Wir haben auf der Terrasse gesessen, toller Blick über den See . Das Essen war super lecker. Nächstes Jahr wieder !!!

Die vegane Speise der Tageskarte (Linsen mit Falafel) war sehr lecker. Online habe ich zwar keinerlei Informationen zu veganen Speisen gesehen, war aber froh, vor Ort dann was gefunden zu haben. Und der Ausblick ist natürlich auch wunderschön!

Toller Ort...nur uns kam es so vor wie möglichst schnelle Abfertigung...trotz Reservierung, ging zunächst einiges schief...leider ...der Nachtisch war schon nicht so toll...Service war in Ordnung...

Wir waren im August für unser Hochzeitsessen in der Gutsschänke. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Organisation war super unkompliziert. Der Tisch wurde nach unseren Wünschen liebevoll dekoriert. Es war wunderschön und viele unserer Gäste gehen jetzt regelmäßig in die Gutsschänke.

Mannomann, da hat der neue Pächter aber nochmals eine Schippe draufgelegt! Was für jetzt noch leckerere Gerichte zum dazu ohnehin schon lagetypisch einzigartigen Wein in solch schönem Ambiente! Aus der Speisengüte, Anrichtungsqualität (ja, das Auge isst mit) und DEM in dieser Saison zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Service macht die Gutsschänke einfach eine echte Traumkombination. Damit ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gerechtfertigt. Wir schicken deshalb 5 Sterne auf die Anhöhe und freuen uns schon wieder bald dort genießen zu dürfen.

Das Restaurant ist sehr modern und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Pizza und der Hühnersalat sind köstlich. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Preise sind angemessen. Man muss allerdings mitunter etwas warten, da es sehr voll ist. Insgesamt gefällt es mir aber sehr gut.

Es handelt sich um ein Freiluftrestaurant in der Nähe eines Weinguts mit wunderschöner Landschaft, was es zu einem großartigen Ort macht, um bei einem Glas Wein angenehme Erinnerungen mit Freunden oder Angehörigen zu schaffen.

Die Online-Reservierung gelang ohne Probleme. Das Personal gab sich wenig Mühe- es wirkte schlecht gelaunt. Die Gläser blieben leer, obwohl nur die hälfte der Tische gegen später besetz waren, ich dachte, die wollten um 20,30h nichts mehr ausschenken? Beim Bezahlen wollte ich alle Getränke der Gruppe übernehmen. Es stellte sich aber bald heraus, dass 3 Getränke nicht bezahlt waren ( Computerproblem lt. Nachfrage).- also nachzahlen! Ein Bekannter konnte nicht mit dem 100.- Schein bezahlen, da kein Wechselgeld da war.- er bezahlte genervt mit Karte. Die Portionen sind klein und teuer. Eigentlich wollte ich nur 3 Sterne geben. Vielleicht hatten Die einfach einen schlechten Tag. Ich bin selber Dienstleister und weiß, das 1 Stern das ganze Ergebnis über Monate nach unten drücken kann. Wir sind Einheimische und waren schon des Öfteren in der Gutsschenke.

Wir hatten einen sehr leckeren Abend in der Gutsschänke. Der Service war stets aufmerksam und das Essen super lecker. Reservierung wird empfohlen. Der Ausblick über den Bodensee ist überragend. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar noch einen der wenigen Parkplätze vor dem Restaurant bekommen.

Wir waren heute unter der Woche mittags dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service freundlich und der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den Bodensee einfach unschlagbar! Das Staatsweingut ist direkt daneben, die Weine kommen von dort. Wir kommen immer wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Nach unserem Besuch auf der Insel Mainau sind wir in die Gutsschänke in Meersburg eingekehrt. Von der Hafenpromenade aus muss man zwar ein paar Treppenstufen bewältigen, aber die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Gartenterrasse auf den Bodensee und – je nach Wetterlage – sogar auf die Alpen ist die Belohnung definitiv wert. Die Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Maultaschengerichte: einmal geschmelzte Maultaschen und einmal Salat mit Maultaschen. Optisch sahen beide Teller zunächst ähnlich aus, bei den geschmelzten Maultaschen war jedoch noch Kartoffelsalat darunter versteckt. Die Maultaschen mit Ricottafüllung waren hervorragend – deutlich dünner und feiner als die klassischen Maultaschen, die man sonst kennt. Auch der Salat war sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Dazu gab es eine frische Minzlimonade, die perfekt gepasst hat. Die Lokalität ist sehr gut besucht, besonders die Plätze ganz vorne mit freiem Blick auf das traumhafte Panorama sind sehr gefragt. Die kleinen Mühen mit den Treppenstufen lohnen sich auf jeden Fall.

