We were there for dinner in the afternoon, unfortunately the food was carelessly prepared. I would have expected something different given the prices. Not even a side salad with the roast beef, my daughter's pancake was lightly fried black. Were really disappointed. We were there years ago and actually had fond memories of the place. But like the furnishings, it is really getting old.

We were regulars at Brodersen before the change of ownership. After it reopened, we tried the "new" Brodersen a while ago. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The significantly smaller menu made us think long and hard about whether we even wanted to try it. The service was very slow; everything took quite a while, right from the start, even taking our drink order. In times of staff shortages (the young lady seemed to be alone), I can overlook this – but I'm also very patient and understanding, and I worked in restaurant service for a while myself. The schnitzel is still good and has neither improved nor deteriorated in quality. I was unfortunately bitterly disappointed with the side dishes. Both the cucumber salad and the potato salad are dressed with horseradish – unfortunately, there's no mention of this on the menu, and unfortunately, I don't like horseradish at all. When the waitress cleared the table and asked how we were satisfied, I pointed out the horseradish situation and received a flippant reply that I could have canceled the horseradish. I definitely would have done that, if I'd known. I can't cancel something I don't know about. A note on the menu would have been helpful. The waitress's manner and language, in contrast to the schnitzel without side dishes, left us extremely disappointed. What a shame!

A sensation since the new chef/owner took over. Incredibly creative cuisine, fantastic wine list. Exceptional service. I love sitting in the garden. Parking is even relatively easy. Highly recommended.

We have eaten here a few times this week and it is wonderful! Delicious food served by attentive and friendly people. The kitchen has all the hallmarks of a classically trained chef, who really knows how to cook. Good food, good wine, great service - I’ll be back!

I recently dined at the Brodersen restaurant on Rothenbaumchaussee and was absolutely thrilled! The restaurant combines Hanseatic tradition with modern cuisine in a very successful way. The ambiance is stylishly Nordic, with great attention to detail. The decor is reminiscent of an old captain's house – cozy, charming, yet elegant. A seat on the garden terrace is particularly worthwhile in summer – a small green oasis in the middle of the city. The menu offers a successful mix of classic North German dishes such as Labskaus, Pannfisch, or Wiener Schnitzel, as well as modern interpretations with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Everything is homemade, from the bread to the side dishes – you can taste it immediately. I particularly recommend the fish soup and the short ribs – tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and with genuine Hanseatic hospitality. We received a warm welcome from the moment we arrived, and we felt completely at home throughout the entire evening. Special requests were fulfilled without any problems. The prices are absolutely appropriate for the level – not cheap, but completely fair for the quality offered.

Wir haben zu dritt zwei wunderschöne Abende im Brodersen erlebt auf der Terrasse und im Restaurant. Obwohl das Restaurant fast voll besetzt war, konnte man sich in den Nieschen sehr wohl fühlen. Unser Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Ziegenkäse mit Früchten pikant angemacht toll. Wer keinen Koriander mag, kann ihn leicht beiseite legen. Die Fischsuppe ist sehr würzig, das sagt auch der Service mir hat sie genau so gepasst. Der Spargel wird mit Zander, Lamm, oder Risotto angeboten. Alles hervorragend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns vom Service bestens betreut.

I was there for a team evening with the company where I work. Very, very tasty food and makes you want to try something you haven't eaten before, with a greeting from the kitchen. The beef was extremely tender and a culinary delight😋. Super nice and fast service. It was just perfect.

We went to Brodersen again and were thrilled, just like our last visits. This time I ordered the schnitzel and I have to say: really tasty! The rest fits and we are already looking forward to our next visit (hopefully again in the beer garden).

