Ordered via the website. After over an hour it still said that we were waiting for confirmation from the restaurant. Originally it said delivery time was approx. 40 minutes. You can't cancel, there is no phone number, no information. We then called the partner restaurant in Speyer and canceled it.

We waited over 2 hours... I called twice. The driver made a mistake and instead of going to Hügelsheim he went to Baden Baden. We only paid 50% for this. The food was quite cold, but still tasty. Actually only fries were not edible.

We ordered there for the first time because of a discount voucher. We also had to pick up the food ourselves as the delivery area is not very large. We had 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 finger foods together for 38€. The food was a terrible disappointment. The chicken wings were over-seasoned and only 1 of the 8 chili nuggets was filled. For the others, only the dough casing remained after frying. The burgers had hardly any taste and the fries were also very cheap. All in all, a huge failure. So stay away from Burgerme

I used to like to order there, the burgers were very tasty for the price and the fries were very crispy, the delivery times were also okay. Ordered today and waited almost 2 hours for the order to come, the burger was almost cold, the fries were soggy, but at the same time the prices were significantly increased. In between, I called about 30 minutes in advance and was told on the phone that the order would be there in 5-10 minutes. When this was not done, subsequent calls were simply ignored. Never again.

Food took almost 2 hours, was cold and didn't taste good at all. Absolutely not worth recommending, every frozen pizza tastes better, not worth the money.

Wow, you can make money with something like that? I wanted to test what the store was like and decided on a hot dog for €7.95. It was a mistake, the bread tasted like greasy cardboard, the sausage was clearly of poor quality. For that price I would have gotten a decent kebab. Tried it once and never came back, but it was worth it.

They clean the entire work surface beforehand, and one person prepares the burger to avoid contamination. Only fries (chopped potatoes) are made in the fryer, so it's also safe. So far, we've always had good experiences.
