Wir hatten das Menü über "Hamburg kulinarisch" gewählt - Essen geschmacklich sehr gut und sehr schön präsentiert. Für vier Personen gibt es schöne große Tische - zu zweit würde man eher dicht beieinander sitzen und dicht zum Nachbartisch sein. Ansonsten schöne Atmosphäre - ruhige Musik und sehr gut, um sich zu unterhalten. Kleine Abzüge für die Chefin des Hauses - leider nicht besonders emphatisch und zugewandt.

Absolutely recommended! We were passing through and chose the inn based on the positive reviews and were not disappointed. Ambience is very simple but the service, quality of food with the price all made it a great visit. For example, my elk goulash with red cabbage and dumplings was the best thing I had eaten so far. The other three fellow travelers were also more than satisfied with the quality of the food. Price-performance TOP!

We ordered lunch from the museum cellar on Boxing Day. The food was again very good, venison steak with pasta bags and rabbit fillet with pasta. The kitchen always offers a varied menu. The subsequent despresso - espresso with a small dessert - was also delicious.

We like going to the Mainhaus. The cooking here is down-to-earth and very good. You should definitely treat yourself to the fish offers on the menu. The service is fast and courteous and also fulfills special requests. You can also go here with larger groups. Nevertheless, you should always register. I make small compromises when it comes to the ambience. But I'm not in a posh restaurant either. In summer there are many covered outdoor spaces. There are enough parking spaces available. However, you have to be careful where you step because of the many potholes.
