Pablo's wine - mediterrane Speisen in Meersburg

Wir waren im Urlaub spontan nach vorheriger telefonischer Anmeldung da. Wir durften mehrere Weine probieren bis uns einer zusagte. Die Chefin/Köchin kam an den Tisch um zu beraten. Die Portionen sind etwas größer als die üblichen Tapas. Wir hatten Pimientos, Albondigas, Datteln im Speckmantel, Patatas braves und Garnelen in Öl mit Knoblauch. Sowohl das Essen, der Service als auch das Ambiente war alles rundum gelungen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Tische werden für den ganzen Abend vergeben, also unbedingt vorher anrufen, gerade am Wochenende. Ruhig gelegen abseits der Massenströme von Touris.

Wir hatten keinen Tisch reserviert, hatten Glück, dass wir den letzten freien noch bekamen. Wir wurden bei der Essensauswahl sehr gut beraten und den passenden Wein gabs auch noch als Empfehlung dazu. Das Essen war ein Gedicht, selten so gut gegessen.

Wir sind im Urlaub zufällig auf das etwas versteckte Restaurant gestoßen. Das Essen ist superlecker. Man schmeckt das es mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet wird. Die Chefin ist eine sehr nette, liebenswerte, herzliche Frau, die alle Speisen frisch zubereitet.

Bei einem Aufenthalt in Meersburg sind wir zufällig auf dieses kleine nette Restaurant gestoßen. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich. Hier wird man persönlich bei der Auswahl der Speisen von der Köchin beraten. Die gebackenen Sardellen, aber auch alles andere, waren wirklich hervorragend. Unser Dank für diesen schönen Abend geht an Sermin und ihren Mann.

Ich schreibe wirklich nicht sehr oft Google Bewertungen hier habe ich es weil wir wirklich begeistert waren aber versprochen und das halte ich auch. Wir sind spontan vorbei gekommen und haben von den überaus netten und herzlichen Gastgebern auch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen was in der Region auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Dann haben wir bestellt , wo auch darauf geachtet wurde das man nicht zuviel bestellt für 2 Personen und lieber nochmal nachordert was nicht jedes Restaurant macht und ich wirklich positiv hervorheben möchte. Die Tapas waren mit Liebe und Seele zubereitet und super lecker. Frisch , gut gewürzt und wirklich Delikat! Wir wurden wie uns empfohlen wurde von der Menge die wir hatten gut satt. Der Rotwein den wir hatten war von Super Qualität und wie versprochen hatte man am nächsten Morgen keine Kopfschmerzen was für die Qualität spricht. Wir haben uns bis spät noch mit dem Team super nett unterhalten sind als Gäste gekommen aber als Freunde gegangen! Wenn Ihr in Meersburg eine Location sucht ein wenig weg vom Tourismus mit zuvorkommendem herzlichen und vorallem persönlichen Service + Soulfood und mal was anderes wollt als Schwäbische Hausmannskost (die natürlich auch top ist aber manchmal ein bisschen zu deftig bei sommerlichen Temperaturen) kommt hier hin! Seid nett und höflich wenn ihr was möchtet Service ist keine Einbahnstraße und Gastronomie ein Knochenjob nur so am Rande ;) Dankeschön für alles Pablo Picasso wäre stolz auf euch! Wenn wir wieder in Meersburg sind kommen wir wieder!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Tapas Dinner mit der Family! Sermin und ihr Mann sind total herzliche Gastgeber und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Essen, Wein, Ambiente - alles fantastisch.👌🏼Wer einen schönen Urlaubstag perfekt abrunden möchte, ist im Pablo‘s richtig. Gemütlichkeit wird groß geschrieben (man kann so lange sitzen und nachbestellen wie man möchte) und durch die ruhige Lage etwas weiter oben in der Meersburger Altstadt sitzt man fernab vom Touri-Troubel sehr entspannt. Auch Hunde sind entgegen der Aussage aus einem letzten Review herzlich willkommen, daher komme ich sicher auch mal gerne mit Fellnase hier her.

