A fantastic grilled dish that exceeded all expectations! The selection of meats was perfectly prepared: juicy, aromatic, and seasoned just right. The lamb chops, in particular, were grilled to perfection—tender to the bite and full of flavor. The chicken pieces and skewers also had a wonderful marinade, which was a pleasant departure from the usual. The side dishes rounded off the whole experience perfectly: the fragrant rice was fluffy and light, the crispy fries were seasoned with spices, and the grilled bell peppers and tomatoes added a fresh, fresh-from-the-grill flavor. The accompanying salad was crisp, colorful, and spicy—just the perfect accompaniment to the bold flavors of the meat. You can immediately tell that love and care go into this dish. A generous portion, excellent flavor, and a beautiful presentation on the hot plate. An absolute must for all grill and meat lovers—the total package of quality, taste, and enjoyment is just right.

Update: It is always pure pleasure to have a dinner here. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Service is really fast. Restaurant is neither hip nor old, just in balance of a proper restaurant. Really clean. Food as well tasty. Why 1 Star deduction? The price. It was never cheap but in the last 1 or 2 years, the kebap places somehow looks like they started a race within themselves to be the most expensive one. Hasir lands in the same race too, unfortunately. Thankfully as I mentioned above, great service quality, decent and tasty food with a clean and cozy ambient is definitely helping you not to feel like robbed. But it doesn't change the fact of the high price. Anyhow, thank you Hasir restaurant for your awesome staff and great cooks.

We were here late in the afternoon, so it wasn't very busy. We received a warm welcome and service straight away. The food was fantastic. We had Kuzu Karski (lamb fillet), Lokum Iskender (lamb fillet with crispy bread in a tomato and yogurt sauce), and Kuzu Güveç (lamb in a clay pot). Everything was superbly prepared. The lamb was super juicy, and the lamb in the clay pot was really tender. We finished with a cup of tea and said goodbye. I'd love to come back when I'm in Berlin. The place is a bit more expensive (30-50%) than most kebab shops, but the atmosphere and food were also worth it.

The food is delicious but there is no hometown sincerity

First of all, the welcome was quite friendly. However, our waiter acted as if he was going to beat us later, which put a damper on our morale. He also added the menu prices to the bill without warning, which was a complete turn-off. His tone when we mentioned this was also quite unpleasant. Frankly, the good food didn't mean much. Unfortunately, what we went to, thinking it was a Turkish restaurant, disappointed us.

We, 4 asians, decided to dine turkish instead of Vietnamese beside Hasir, it turned out, it was the right decision ! I was in this restaurant 20 years ago and spent my first salary here. Since then the place has deteriorated: ambience terrible, no music, everyone talks loudly. The service was annoyed and rude. Meat dry. Salad dressing the cheapest from Aldi. An attempt was made to substitute a soft drink instead of Cola. Overall a ruined evening.

I came on holiday hoping for Turkish food. I paid more than 100 euros, there is absolutely no such thing as price and performance because I don't think it is of high quality, the price list is normal for quality products, but I don't think the products served deserve this price. When I told the waiter to add 10 Euros for himself, he said he had added it as 10%, and it was already added without asking me, which is another nonsense. At the restaurant in Kreuzberg, they said the card was damaged, I had to pay in cash yesterday, those who paid the bill after me paid by card, etc. etc. As you can see, I definitely do not recommend it.

The wraps we bought were full and satisfying, but the meat was cut hard and thick, and there was a lot of fat accumulated at the bottom of the wrap.

The food quality is quite good. But it's always very busy, and occasionally special requests aren't fulfilled, even though they've been ordered and agreed to. For example, four people: two want only an appetizer and two want only a main course. Both are supposed to be served together. That didn't work at all.

Maybe because we went in the evening, there was no doner kebab on the menu. We ate Turkish delight iskender, it was quite delicious, but it could have been even more delicious if the bread inside was fresh or heated. The Turkish delight iskender you see in the picture was around 33-34 €. I must say that it is an expensive but more elegant restaurant compared to Turkish restaurants or Hasır's branches in Kreuzberg. This may also be due to its expensive location. We were pleased with the service and the general atmosphere of the restaurant. Although I did not give it 5 stars due to the high prices, in my opinion, it is a restaurant that deserves more than its current score.

The food was just like in any other restaurant, nothing special. There were three of us there and we paid 152 euros, which is really a lot for nothing. We could have eaten just as well in any kebab house for half the price. Ah yes and tipping is not an option but is credited straight away. It's also too loud in the restaurant, the waiters shout at each other when they want to say something. The tables are too close together so you have to hear the entire conversation from the next table. Conclusion; will not be visited again and not recommended.

We had our iftar there today, unfortunately we were disappointed. We did not like the taste of the meat at all and the price was too high.