Ein dreitägiger Besuch am Bodensee und meine 16-jährige Tochter meint, das sei das absolute Highlight gewesen. Ehrlich gesagt, lag es nicht am Essen, den Getränken oder dem Service, sondern einfach an der atemberaubenden Aussicht. Dem stimme ich zu. Man fühlt sich hier einfach besonders. Das Bier vom Fass war gut und wahrscheinlich das günstigste in allen Lokalen, die wir rund um den See besucht haben. Eine wirklich fantastische Aussicht, und man wurde nicht abgezockt.

Leckeres Essen und eine fantastische Aussicht!

Ein schönes Hotel, leider unter falscher Führung! Das Essen war gut, aber unsere Mittagspause war frustrierend. Ich hatte darum gebeten, auf Dressing und Essig zu verzichten, und trotzdem wurde es fast überall verwendet. Sogar auf den Pinsa! Als ich das Problem ansprach, wurde es nicht behoben. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass ein Butler kein Englisch sprach und sich bei mir beschwerte, weil ich ihr Deutsch nicht verstand. Währenddessen schrie die Supervisorin einen jungen Butler an… Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel für Gäste, die sich einfach nur entspannen und die Sonne, das Essen und den See genießen möchten.

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit toller Aussicht. Leider war die Bedienung ( die mit den Piercing) sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch.

Unbezahlbare Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr nett bedient. Moderne badische Küche. Es war perfekt.

Ein unfassbar schöner Ort zum Verweilen, mit tollen Weinen vom Staatsweingut Meersburg und sehr leckerem Essen. Die freundlichen Bedienungen, die sich wirklich ganz liebenswert um die Gäste kümmern, sind das I-Tüpfelchen auf einen großartigen Lieblingsort am Bodensee.

Haben einen Apfelstrudel gegessen, Kostenpunkt 11,80 Euro. Dieser war lecker, aber vermutlich ein TK-Produkt. Andere Essen sahen gut aus. Toller Blick auf dem See, möglicherweise einer der besten Blicke überhaupt. Weine aus dem Staatsweingut aber leider nur sehr sehr eingeschränkt offene Weine (an Weißweinen nur Weißburgunder und Müller Thurgau). Hier wäre als Gutschenke des Staatsweinguts mehr Auswahl schön. Wir würden wieder kommen.

HIER wird's was "Guts geschenkt"! Wir haben hier, beim "Gutsschänke", mit guten Freunden, einen sehr schönen Nachmittag und genau so schönen Abend am 14 Dezember 2025 genossen! Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, die Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundlichkeit, Bedienung, Sauberkeit, die atemberaubende Lage und die gute Energie im ganzen Haus und im Außenbereich! Die Chefin Stephanie, persönlich, mit Ihrer schöner Art, uns stets freundlich, humorvoll und zugewandt bedient. Mit viel Liebe, selbst zubereitetes Essen, war ein Gedicht. Und die gute Laune, die sich auf die Gäste überträgt. Wir haben es gespürt, wie viel Hingabe, Herzblut, Leidenschaft, Eifer, Lust, Leib und Seele in diesem Restaurant steckt ! "Gutsschänke" ist nicht nur ein hervorragendes Restaurant, sondern die Esskultur selbst. Vielen Dank für ein besonders schönes Erlebnis !

Wir haben wirklich sehr gut gegessen: Die Schweinebacke mit Kartoffelpüree war köstlich! Auch der Wein war sehr gut. Schade nur, dass nur die Hälfte der Gerichte verfügbar war, da es der Tag vor der Schließung war.

Waren heute beim Adventmarkt vorort. Nett , gemütlich, guter Glühwein 3 romantische Adventstände. Diexunangemessene Bemerkung einer Kellnerin blende ich mal aus. Andondten alles super

Schöner kleiner Weihnahnachtsmarkt sehr nette Bedienung und gute Speisen

Die Gutsschänke begeistert mit Charme und herzlicher Atmosphäre. Die Speisekarte bietet köstliche regionale Gerichte, besonders das Winzerbrot ist ein Genuss. Ein Highlight ist der kleine, aber feine Weihnachtsmarkt, der mit handgemachten Produkten und festlicher Stimmung verzaubert. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Besuch noch angenehmer macht. Das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein, einfach zauberhaft! Insgesamt ein toller Ort, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Sehr schönes Lokal. Mit einer super Terrasse von der aus man einen tollen Überblick über den Bodensee hat. Personal war freundlich und schnell. Wir waren im Dezember dort und waren überrascht wie schön alles dekoriert war, inklusive kleinem "Weihnachtsmarkt". Getränkepreise sind der Location angemessen. Gegessen haben wir nichts. Wir kommen im Sommer definitiv wieder.