Super tolles und unglaublich leckeres Essen! Alles war frisch, perfekt zubereitet und mit viel Liebe serviert. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Inhaber sind total freundlich und kümmern sich persönlich um ihre Gäste. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Leidenschaft hier drinsteckt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hatte für 19.30Uhr einen Tisch für mich und meinen kleinen Hund reserviert. Bei der Ankunft teilte man mir mit, dass ich mit Hund nur draußen sitzen könnte. Darauf hatte man mich bei der Reservierung jedoch nicht hingewiesen! Da ich nicht bei 19° abwärts mein Abendessen draussen einnehmen wollte, bat ich um einen Tisch im Lokal. Nach interner Diskussion wurde mir dann ein Tisch in der Ecke mit Hockern ohne Lehne zugewiesen, obwohl das Lokal drinnen nur mit einem Tisch besetzt war. Ich zog es vor, den Abend in einem Restaurant mit freundlichem Service und gutem Essen zu verbringen.

War gestern bei Pablo’s Tapas Bar essen. Geschmacklich wirklich top – das Essen war sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre hat auch gepasst. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Portionen waren für den Preis leider ziemlich klein. Man wird geschmacklich überzeugt, aber preislich hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Trotzdem insgesamt ein schöner Besuch.

Sehr aufmerksame höfliche und besonders freundliche Bedienung. Angenehme Atmosphäre mit guter Musik zum Wohlfühlen. Rijoja Camino sehr empfehlenswert. Köstliche Tomatensuppe. Wunderbare Creme Brüllee sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Ein besonderes kleines Lokal zum Erholen.

Sehr gutes Essen, perfekter Service, sehr persönliche, familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke!

Wir sind spontan im Pablo‘s gelandet und hatten mega Glück einen Tisch zu bekommen. 🤗 Danke. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder zum Essen gehen. Das Herzblut mit dem hier gekocht und serviert wird ist im Essen und Wohlfühlambiente zu spüren. Für einen perfekten Tag war das Essen und die Gespräche hier der perfekte Abschluss. ( PS. Super, super leckere Küche mit besten Zutaten absolut frisch zubereitet. Perfekter Service von sehr angenehmen Gastgebern. Auf Wunsch Empfehlungen in unterschiedlichster Variationsmöglichkeit. Leckere Weine - offen oder in Flaschen und „offen“ ist immer möglich, wenn gewünscht. Unser Hund durfte mit und wurde sehr verwöhnt und umsorgt. Ein lukullisch Preis-/Leistung absolut passend. Ein Abend mit vorzüglichen Gastgebern. Zum Abschied gab es eine Umarmung. Wir haben bereits erneut reserviert!

Eine Zufallsentdeckung, denn um 20:30 hat hier oben kaum noch was auf. Herzliche Chefin und Gäste bei leckerem Essen (Aioli!). Leider konnte ich keinen Wein probieren.

Eine absolute Empfehlung. Essen war top, alles hat richtig lecker geschmeckt. Haben uns von der Inhaberin einfach was setzen lassen, es war klasse. Weinempfehlung passte auch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Absolut wundervoller Ort. Unbedingt hingehen! Es liegt abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade. Das Restaurant wird von einer Frau geführt und das Essen war phänomenal. Wir waren begeistert von unserer Gastgeberin, die uns in ihr Restaurant einlud und uns am Ende des Abends anfreundete. Es war ein magisches Erlebnis.

Meersburg ohne einen Besuch im Pablo 's ist wie die Bodenseeregion ohne Wein - einfach undenkbar. Das Pablo's liegt etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstraße neben der Tourist-Information. Von der ersten Minute an, fühl man sich sehr wohl in diesem Kleinod und hat das Gefühl, man ist hier zu Hause. Das Essen und die Getränke sind mega lecker. Einen Tipp an alle Gäste, verschwendet nicht so viel Zeit mit der Speisekarte. Die dient auch lediglich als Orientierungshilfe. Verlasst euch auf die Empfehlungen der Wirtsleute. Sie wissen genau, was euch schmeckt.

We found a little gem amidst the hustle and bustle of Meersburg. After a long hike in the beautiful area around Meersburg, we stopped by for the evening (made a reservation the night before). Away from all the tourist hustle and bustle, this restaurant is located in a beautifully quiet side street. What can I say? We received a warm welcome and had a wonderful evening. Great wine recommendations, delicious tapas, and an owner who truly lives and breathes customer service. We were thoroughly satisfied and will gladly return.