Update April 2025 At the opening, the main course plates were portioned smaller, so that adults can also order two plates. The Brodersen has now changed the main course portions and it is really more than enough. Furthermore, all dishes are of top quality and the love for the craft goes right through your stomach. Whether tender schnitzel with cucumber and potato salad or goose leg with red cabbage or 300g. Steak grilled to perfection and tender as butter. There is now also a children's menu. Activities for children such as pens and books are welcome. The service is super attentive and also offers new creations. Very friendly and open, as always :) Summer 2024 The dishes taste incredibly high quality and everything is simply perfectly coordinated and thought out. I wouldn't have thought that broccoli could be prepared so tastefully, the sauce for the short ribs was jaw-dropping and the service was simply friendly and friendly. The principle is similar to tapas: 2.5 plates per person fill you up well. The rooms are completely renovated and I fell in love with the comfortable chairs. Simply super comfortable, perfect for a great dinner with friends.

Asparagus with ham - a classic lovingly presented. I hate to drown in hollandaise, but this was light and worth the Lüneburg asparagus. I'll have to eat Wiener Schnitzel with you soon!

Yesterday we were again in the Brodersen with a family of 8 people. It was a successful evening. The food was delicious and I would particularly like to praise Philipp's fish soup. Heavenly pleasure, there is nothing more to say. The sea bream was also exceptionally good. The skin was so crispy that hardly any restaurant serves it. It's always worth choosing a menu because the price and performance are always 100% right. There is really no criticism of this culinary cuisine. Philipp, we would like to thank you for your explanations when you come to the table and for your suggestions about asking about alternatives. Again, the greatest praise for the service. This one is just great and the funny exchange of blows is a highlight. Thank you for helping us feel welcome. We'll see each other again soon.

A culinary experience at the highest level! The chef Philip is a true master of his craft! He processes fresh, regional ingredients into dishes that impress with a special twist and the highest quality. The fish soup in particular was an absolute highlight - perfectly seasoned with saffron and fennel, and a Chablis goes perfectly with it. Another highlight: the numerous greetings from the kitchen. The cauliflower muesli was an unexpected revelation, and the homemade lychee ice cream with homemade ginger beer as a refreshing snack was simply fantastic. The crowning achievement? A heavenly carrot cake! The Brodersen restaurant, previously known for hearty cuisine, has been transformed into a small gourmet temple by the new owner and chef. Nevertheless, the classic Wiener Schnitzel remains on the menu and continues to shine. Particularly noteworthy: The restaurant is very dog-friendly – ​​four-legged friends are very welcome. An absolute insider tip for connoisseurs!

Philip is an excellent chef! The food is not only delicious but truly exceptional - I never thought I could fall so in love with fish soup. He took over the restaurant last year but kept the old name. While the cuisine used to be more rustic, guests can now expect the finest cuisine.

Unsere Freunde wollten Schnitzel essen gehen. Deswegen fiel die Wahl auf das für uns neue Brodersen. Begrüßung, Tischgeleit, Mantelabnahme, alles perfekt. Das Couvert-Brot kommt frisch gebacken in zwei Sorten Brot und zwei Sorten Dip auf den Tisch, bestellt und nicht kostenlos. Der Blick in die Speisekarte blieb beim Muscheltopf hängen. Leider konnte er nicht bestellt werden. Die Auskunft des Mitarbeiters lautete, „die Saison ist beendet“ und duldete keine Erörterung. Und das am 21. Februar. Dabei zeigt die Speisekarte auf der Restaurant-Webseite immer noch den Muscheltopf heute am 24.02. Also fiel meine Wahl dann doch auf das Wiener Schnitzel. Kein Zweifel, die Begleiter mit Kartoffel-Radieschensalat und Dillgurken waren excellent, genauso wie die das Schnitzel umhüllende knusprige Panade. Auch von der Menge eine beeindruckende Portion. Leider empfand ich das Fleisch als kalt und trocken. Meine drei Freunde waren mit ihren jeweiligen Speisen sehr zufrieden - es lag also wohl an mir.