Das Essen war sättigend, der Service freundlich und der Blick auf den See umwerfend.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Lokal mit traumhafter Aussicht über den Bodensee. Der Besuch lohnt sich! Der Biergarten ist gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Preise sind im oberen Bereich. Der Service war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wirkte in der Nebensaison jedoch etwas unaufmerksam und unmotiviert. Trotzdem, allein für den Flammkuchen und die Aussicht kommen wir gerne wieder - beim nächsten Mal vielleicht auf ein zweites Glas Wein.

Die Gutsschänke ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einer super Lage mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Der Service (sehr nett und mega Aufmerksam) wie auch das Essen sind super.

Die Aussicht war wunderschön 🥰. Die Käsespätzle waren gut, aber etwas schwer. Die Schnecken waren köstlich 😋. Der Service war in Ordnung.

Toller Ausblick! Gute Weine. Netter Service. Chef unsympathisch. Dass man zur Abendessenzeit nicht mal für eine halbe Stunde reine Getränkekonsumierer im Laden möchte, ok. Aber der Ton macht die Musik.

If you want to enjoy the magnificent view from one of the tables on the terrace on a sunny late summer day, you should make a reservation or arrive early. In our case, on a Sunday with eight people, a member of staff immediately arranged two tables for us in pole position. The drinks arrived quickly, and all eight dishes arrived at the same time. From the onion cake to the Schwabenpfännle (swabian pancakes), pinsa (pinsai), sausage salad, and mixed salad, everything was delicious. The waitresses were quite busy, as all the tables were completely full by 1:00 PM, so ordering more drinks can sometimes take a while. The restrooms were clean despite the high number of guests, and paying with separate bills by card and cash also went smoothly. Not our first and certainly not our last time there.

Highly recommended; the terrace with its view of Lake Constance is worth the trip alone. The delicious onion cake and a glass of Weisser Burgunder complete the visit. Friendly service, too. We'd love to come back.

We come here often...great view of Lake Constance...the service is brilliant...the food and the wines are very good...every visit is worthwhile...must recommend...we look forward to our next visit...👍😊

We wanted to have lunch at this beautiful place around 2:25 p.m. Three tables directly by the view were unoccupied, and upon request, they weren't allowed to be occupied because they were reserved. We chose a table in the second row. Just five minutes later, people who hadn't reserved were allowed to sit at all three tables. One of the waitresses talked their way out of it when we asked. Apparently, none of the people at the reserved tables showed up. What criteria is used here to decide who gets to sit at the front with the view? The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side overall. However, if the service and food had been decent, we would have loved to eat there. Regardless, both of the ladies on the staff didn't seem very friendly or service-oriented. We decided against eating there. There are plenty of alternatives in Meersburg with good food and, above all, friendly staff who make you feel at home. After 15 minutes, we found a pleasant atmosphere.

A thoroughly successful experience that we can wholeheartedly recommend. Six of us were on a wine tour and visited the Gutsschänke Meersburg. Upon arrival, an attentive employee immediately recognized that we were looking for something special – and introduced us to Resul, the Gutsschänke's tenant. He knew how to exploit his full potential and made the evening an absolute experience for us. A highlight was his willingness to serve us a rare wine: a 42-year-old Riesling, which was the highlight of the evening for us and offered an unforgettable taste experience. The other wines were also expertly presented and convincing – as were the fair prices. The kitchen team contributed to our Saturday evening being the highlight of our wine tour with their excellently prepared dishes. We also received valuable tips for regional excursions for the following day, which perfectly rounded off our trip. So, on recommendation, we wonderfully complemented our Sunday experience with a visit to the “Fräulein Seegucker.”

The terrace offers the most beautiful view of Lake Constance in town, but the interior is also very cozy. Very friendly and attentive service. The food seems rather expensive at first glance on the menu, but it's worth every cent. Our favorites were the winegrower's bread, especially the "Ziegenpeter" (goat's bread). For lunch, you can even share a portion between two people. We stumbled upon the Gutsschänke by chance during our two-week vacation and ate there five times in total. Highly recommended!