During a visit to Meersburg, we were looking for a restaurant that also offered vegetarian/vegan dishes. We found what we were looking for here and felt completely at home. Sermin's recommendations (including the order size 😉) were perfect, and the artichoke salad was fantastic! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely evening!

We were looking forward to our meal and wanted to sit outside. There was an empty table with three used glasses, and out of politeness I asked if we could sit there. A very unpleasant older woman said we should wait 15-20 minutes until the glasses were cleared away. I looked around and there were maybe four people inside and two outside. It felt very condescending, so I smiled and said it's fine. I think they could have offered us another seat or a drink to shorten the wait for three glasses. I think it's very important to train unqualified staff in how to deal with customers.

Many years ago, we first visited Pablo's in Meersburg, and it has lost none of its charm, only expanded its range: from Spanish tapas to a wide-ranging Mediterranean potpourri. The proprietor loves his guests and welcomes each one personally. The cook knows her craft: smooth aioli with a subtle hint of garlic, green peppers and smoky vegetables, sweet and spicy dates wrapped in bacon, a Rioja with character. We found the same this time and will keep it in mind for our next visit.

We were very impressed by the Mediterranean tapas cuisine at this restaurant. We were greeted warmly from the moment we arrived. The owner herself was available to help us choose our meal. The food was outstanding and consistently delicious. You can taste the love and care that goes into preparing the dishes. We will definitely be back.

An absolute insider tip. Excellent food! The atmosphere is very pleasant. Reservations one or two days in advance are essential. The owner only assigns a table once per evening, so it's not overcrowded and hectic. The food was excellent (you could tell it was homemade), and a slightly longer wait is acceptable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The motto "You come as a guest and leave as a friend" is true here. Very important: You need cash. All in all, a must-do when visiting Meersburg, and the chicken strips are highly recommended.

I've rarely visited a restaurant that exudes such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the wait for the freshly cooked tapas was worth it.

Bravo ! A Great evening: Great Food, Great wine and super friendly service

We spent a week in Meersburg and definitely had the best meal here! We made a reservation in advance for 8 p.m. and were able to arrive at 7:30 p.m. The atmosphere in the alleyway is absolutely sweet, and we've never received such warm service. Excellent Mediterranean cuisine, and vegetarians and vegans are also happy here without having to make any compromises. The manager and chef personally advised us, and I know for sure that we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening and for creating a new memory; we will never forget it! The next day there was a fireworks display, and we were allowed to take olive dip to go and eat at the lookout point. It was the crowning conclusion to our vacation and will stay with me for a long time.

I ate here with my partner on August 8, 2025, during our vacation, and we were both absolutely thrilled. The concept and ambiance made it easy to enjoy the evening with conversation and excellent Mediterranean food. Even as a vegan, I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. We've never been treated with such warmth and friendliness in our lives. The personal recommendations from the owner and chef, Sermin, were spot on, and her husband helped me choose a wine, as I have little experience with wine myself. In subsequent conversations with Sermin, a warm and almost friendly atmosphere quickly developed. We received tips about a local event that would round off our vacation, and we were bid farewell with all sorts of good wishes and hugs. I'm just realizing that I can't write as much as I'd like, and I recommend everyone to see for themselves. We're already looking forward to another evening at Pablos the next time we're in the area, and thank you so much for the wonderful evening! Good luck and success to all of you!

I spent my 4th wedding anniversary there with my husband. Even when I reserved the table on site, the owner, Semir, was very welcoming. When we went there for dinner on Saturday, that warmth was still there. We received a very personal and friendly welcome. There was even a glass of sparkling wine on the house. The food was delicious, lovingly prepared, and very filling. I haven't eaten this well in a long time. The selection of drinks is more than adequate, and the service was incredibly attentive, friendly, and authentic. My husband and I felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you, dear Semir, thank you to you, your husband, and your brother... We'll see each other again. It was sensational. Keep up the good work.

The three of us were out for dinner, craving tapas, and since we'd heard about this restaurant, we wanted to try it out. The food was good, we felt comfortable, and the hosts were really great.