The first time in Brodersen and what can I say - I was pleasantly surprised. The young, refreshing team welcomed us very warmly and all worries about being outdated disappeared. The food was very tasty, but I also have to say about the bread: if it is charged twice in the bill, I would also like to have the entire offer including dips twice. Unfortunately, the great service diminished over the course of the evening and the level of commitment and attention decreased. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant, the service could be given a little more gas.

Wir hatten einen vergnüglich gemütlichen Abend im Restaurant Brodersen mit wirklich leckerem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und die Bedienung war aufmerksam und gut gelaunt, ihre Essens und Wein Empfehlungen exzellent! Wir hatten die Kinder dabei und das traditionelle Wiener Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat und Gurkensalat und hausgemachtem Ginger Beet waren genau das Richtige für sie. Im Brodersen trifft Tradition auf Innovation und so gab es für uns Erwachsenen innovative Aroma Küche. Frische Zutaten in wirklich raffinierter und kreativer Zubereitung. Man denke Gänseleberparfait auf Erdnussbutter und Brombeer Sorbet oder auch Sandorn Orangen Eis mit karamellisierter weißer Schokolade und Zwerg Basilikum-mein neuer Lieblings-Nachtisch..ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

We once again had a pleasant, cozy evening in the Brodersen Restaurant with really delicious food. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive and cheerful, and their wine recommendations were excellent! We had the children with us and the traditional Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad, cucumber salad and homemade non-alcoholic cocktails was just right for them. At Brodersen, tradition meets innovation, so there was innovative aroma cuisine for us adults. Fresh ingredients in really sophisticated and creative preparation. Think goose liver parfait on peanut butter with blackberry sorbet or sea buckthorn-orange ice cream with caramelized white chocolate and dwarf basil - my new favorite dessert. I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Manden er køkkenchefen mens konen og de øvrige tjenere sørger for, at man i den grad føler sig velkommen og godt beværtet. Vi gik derfra med en perfekt kulinarisk oplevelse og kan klart anbefale stedet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage, hvis vi får mulighed for det.

The first thing you have to say is that it is a really good place. I had the schnitzel and the quality was really outstanding. Cucumber salad, lukewarm potato salad - as it should be, if not better. Starter (bread and olives) came 30 minutes, remember. But then without olives. Unfortunately it's a bit steep for the price, but you can also eat in Rotherbaum. The problem For us that evening, however, was that we were once again looking forward to an evening (which was obviously too rare) at the Brodersen. Unfortunately, thanks to the reopening, this no longer has anything to do with the old Brodersen. To be honest, I find it difficult to keep the name, but I can understand it somehow, because the old Brodersen always delivers well. We were looking forward to roulades, kale, smoked pork, roast pork or something similar. The new menu has very few dishes - which tends to be good - but different. In the end I'm disappointed that the old one is no longer there - but the name is still on it. That is my main criticism.

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtstag im Restaurant Brodersen zum Essen. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis sehr enttäuschend und weit hinter den Erwartungen. Es begann mit dem lieblosen Gesamteindruck, es war kein bisschen weihnachtlich dekoriert, und es kam keinerlei weihnachtliche Stimmung auf, weder gab es weihnachtliche Beleuchtung oder Tischdekoration, keinen Weihnachtsbaum und nicht einmal eine Kerze auf dem Tisch. Liebe Grüße war unprofessionell, dass Menü und der Ablauf des Service wurden schlecht erklärt, das Servicepersonal hat sich untereinander nicht abgesprochen, die Tische waren unprofessionell eingedeckt. Die Qualität der Speisen war hingegen gut, allerdings ist die Weinbegleitung mangelhaft gewesen, hier wurden Gläser mit viel zu wenig Inhalt serviert. Für das Gesamterlebnis war es deutlich zu teuer im Verhältnis zu der abgegebenen Leistung. Wir würden in dieses Restaurant nicht zurückkommen. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

We were at Brodersen for the first time on Saturday... before... We liked it. We booked the 3-course Christmas menu (2 different starters, duck on red cabbage, could have had cod and 3 different desserts) through the "Hamburg culinary" campaign. There was also a goddie and bread with seasoning salt, barrel butter and goose fat. It was tasty.. We will come back... but probably only on special occasions because of the price, which is demanding for us.

