The Reiterklause is a small, rustic restaurant with an associated riding stable. There isn't a large selection of dishes, which isn't a bad thing - a lot of choice doesn't automatically mean a lot of quality. But the few dishes taste good and are affordable. The ambience corresponds to the motto of this hospitality and offers a lot of comfort in the outdoor seating, especially in summer. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open until 9 p.m. on Saturdays; It's a shame actually.

A sad farewell The Deutsche Hof was more than just a restaurant - it was a piece of home, a place full of memories for many of us. It's a real shame that this traditional restaurant has now closed its doors forever. The Deutsche Hof has been an integral part of the Paunsdorfer community since I was a child. The atmosphere, the always friendly service and, above all, the home-style cooking have made the restaurant something special. I will really miss the pork knuckle and the hearty roasts with the unique sauce - dishes like this are rarely found in this quality. Special thanks go to the chef, whose skills have made many of us happy over the years. I really hope that he will continue to use his talent in another restaurant or project and that he can inspire people there too. The Deutsche Hof may be closed, but the memories and the taste remain - and with them a piece of its heritage in our hearts. Thank you for the wonderful moments and meals!

A very nice, large restaurant with plenty of seating and an outdoor area. With a lovely view of the lake, a pleasant atmosphere. There's a wide selection of different dishes and drinks, fresh, hot, and prepared with care. The staff are friendly and very attentive. We had a lovely birthday celebration here. A lovely destination. We highly recommend it. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Es stimmt, in einem Gastraum roch es auffällig. Dieser Geruch hängt offensichtlich mit einem Abwassersystem im Keller zusammen. Wir aßen in historischer Umgebung im zweiten Gastraum frisch zubereitetes Kalbsschnitzel und Lachs mit schmackhaftem Grillgemüse, Kartoffeln und knackigem Salat.

Anyone who is so unfriendly on the phone should not expect a visit from us.

I politely asked if we could get something to eat at 9 p.m. because it says the restaurant is open until 10 p.m. In response, I was cheekily insulted. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Or at least adjust your opening hours if requests annoy you. Never again.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the negative reviews. If we had read these in advance, we would have saved ourselves trouble. Price-performance is absolutely not suitable. Meat in the roulade was delicious, red cabbage tasted very good. Ox cheeks tender and tasty. Temperature and side dishes were a problem. Drinks and dessert were nothing to complain about. I don't want to repeat everything here either, because it's all already written. I can only mention that we spoke to the waitress about these problems that same evening and also reported this to reception on the day of departure. We can only say one thing here, if there is no change we will not visit this restaurant again.

Ich hatte heute Gulasch mit hausgemachten Knödeln. Kurz gesagt es ging gar nicht! Das Fleisch war zäh und hart und dem Knödel ging es nicht anders! Als die Kellnerin fragte wie es geschmeckt hat, habe ich ihr die Mängel mitgeteilt. Ihre Reaktion war "OH". Wer also Lust hat auf zähen Gulasch mit Zwieback hier ist er richtig!