Das war eines der Lieblingsrestaurants unserer Freunde, und wir waren oft hier. Leider war unser letzter Besuch eine völlige Enttäuschung. Wie sich herausstellte, hat das Restaurant nicht nur die Speisekarte, sondern offenbar auch sein gesamtes Konzept geändert. Anstelle unserer Lieblingsvorspeisen wurde uns mit einem Lächeln etwas anderes serviert, mit dem Kommentar, dass es „fast dasselbe“ sei. Statt eines authentischen türkischen Salats bekamen wir einen Eisbergsalat mit Mozzarella (!!!) und einer undefinierbaren Sauce. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass wir keinen Salat mit Mozzarella möchten, meinte der Kellner, der Mozzarella sei nur zur Dekoration… Statt Baba Ganoush servierte man uns gebratene Zucchini in Tomatenpaste. Als Hauptgericht bestellten wir Lammkoteletts. Als Beilage bekamen wir – ohne dass wir es bestellt hatten – ungenießbaren Spinat, Champignons mit Zwiebeln und eine kleine Portion Pommes. Der Kellner war zwar freundlich, aber reagierte überhaupt nicht auf unsere Wünsche, als ob er die Sprache nicht verstehen würde… Sehr schade. Wir werden definitiv nicht zurückkommen.

This is the place we visited during our visit to Berlin, after watching YouTube videos! We made this mistake, don't do it - don't be fooled by what is said in the videos, the atmosphere is bad, the attention of the waiters is quite bad, we went for the döner kebab (which is probably the worst in Berlin). The prices are expensive with the comfort of not being popular... Even the complimentary tea is expensive! If you want to be disgraced with your money, you can go... I guess you have to either be a celebrity (politician, etc.) or a YouTuber to get attention here.

Edited: With a broken heart I have to unfortunately change my rating. We came back after 1 year and it is like we entered an entirely different restaurant. The menu has changed and a lot of authentic Turkish dishes are removed. The taste of the foods is blunt and nothing special. The quality of the meat is very poor. Even the diversity and quality of the bread is reduced. Looks like the service team is the same, the staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating. The pictures are old and you can’t find most of the dishes in the restaurant anymore. Had an absolutely delicious, pleasant, chilled and exciting dinner. The dishes were exceptionally tasty, the service so polite and helpful, the restaurant atmosphere so chilled. I’d recommend every day of the week. Totally a must place to visit to experience berlina Turkish culture.

The different types of kebab are recommended with mixed meze. Ayran or Rakı with a meal and a Turkish coffee or tea are invariably wonderful.

Cada vez que estamos en Berlín, Hasir es una visita obligada para nosotros. Siempre hacemos una reserva con antelación para evitar decepciones. Hemos estado viniendo una y otra vez a Hasir durante años y nunca nos decepcionaron una vez. Si bien no los nombres de todos en Hasir, realmente no importa, ya que todos ellos son maravillosos. Y lo que es más importante, parece que nadie que trabaja allí nunca se va, ya que siempre somos recibidos por los mismos individuos, lo que es kudos a Hasir manteniendo a su gente y a su vez a los huéspedes verdaderamente felices. Desde la comida hasta la carta de vinos, tiene una amplia selección de maravillosas ofertas. Pero ten cuidado: Si crees que tienes hambre y pides varios entrantes, los tamaños de las porciones son fenomenales, por lo que es posible que desees revisar al hacer el pedido, ya que sería una pena desperdiciar las maravillosas creaciones de alimentos. Lo que más disfrutamos es la selección de entrantes fríos y calientes, ya que se le servirán platos individuales estilo tapas compartiendo platos con los más grandes y sabrosos panes planos que haya visto. El ambiente es bullicioso y nunca es una mala señal cuando los lugareños vienen a comer aquí. Gracias a todos en Hasir por ser tan constantemente genial y acogedor. Ya no podemos esperar hasta nuestra próxima visita.

We went with a friend and ordered 2 doner kebabs. The waiter probably didn't like the order and left with a fuss. If there is a minimum spending fee, let them tell us and let's go accordingly. While I was paying the bill, my friend started to pour tea for a moment, and we were met with a rude reaction from the boss, shouting "stop, stop" and saying "we are giving the tea, not you, it costs 1.5 euros". Döner is a normal doner kebab, but the attitude of the employees is extremely bad. I will never go again, and I don't recommend anyone to go. We were served the smallest kebab in the world for an impressive 8 euros. Unfortunately, it couldn't live up to its price in terms of taste.

Unfortunately the meat only came with bread and onions and sauce and it was so dry and when I asked the waiter if I could have a sauce with it, the immediate answer was no, that wasn't part of it. And the beer was on the menu for €4.90 and when billed it suddenly turned out to be €6.90. It's really a shame...

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all. The taste of the doner kebab, especially the meat, was extremely different. When you chew, the nerves of the meat constantly come into your mouth. You cannot order doner at your table to eat it, you can buy your doner yourself in the outside section, pay for it and go to your table. This feature of a restaurant that is especially famous for its Döner in a place like Berlin is very, very bad. Tables and seating areas were not hygienic at all. I think there are much better Döner restaurants in Berlin that you can go to and try.

The waiters were working by distinguishing between people and showing their facial expressions in that way. They treat a German customer differently than a Turkish customer. I guess it's just because we smoke tripe.

My dish was number 82. The quality was very good. However, I think €24.90 for two small crepes filled with a little minced meat (shown on the menu as special bread) is pretty sporty. We expected a lot more from Turkish cuisine in terms of variety of tastes. It should be as rich in spices as the Levatinian one. It's a shame.

We ate at the branch in Berlin Nürnbergler Str. Our waiter Mehmet took great care of us, the food was delicious and very satisfying, something that is hard to find in Istanbul. Even though we went hungry, we couldn't finish the Sultan menu for 2 people. Our venue when we come to Berlin has now been determined.