The decor is a bit quaint. But since June there has been a new owner who has brought a breath of fresh air into the restaurant. The restaurant has a children's menu, cutlery, art supplies and even a variety of children's books, so both kids felt very comfortable. We were spoiled culinary here. There were home-baked breads with butter, hummus and salt. As an amuse: cauliflower “muesli” with apple sorbet and white truffle clay. Followed by marinated goat cheese, smoked heather trout, tenderly braised ox cheeks and Wiener Schnitzel.

New concept, new cuisine, new very friendly and attentive service. The Brodersen is again very good and recommended!

Mit unseren Freunden wollten wir bei klassischer deutscher Küche das neue Brodersen probieren. Der Tisch war reserviert. Super nett wurden wir empfangen. Die Getränke wurden flott aufgenommen und serviert. Als Starter gab es frisch gebackenes Brot mit Dips. Es wurde auch alles nachgelegt. Die original Wiener Schnitzel waren fantastisch. Der Kartoffel-Radieschen-Salat hatte irgendwie zu große Kartoffelstücke und für unseren Geschmack zu viel Säure. Der Gurckensalat schmeckte super. Dennoch hat es uns gut gefallen und der Abend war schön.

A great evening on all levels! When the three of us arrived, the restaurant was very busy - luckily we had reserved. The restaurant exudes a coziness and I felt like it was a good choice. Although I thought that the service would suffer with so many people, the staff looked after us attentively and the "bits and pieces" (that's what it's called on the menu) came quickly. It's really just small things, but they tasted damn good! When the (homemade) bread was gone, we were offered something new. Since we were already looking forward to the appetizer, we declined. Although the nut bread was extremely tasty, this was far from a mistake! We were asked if we would like to share the starters (sharing is caring!) and three starters arrived. Although I ordered the duck parfait and it was a great decision, I have to admit that nothing could top the Brussels sprouts and crispy salad! The main course promised to be good thanks to the starter and I was not disappointed. The art of cooking is simply impressive here. Kudos to the chef! The map is actually not large, but it is still varied and particularly well thought out. Sometimes the spice is in the brevity, or in this case the quality. I would like to thank the team for great service and incredibly delicious food. I will come back soon!

What a celebration! That was a sensational Christmas dinner, not only did it look great, but every course was a firework display, absolutely recommended, top service, good wines, keep it up, we'll definitely be back :-)

The (chef) and owner served a course, which we found to be special, as did the boss (his wife). We chose the menu with Wiener Schnitzel. Since we perceived the schnitzel course to be the weakest compared to all the others, next time we would only choose the “own creations”. We would love to come back.

We have been coming to this restaurant for many years whenever we are in Hamburg. It was like coming home. The dishes simple but very tasty and honest. Now we were there for the first time since the change of ownership. Unfortunately, all the dishes we loved were missing from the menu. Nevertheless, the menu was appealing and we were open to new things. We ordered the bread as a starter and a main course each. We were particularly looking forward to the mashed potatoes as a side dish. The main course arrived and unfortunately there was only a little less than a teaspoon of the side dish to be found. The taste was very good and that's why it's a shame. Why do you save on the cheapest side dish? The ox cheeks were good, but not as tender as they deserved to be. When I mentioned when clearing away the main course that the side dish was almost impossible to find, I was told that this main course was only part of the menu and that's why there was so little. Why do I pay 26 euros for a main course if it isn't a main course? Then why do you offer a main course? Everything takes time. We hope that this very special restaurant will be back to what it was. -I'd be happy to wear this new, more beautiful and younger outfit...

