Wow, you can make money with something like that? I wanted to test what the store was like and decided on a hot dog for €7.95. It was a mistake, the bread tasted like greasy cardboard, the sausage was clearly of poor quality. For that price I would have gotten a decent kebab. Tried it once and never came back, but it was worth it.

The burger and fries were really good in taste, but difficult to eat in the restaurant as there is no tray or cutlery for eating. Burgers with fries and a drink cost almost €20, which is relatively high compared to the surrounding competition. The burger buns are wrapped in aluminum foil (even if you eat in a restaurant) and are therefore very soft, almost a little mushy, which you have to like... reminds you a bit of the chain with the big M. I found my lift apple spritzer from the self-service machine a bit thin, but the food was, as I said, delicious... Hence 3-4 stars...

Nobody speaks German. The employees are very unfriendly. If you don't want to spoil your mood, you should avoid this branch.

Having just returned from our vacation in Florida, we wanted to use the evening to end our vacation. Burgers with meat were okay, but varied from warm to lukewarm. For vegetarians: The vegetarian burger with cheese wasn't worth the money. The ingredients such as onions and mushrooms were lukewarm to cold, without any seasoning. The cheese was barely melted and also cold. Overall, loveless together cobbled. Vegetarian is not recommended, especially not at this price. Preparing 5 burgers took a long time, but everyone has to judge that for themselves. Overall, there is a lot that needs to be improved. No recommendation because the price is not justified for the overall service provided. Too bad

The food is very delicious! The competition could learn from them! I really liked that I could choose what goes into my burger! Their potato wedges are much fresher and tastier than any big-name restaurant!

Well, what can I say… that was probably nothing! Both burgers didn't taste good! Then they threw them away! Fries were simply poured into the bag! Many drinks were empty! And that’s great for over €50! Never again!

Delicious food. It's way too loud in the store. We barely understood the cashier when we ordered at the checkout and afterwards we couldn't have a proper conversation because of the volume. A good idea to take away as the food is delicious, but not suitable for a leisurely lunch

For these prices you'll be better fed somewhere else. There's nothing special in terms of taste either. The cost of goods cannot justify these prices.

Of all the fast food restaurants, I ate the best in this one. Except for the prices, which are double compared to KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, etc., the taste of the food is unique. They really impressed me with the taste and quality.

The burgers are big, juicy and delicious. You can put together your own burger. The fries are also okay and you get more than enough even with a small portion. You can refill your drinks as often as you like. The prices are high but the quality is excellent.

Pro:The boys and girls are nice and friendly. Burger juicy. Cons: Burger unfortunately lukewarm, there were no more fries at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday evening so you couldn't test them. Exactly like America! The only thing lacking was there were no flavor options for the Coke with sugar; and I really wanted a cherry coke.

It was my first time there and I didn't know what to expect. The first thing that shocked me was the prices. 12 euros for a burger the size of a Royal TS. We had 2 burgers, 1 hot dog, 2x fries and 3 large drinks. almost 50 euros. We then continued at the drinks refill machine. All 3 (2 below, 1 above) were empty of original Cola, but you could easily choose Cola, lime, orange etc. After we ordered to eat there, we were called and given a bag. The contents of the bag were horrible. Burger completely on the bottom and just fries thrown on top. That was the only and last time I ate there with my family. I get more for the money elsewhere and I would also be satisfied. Never again!!!!!!

Can't say the food tasted bad because it simply tasted like nothing! Neither hot dog nor burger. Plus the meat really didn't look tasty. The lady was very friendly and the shop was clean…but you can skip the food.

Very child friendly. The food is excellent. Everything is freshly prepared. Even the fries. No frozen goods. I also recommend the milkshakes. (I had peanut butter and chocolate, MEGA!) Really really tasty. It's not cheap to eat there (milkshakes around 7 euros) but you notice the difference straight away. In my opinion the portions could be larger. Highly recommended 👍

Everything is dirty and you get chlorine gas poisoning in the toilet. The burgers were ok, but €22 for a burger with fries and a drink is massively excessive.

I would rather give zero stars if I could, 1 is still too good. The food tastes like nothing, the only good thing was the cola and the exorbitantly priced fries. 50 euros for 2 hamburgers and 1 hot dog.

The burgers are delicious, at least better than the usual burger chains, but why do the portions have to be so monstrously large? No normal person can eat that and it's expensive too. “Small” burger and “small” fries with a drink just under 20 euros.