We were there on April 30th. to eat and stay there with friends (Uli and Udo). Since we couldn't decide, they put together everything we wanted and wanted to try. Perfect👍 Very nice service and delicious food. If we ever come to Meersburg again, we hope that this restaurant is still there and that we can have a nice evening there again. We spontaneously went out for dinner on Saturday evening and got a seat outside. We spent three hours because there was a lot going on due to many reservations and so the meal took a long time. However, we were rewarded with delicious tapas that were cooked with a lot of love and dedication and tasted wonderful. Everything was freshly prepared. Highly recommend the scampi diabolo and Dates wrapped in bacon. A restaurant where the heart is in the right place and where hospitality is still very important.

We actually “just” wanted to eat a few tapas and then we came across this gem of a restaurant. The last time we were welcomed, served and fed with such friendliness was 9 years ago. The tapas are lovingly handcrafted, individual requests are naturally taken into account and our little ones are also intensively involved. You have to like it when you are looked after very thoroughly, but if that doesn't bother you, then this restaurant can be recommended without any reservations and we would come here again at any time, despite the very high standards. Therefore completely deserved 5 stars and best regards from Hamburg!

We were at Pablo's with our dog at the beginning of February and everything was just PERFECT. A great and stylishly decorated restaurant. Super delicious food - with a great selection for vegetarians too. And above all, a very warm and animal-loving hostess. :) Dear Sermin, thank you very much for this wonderful evening! The three of us really felt at home and comfortable with you - with your warm and friendly manner. I celebrated my birthday at Pablo's at the end of January, I had reserved in advance for seven people - the evening was an absolute dream! We were warmly welcomed by the owner. She had set the table very lovingly and even set aside a special table for us for gifts, which was also decorated with flowers and a handwritten board. The wonderful atmosphere and warmth lasted the whole evening. The food was simply fantastic. I have never tasted such a good olive dip. All the other dishes were also excellent. All my guests couldn't help but be amazed. At the end, the owner surprised us with delicious goat cheese, honeydew melon and limoncello - where else can you get that these days!? When we said goodbye, everyone said goodbye like a friend. When you leave the restaurant with a hug from the owner, you know it was an evening like being with family and not like being with strangers. Dear Sermin, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this extraordinarily beautiful evening. I will always remember him as one of the most beautiful. We'll be back very soon.

We arrived here in Meersburg yesterday evening completely exhausted after over 5 hours of driving and traffic jams. My husband was hungry up to his arms... Since "Pablo's" is directly opposite our holiday apartment, I asked shortly before 10 p.m. whether they were still open... This was regretfully answered in the negative. When I left, the owner followed me and made me a deal to make me some tapas "to go" and the next day I could return the bowls and pay in peace. My husband and I got a cold Spanish beer when we picked up the food, okay two 😉, and we had the super delicious tapas!! Ate in peace in our holiday apartment. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance via Google Maps. Since we are Spain lovers, we naturally settled down. 🇪🇸 What followed was a wonderful evening with the most delicious, homemade food and exquisite Spanish wines. The owners are very attentive and extremely friendly. Tapas at its finest! We recommend the aioli with bread, the anchovies, the delicious potato balls and the tender chicken in a wonderful tomato sauce. We were able to spend a wonderful evening at Pablo's with great food and very, very hospitable owners. The tapas were all of the best quality. Everything prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love and tasted wonderfully. The service was very attentive and pleasant. After the very good meal, we sat together with the owner and her brother for a long time that evening and had a wonderful chat. We would love to come back to this exceptionally friendly place and can highly recommend the restaurant.

After a perfect friendly welcome, a rich menu is brought to your table where you sit in a wonderful atmosphere. Afterwards, delicious meals are served with a smile and sincerity. An immaculate place deserves applause not only for its table arrangements but also for its sinks and toilets. Whether you just drink your coffee or whatever meal of the day you eat, the service and satisfaction you receive never changes. The sound of water from the historical fountain next to the venue and the chirping of birds add a different atmosphere to your meal. You won't feel bored while looking at the historical buildings around and a peaceful silence prevails. Going back to the food situation; Indeed, each plate that came to our table consisted of carefully prepared, completely different flavors. In terms of price, it is very affordable for such a quality place... It is a very good option for your special occasions, invitations and meetings. I can say that I will be a regular of this place from now on.

