Doner bread is too soft, the garlic sauce tastes like salad dressing and is relatively sweet. The kebab meat is OK. But unfortunately no more 100% veal.

I got a kebab box twice. One time I was given rice instead of fries. When I said that I had ordered fries, I was given an estimated 15 fries. In addition, both kebab boxes were very small that you would need 3 of them to fill you up. Never again! Otherwise it tasted ok.

Our first review seems to have been lost, we just have to comment again. We discovered this kebab shop about 4 weeks ago and it is everything your heart desires. We looked all over Frankfurt for a good kebab shop and this one has great service, delicious food and a great price-performance ratio! The kebab is juicy and there is a good selection of sauces. The baklava tastes delicious like it was made by mom. We moved and tried several other shops and were looking for our “hey, let's get kebab today” shop, which is always good. The one where you can't do anything wrong. This is definitely our favorite kebab shop.

I ordered a dürüm with meat and it had 10 grams of meat in it, so for this price it's not worth it at all and it's not recommended

Not recommended I ordered a spicy kebab without tomatoes, the meat was completely cold and tomatoes were included and it wasn't spicy at all. The staff didn't care about the complaint at all.

In general, there is no restaurant in Eschborn that I know of that doesn't specialize in cuisine. What I have eaten at Edessa so far has also been delicious. BUT, as a guest, I expect a restaurant to be friendly and accommodating. Not that you feel like they don't care whether you come back or not. Of course: As long as there are no disagreements, almost all restaurants are good. If there is a problem, the wheat is quickly separated from the chaff and EDESSA is also one of the chaff when it comes to customer friendliness. The details of the incident would go too far here. It happens that not everything works and also misunderstandings. The question is always HOW a restaurant deals with it. I doubt whether it's worth it for a restaurant to lose a lot of guests at once because of a few euros!

Allgemein gibt es in Eschborn kein mir bekanntes Restaurant, dass die Küche nicht beherrscht. Auch das, was ich bei Edessa bisher gegessen habe, war lecker, das ABER ich erwarte als Gast von einem Restaurant, dass sie freundlich und entgegenkommend sind. Nicht, dass man das Gefühl hat, es ist ihnen egal, ob man wiederkommt oder nicht. Natürlich: Solange es keine Unstimmigkeiten gibt, sind fast alle Restaurants gut. Gibt es ein Problem, trennt sich aber schnell die Spreu vom Weizen und auch EDESSA gehört in Punkto Kundenfreundlichkeit leide zur Spreu. (Die Details zum Vorkommnis würden zu weit führen) Ob es sich für eine Gaststätte auszahlt, dass man wegen ein paar Euro etliche auf einmal Gäste verliert, wage ich zu bezweifeln!

Food tasty, but not what I wanted. I pre-ordered by phone for pickup without onions and with soft cheese. Then discovered at home... it was with onions and without soft cheese. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone with allergies.... :(

Burak Usta is number 1. No matter whether dough or meat or grill. He really does a very good job. I've loved eating here for years. Today I had to give my review because every support counts. If you go to Edessa you won't be disappointed.

Sorry, but I was very disappointed because we ordered Dürüm with Esme spicy, which was forgotten by both of them, which can happen but if it was just that... Unfortunately there was very little meat in the Dürüm but there was a lot of salad and red cabbage. The Dürüm was half as full as at our kebab shop nearby. There were hardly any fries in the pommdöner, which were also not ready and very limp, but there was more meat that wasn't really cooked through and we wanted pommdöner without sauce, but got it with extra much sauce and therefore everything was soft. By and large, these mistakes could have been avoided if employees had simply listened properly. Last but not least, we discovered that the Dürüm dough was the ready-made wraps from Rewe Lidl which had only been warmed up. This meant that it didn't taste as sweet as a completely alienated Dürüm. Especially in the pictures on the flatbread and high-quality dough page, what was going on??? Really sad. We stay with our kebab man in town. 1 or 2 mistakes can happen but unfortunately it was without passion because savings were made in the wrong places. We are used to fresh dough for the same price. Please note that guests are happy to pay more if the quality stays the same, it doesn't even have to get better, just don't try to go for quantity with Lidl ready-made wraps, my heart really bled.

Can't understand all the positive reviews. You simply can't get a good kebab in Eschborn. However, Edessa still takes the cake here. Not really fresh. The bread is not homemade and the skewer is of questionable quality. Most kebab shops have a concept in which you either offer good kebab at a higher price or a kebab-style rotisserie that is cheaper and has more dimensions. Unfortunately, Edessa is the type of kebab shop that offers poor quality kebabs that are both expensive and not filling in quantities. Apparently people here rely on the knowledge that they are unrivaled in the center of Eschborn.