Habe kürzlich von der Neueröffnung über den sozialen Medien erfahren. Das neue Brodersen hat einen neuen Besitzer und ein neues wechselndes Menü. Wir hatten uns zur Muschelsaison Moules Frites also Miesmuscheln mit Pommes und Safran aioli geteilt und danach Dorade und die Ochsenbacke im Hauptgang gegessen. Service und Essen top! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Service is bomb, super attentive, friendly and also with Hamburg humor. Also knows about cocktails and background knowledge. Kitchen is just great! Had the 5 course menu and were simply thrilled. From the beautiful presentation to the food itself. Great cinema in terms of taste. Individual special requests were even taken into account. Definitely coming back!

Simply incredible!!! This restaurant is currently the BEST for me. I was here with two friends and we couldn't decide on the small, fine menu, everything sounded good. That's why we ordered a colorful mix of starters and main courses and put everything in the middle. All the dishes were delicious, it was fresh, regional and really handmade and not convenience food like unfortunately in many restaurants. Each dish had at least one unexpected, exquisite ingredient. We even bought some of the homemade, fresh bread for breakfast. The only drawback is that we ate so much that we couldn't manage dessert. And, even though it was our first time there, the team and chef were so magical that we quickly felt like we were regulars. We'll definitely be back!

TOP This restaurant has to be at the top of the restaurant rankings in Hamburg. Philip Rebelsky cooks simply fantastically - and so surprisingly, because down-to-earth, seasonal ingredients - but with a twist - and so high quality. Some classics - but a little different than you know them. I don't want to exaggerate - but the restaurant with the best, different, creative, very edible cuisine in Hamburg - flower cabbage muesli is actually worthy of a star. The terrace is wonderful in summer, but cozy inside in winter. Either way - I don't know of a better price-performance ratio in Hamburg. And the crew is at eye level with the guest - a little patience at one point or another because word gets around about the quality - it is often very crowded! Good luck - your neighbor, save me some flower hollow cereal!

Very expensive for uncommunicative waiters who then bring everyone the XL version of the food they ordered, even though only one person at the table had ordered that. And were the waiters instructed to place water and bread on the table as casually as possible, without mentioning the cost? In any case, the wording implied something other than that a bottle costs €7.50; especially since we had already ordered drinks. For €87 I get twice as full elsewhere, even with good food. It's a shame the store is so run down. A year ago it was all very down to earth. At least the food was excellent.

Wir waren jetzt im Rahmen des Schlemmersommers bereits zum zweiten Mal im Brodersen. Das Menü ist klasse, da es eine gute Auswahl aus der Karte zusammstellt. Dazu eine freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da. Bei guten Wetter kann man schön draußen sitzen.

Yesterday the three of us were in the beautiful front garden of the restaurant and enjoyed the gourmet summer menu! We are all thrilled by the wonderful taste experiences, from the bread to the various small dishes to share to the delicious desserts. We haven't eaten so well in a long time and we'll definitely be back!

Unglaublich leckeres Menu und als wir uns nicht für einen Nachtisch entscheiden konnten, wurden einfach alle in kleineren Größen gebracht! Der Kellner super nett, Essen auf höchstem Niveau, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were there with a group for the gourmet summer and were really surprised with a wonderful menu. There was basically everything on the menu to share. That was great, we were able to try everything and were completely happy afterwards. The drinks were also very tasty. Between courses we were given good advice and learned a little about the history of the house. We'll definitely come back.

Ein sehr entspannter Sommerabend im gemütlichen Garten. Wir waren positiv beeindruckt von den fantasievoll komponierten Gerichten, die uns von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Die Zutaten waren frisch und von hoher Qualität. Überzeugend war auch der überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Service. Wir kommen gern wieder.

