McDonald's in Eisenhüttenstadt

MyMcDonalds isn't working. You can order online, but the code doesn't work in the restaurant. The food is rather carelessly assembled, and as a result, the sauces on the burgers are usually outside the burger instead of on top.

I really like the food and I also like the decor there :)

It's a very nice place, I was very pleased. It's clean, friendly and the staff is very sweet.

A classic McDonald's restaurant, nothing special except that there are no ordering machines. Otherwise, just like anywhere else.

Unfriendly employee, arrogant to the max... wanted a McFlurry coupon for €2.50. Since when do you have to enter a number? Coupons in the app constantly crash. Totally annoying.

The staff didn't even give me a straw, even though I ordered four menu items. I insisted on black pepper. They said they couldn't give me more than three. Why? This is a disgusting restaurant. The restrooms stink. The middle-aged woman at the cash register treats people very badly.

A very nice, old McDonald's, which is also very clean and offers a great experience with employees. It's better than ordering digitally. The employees are very friendly, the food is prepared quickly, and the food is hot.

Just a McDonald's. Oh, and the bag (to go) was missing just one thing. That's quite an improvement.

I ordered the McSmart meal with 3 Big Macs and 2 small Cokes – the order was incredibly fast; within 10 seconds, we were standing outside with our food. The food was fresh and delicious. The experience was pleasant and not too crowded. I particularly liked the older style of the branch – no kiosks, but very pleasant. We sat outside, everything was very clean, and I had no concerns. Inside, as far as I could see, it looked just as tidy. Friendly and fast service – definitely recommend it! We paid €23.56 for 3 people and didn't eat much, but it was a good price.

A nostalgic McDonald's. I was surprised that there were no kiosks, no cafe, and no online ordering. Back to the 90s? That's what it felt like, because the interior design style reminded me of it. Does that affect anything? No. The staff was friendly and the store itself was clean.

An experience for children, a horror for me

Once again I've paid €7.99 for nothing. If I have two receipts, then I want to get the goods I've paid for. It's happened to me many times that something I ordered and paid for is always missing. And now there's no good rating for it. Why does this happen so often here in Eisenhüttenstadt? It's incomprehensible. The third time this happened to me, I always checked, and even then it was sometimes wrong. Today I didn't have time to check on the spot. Suddenly something was missing, and someone must have gone hungry.

Unfortunately the slide outside was still closed for the kids and the Minekraft milkshake was powdery and didn't taste great🙃

At mc Drive, not everything you order is always delivered

I have been to McDonald’s in many countries around the world and this branch I stumbled upon while staying locally really impressed me. It was great to see the old school system in use, and the food was fresh, burger made to order and brought over to my table. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was a nice clean place to spend some time !

There are no order boards. The lady who collects orders at the cash register doesn't speak English, so we got it, I don't blame you, we were traveling but the order was given incorrectly and it wasn't what we ordered. Make ordering boards there

There are usually only problems with the McDonald's app because it can't find the restaurant. Otherwise a good shop with an old school look.

Compared to other branches, you feel like you've been transported back in time here. The facility is quite old, some products were not available such as cola in different varieties, the ice cream was more runny than creamy and the nuggets tasted okay. Ordering is only possible at the checkout and not yet via the terminal. The corner for the children's birthday party also looked like it did when I was young in the 90's. The staff tried very hard to shine with friendliness to excuse the subterranean quality of the food.

Unfortunately an outdated branch. No order terminals, no chance to order via app. This should be changed as soon as possible. A conversion into a modern branch wouldn't be a bad idea either.

We were in the Essen branch yesterday (8.3.25). The food had been there for a while and wasn't freshly prepared when ordered. In Saxony the food is only prepared when we order it. It's questionable why you prepare so many burgers in advance when there's nothing going on with customers. The food can only be there for a certain amount of time and then it has to be taken out. The women's toilets and flushing have been broken for months and it smells very disgusting. It's a shame that no repairs are being made there.

The most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever experienced... The food has been ready for over an hour and that's how it tastes... The toilet flush in the women's toilet has also been broken for about half a year 👌 Definitely NOT recommended 👌

Unfortunately, on several visits between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., there were very long waiting times at the cash registers in the restaurant. But the seats were still enough. The entrance area is directly in front of the drive-in lane, which I find very dangerous and not well thought out.

Friendly and fast staff. And just like before, without an order terminal. Just go in, go to the counter, order, take and enjoy. Toilets were also very clean.

Unfortunately you cannot redeem bonus points here. The points I was supposed to receive were canceled due to an error.

Had dinner today. They are actually always satisfied. Today we were freezing in the restaurant. You should check the room temperature.

The service at the car counter was friendly, but the burgers were sloppily topped and only lukewarm. Also, you forgot the mayonnaise with the fries.

The Big Tasty was great I have to say, but very terrible, moody and unwelcoming staff/worker.

It's like any other Mc's, but what I personally think sucks is that there are no ordering boards, but the service is very friendly.

You can visit if you are in the area.

