We were there today for family dinner. Large portions and simply delicious food. Price-performance is very good and the service was great. Thank you for the successful evening, we will definitely come back.

The ultimate day trip destination. The red deer park and wild boar park are next door. Large outdoor area, indoor area on the ground floor and first floor. Delicious food and drinks. Self-service, fast service. On sunny days, there are lots of day-trippers and cyclists. It's also worth a visit on a rainy day, when the forest is especially beautiful and the smell of moss and earth is so wonderful.

Absolute recommendation! The cordon bleu with wild garlic pesto (homemade) was a poem! The fried potatoes, salad and spaetzle were also excellent! Spaetzle and pesto are all homemade here, and you can taste that too. Keep it up!

The restaurant offers excellent service, delicious food, and a rustic ambiance. There's a salad buffet, which I really like. The portions are generous; a small one would probably be enough for most people. Or you can take the leftovers home—like most guests do. The food is beautifully presented. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly.

Was in the restaurant last week as a second chance, price-performance ratio wasn't right: roast venison €26: dry meat, spaetzle - really homemade? Venison goulash 25 €: dry and too many pieces of meat with skin or tendons, not chewable. Dumplings too firm and bland. Now I won't give this restaurant another chance

Rustic restaurant with very good food and friendly service

We came across this inn by chance. We were there on Thursday at 5 p.m. and were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The service was super nice and funny. The food was so delicious. We have rarely eaten such a good cordon bleu. The side dishes and salad were also very tasty. We will come back and reserve a table as it is always busy here. Which is what distinguishes a good inn.

We were there for lunch (today we had chili con carne with rice or spinach dumplings with mushroom sauce and a small salad each) with three people. The food was very tasty and was served quickly. Friendly service and the price-performance ratio was right.