Today I finally made it to Five Guys, something I've been meaning to do for a long time. I'm really excited - I've never eaten such delicious fries before. The cheeseburger was also super tasty. I have with ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, pickles and onions. The small portion of fries is larger than the large portion at McDonald's. You can get as much drinks and ketchup as you want like in the USA, The staff is also very friendly. Cheeseburger (it's huge), fries and Coke Zero price 15.90 I'm very satisfied and the price is really okay. I love the Whopper from Burger King and the BIC Mac from McDonald's but Five Guys is really in a whole different class. The famous milkshakes I was too full for. Always my pleasure.

Since the opening the quality has deteriorated significantly. There were ice-cold tomatoes on my burger. Cheese wasn't melted even though I ate my burger immediately after receiving it. Price performance has declined significantly.

So we love the burgers and the fries. The concept is also good with the drinks flat rate and price just above Burgerking.

The staff and meal were impeccable, only the drinks machine dispensed drinks that had nothing to do with the drinks selected. The order was received very friendly. The restaurant seemed very clean and tidy.

Food ok, communication with staff was only possible in English. Some toilets are out of service. Five Guys has slowed down ALL over Germany. A pity ;((((

Five Guys is my favourite fast food because having been to so many for my burger fix I have found that the quality is always consistent and until Karlsruhe the experience is always good. However Five Guys Karlsruhe really drops the ball for the franchise. It’s dirty, bad quality and not fit to use the Five Guys brand. I nearly slipped on the floor it was so greasy, the food was the first time in countless Five Guys visits that I didn’t enjoy it, and to top it off the WCs were out of order. Like everything else about this location it was badly run and poorly maintained. I hope this does not put me off Five Guys in future but it may well do. A real shame.

The first and last time in a real juice shop. None of the saleswomen can speak German, you have to order with your feet and hands. Waiting time is extremely long, rude. Toilet in the process of being renovated. Apparently I wanted to go to the toilet after eating, but she gave the key to 2 people in front of me because I was too stupid and I left because the food was way too overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food tasted very good, which is what you would expect for €50. The place is EXTREMELY DIRTY. I had to use wet wipes to use the seats and tables. The drinks machines were almost empty. You could only choose Coke and Powerade. Mayonaise dispensers empty on both floors. Extremely loud in the basement

Burger okay (the meat is too cooked for me and the bun is too rubbery). Fries plentiful and good. Price high. Ambience cheap. What seems to be COMPLETELY out of date in the year of the Lord 2024: GARBAGE. No distinction between on-site consumption and take-away and therefore always extreme packaging megalomania. Fat aluminum foil around the burgers, everyone produces their own medium-sized paper bag full of mixed, greasy residual waste. Garbage, garbage, garbage. I prefer the DeliBurger. More regional and better.

I waited 18 minutes for my order (cheese bacon burger, veggie sandwich - both without extras and a medium fries), fries were cold, ketchup and mayo containers were empty. For 30 euros and this performance, I can't recommend this hype. Food was OK. But I actually liked the fries, even though they were cold. Unfortunately, the employees are simply too slow and work uncoordinated.

Burgers were nice, full of flavour and the spicy fries were also really good. But we took 4 burgers and one big fries without drinks and it was around 50€. It seems a bit too expensive since we didn't took drinks or more fries. But it's worth a visit to try the famous Five Guys.

Nice location in itself, burgers are good according to my partner, but unfortunately you can't order sandwiches here. They're just burgers without meat. Very disappointing for the first visit. Basically just a better McDonald's.

The food was overall ok, the fries were unfortunately cold and soggy even though we ate there, the burger completely fell apart and was a bit dry (I had a small cheeseburger). The tables were greasy and a bit dirty. Was a bit disappointed.

At noon at 1 p.m. only two employees! One at the checkout. And someone preparing the food!! You don't have to be surprised about long waiting times!! Very disappointed with the visit to Five Guys!

The burger you get there is solid and tastes good. Not hipster milk rolls or other acrobatic burgers, but real traditional burgers. After placing your order, you were told that you could sit down and wait until you were called (it wasn't easy to understand because the man at the checkout only spoke broken German). Anyway, that didn't work. The counter is so far away that you don't notice when the food is ready to be picked up. It's better to stay right at the front until it's called. A positive thing to mention are the 30 types of drinks, which you can refill endlessly, as well as the peanuts, which you can also refill endlessly for free. Prices are a bit too high... In any case, I would still go there again.

The burger saved the rating, because unfortunately the branch wasn't exactly the cleanest, among other things, not a single table had been wiped (in other branches I've seen two employees constantly go through the shop and tidy up). Burger quality is very good, everything is freshly prepared to order so there is no burger that is kept warm on the shelf for hours. The only annoying thing is that the burger is wrapped in aluminum foil. You get your menu without a plate or tablet and then have a mountain of packaging in front of you when you eat.

