Mr Burger & Pinsa in Rastatt

We waited for over two hours... I called twice. The driver made a mistake and drove to Baden-Baden instead of Hügelsheim. Because of that, we only paid 50%. The food was quite cold, but it still tasted okay. Actually, only the fries were inedible.

Your drivers are the worst, they run away with a 50 for two lousy citizens. I say I want my change, he doesn't give me the right tip because of me, but 4 euros tip for two citizens who aren't even good, dirty place.

I called after 1 1/2 hours and was told there was a new driver who had taken the wrong turn and said it would take another half hour. I then canceled.

Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. I called at 6:38 PM. The current time is 9:15 PM! I called three times, and each time I was told it would take 20 minutes. The food is here now, and the driver was very nice. Two tiramisu were on the house. But I won't let that happen again with hungry children. What a shame!

The food was great, I was there for about 30 minutes, I can highly recommend it, I'd gladly come again.

I spontaneously ordered from there today and was really impressed. The crunchy wings were handmade and, in my opinion, tasted better than any from KFC. The fries were delicious and a huge portion. The BBQ burger was really good for a delivery burger. And the delivery guy was a super chill dude, someone you'd gladly tip. ✌️ If you add some bacon to the BBQ burger, you'll get 5 stars. Definitely going back.

Foreign matter in pasta salad, delivery arrived cold within 1 hour and a half of ordering. The replacement burger didn't taste particularly good either. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

We ordered food over the phone. We waited 2.5 hours. And that was during the week. When we called after waiting 1.5 hours, we were fobbed off with the explanation, "It's the beginning of the month, so many people have money and are ordering," which is why they're busy. Moreover, they weren't even on their way when we called. After 2.5 hours, the food arrived... to our disappointment, two essential main courses were missing. We were reimbursed for the missing items, and the delivery lady was friendly despite everything. Later, we noticed that we also liked the drink and the ingredients in the bowl... The food would definitely have tasted good/better if it hadn't been almost cold... because the seasoning was good, and the ingredients were fresh. On the plus side, we got a dessert to make up for the long wait (which was really delicious). It's a shame, we were really looking forward to it... Unfortunately, it was a very bad first impression.
