Five Guys definitely delivers if you're craving a really juicy burger. The meat is fresh and flavorful, but sometimes it's almost too juicy and a bit too fatty. The atmosphere is rather understated, reminiscent of a fast-food joint rather than a cozy burger restaurant—but that's precisely what makes it so appealing. It's not a burger I'd eat every week, but you can certainly treat yourself to one every week or two. A solid choice for a quick, hearty burger craving.

The food at Five Guys is simply great! The burgers are super tasty, juicy and freshly prepared. The fries - especially the Cajun Fries - are to die for, and the portions are really generous. The selection of free toppings is also great! The staff was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cool - exactly how you want it to be. The only small negative point: the cleanliness. Tables and floor could have been mopped a little more often. Especially at peak times you notice that a little more attention would be good. Nevertheless: tastes great and absolutely recommended! I'd love to come back.

Good food, but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired The food at Five Guys was really good – freshly prepared, tasty and filling. The service was also very friendly and helpful. Value for money for the food is definitely right. But what doesn't work at all is cleanliness. The dining room was borderline bad, but the toilets were really disgusting and smelled bad. Unfortunately, this leaves a very bad impression and spoils the entire experience. That's why I only give it 3 stars. Cleanliness should be a given in the catering industry - improvements are urgently needed here.

Despite prime time ~5 p.m. there are hardly any people in the store. After 2 minutes, the waitress, who spoke so quietly that it was hard to understand her, took pity on me at the empty counter... Preparation then took another 10 minutes, but it will be made fresh. There was nothing else to complain about at the Baconcheesburger, but people the price ...... For almost 13€ just the burger I get almost 2 double quarter pounders in competition with the golden M, which I will prefer next time.

I went there for the first time last night with a friend. A shop without any ambience. I had a cheeseburger with fries. The burger wasn't bad, but I've had much better ones many times. The prices are absolutely unreasonable for this quality. In Karlsruhe there are burger shops that offer significantly better burgers for the same or even less money. The waitress who took my order was okay.

Kept hearing about them and their different taste and wanted to try it for a while but never got the opportunity. The Burger is more than you'd expect from the run-of-the-mill serving area. Juicy and flavoured, it's not burned or dried-out. The potatoes were fine, some issues with the Cola machine (it was warm and tasteless), but forgettable once you tasted the food. So an excellent choice for fast-food, but on the expensive side though. I would go there again but only if the more premium places around are closed.

Had the bacon cheeseburger, with tomato and lettuce (but there are a few more toppings). The patties were super fried with a delicious roasted aroma, everything was fresh. Buns also very good. Great fries! Drinks (Refill). All in all it tasted very good. Not necessarily cheap but okay for the quantity and it was a really good burger. The only criticism is that the seating/rooms weren't necessarily clean, so a little more attention should be paid to that - even if it's a fast food restaurant!

I've been to Five Guys on three continents and it's always been equally good, including here. The burgers are delicious and there are lots of fries and free refills that you can't find anywhere else in Germany. Sure, the price is higher than at Burger King or McDonalds, but the quality of the burgers is also better. Unfortunately there are no more peanuts.

This is the first time I've tried this franchise and I find that it's frankly expensive for what is offered. In terms of cooking, it’s edible but without any real pleasure. On the other hand, the team was really friendly and the waitress was really great (especially since my German is frankly not up to par).

The bread is not very good. The whole thing doesn't have much taste. It's neither good nor bad. It's neither too oily nor too dry. It's just "nothing". Emptiness. The milkshakes are way, WAY too sweet... But the fries are good! (when they are hot) We won't try the experience again, especially given the price.... €8 for a mini cheeseburger is really expensive. There are much better fast food restaurants elsewhere.