Food like everywhere else at MCD, but this constant forgetting of small burgers or fries is so annoying in EHST!!! And unfortunately you usually notice this when you unpack at home.

In terms of food/offer, it's a normal McDonalds. We usually order via Lieferando and everything works and tastes good, but fries or individual smaller things are rarely forgotten. The suppliers are always very nice. When we eat in the restaurant the atmosphere isn't the best, but which McDonald's is it? The toilets have been clean on every visit and the service has been friendly.

You should also hire staff who understand you better and don't give you wrong products

Food often looks like it was thrown in, often already cold when served and every third order something is missing from the bag but not on the bill, which is always great when you're picking up for several people and 4 people out of 10 have nothing However, there is occasionally friendly service and no problems, but only if the two correct ones are on the drive in the windows or at the front of the checkout

Capri Sun was forgotten and toys were not included, the little mouse was very sad.

It was very annoying that you advertise offers and then you can't get 3 out of 5 things cheaper because you can't redeem the voucher even though the lady at the counter had the vouchers in front of you and if something doesn't work you as a guest simply have to pay the full price because bringing in a managing director seems somehow impossible. If something doesn't work, you're just out of luck. Not customer friendly. Food was okay.

The fries were not good at all, rubbery as if they weren't half done, salty at all. Horrible service, girl with glasses. There is no willingness to speak at least English. You could see how I was bothering her by ordering food. I guess, exactly the same opinion as on Mapy.cz

On my last visit I ordered long chicken with cheese, no cheese on it but paid. Today I ordered french fries without mayonnaise, I didn't want to pay for any mayonnaise. I'm very disappointed... It's better not to go to the drive in. As I read, it's often forgotten or paid for and not included. Nobody cares....

Better to Burger King. Update 06/23/24 Promotion 2 for the price of 1 sounds good at first, but only 1x per order and registered user. Very little for a family of 4. Therefore out of 3 stars now only 1. And the 1 star is only given because nothing less is possible.

It's the only McDonald's nearby, so we go there every now and then. The food is okay, just standard catering. There's not much to say there. However, it has happened more often recently that not the entire order ends up in the bag. Sometimes the extra fries are missing, sometimes a burger or nuggets, we've gotten into the habit of checking the order directly; we've never had to do that anywhere else. And NO, we don't eat in the restaurant! This on the subject of “ambience”.

Dear McDonalds team, we ordered a slightly larger order and were completely cheated. We are missing 2 McSmart menus and a cola. How can it come to that? Outrageous....

One of the things I wanted to do at this McDonalds in Eisenhüttenstadt was to redeem a portion of fries for my points. Now here's the thing: You can only collect points in this branch, but you cannot redeem them. To redeem it, I would like to go to Fürstenwalde, for example, which is 57km! Incredible. Reason: There are no terminals for ordering and then it cannot be redeemed. Then please get a terminal, it's better to order from them anyway because it's much more relaxed than having the queue pushing behind you.

If only the food was warm. And the service would understand the simple “Bill Kaulitz menu, please” it would be 5⭐. The only thing I can praise is a very good shake, perfect consistency.

Very, very nice team at McDonalds, always nice and trying very hard to bring you as a customer your food quickly and to help with any questions. Only for children it could be better outside and inside..

- Tom Kaulitz didn't get the menu as advertised. It was only possible to get fries instead of nuggets. According to the employee, an entry in the cash register was not possible. Even after referring to the advertising in the app, there was no goodwill from the employee. - No labeling of the different drinks (Coke light vs Cola sugar) - Wrong drink (Fanta instead of Cola). - No receipt (McDrive) - Long waiting times (Saturday 1:30 p.m.)

The most terrible MC around. It takes forever to order, the staff is totally listless and the atmosphere could be better. Only the slide outside is popular with the kids. I really hate going there.

Nowadays, with every order you just hope that the right employees are on duty. I've experienced everything there now... from missing burgers to orders where I wanted a burger without pickles and they were then simply shoveled down instead of being re-prepared. And yes, you can taste it. Well, after ordering yesterday, today was another long day of feeling unwell and having stomach problems. By the way, when we tried breakfast, it was cold. I used to enjoy going to McDonald's, but the current offering there isn't worth the money. A pity.

On almost every visit something is forgotten to pack. Sometimes you get different things than what you ordered. I'm generally a fan of surprises, but not when I'm hungry. When I point out that something is missing, I usually get a mushy response. Unfortunately, this is the only burger shop in Eisenhüttenstadt, there is currently no alternative.

Annoyed staff, citizens cold, toilet OK. Friday afternoon and the shop is empty - it's probably because of how you treat customers...

It was our first time here...my granddaughter was thrilled. Something like that can happen sometimes.

Unfortunately this time we had a bad experience yesterday when we got something. At night everything started with vomiting, nausea and diarrhea.

The two ladies at the checkout were very nice and personable. No waiting time, food was ok, as far as you can expect from this chain. No worse than other branches. Unfortunately you couldn't order ice cream and when it came to redeeming the coupons you weren't sure if it would work. But seemed to work. For me personally, however, the big negative is that you can't place your order in the app beforehand because the location doesn't seem to exist there?!