The Brodersen restaurant in Hamburg opened under new management in June. I was there today and I'm thrilled! The restaurant follows an innovative sharing concept with many small courses to share, but also offers traditional plated dishes. The large terrace is particularly impressive, perfect for a cozy evening outdoors. The interior combines traditional interiors with modern elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The modern cuisine is convincing across the board - the dishes are not only visually pleasing, but also taste excellent. Each dish is lovingly prepared and surprises with exciting flavor combinations. Overall, Brodersen is definitely worth a visit. No matter whether you want to try out the sharing concept or enjoy a classic dish – everyone will find something to their taste here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We were in the restaurant yesterday and were served very friendly. It was quite late and we were served cold food, which was fine for us. Unfortunately we hadn't asked about the price and were then unpleasantly surprised. For two cheese platters with some ham and tasty dips, two small salad bowls intended for four people, we had to shell out 100 euros (without drinks). Some of the usual things in the restaurants but that was more than cheeky. A pity

New catering, fine cuisine and very high prices with a very limited selection. All that remains is the name. But it stood for something completely different. Well, whoever likes it.

Die oft negativen Kommentare sind sehr überraschend. Da es aber, unser erster Besuch ist, können wir natürlich nicht mit der Küche von früher vergleichen. Aber heute Abend war es eine angenehme Erlebnis, raffinierte Küche, Gerichte, die überraschen (Süßkartoffelmousse mit Brokkoli). Wir merken, dass der Küchenchef die Feinschmecker überraschen und begeistern möchte. Und es gelingt ihm. Wir fanden die Portionnen nicht zu klein. Bei Desserts mangelt es an Fantasie. Da ist Luft nach oben. Aber die Sorbets waren sehr gut. Der Service ist freundlich, etwas langsam und wir hätten uns bei den Aperitifs über einen Gruß aus der Küche sehr gefreut.

Excellent dishes. From starters to dessert everything was perfect. Food at a high level. Very nice terrace. The brief shower didn't play a role either. The service was refreshing and served in a good mood with an umbrella. Recommended and always happy.

Very good, exquisite restaurant, upscale, exceptional cuisine. Flavor explosion! The cod fillet was excellent. Spirits were not offered after meals. Otherwise a very nice evening.

It's been a long, long time!!! Good food and friendly service. Also vegetarians find something on the map. The salad with mushrooms is always good. XxxxxxxxxX All of this was once upon a time. Why they kept the old name when they reopened is a mystery to me. The new concept may be good, but I certainly won't be the only guest who expects something different at "Brodersen" and leaves the restaurant disappointed.

Yesterday I was in the newly opened Brodersen with my husband and friends and we were simply thrilled. It was a perfect match. At first we sat on the well-protected terrace, but later we went into the charmingly furnished interior, which looks particularly cozy thanks to the many small niches. The move wasn't a problem as the staff was really friendly and accommodating. Also my special wishes when it comes to food, e.g. The fact that I would like the tipsy summer fruits without alcohol was fulfilled. The food was excellent both in terms of taste and quality. We will definitely eat there more often.

Vi hadde en kveld i Hamburg, som et stopp på en kjøretur nedover Europa, og ville ha en autentisk tysk opplevelse med god atmosfære. I håp om å finne en liten perle, la vi inn et søk hos Chat GPT «autentisk tysk mat, god atmosfære, grei pris og med kjæresten» - dette resulterte i Brodersen, og vi var SÅ fornøyde. Servicen var upåklagelig fra start, god veiledning og tips til menyen, vi fikk smake på flere viner for å finne den vi likte og til dessert fikk vi utvide utvalget av retter. Vi endte med å dele to ulike trerettere, og fikk teste laksetartar, rødbeter med geiteostkrem, kjøtt av gris, ur med deilig tilbehør og til dessert ble det både ostefat og en herlig sorbet med karamellknas. Til desserten fikk vi tips av eieren om en deilig vin han akkurat hadde begynt å importere via en venn, fra Sardinia. Anbefales! Ellers tydelig at dette er et sted flere lokale søker til - noe som ofte er et godt tegn. Veldig fornøyd med kvelden, og vi kommer glatt tilbake igjen om vi skal til Hamburg.