TLDR: Food delicious; McDonald's level service; Lots of unnecessary packaging even when 'eating here'. About the food: I had a burger with fries and you can't really complain about that. The burger is tasty, the fries are good and the unlimited mayo/ketchup is wonderful. I'm always happy about something like that. Plus, free restocking with plenty to choose from. Next point for me is the service. There is no table service, which is actually available everywhere. The numbers are called out and not displayed, so you always have to stay within calling range of the issue. This point is somewhat dampened for me by the fact that the food is ready really quickly. It was clean as far as I could see and the staff was friendly. You get your burger wrapped in aluminum foil and in a paper bag along with the fries. Even if you say you want to eat there. Fries in a paper bag (30 cm high for whatever reason, so you have to tear off the top 20 first (regular size)). Seems to be branding for them. But then at least waste separation (leftovers, aluminum, cups and drain for drinks). If I just compare it with the Oxford: The Oxford 1. has similarly good food 2. costs significantly less 3. has decent service, as you would expect from a restaurant. 4. You know what you're paying before you pay. 5. You're on plates...... But: you can't refill and you have to wait longer. Conclusion: it's not worth it to me. If you just want a quick, tasty meal and you don't care about the price, then this is an option. Otherwise there are better things in the area.

Of the Fastfoods, the best in hamburgers. They are good and of better quality than the others and the potatoes have flavor. They are expensive for what they are, yes. The staff was pleasant and you could see them working non-stop.

Drinks are almost all empty and don't taste good. The burger was pure crap. Carelessly prepared and completely overpriced. Was there the first and last time.

Weiche Pommes und Brötchen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig! Z. T. nur eine Kasse geöffnet und lange Warteschlangen. Tische werden nicht regelmäßig gesäubert und in den Toiletten stinkt es. Auch der Boden ist fettig. Das Ausrufsystem ist schlecht- es ist laut und oft versteht man nichts, warum keine Digitalanzeiges. Sehr hochpreisung, ein Menü liegt bei etwa 18,-.

We love Five Guys, and the one in Karlsruhe is just as good as any other when it comes to food. The fries are great, and we absolutely love the milkshakes. One thing most people don’t know is that their drink stand offers Kinley lemonades, which are exclusive to Five Guys. We love them so much that sometimes we visit just for the lemonade. However, we’ve noticed that at some Five Guys locations, customers tend to leave a lot of mess behind. Many don’t take responsibility for their trash, leaving food scattered on tables, fries on the floor, or ketchup spills unattended. Unfortunately, the staff often seems too busy or unaware of the mess, so it takes a while before it gets cleaned up. Despite this, we still appreciate their food and the friendly service. We also noticed they provide crayons and paper for customers to color and decorate the pin wall, which is a fun and creative touch. One downside, though, is that the portion sizes—especially for the fries—have noticeably shrunk. That being said, we still love Five Guys and will definitely be coming back! :)

The burger and fries were delivered to me cold, the fries were not packaged, they were loose in the delivery bag, the burger looked like someone had stepped on it. I didn't eat it, it ended up straight in the trash. Five Guy blames it on Lieferando and Lieferando blames it on Five Guys. Never again thank you for nothing, even one star is too much...

I think the burgers where you can choose what else you want with it are great. I absolutely love the fries. But drinking syrup from the machine is horrible. You can only drink water or tea. The rest tastes absolutely horrible. In addition, everything splatters when you pour it in and it looks strange in the cup. When ordering, it's best to speak English, otherwise you'll quickly end up with the wrong order.

Pretty much the last store.... Unfriendly. “Food” sucks, if you can call it that. Atmosphere like in a slaughterhouse, loud and dirty.. I was there twice, the first and last time!!!

Waiting times were way too long, initially only one cash register was open and the queue got longer and longer. At some point a second cash register was opened but the waiting time after ordering the food was also way too long. It feels like 45 minutes of waiting for a normal burger with fries??? I'll never go there again. The price-performance ratio is also very bad, two people paid just under €45. In a real burger shop I would happily pay more, but just under €45 is too much.