Such a lovely place! Today we’ve eaten different dishes like potato salad, shrimps, meatball, chicken, Turkish plates etc. Especially we loved potato salad! Also we tried a Spanish wine, its taste was so good. We’ll come back here!

Super tasty tapas paired with great service. Just the thing after a long bike ride 😉 Fully deserved 5 stars!

Yesterday we were at Pablo's wine-Mediterranean food. Since the menu was changed, we accepted the boss's nice offer and ordered tapas in coordination. Since we didn't know the portion sizes, she suggested ordering more at any time if necessary. We were thrilled by the food served and the warmth of the two innkeepers. A nice evening. At the beginning it was said: "You come as a guest and leave as a friend" - that's true! We'll definitely be back!

As holidaymakers in Meersburg, we landed away from the tourist crowds in the quiet Winzergasse 4 and were welcomed into the cozy tapas bar by the owner and warm hostess and cook Sermin. We were thrilled and made reservations for dinner straight away. The evening was so lovely that we made reservations again for the evening after next. On two evenings we nibbled (ate) the tapas menu up and down. We spent more than 3 hours each time, the tapas were so delicious because they were cooked and served with heart! The ambience also invited you to linger for a long time. A special highlight for those who like it spicy are the Scampi al Diablo! And for those who like it particularly hot, like me, Sermin adds her own homemade chili oil with ground chili peppers to “sharpen” it yourself. Just lovely! At Sermin in the Pablo’s Tapas Bar with Mediterranean cuisine, you as a guest are treated like a personal friend! Thanks Sermin!

Everything fine. We actually just wanted to have an aperitif, but the warmth of the entire staff persuaded us to eat something too. We weren't disappointed! It was very delicious! When paying we noticed that a glass of wine was missing from the bill. The amount went very generously on the house. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back! Kind regards from CH.

We were able to spend a great and cozy evening at Pablo's Tapas Bar. The owner Sermin is there for her guests with heart and soul. Be it in the kitchen preparing delicious tapas or looking after your guests. And always with a smile and humor. Flexibility is no stranger to them, we were even allowed to share a bottle of wine with our very nice table neighbors, that's what you call flexible. You can feel the appreciation as a guest. Sermin, thank you very much. We would love to come back to you and Gustav :-)

The boss was very attentive. Even though she is also the cook, she still takes time to chat with the guests. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Schöner Laden, etwas abseits vom Touri-Trubel. Erfüllt Kundenwünsche gern, Bedienung hört gut zu und ist zuvorkommend. Essen frisch zubereitet, ansprechend serviert. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Mein runder Geburtstag sollte einen würdigen Abschluss finden und ich bestellte telefonisch für 10 Personen Paella mit Meeresfrüchten für den nächsten Tag, also echt kurzfristig. Wir erlebten einen wunderbaren Abend, mit einer fantastischen Paella, herausragenden Nachspeisen und einer Gastgeberin die mit Herzblut kocht und zusammen mit ihrem sehr freundlichen Team ihre Gäste äußerst flexibel und liebevoll umsorgt. (Wir waren dann doch 12 P., erst draussen, dann heftiger Regen, alle schnell ins Lokal, alles wurde möglich gemacht). Besser geht nicht! Ich bedanke mich aufrichtig für einen sensationellen Abend und wünsche Euch alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Die Chefin ist auch Köchin und Gastgeberin und das alles mit grosser Herzlichkeit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Kalbsgulasch (auf Vorbestellung) mit Kartoffel-/ Blumenkohlstampf ist ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Ebenso die Tapas Variationen. Alles superfein zubereitet. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Vor vier Jahren waren wir schon einmal ins Pablo‘s eingeladen - und hatten es super in Erinnerung. Heute kamen wir wieder nach Meersburg und gingen gezielt dorthin - ein gutes Stück weg von der Promenade mit der touristischen Massengastronomie. Das Restaurant ist unter neuer Führung, aber mindestens genauso mit Herzblut und Liebe geführt wie damals. Die Tapas sind klasse, insbesondere die Hausspezialität Shrimps Diabolo. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man etwas Persönliches sucht.

Das Essen, Ambiente und der Service ist einfach super. Wir kommen im September gerne wieder.