The location is truly beautiful and offers a fantastic view of the lake. It's definitely worth the trip. Unfortunately, our meal was a complete disappointment. The first impression of the service was unfriendly: Our request for a table was met with a rather annoyed response, even though there were clearly seats available. After about 40 minutes of waiting, the cheese spaetzle (€18.90 per portion) were finally served. Both plates were cold and disappointing in taste. We pointed this out, and the plates were returned to the kitchen. Shortly after, we received them back – warm on the outside, cold on the inside. Clearly: microwave. For a restaurant in this location and at this price, this is simply embarrassing. To be on the safe side, we even asked a guest at the next table who had also received cold cheese spaetzle. So, it didn't seem to be an isolated incident. In conclusion: It might be okay for a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. However, the food was a bitter disappointment. Perhaps I'll give it another chance sometime, but unfortunately, on this visit, it was really bad.

The ambiance is naturally unique, and the view over the harbor is truly magnificent. The Guttschänke is reached via stairs, and once at the top, you are rewarded with an unparalleled view. The menu is extensive, and the prices are appropriately high for a tourist hotspot. The food itself was very good and truly delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly.

There's really nothing to complain about here

We spent 6 days in Meersburg, 3 of which we ate at the Gutsschänke. We didn't have a reservation each time and (luckily) always got a seat, and each time we had a lovely evening. A wonderful terrace with a unique, breathtaking view of Lake Constance! Attentive service and excellent food – whether it was regional lentils with spaetzle and sausages; Maultaschen (raw ravioli), Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), delicious winemaker's bread, salads, fish, or pasta…and delicious regional wines to go with it. The menu isn't very extensive, but it offers something for everyone, and above all, it's not the same old "one size fits all" that you'll find everywhere. Keep up the good work... Thank you...we'll be back.

We enjoyed the view and a delicious lemonade here this afternoon. It's pleasantly quiet, and the view over the lake is magnificent.

Good, down-to-earth food, excellent service, the view over Lake Constance is a dream!

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of Lake Constance from its terrace. Even without a reservation, we were assigned a table, and we looked forward to a pleasant evening. The drinks arrived promptly after ordering, and the starters also arrived very quickly, along with the children's menu. The wait for the main courses was also quite short, despite the restaurant being full. The food itself was okay; there's nothing to complain about, but nothing to highlight either. Considering the location and view, I would describe the value for money as very good. What bothered me a bit was the hustle and bustle. You go to a restaurant to unwind, relax, and have a pleasant evening. It's not appropriate for waiters to sprint back and forth between tables. This wasn't really necessary, as there were enough staff. The waiter at our table did her job competently. So, it could have been better. Overall, I give it a positive 4 points.

The food is served quickly and hot. It's good value for money. We'll be back.

The best restaurant in Meersburg. Hidden away, but once you find it, you'll be spoiled! Perfect location with a view of Lake Constance. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is fantastic! We've just booked again for the next day!

We spontaneously stopped by the Gutsschänke today. Even without a reservation, we were assigned a shady table. We were able to enjoy the view of Lake Constance from up here. The food and drinks were delicious. The prices are reasonable. Julia was particularly friendly and attentive. Thank you for the great service.

The view is truly unique! It can get quite warm in the summer, though :) The food is okay, but of course, you're paying for the view here. The portions are medium to slightly small. The service is very attentive. We're locals and are aware of the staff shortages in our town. It seemed a bit chaotic at times, but always friendly 😇 By the way, there are parking spaces in front of the high school especially for the Gutsschänke :)

We made a last-minute reservation yesterday, and despite arriving early, we were able to get our seats straight away. The ambiance, service, and food are truly top-notch! One of the best restaurants on Lake Constance. For all those who complain and criticize the prices, I recommend checking out the menu beforehand. Everyone can choose for themselves where and how they want to eat. We found the quality of the food to be excellent, and the local wine was also top-notch!

It was very nice here. We felt at home. The view alone was amazing. A view of the lake, boats, ships, the other shore, and the mountains in the background... The food was delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. All in all, a very well-rounded experience.

Unfortunately this place didn't work well for us. Terrace is wonderful and the view is amazing. However after booking from their website (booking process was in English, confirmation email as well) we ran into an issue that DTelecom didn't have any 4G connection on terrace, also wifi was not available for clients. Add to that the traditional lack of English menu around here made us unable to order anything from the main dishes as we just didn't know what. We could not translate via Google due to lack of Internet. Waiter also did not offer us any help ordering food in English. So unfortunately we were not able to fully Enjoy the place and had to leave quickly to be able to catch another restaurant before the usually early closing times in Meersburg (most places already closed at 22:00).