I was today around 14:30 ,to much busy tbh and i had to wait to take food but it was amazing the way they work . High price but food high quality . Can't compare to other burger restaurants . Dont forget to try grill cheese

This was my first time at Five Guys and I have to say I was pretty excited. The burger was absolutely amazing and the fries are great too. Mcdonald and BK can get involved! At the end I enjoyed an Oreo shake and it was also very nice. I would come back at any time.

Hello, I was there recently and there was a person who was playing Minecraft on GommeHD net and then there was also a cultural person there. I was a little disturbed so I left the store. I met two nice gentlemen outside. One person is the founder and visionary of NVN while the other proclaimed the Persian Republic 1000 years ago. We then went next door to Saturn and watched Baddies on my phone. (on Baddie Hub) We then continued to the north of the city where we went to an old Romanian house where we were threatened with a knife and then after the shock we went to Abone Döner Grill. There we observed a child flipping over on a Volt e-scooter. (broken collarbone) We also saw a Romanian person vaping and almost getting caught by his math teacher. Wow, you can make money with something like that? I wanted to test what the store was like and decided on a hot dog for €7.95. It was a mistake, the bread tasted like greasy cardboard, the sausage was clearly of poor quality. For that price I would have gotten a decent kebab. Tried it once and never came back, but it was worth it.

The burger and fries were really good in taste, but difficult to eat in the restaurant as there is no tray or cutlery for eating. Burgers with fries and a drink cost almost €20, which is relatively high compared to the surrounding competition. The burger buns are wrapped in aluminum foil (even if you eat in a restaurant) and are therefore very soft, almost a little mushy, which you have to like... reminds you a bit of the chain with the big M. I found my lift apple spritzer from the self-service machine a bit thin, but the food was, as I said, delicious... Hence 3-4 stars...

Having just returned from our vacation in Florida, we wanted to use the evening to end our vacation. Burgers with meat were okay, but varied from warm to lukewarm. For vegetarians: The vegetarian burger with cheese wasn't worth the money. The ingredients such as onions and mushrooms were lukewarm to cold, without any seasoning. The cheese was barely melted and also cold. Overall, loveless together cobbled. Vegetarian is not recommended, especially not at this price. Preparing 5 burgers took a long time, but everyone has to judge that for themselves. Overall, there is a lot that needs to be improved. No recommendation because the price is not justified for the overall service provided. Too bad

Delicious food. It's way too loud in the store. We barely understood the cashier when we ordered at the checkout and afterwards we couldn't have a proper conversation because of the volume. A good idea to take away as the food is delicious, but not suitable for a leisurely lunch

For these prices you'll be better fed somewhere else. There's nothing special in terms of taste either. The cost of goods cannot justify these prices.

Of all the fast food restaurants, I ate the best in this one. Except for the prices, which are double compared to KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, etc., the taste of the food is unique. They really impressed me with the taste and quality.

Exactly like America! The only thing lacking was there were no flavor options for the Coke with sugar; and I really wanted a cherry coke.

It was my first time there and I didn't know what to expect. The first thing that shocked me was the prices. 12 euros for a burger the size of a Royal TS. We had 2 burgers, 1 hot dog, 2x fries and 3 large drinks. almost 50 euros. We then continued at the drinks refill machine. All 3 (2 below, 1 above) were empty of original Cola, but you could easily choose Cola, lime, orange etc. After we ordered to eat there, we were called and given a bag. The contents of the bag were horrible. Burger completely on the bottom and just fries thrown on top. That was the only and last time I ate there with my family. I get more for the money elsewhere and I would also be satisfied. Never again!!!!!!

Can't say the food tasted bad because it simply tasted like nothing! Neither hot dog nor burger. Plus the meat really didn't look tasty. The lady was very friendly and the shop was clean…but you can skip the food.

