortunately the service is very bad. I give more for food.

If you want to eat meat, I can recommend it. Leaf doner kebab, maybe many doner kebabs on the market are made from ground meat. I liked the place. It is beautiful and centrally located.

Doner kebab is terribly bad! If you want a vegetable kebab instead of kebab, this is the place for you. Sheep cheese was already over, very disgusting. Doner kebab just tastes really bad... The store is always empty, money laundering??? Sure, of course!

I've been there twice now when I had to be in Krefeld (yes, I had to) and the service was super friendly and generous every time!! Plus delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere in the store! I'd love to come back :)

We got a kebab to take away. The surprise came while eating. Meat didn't taste like veal and was strangely dark brown to almost black/gray. I don't understand how a store like this can stay afloat. Never again!

Dürüm was too expensive for what was inside. Cheap ready-made flatbread with lean contents (tomato and cucumber are not even an option, no fresh lemon or parsley, cheese also costs extra) is briefly heated on the grill. Preparation generally very poor. Sauce selection is very limited and the sauces they offer are very watery. So charging 7.50 for it is cheeky.

3/5 stars from me! Chicken kebab was okay, but really nothing special. There are definitely better standard kebabs out there.

Unfortunately the food arrived cold, the salad was extremely watery and dry. In addition, the portion was extremely small. Very expensive for €13 and not recommended.

We ate meat doner with bread, the bread was dry, we had a hard time eating it, there was almost no sauce in it, even though the meat was doner leaves, it was tasteless. Frankly, we ate something dry. I think it is below German standards

We once ordered a kebab pizza and a dürüm. The pizza was totally cold and hard, it wasn't a kebab pizza but a margarita with a bit of meat on it. The dürüm was totally mushy and the meat was really hard, sometimes you couldn't even bite into it. The delivery person arrived late and didn't even know what house number even though it was written on it. Conclusion for us: we will never order from there again.

I tried the meat for €7.50 and after 30 minutes I had diarrhea. Overall, I can't recommend the restaurant.

I ordered 6 chicken wings and 3 mozzarella sticks to take away. I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional, but I was charged €2 more. I initially thought that the employee had mistakenly put 6 mozzarella sticks in the order, which wouldn't have been a problem, but unfortunately it wasn't confirmed later. Since the employee didn't type the individual parts into the cash register, but instead gave me the invoice that way, it could have been intentional. Of course I would have had to check again myself, so please take another look at the prices. But the food was still very good!

Ate there and got terrible food poisoning. Why? No idea. Actually looks clean. But the fries weren't cooked properly. By the way (I now know) it is salmonella.

Shameful behavior! It written there that baklava costs 19€ per kilo, I took two very small pieces, less than 100g and they charged me 6.90€ for it. Very rude, probably because we are foreign tourists and we speak English, they wanted to take the opportunity. I definitely don't recommend it!

English: we took 2 very small pieces of baklava 19€/kg and 1 bigger piece 30€/kg and 1 cup of coffee. They gave us 2 cups of coffee which they took back and charged us 7€ for that little baklavas and another 7€ for bigger piece. This is robbery, they scammed us because we didn't have much time left and had to catch a train. Shame. The 2 little baklavas weren't even 100 grams and for all that 17€. I do not recommend going there. English: We took 2 very small pieces of baklava for 19€/kg and 1 larger piece for 30€/kg and 1 cup of coffee. They gave us 2 cups of coffee which they took back and charged us €7 for the small baklavas and another €7 for the larger piece. This is robbery, they cheated us because we didn't have much time left and had to catch a train. A pity. The 2 small baklavas weighed less than 100 grams and still cost €17. I don't recommend going there.

Steak/veal kebab was cold. After I ordered, the gas grill was turned on for almost exactly 3 minutes and then the lukewarm meat was thrown into the salad. It was at 7 p.m., so not exactly close to closing time... Plus €2.90 for 0.2l cola in a glass bottle. Man behind the counter wasn't rude, but not friendly either. Too bad... the meat was actually good. Still won't come back or recommend it.

We wanted to grab a quick kebab before going to the cinema. I ordered a kebab with veal for €7.50. I generally only eat my kebabs with meat, without salad or sauces. When the kebab came, after the first bite I thought “the meat tastes sour”. Without saying anything to my daughter, she asked if she could try a piece of meat and then she just said to me “Wow, that tastes sour”. When I wanted to take my second bite I only saw a piece of meat that shimmered green. I asked the employee why it had such a greenish shimmer, then an older employee came and said “that could be because it’s dried out”. Well, I don't have to say that I stopped eating the kebab. When paying, they wanted to take an extra €5 out of my pocket! People stay away from this store!

The ambience was quite inviting, but that was about it. All of our orders were icy cold. In retrospect everything turned out ok, but little requests were left out here and there and the “steak kebab” with “double meat” was a joke.

I've eaten here quite often. Everything has been great so far. A bit expensive for the small portion but the meat was very tasty. But from today on I will never go there again. I ordered a kebab and so did my girlfriend. The bread was so dry that it hurt to bite into it. It fell apart in your hands because it was so dry despite the sauce. I said that downstairs and instead of making me a new kebab they talked to me with two men and discussed that it was normal and crispy. I have never eaten such a bad kebab in my life and I will never leave my money here again.