We visited the Gutschänke in Meersburg and were completely thrilled! The Weißherbst Rosé was excellent – perfectly chilled and very aromatic. The Maultaschen soup was also particularly delicious, beautifully spicy and homemade. The onion roast beef was tender and flavorful, with accompanying side dishes – everything was perfect! The service was very friendly and attentive, and we immediately felt welcome. A place we definitely recommend – we'd love to come back!

Great view of the lake, service was okay and attentive, but the food, in my opinion, was overrated. The salad from a bag tasted artificial or rather bland with barely any dressing, the potato salad had too much vinegar, the vegetarian Maultaschen were solid, and the Kässpätzle and Knöpfle were okay but the portions were mediocre. Regional dishes could be better, considering the prices.

We sat outside on the terrace. The food was fantastic. The service was super friendly and very attentive. I don't understand many of the comments here, including the one about the restrooms, which are excellent. A very clean and tidy restaurant. This is definitely a must if you want to eat out in Meersburg and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Constance.

I will not Praise! Food 10 points / Atmosphere 10 / Service 20 points. If you are let in - you will enjoy the Excellent Cuisine of this Restaurant. Excellent view from the Terrace. But we sat in the Common Room. The employee in a denim shirt who meets you - will be an absolute Boor but not a Rude! And will try to send you away!!! - do not give in - this is an Element of the Game with the client and a strange Greeting. In general, everything is OK. Do not touch this man in a denim shirt with your hands - he will then help you find a table ... Most likely. Overall - Excellent Cuisine! WE RECOMMEND!!!

We were very disappointed. We went back for dinner after three years. The menu was very modest. We ordered a sausage salad, and it was the worst we've ever eaten. We were very pleased, but hadn't realized that the owner had changed. The dessert menu was also very modest. They couldn't offer a latte macchiato.

An unforgettable experience! For me, as a "lake boy" from Switzerland, the Gutsschänke is the most beautiful and delicious culinary gem on Lake Constance. The service is always exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the food, as always, is outstanding – an absolute delight and a true highlight every time. One of the most beautiful terraces on Lake Constance. The waiters who seated us and took our orders were very friendly. The waiters who brought the food didn't know which dish the salad belonged to and cleared the table while we were still on the last bite. The food was very tasty, unfortunately not completely warm, but it tasted good. The prices were definitely on the higher side.

Fine dinner. Traditional German cuisine! Large portions. The roast beef with onions and spaetzle, and the vegetarian cheese spaetzle, are highly recommended! Very friendly staff. A wonderful view of Lake Constance from the terrace!

Amazing view. Great food. As you would imagine, this combo makes it a bit expensive. No regrets. We were lucky and got a pretty good table just walking in without reservation.

Not really. Our table, which we had reserved well in advance, had to be vacated after two hours to accommodate a second shift of guests. We weren't informed of this when we booked. The food was so-so, the service was friendly but barely spoke German. The best part is the view!

Our two Maultaschen per person arrived less than 15 minutes after ordering, complete with all the ingredients, as did the herring "Hausfrauenstil." That speaks volumes about prepared and ready-made food, rather than freshly prepared. The taste was very average.

The terrace is very nice, but the dining room isn't comfortable. The restrooms are completely useless. They're old, worn, and didn't smell good. That impression was enough, so we left.

We were privileged to experience two special moments at the Gutsschänke Meersburg: The evening before our wedding, we came to dinner with almost 15 guests and ordered à la carte. The food arrived promptly – and was absolutely outstanding! The service was consistently attentive, warm, and well-organized. On the day of the wedding, our champagne reception with snacks was held there, and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Everything was perfectly prepared, our guests were lovingly looked after, and we were able to enjoy the moment to the fullest. A huge thank you to the entire team – with your professionalism and friendliness, you helped make our wedding day unforgettable! Best regards

I went to this place for my birthday to celebrate properly, but unfortunately, I couldn’t. I had reserved a table for me and my boyfriend. We ordered, and the waitresses were rude. We didn’t pay much attention at first because we were celebrating and enjoying a bit of wine. After a while, a couple left a table that had a nice view. We asked one of the waitresses if we could change tables, and she agreed. A short time later, another waitress came over very upset, telling us we weren’t allowed to do that because the table was reserved. We tried to explain the situation, but all she did was call the manager, who was extremely rude and impolite to us. We obviously left right after that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — there are better options out there with better service and products.

