Mr Burger & Pinsa in Rastatt

We waited over 2 hours... I called twice. The driver made a mistake and instead of going to Hügelsheim he went to Baden Baden. We only paid 50% for this. The food was quite cold, but still tasty. Actually only fries were not edible.

Your drivers are the last piece of shit, runs away with 50gers for 2 shabby citizens, I say I want my money out, he doesn't give it to me, the tip is fine because of me, but a 4 euro tip for 2 citizens who aren't even good, dirty place

I called after 1 1/2 hours and was told there was a new driver who drove the wrong way and said it would take another half an hour and then canceled it.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. I called at 6:38 p.m. Current time 9:15 p.m.! I called 3 times and each time I was put off for 20 minutes. Now the food is here, the driver was very nice. There were 2 tiramisu on the house. But that doesn't happen to me again with hungry children. A pity!

Food was great, it was there for about 30 minutes, I can only recommend it again and again.

Spontaneously ordered there today and was really impressed. The crunchy wings were handmade and, in my opinion, tasted better than those from a KFC 🪣. Fries were tasty and a huge portion. The BBQ burger was really good for a delivered burger. And the delivery person was a really chill dude who you'd be happy to give a little tip to ✌️ If you add bacon to the BBQ burger you'll get 5 stars. You can definitely do it again.

Foreign bodies in pasta salad, delivery arrived cold in 1:10 after ordering. Replacement burger didn't taste particularly good either. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Wir haben telefonisch essen bestellt. 2 1/2 Stunden haben wir gewartet. Und das unter der Woche. Als wir angerufen haben nach 1 1/2 Stunden warte Zeit, wurden wir vertröstet mit einem „ Es ist Anfang des Monats jetzt haben viele Geld und bestellen“ deswegen sei viel los, zudem waren sie nicht mal auf dem Weg als wir angerufen haben. Nach 2 1/2 Stunden war das Essen dann da.. zu unserer Enttäuschung fehlte 2 essenzielle Hauptgerichte. Das Geld für die fehlenden sachen haben wir erstattet bekommen und die Lieferantin war trotz allem freundlich. Später haben wir bemerkt das ebenfalls das Getränk gefällt hat und in der Bowl Zutaten… Essen hätte bestimmt gut/besser geschmeckt wenn es nicht fast kalt gewesen wäre… weil Gewürz technisch war es schon gut und die Zutaten waren auch frisch. Das kleine positive, wir haben für die lange Warte Zeit ein Trost Dessert bekommen(welches echt super lecker war). Schade hatten uns sehr gefreut…Leider ein sehr schlechter erster Eindruck.