First burger from Five Guys tried after reading Scottish beef meat, but it was disappointing, I was expecting delicious juicy beef taste from this burger, but unfortunately in my opinion the beef patty was seared for too long, it was too dry and cooked through like shoe leather, so someone needs to be trained again when it comes to the timing for the beef patty. I was really disappointed because the best meat is of no use if it is fried to death and no longer has any taste! 😒 I was there around 12 p.m. and it wasn't that busy, so there was enough time to get it perfect.

I recently went to Five Guys and I'm conflicted. The burger with fries and ketchup didn't convince me on my first visit. The high price compared to other fast food chains also put me off. However, on the last visit I tried the pistachio milkshake and found it really delicious. Since Five Guys is mainly known for their burgers, I generally only give it 4 stars because the taste is a bit bland in comparison. The ambience with the red check pattern takes some getting used to for German tastes, but it also gives the store a certain uniqueness. Fans of Five Guys will certainly feel at home here, the atmosphere is pleasant and the location is central.

Hatte spontan Hunger und es auf der todo Liste .. Ambiente naja .. American Diner in Durlach ist authentischer sagen wir es mal so .. Tische und Stühle dreckig Essen bekommt man in Tüten obwohl man gefragt wird ob to go was auch ne Tüte gibt .. Sinnfrei ! Wenn man ein halbwegs sauberen Platz findet ( obwohl nur 2 Gäste dennoch schwer ) Muss man seine Pommes aus einem Getränke Becher fischen .. der Burger ist in Alu Folie ( lecker ) und Max so groß wie ein big Mac nur doppelt so teuer ! Geschmacklich keine Wunder erwarten … Man isst ohne Tablet ohne alles ein penner vor Ort .. das erklärt auch die versauten Tische .. Wegräumen darf man auch noch alles .. hey stellt doch noch Eimer und Lappen hin ? Staubsaugen kann der ein oder andere Gast vielleicht auch noch machen ? Erlebnis Gastronomie 2.0 grins sorry der musste sein .. Nunja machen wir es kurz : Getränke zu Teuer und kaum Auswahl Burger umständlich zu bestellen mit 15 toppings.. lieber Standards definieren ! Preise für Burger und deren Größe zu teuer ( hier ist kein München ) Keine Angebote mit Menüs Und und und Resümee für das Geld bei den bekannten Ketten statt werden !

Weiche Pommes und Brötchen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig! Z. T. nur eine Kasse geöffnet und lange Warteschlangen. Tische werden nicht regelmäßig gesäubert und in den Toiletten stinkt es. Auch der Boden ist fettig. Das Ausrufsystem ist schlecht- es ist laut und oft versteht man nichts, warum keine Digitalanzeiges. Sehr hochpreisung, ein Menü liegt bei etwa 18,-.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter IMMER. Die essensqualität ist auch überraschenderweise viel besser als alle anderen Fast food restaurant wie Mcdondalds oder so... Also auch sehr viele Sitzplätze und Hygiene also gibt es deswegen für mich 5 Sterne

As with every hyper-fast food chain, it's junk and expensive for no reason, but I liked their marketing strategy of filling the bag with French fries to give the customer the feeling that they got more than they deserve even though they already paid higher cost for the meal ;) The staff are so friendly, wish them a healthy working environment.

Ein sehr tolles Fast Food Restaurant 👍 Die Burger Patties werden immer frisch gebraten und man kann durch eine große Glasscheibe den Kochen immer zugucken wie sie die Burger bereiten☺️ Als ich an der Kasse stand war ich zuerst sehr überrascht das man sich die Burger selbst zusammenstellen konnte🙂 Ich habe mir einen Hamburger mit verschiedenen Toppings zusammengestellt ☀️ Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert 😇

Super Ableger von Five Guys. Alles sehr sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter und leckeres Essen. Wir hatten keine Warteschlange und hatten direkt unser Essen bekommen.

Sehr bescheiden! Preis-Leistung ungünstig, Bacon oll, Fritten gut, Atmosphäre oll, Toilette defekt. Einmal war zuviel

Wir waren heute dort zum ersten Mal und zum letzten Mal. Total überteuert und die Tische überall schmutzig. Wird wahrscheinlich selten oder nie gereinigt. Der Burger in Alufolie verpackt so dass er richtig feucht wird. Beim essen entsteht dann eine richtige Matschepampe. Die Getränke hatten wenig Kohlensäure und Geschmacklich viel zu süß. Nö......müssen wir nicht nochmal haben.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort & jedesmal zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, manchmal dauert die Bestellung ein bisschen, allerdings werden viele Bestellungen zum Liefern vorbereitet. Bis jetzt war es immer okay für uns. Das Essen selbst ist halt Five Guys…man mag es oder eben nicht, wie bei allem.