Definitely a wonderful place to sit with a view of the lake, unfortunately there is no possibility to get to the beautiful terrace with a wheelchair..........we were very disappointed and unfortunately had to leave again

I highly recommend it! I've never eaten such delicious tortellini. The staff is very friendly and quick. The view is magnificent. Whenever we go on vacation to Lake Constance, this restaurant is a must! If you don't eat here and maybe have a glass of wine, you're missing out! Don't forget to reserve a table so you can get a better view of Lake Constance.

I had dinner at the Gutsschänke today, Friday afternoon, and unfortunately, I have to give a very negative review. Even before my visit, I witnessed some very unprofessional behavior: An employee had apparently observed a young man who had stopped in the parking lot. The student carried a large box into the neighboring school building and then drove off in his car – the whole thing took less than five minutes. Nevertheless, the employee spoke to him very aggressively, even though it wasn't entirely clear what had happened. The young man obviously hadn't bothered anyone and had only been there for a short time. Such an unfriendly tone is absolutely unacceptable. In the restaurant itself, I had the impression that wealthier-looking guests were given preferential treatment – ​​behavior that is completely out of place in the restaurant industry. The value for money is unfortunately very poor. The prices are significantly too high for what is offered. There are several restaurants in Meersburg's city center that offer comparable quality at much fairer prices. The only positive thing to mention was the quiet atmosphere during my visit, which was due to the special circumstances (I was taking my oral Abitur exam at the neighboring school). As a Meersburg resident, I am very disappointed with this restaurant. The combination of unprofessional service, overpriced prices, and obvious favoritism towards certain guests makes a visit unworthy. My recommendation: Find another restaurant in the city center. The Gutsschänke urgently needs to improve its staff management and rethink its pricing policy.

We've been to Lake Constance many times and can only say that this restaurant is one of the best on the lake. We've never had a bad meal here, and the quality of the food is top-notch. Highly recommend it, one of the best restaurants on Lake Constance for us. We'd be happy to go back anytime.

A very nice restaurant with a fantastic view! Unfortunately, without a reservation, we only got a seat in the back – next time we'll definitely make a reservation. The food was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. A particularly positive point: the owner welcomes his guests personally – a very friendly gesture that creates a pleasant atmosphere.

A delight for all the senses! The two of us dined at the Gutsschänke on a beautiful sunny evening. We had a wonderful spot on the terrace with this unique panoramic view high above Lake Constance; simply breathtaking. And then we indulged ourselves in the culinary delights (starter: light summer cuisine with salmon in buttermilk and goat cheese with pear chutney, followed by winemaker's bread with chanterelle mushrooms), accompanied by very attentive and friendly service. We'd love to come back (online reservation recommended)!

A great restaurant with delicious food and a fantastic view. The young waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, one waitress (the boss?) brought extreme unrest to the relaxed atmosphere by constantly pushing the waitresses and constantly running around the garden.

Lokal mit toller Ausicht auf den Bodensee und gutem Essen! Leider war das Personal inkl. Chef unentspannt und hektisch, was die Stimmung trübte!

Wir besuchen die Gutsschänke seit mehreren Jahren aufgrund des tollen Ausblicks und der einzigartigen Terasse. Was ich besonders schön finde ist der Wandel der Speisekarte und die Qualität der Weinberatung und der Weine unter den neuen Pächtern. Tolle Mischung aus feingeschliffenem „Schänkenessen“ wie dem Winzerbrot (muss man probieren!!) und extrem hochwertigen Fleisch- und Fischgerichten. Sehr gutes Essen, tolles Team und unvergleichliche Aussicht. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Additionally, a selection of seasonal dishes is displayed on a board at the entrance. It would be nice if this were also visible on the terrace. Reservations are recommended.

Neben dem hervorragenden Blick über den Bodensee besticht das Restaurant mit exzellentem Service unter der Regie von Herrn Yildiz und seiner Frau, die selbst bei Hochbetrieb am Sonntagabend immer den Überblick hatten und bei einer kleinen Reklamation noch überaus professionell und hilfsbereit reagiert haben. Was aus der Küche an kulinarischen Höhepunkten auf den Teller gezaubert wird, dürfte jeden noch so anspruchsvollen Gast zufrieden stellen. Wir werden garantiert wieder kommen. Sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität haben uns positiv überrascht. Der Service war stets aufmerksam und schnell, nicht nur an unserem Tisch, sondern auch um uns herum. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
