Good food, good beer, kind staff and they are dog friendly

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit einem sehr netten Service. Die Speisen sind allerdings eher mittelmäßig und teuer. Die Bouillabaise mit 15 Euro war schlicht zu teuer. Der Panisch war sehr trocken und die Bratkartoffeln fast verbrannt. Das Kinderessen (Nudeln mit Tomatensosse) schlägt mit 9,5 Euro zu Buche wobei der Parmesan dann mit 1,5 euro noch oben drauf kommt. Von daher hat das eher keinen Wiederholungswert. 3 Sterne für den Service, aber das wars dann auch

I had the schnitzel burger and that was an amazing experience, the creme brule was also really great. The price is unfortunately high but still somehow worth it. The waiter was very nice For me it's definitely worth a visit again when I'm in Hamburg

Good menu, rustic ambience. Parking was difficult to find. The food was great and the service very friendly. Prices were still normal. It was a lovely evening!

Lamento decir que tuvimos un servicio extremadamente deficiente y en parte mala comida. Nos "servía" un viejo gruñón. Mezcló pedidos de diferentes mesas, fue muy grosero con nosotros y otros huéspedes. Recibimos la comida equivocada tres veces y la comida estaba fría. Durante la cena le indicamos al viejo / camarero que estábamos insatisfechos. NINGUNA RESPUESTA. Compartimos nuestras malas experiencias con la señora que nos recibió. Le pareció molesto, pero indicó que su colega no respondió en absoluto a lo que le dijo. Tuvimos que pagar más de 125 euros por una velada muy desagradable.

Queríamos un poco de comida alemana básica y nuestra hija recomendó este lugar local. Estaba casi lleno en una noche de semana, una buena señal. Todos tenemos un schnitzel de cerdo grande, tierno y delicioso, con col roja y spaetzle. Camarera muy amable que trató agradablemente con nuestro alemán limitado.

Tolles Silvester Event, bei dem einfach alles gestimmt hat. Die Musik, die Location, der Service, die Interaktion, die hochwertigen Speisen, das Ambiente… Einfach alles war berauschend.

Yes, definitely if you like hearty food. It's rare to see so many satisfied restaurant guests.

There were nine of us; Everyone enjoyed it very much, the food was plentiful and we were served very well and friendly. The prices were very accommodating and the food was prepared and served surprisingly quickly. We'd love to come back.

I often go there to play bingo... it's always fun to spend the afternoon there in good company.

It's a shame that the Eichtalrestaurant is closing.