The birthday cake was really riba and the taste was wonderful with the taste of banana and walnut

My experience there wasn't the best. after waiting about 20 minutes. The girl came, but only with an order. They didn't give us any cutlery. . After 20 minutes more she came again and I got something that I didn't order. In total I waited 40 minutes for a Dürüm. The place wasn't full. We also ordered drinks and they didn't come, at the moment we had to pay, we repeated what we had ordered because the woman in the cash register couldn't handle our menu.

We just bought and ate Burger Menu there with my children and my wife, and we learned that the Menu, which was written as 11.90 on Speisekarte, was 14.90 at the cash register. We paid 3 Euros more per person for 4 people. When we mentioned this, they said they forgot to change the menu. But that's not my problem. I don't think I will come again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I was there for the second time today, but both times I picked up something (the first time a small cake and today different baking lava) a dream in terms of taste a 10/10. The lady who served me was really very friendly and she gave off such a welcoming aura. Thanks for the little small talk :) . I will definitely try the food in the beautiful restaurant soon.

Übertrieben leckerer Steak döner :) Das Fleisch hat eine sehr gute Qualität, auf der 2. Etage ist es sehr entspannt und man hat eine tolle Aussicht, künüfe schmeckt auch sehr gut als Nachtisch, wird alles frisch zubereitet! Kann ich nur empfehlen

Unfassbar schlechter Service. Man wird nicht beachtet. Wir haben 15 Minuten gewartet keiner kam die Bestellung aufnehmen, bis wir selber gefragt haben können wir endlich bestellen obwohl nur ein Tisch außer und da war. 40 Minuten aufs essen gewartet 3 mal wegen den Getränken fragen müssen bis wir sie selber holen gegangen sind. Geschmacklich und Optisch super aber das Personal eine reine Katastrophe.

Alis Döner Krefeld bietet eine interessante gastronomische Erfahrung, die sich jedoch im Laufe der Zeit verändert hat. Beim ersten Besuch, kurz nach der Eröffnung, konnte ich den Iskender in vollen Zügen genießen, aber leider hat sich der Geschmack im Laufe der Zeit verändert. Dennoch ist die Atmosphäre in diesem Restaurant nach wie vor sehr einladend, was den Besuch zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis macht. Besonders bei schönem Wetter ist die Terrasse ein echtes Highlight, da man die Mahlzeit im Freien genießen kann. Etwas störend ist die Musik, die meiner Meinung nach ein bisschen leiser sein könnte, um ein entspannteres Esserlebnis zu bieten. Das Personal im Erdgeschoss ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, aber leider vergessen sie die Gäste oft, wenn sie im ersten Stock essen. Was den "San Sebastian Cheesecake" betrifft, so war ich etwas enttäuscht. Dieser Kuchen hatte nichts mit einem authentischen San Sebastian Cheesecake zu tun, da er nicht die erwartete cremige Textur hatte. Die Schokosauce, die darauf serviert wurde, war ebenfalls ungenießbar. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass man im Ali's Döner durchaus eine gute Mahlzeit in Form des Iskenders genießen kann. Allerdings rate ich dringend davon ab, den "San Sebastian Cheesecake" zu bestellen, wenn man auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Geschmackserlebnis ist.

Wir hatten zwei Dönerteller mit Pommes und Cola. Für den Preis war der Geschmack leider nur durchschnittlich und nicht empfehlenswert. Personal war nett und Essen/Getränke kamen schnell.

Gestern bei einem Zwischenstopp am Hbf zwei Falafeldürüm bestellt, auf Wunsch mit veganer Mayo statt Soße. Das Essen war super lecker, die Falafel gut gewürzt, der Salat frisch und die Bedienung vorher total freundlich :) wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir wieder vorbei!

Das Essen hat wirklich hervorragend geschmeckt. Dies wurde allerdings vom miserablen Service total verdrängt. Sehr lange Wartezeit (45Min) für einen Dönerteller und eine Pizza obwohl das Restaurant nicht stark gefüllt war... Unsere beiden Essen wurden leider zeitlich sehr versetzt (25Min!) an den Tisch gebracht sodass ein gemeinsames Essen leider nicht möglich war. Sehr schade... das hat den tollen Geschmack des Essens völlig zerstört

Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen war sehr lecker und kam sehr schnell. Die Cocktailsoße auf dem Döner schmeckte nicht so gut, das ist aber mein persönlicher Geschmack. Unterm Strich alles gut. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Auf der Terrassenebene können Sie köstliche Speisen genießen, begleitet vom Blick auf den historischen Hauptbahnhof. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber. Die Preise sind normal. Ein Restaurant, in dem Sie gemütlich mit Ihrer Familie speisen können

Wenn das Essen oder der Service nur halb so gut wäre wie das Ambiente, dann wäre dieser Laden definitiv 1000 mal besser Essen und Service sind zum Kotzen Verbranntes Fleisch zu viel Sauce, Mitarbeiter leicht patzig Keine Seife auf Toilette, nie wieder!

War ganz ordentlich. Waren recht spät dort, daher mussten wir nicht wirklich warten und wurden prompt bedient. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen könnte etwas üppiger ausfallen aber von der Qualität durchaus in Ordnung. Die Preise sind schon recht hoch.