Very child friendly. The food is excellent. Everything is freshly prepared. Even the fries. No frozen goods. I also recommend the milkshakes. (I had peanut butter and chocolate, MEGA!) Really really tasty. It's not cheap to eat there (milkshakes around 7 euros) but you notice the difference straight away. In my opinion the portions could be larger. Highly recommended 👍

Everything is dirty and you get chlorine gas poisoning in the toilet. The burgers were ok, but €22 for a burger with fries and a drink is massively excessive.

Today I finally made it to Five Guys, something I've been meaning to do for a long time. I'm really excited - I've never eaten such delicious fries before. The cheeseburger was also super tasty. I have with ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, pickles and onions. The small portion of fries is larger than the large portion at McDonald's. You can get as much drinks and ketchup as you want like in the USA, The staff is also very friendly. Cheeseburger (it's huge), fries and Coke Zero price 15.90 I'm very satisfied and the price is really okay. I love the Whopper from Burger King and the BIC Mac from McDonald's but Five Guys is really in a whole different class. The famous milkshakes I was too full for. Always my pleasure.

Since the opening the quality has deteriorated significantly. There were ice-cold tomatoes on my burger. Cheese wasn't melted even though I ate my burger immediately after receiving it. Price performance has declined significantly.

So we love the burgers and the fries. The concept is also good with the drinks flat rate and price just above Burgerking.

The staff and meal were impeccable, only the drinks machine dispensed drinks that had nothing to do with the drinks selected. The order was received very friendly. The restaurant seemed very clean and tidy.

Food ok, communication with staff was only possible in English. Some toilets are out of service. Five Guys has slowed down ALL over Germany. A pity ;((((

Five Guys is my favourite fast food because having been to so many for my burger fix I have found that the quality is always consistent and until Karlsruhe the experience is always good. However Five Guys Karlsruhe really drops the ball for the franchise. It’s dirty, bad quality and not fit to use the Five Guys brand. I nearly slipped on the floor it was so greasy, the food was the first time in countless Five Guys visits that I didn’t enjoy it, and to top it off the WCs were out of order. Like everything else about this location it was badly run and poorly maintained. I hope this does not put me off Five Guys in future but it may well do. A real shame.

The first and last time in a real juice shop. None of the saleswomen can speak German, you have to order with your feet and hands. Waiting time is extremely long, rude. Toilet in the process of being renovated. Apparently I wanted to go to the toilet after eating, but she gave the key to 2 people in front of me because I was too stupid and I left because the food was way too overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food tasted very good, which is what you would expect for €50. The place is EXTREMELY DIRTY. I had to use wet wipes to use the seats and tables. The drinks machines were almost empty. You could only choose Coke and Powerade. Mayonaise dispensers empty on both floors. Extremely loud in the basement

Burger okay (the meat is too cooked for me and the bun is too rubbery). Fries plentiful and good. Price high. Ambience cheap. What seems to be COMPLETELY out of date in the year of the Lord 2024: GARBAGE. No distinction between on-site consumption and take-away and therefore always extreme packaging megalomania. Fat aluminum foil around the burgers, everyone produces their own medium-sized paper bag full of mixed, greasy residual waste. Garbage, garbage, garbage. I prefer the DeliBurger. More regional and better.

I waited 18 minutes for my order (cheese bacon burger, veggie sandwich - both without extras and a medium fries), fries were cold, ketchup and mayo containers were empty. For 30 euros and this performance, I can't recommend this hype. Food was OK. But I actually liked the fries, even though they were cold. Unfortunately, the employees are simply too slow and work uncoordinated.

Burgers were nice, full of flavour and the spicy fries were also really good. But we took 4 burgers and one big fries without drinks and it was around 50€. It seems a bit too expensive since we didn't took drinks or more fries. But it's worth a visit to try the famous Five Guys.

Nice location in itself, burgers are good according to my partner, but unfortunately you can't order sandwiches here. They're just burgers without meat. Very disappointing for the first visit. Basically just a better McDonald's.
