Every time I order from Burgerme, no matter whether it's from Lieferlando or from the Burgerme website/app. It always will. Always delivered very quickly (within 20! to 35 minutes) the burgers are great in terms of delivery ratio! Fries and finger foods also delicious! Sauces are rarely weak, sometimes there was a little chili packet missing or sometimes 2 mayo packets, but sometimes I get 1 extra?!? :) I'm slowly leaning towards more Burgerme... maybe because the service is very satisfactory, maybe also because Burgers was 2+, every now and then a straight 1 So I don't know why the rating here is so underrated. Thanks burgerme!

The Chicky Chick Patty felt black and the iceberg was very old and brown. the tomatoes were banana. Fries were broken and cold some were even black. The only good thing was that the driver was there quickly. Quality has nothing to do with this

Food was good, delivery quick. BUT a burger with a double patty was ordered and one was delivered. After a call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered - great. However, the driver insisted that he had to take the faulty burger with him. So we summarize: Error on Bugerme's part, double waiting time for food, faulty burger is taken away again to be thrown in the trash can - not great.

The food was inedible and cold. Half of the food was missing. It was the worst meal I have ever ordered. If you want to ask questions or complain, you can't reach anyone. I implore everyone to order this in the eventuality!! Very bad!!!

Totally underground again! Ordered a menu over the phone - only got fries and a drink without a burger. Since the hotline employee didn't pass it on correctly, only fries and a drink were delivered extra. It can happen - but what's really annoying is that you have to spend ¾ hour on the phone with the hotline and store employees, everyone blames the other for the mistake, but no apology is forthcoming or a solution is found to the customer's satisfaction! Customer satisfaction is definitely not taken into account here. Mistakes happen - how you deal with them is the art.

The food is ok. However, there is a big deduction for the delivery service. This is now the second time that the delivery person thinks he has to ring the bell not once but more often and quite impatiently. The door doesn't open any faster with every ring. What makes me particularly angry, however, is the fact that this was included as a delivery note.

Update on the answer: unfortunately it doesn't help at all that I was in contact with the complaints team, because you don't hear anything more than "the owner will get back to you promptly", but that doesn't happen. Otherwise, I was assured that burgerme can do nothing further and there will be no consequences for the store manager. I certainly won't change my mind about burgerme, after all you owe me €26 Unfortunately, food was not delivered, but payment via PayPal worked. I was assured several times by support that the owner would get back to me within 2 working days. That was 9 days ago, nothing happened. I want my money back.

Disrespectful supplier, one moment sales manager, the other just a supplier who doesn't know what he's doing when he runs out of arguments but immediately becomes meek when his disrespectful way of speaking is put in his place. In addition, bad and completely burnt food with a delivery time of 2 hours 45 minutes.
