The food we were served was of outstanding quality: the Wiener Schnitzel was breaded to a perfect golden brown and fried to perfection - crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. There were also crispy fried potatoes and an incredibly aromatic sauce that rounded off the dish perfectly. The fresh side salad impressed with its variety and crunchy ingredients, all lovingly prepared. The ambience is modern yet cozy – a perfect mix of elegance and comfort. The wooden details and the warm lighting accents create an atmosphere that is ideal for a relaxed evening for two as well as for social gatherings. The service was attentive, friendly and unobtrusive - exactly as you would expect. You can immediately tell that people work here with heart and passion. A visit to Guttenberg is not only a culinary highlight, but also an experience that you can enjoy to the fullest. For me it’s definitely one of the best addresses in Karlsruhe – I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Quaint, great food and inexpensive and very good service

For the first time the drinks were brought incorrectly which wasn't a bad thing, everyone has a bad day. However, the food also arrived incorrectly (misunderstood or something else) and at first you complained and felt like you had to teach your customers what was wrong, because the customer is king! Unfortunately it's a shame because I lost my appetite as a result. My meal, schnitzel with potato salad, was actually delicious, but my partner's meal was catastrophic (roast roast). It wasn't seasoned front and center even though it was a very expensive dish. Very disappointing because we were actually happy and unfortunately we went home with sad faces! We will no longer enter the store and will definitely not recommend it to anyone else!

Receipt printing was an impossible request. Digitalization is so difficult. You have to learn something new. The food was extremely tasteless. The carrots it looked like were cooked from Antimatter…..
