Ordered for almost 50 euros, half the order is missing. There is no number to reach anyone and the food was cold. Anyone who sees this...don't order there. It won't end well.

We waited over 2 hours... I called twice. The driver made a mistake and instead of going to Hügelsheim he went to Baden Baden. We only paid 50% for this. The food was quite cold, but still tasty. Actually only fries were not edible.

Although ordering on the weekend can be a bit difficult, the pizza and sweet potatoes were very good.

The double cheeseburger wasn't bad in taste, but nothing special either. Tasted a little like a better Big Mac. Salt was definitely missing. The burger was also too stuffed and the ingredients spilled out every now and then. The French fries for 5.50 euros, which were the "cheapest", did not taste convincing at all. Were dry and bland. Drinks are standard cheap syrup, all you can drink machine. Ambience is so, well, a bit lifeless I would say. The music upstairs is pretty nice for old school hip hop fans like me. The shop is never full, so if you want some peace and quiet, it's okay. Conclusion, 21.50 euros for a burger (12 euros), fries (5.50 euros) and a drink are too much. You can try it out once and that's it.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit. We had reserved a table on Mother's Day evening. Since my mother is gluten intolerant, it was a great idea because they advertised gluten-free burgers. To be on the safe side, I also wrote this in the online reservation, which was confirmed shortly afterwards by email. When we drove to Ulm that evening, we were told when we ordered that they hadn't had any gluten-free rolls for two weeks (so nothing that had been spontaneously sold out). That was very disappointing, not only because it ruined Mother's Day in a way, but also because the gluten-free rolls were still being actively advertised with a display. When you specifically write it in the reservation request and then someone with celiac disease is advised to simply have a roll with gluten as an alternative, that is just completely unprofessional.

I don't normally do negative reviews! But I'm mad!! We placed an order for delivery a few weeks ago. 3 larger dishes. The food came, some things were missing. And the rest was a complete disaster. Shame about the food, shame about the money. Disrespectful!!! But ok, you can “clarify” everything Then I thought, I'll call. No sooner said than done. I am a service provider myself and with friendly communication you can put everything back in order. I'm assuming the "boss" was apologetic because it was busy, etc. All accepted. That we'll get two dishes for free next time. Then we thought ok, it's completely fine. Then we ordered today. Nothing big compared to the last order. We called specifically, said everything we wanted and just drew our attention with the voucher. Then he said on the phone that's all? Um yes, we are 2 adults and one child. Well, what should he do now for free? Hmmm, so according to the email we have 2 dishes for free. Okay, food came, then the delivery person said 18 euros please. Please what? An order of around 30 euros, still have to pay 18 euros? It was actually 2 for free.!!! Paid well, the pizza was completely burned when I opened it!!! So I had to make my child a bread pizza in the trash! The rest was just about there. Sorry, but is it still possible? What kind of way is that to deal with food, let alone how you lose customers? I wanted to call again but my husband says NO!!!! Will never order again, not even from our circle of friends. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!! For the “confirmed” complaint!!!

I think it's absolutely disgusting and I don't recommend it to anyone. Half of the order was missing, delivery time was extremely long and my burger was topped with ingredients that I didn't want and that for 60 euros is completely unacceptable. I'm totally angry -5/10

DISGUSTING,🤮!!A guy with greasy hair (no employee on duty) was at the front where the orders are being prepared, cleaned his nose with his finger, then an employee came from the kitchen, shook his hand and he went back to his work (without even cleaning his hands). I personally found it disgusting.! Never again

Five Guys definitely delivers if you're craving a really juicy burger. The meat is fresh and flavorful, but sometimes it's almost too juicy and a bit too fatty. The atmosphere is rather understated, reminiscent of a fast-food joint rather than a cozy burger restaurant—but that's precisely what makes it so appealing. It's not a burger I'd eat every week, but you can certainly treat yourself to one every week or two. A solid choice for a quick, hearty burger craving.

Very nice employees, very good food, generous portions, quick preparation and delivery time, usually faster than the app shows.

The fries are great, the burgers are actually great too, but the burger buns are so limp, toasted or baked, they look like they've been freshly thawed raw, and they spoil the whole burger. Every time I've been there I've always had digestive problems. It was now the last time. It just works better

Waren gestern mal wieder im Fibel Guys, es war schlicht und ergreifend katastrophal, Burger , Fries und Getränke für 2 Kids und Vater 45€, 1 Burger kalt, kein Wasser auf der Herren Toilette( entsprechend auch verdreckt) , bei einem Getränke Automat waren die Softdrinks defekt, beim anderen der Eisspender. Das nenne ich mal ein gelungenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis….