In Eschborn, this place is the best place for Turkish cuisine lovers. You can take it out or eat it on site. Everything I tried made from meat was delicious!

There wasn't 50 grams of meat in the lahmunc we ate and the soups were just like water. We liked the grill we ate, but the room was a little more expensive than usual. The one at the cash register looked like he was about to beat him.

Das Essen an sich war gut, auch wenn ich nicht das bekam was ich eigentlich wollte. Jedoch ein sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wir sind überaus zuvorkommend bedient worden. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns das Abendessen zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Es hat vorzüglich geschmeckt Im Vergleich mit einem Essen in unserem 4Sternehotel fühlt man sich im Edessa viel wohler und unter Freunden. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war überragend, vor allem wenn man die kleinen Leckereien des Hauses dazu rechnet (Baklava, Tee, Brot mit Saucen und natürlich den selbstgemachten Ayran). Döner Box mit Pommes zum Mitnehmen für 8€. Die Bestellung ging schnell, Zubereitung hat etwas gedauert, aber 5min Wartezeit sind ok. Die Box zum Mitnehmen kommt in ein Plastiktüte, keine Gabel und keine Serviette dabei. Die Pommes waren nicht lang genug frittiert, das Fleisch war auch nicht knusprig gegrillt. Alles zusammen in der Box mit Soße ist dann kein Hochgenuss. Für das Geld habe ich schon deutlich bessere Döner Boxen gehabt. Bedienung war freundlich, die Einrichtung ist recht modern und alles machte einen sauberen Eindruck. Zu Stoßzeiten muss man sicher etwas Zeit mitbringen.

주문한 케밥의 양고기는 다소 질겼지만 잡내는 거의 없었다. 닭고기는 굉장히 부드러웠고 다진 양고기는 간이 강했다. 전체적으로 고기와 야채의 조화가 좋았고 성인 남성이 먹기에 양이 충분했다. 하지만 식당의 청결이 다소 아쉬웠고, 직원이 구글 리뷰 별5개를 강요하여 기분이 유쾌하지는 않았다.

Their food was good but their service is so unfriendly. Please educate your staff. If we ask something and you didnt hear don't rudely say "Was" (What) in an annoyed tone. Learn to say "Wie bitte?" (pardon). Its a pity because I liked their food. :( But I wont be coming back because I hate feeling like sh*t when I come and eat in a restaurant.

Es war der beste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Es wurde sehr schnell serviert. Die Mitarbeiter begrüßen einen sehr freundlich. Alles war großartig.

Man wird sehr respektlos empfangen ohne jeglichen Grund, ich will gar nicht hier das schreiben was ich denke, das Fleisch wurde überhaupt nicht gebraten obwohl ich es noch erwähnt habe und der Laden komplett leer war. Also, ich würde niemanden empfehlen dort hin zu gehen. Das ist der größte drecksladen. So respektlos und unfreundlich habt ihr nicht mal verdient überhaupt ein Laden zu führen.

Unsere Firma ist fast jeden Monat zum Monatsabschluss bei Edessa. Das Fleisch hat eine super Qualität und die Knoblauchsosse könnten wir eimerweise essen! Macht weiter so Jungs!

Sauberkeit schlecht Essen sehr dünn Fleisch Scheiben und ein bisschen Salat.

24 std nach dem Döner kamen die Magenbeschwerden. Geschmacklich war der Döner auch kein Highlight.

Ich bin öfter hier, das Essen ist sehr lecker, Bedienung sehr freundlich und nett, einzig, was mir nicht gefällt, dass die Getränke in den Alu-Dosen serviert werden. Deshalb ein Stern abstrich. Aber schwarzer Tee ist wiederum sehr gut. Komme gern wieder.

Ich kann es absolut verstehen dass alles teuer geworden und somit auch bei döner laden alles teuer wird . Aber zumindest Qualität muss stimmen . Der einer kleiner Mitarbeiter mit grauen Haare sehr respektlos und arrogant. schade

Sehr guter Döner mit schönem Ambiente.

Wir sind mit einer großen Gruppe von 26 inkl. Kindern aufgeschlagen, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten bei schönem Wetter draußen sitzen und die Kinder wurden bevorzugt behandelt und hatten schnell ihr Essen. 1A total nett und das Essen was super!!! Döner an sich schmeckte okay aber war nix besonderes. Die Größe vom Döner ist normal und man wird satt , wenn man nicht so ein Riesen Hunger hat. 7,50 Euro zu verlangen ist schon ein wenig übertrieben.

Sehr leckeres Fleisch. Jedoch ist das nur Hackfleisch und nicht reines Fleisch vom Rind. Der Dönerteller ist lecker und über dem Standard.