Sehr gut besucht über die Mittagszeit. Wartezeiten etwa 5 Minuten, Burger wird frisch zubereitet. Die Getränkeauswahl im OG ist sehr stark eingeschränkt. Das ist besonders unpraktisch, wenn man alleine essen ist. Entweder packt man alles ein (wer lässt seine Sachen schon unbeaufsichtigt liegen?) oder verzichtet auf nachfüllen. Im OG gibt es auch keine Mayo. Die Tische werden zu selten abgewischt und sind mitunter sehr dreckig. Darum nur 3*. Nachfüllen und Mayo gehören einfach dazu! Und wer will schon ab einen dreckigen Tisch?

Burger und Hot Dog gute Qualität, Pomes schmecken waren diesesmal nicvt do gut.

Das Geschäft riecht nach Urin. Der Burger war lecker , ich finde Pommes ganz okay. Ketchup und Mayo habrn die beste Qualität.

Also wenn man gar nicht verstanden wird bei der Bestellung und dann schon um es nicht noch komplizierter für die arme Person an der Kasse zu machen auf eigentlich gewünschte Details bei der Bestellung verzichtet ist das schonmal richtig schlecht. Ging dann weiter bei der Zubereitung des Burgers der von 2 offenbar sich in der Anlernphase befindlichen Mitarbeitern zubereitet wurde. Hab mich eigentlich gefreut dass es Five Guys in Karlsruhe jetzt gibt aber die 2-3 mal die ich da war waren echt ernüchternd. Der Service ist richtig schlecht und die Burger mit Pommes sind keine 23 € wert. Kann da nur Deli Burger in der Akademiestr. empfehlen

Essen war gut, aber es gab keinen Bacon mehr. Fritten waren kartoffelig, aber labrig. Tische waren ziemlich schmutzig, das Personal kam nicht hinterher; war aber sehr freundlich.

Finde FiveGuys an sich super und habe es schon in vielen Filialen und Ländern besucht. Auch in Karlsruhe war ich schon öfter, doch im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen hinkt es hier ein wenig hinter her. Der Laden ist nicht besonders sauber und bei meinem letzten Besuch heute hat es 19 Minuten gedauert, bis die Bestellung fertig war, obwohl recht wenig Betrieb war. Hinter der Theke standen zwar viele Mitarbeiter, doch an meiner Bestellung arbeitete ständig jemand anderes, weshalb die Burger über 5 Minuten einfach rumlagen. Dann wollte ein Mitarbeiter die Pommes machen, wurde aber vom Chef/Schichtleiter (in schwarzen Klamotten) wegen einer wartenden Person an die Kasse geschickt (und fragte stutzig nach, ob er nicht grade die Tüte noch fertig packen sollte). Also standen die Pommes wieder minutenlang rum, bis ein anderer Mitarbeiter sie mit den Burgern in die Tüte packte und nach 19min endlich ausgab. Ergebnis: Burger fast komplett kalt, Pommes ebenso. Bei dem Preis (den ich normal oke finde, wenn alles passt) leider traurig. Ein Lieferando-Kurier wartete ebenso lange und war schon fast am verzweifeln - immerhin ist für ihn Zeit erst recht Geld (und er war in den fast 20min mit mir der einzige wartende...)

Der Burger war „o.k.“, leider keine Offenbarung. Warum das in Alufolie eingepackt wird, unabhängig ob man es dort ist oder auswärts, finde ich unpassend. Pommes schmeckten ordentlich, nichts auszusetzen. Aber Leute, wie dreckig ist es denn bei euch? Da stehen 6 Personen am Grill, 5 Gäste im Laden und es sieht aus als wäre ne Bombe hochgegangen! Besuch am Samstag Abend um 22:00… Wir waren 45 Minuten da, niemand hat auch nur einmal aufgeräumt, bei diesen Bergen an Dreck! Pfui!

Der Laden sah wirklich sauber und gut gepflegt aus und das obwohl ich kurz vor Schluss an einem Sonntag Abend dort war. Die Essens Qualität und der Eindruck vom Team ist Top, ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen 👍

Ich ess ganz gerne da. Besser als die typischen amerikanischem Fastfood Ketten und können mit den Franchise Bürgerrestaurants mithalten.