Endlich wieder geöffnet. Das Brodersen hat ein neues Team mit anderer Küche. Die halben Portionen sind bewusst klein gehalten, damit lt. Koch mehr probiert werden kann. Unsere Gerichte waren sehr gut und schmackhaft zubereitet. Dank vorherigem Cafébesuch war eine Portion ausreichend sättigend. Mehr hätte meine Geldbörse auch gestresst. Für zwei kleine Portionen frisch gebackenem Brot mit Dipps und köstlichem Schinken, zwei Schnitzel- und ein Kabeljaugericht - wohl gemerkt halbe Portionsgrößen - plus drei große Bier haben wir etwa 100€ gezahlt. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es fehlte noch Lockerheit für ein angenehmes Gastgefühl. Das wird hoffentlich eintreten, wenn Routine gewachsen ist. Das Restaurant hatte erst ca. drei Wochen vorher neu eröffnet. Ich wünsche dem neuen Team alles Gute…

The food was great and the new team is great. I only needed Google to understand a few terms for the menu. We'll definitely be back and hope for the legendary schnitzel!

We didn't know that the owner of the Broderson had changed and it wasn't obvious from the outside that there had been a change of ownership. The Google reviews also refer to the previous owner. The food is delicious but the portions are very, very small. The bowl of potato soup for €15 was not even half full. It was about 150ml. Unfortunately, we were all very disappointed and were still hungry after our visit. Price-performance ratio is not right.

Due to new ownership, the menu has completely changed (thank goodness) and Google's suggestions don't match the rating. We ate boiled beef, grilled pulpo and truffled potato soup. Everything was top quality. The restaurant is completely renovated inside and is clean and modern.

I think I'm the wrong clientel for this restaurant, I just wanted something simple to eat for little money, more of an upscale restaurant

We are absolutely thrilled with the newly opened Brodersen! We sat on the beautiful terrace, which has a totally warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and shared various dishes. Afterwards we couldn't decide which was best: salmon sashimi, crispy redfish or burata peach salad, because all the dishes were extremely tasty! In addition, a super friendly team with great service and therefore an absolute recommendation!!

The NEW Brodersen was a great experience. Very friendly and competent team The four of us ordered several dishes and everyone tried everything. The burrata with fruits, vegetables and herbs, the roasted cauliflower with Arabic seasoning, the salmon sashimi and the black angus as well as the desserts. All delicious. Plus good wines that you can pay for. We were thrilled and will be back

Brodersen has had a new owner since June, who instead of offering good home-style cooking, focuses on a sharing concept. I was there with my wife and we had a very nice evening, especially the sashimi and the redfish were very good in terms of taste and appearance. We also had excellent non-alcoholic long drinks. A great evening, we will definitely be back

The reopening of Restaurant Brodersen is a great success. The new interior design and the charm of the new team fit perfectly with the restaurant's small but very fine menu. The following applies here: less is more, because! Sharing is caring. We feasted our way through the menu and ordered dishes for the whole table - with around 2.5 dishes per person (including a very tasty dessert) we rolled out of the shop satisfied and full at the end! The tartare and salmon are particularly recommended. We will definitely come back and enjoy the beautiful spacious terrace next time (and good weather). Das NEUE Brodersen einfach toll! Ein sehr sympathisches junges Team bietet eine neue Art von Gourmetküche. Nicht steif und bezahlbar. Eine Reihe von Tapas - ähnlichen Gerichten kommen auf den Tisch. Jeder probiert. Und alles schmeckt! Dazu gibt es hervorragende Weine, die auch bezahlbar sind.

Apparently closed permanently. Stood in front of closed doors on a Saturday evening. No info, anywhere. The phone has already been unplugged. Even if it's a shame that you have to close, you could still let your guests know

The Brodersen should be removed from the Google search engine, it looks as if they are still open.