Quite quick service and not too crowded. The menu would be brought to the table.

Everything was great! There are two zones – outside and inside. Music is playing in the background. And there is also free internet on the premises (within a radius of 70 meters).

Service und Speisen waren in Ordnung. Aber durch das Erstaufnahmelager nebenan hat man Angst bekommen. Anzahl und Verhalten der Asylanten im Restaurant haben uns eher verängstigt. Beim nächsten Besuch max. McDrive..

Unfreundliches Personal,man kann nicht mal in Ruhe schauen was es im Angebot gibt da Rollen die schon mit den Augen und sind genervt. Tische schmutzig und Toilette Katastrophe.....Geht gar nicht. Und es gibt auch kein bestell terminal

Katastrophe! 45min auf das Essen gewartet ! Mit mehrfacher Erinnerung das wir noch auf unser Essen warten. Um 23:Uhr Sind mit der kleinsten Bestellung überfordert.. noch nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt

Mehrfach komplette Bestellung bezahlt und die Hälfte hat gefehlt. Heute sogar keine sauce auf den big Mac und wieder 20 er Nuggets abgerechnet und nicht bekommen. Wir waren das letzte Mal da. Sehr enttäuscht

Wer kennt sie nicht? Mc Donalds und Burger King? In der letzten Zeit glänzten sie, speziell Burger King, durch negativ Schlagzeilen. Hygiene und verdorbene Lebensmittel sind immer wieder ein Kritikpunkt bei dieser Systemgastronomie. Und der Verbraucher muss meist diesen Miststand unwissend in sich reinstopfen und auch noch dafür bezahlen. Ok. Wer diese Stätten aufsucht, sollte wenigstens wissen, auf welch Risiko man sich da einlässt. Aber, ab und zu kommt man an dieses Essen nicht vorbei, besonders wenn es mal schnell gehen soll. Ich stelle vorab eine Kerze auf und bringe noch schnell ein Stoßgebet über mich, in der Hoffnung, dass alles glatt geht. Jeder kennt diese tolle Werbung und Plakate, mit dem frischen, saftigen Big Mac und oder Co.Meist folgt dann aber beim aufklappen der Foodcontainer die Ernüchterung. Schnell zusammen gefaltetes Produkt, kleiner als das Produkt auf dem Plakat, schon etwas abgestanden oder kalt und der Geschmack hat auch etwas darunter gelitten. Um so größer die Freude, wenn man doch mal auf ein Haus trifft, dass frische und Qualität seiner Produkte hoch hält. Samstag 19.08.2023 gegen 13 Uhr. Mal schnell etwas Essen. Bestellung aufgegeben., BIC Mac und Mc Ripp mit üblicher Beilage. Und jetzt die Überraschung. Endlich mal nach langer Zeit und ich spreche negativ dann von Filialen in Berlin, hier frisch gemacht Produkte und die waren noch heiß. Zwar etwas gewartet, aber dies war es Wert. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter brachte uns das Essen an den Tisch und legte zusätzlich sogenannte Feuchttücher für die Hände ab. Eben ein Service. Fazit. Gute Bedienung, guter Service, frische und vor allem heiße Produkte. Nix was schon 10 min unter der Rotlichtlampe lag. Teamgeist spürte man stimmt in diesem Haus. Hoffe keine Eintagsfliege und das die Hygiene stimmt. Macht weiter so.

Sanierungsbedürftiges Restaurant. Sanitäranlagen riechen nach Urin. Kontaktlose Bestellung leider nicht möglich, keine digitalen Bestelltafeln. Müsste modernisiert werden, ansonsten halt alles wie bei jedem anderen McDonalds auch.

Sehr nettes Personal, besser als in Cottbus! Hat sich Zeit genommen für die Kunden.Vorallem war das Essen heiß und knusprig!Gerne wieder!

Die Servicedame war sehr verwirrt ( konnte sich nicht merken was man bestellt hat, wir hatten ständig was falsches bei, war sehr nervig). Wartezeit bis zum bestellen war echt ewig, gut das der eine Fahrer eingegriffen hat. Negativ, wenn man als Familie hingeht und die Coupons aus der App nimmt und mit Karte zahlen muss -> jeder Coupon musste einzeln bezahlt werden und demzufolge hat auch so lange das gedauert bis wir das essen hatten Zum MC Rip bekommt man nicht mal mehr Feuchttücher und Strohhalme haben wir auch keine bekommen, trotz Nachfrage, Antwort: kann jetzt gerade nicht 🤬 Es war kein schlechtes Wetter, aber draußen die rutsche hatte zu und drinnen gibt es nicht mal mehr das bällebad. Also für Kinder nicht zu empfehlen. War total schlimm, bitte nicht nochmal so

Katastrophe, eine Bedingung.... zwischen Auto und Innenschalter hin und her..... ewige Wartezeit ca 15 Minuten. Das kann man auch nicht mit Freundlichkeit wegmachen. Die 2. Kraft lief im Laden hin und her. Wir waren zu dritt im Lokal....
