I was tempted by the good reviews to visit this snack bar. Unfortunately I was very disappointed here, my criticisms are: - Disproportionately expensive - Burger absolutely loveless, bun not crispy - Fries also zero crispy - the prices are completely absurd compared to the quality of the food - all finished ingredients thrown together Contrary to other reviews, the service and ambience were quite okay. The store should rethink its concept.

Burgers and fries ordered via app at 6:31 p.m., expected delivery time [which of course you only find out after the order has been placed] 80 minutes!! After 90 minutes we called and was told the driver was on the way. Called again after 110 minutes with no new information. After 123 minutes the food arrived: both burgers lukewarm, fries soggy and cold 😡. And all of this at just 900m away. EMBARRASSING and 👎[more like 0 stars]

It was not possible for one person to get a place. Unfriendly service staff (if you can even call it that, no service and no strength either). It's a shame the shop looked nice, but there was no interest in making money and giving guests a place to eat for one person. Unfortunately -100 stars. Too bad

Burger Ranch was not my taste. I think there are better burgers. However, taste is always a thing. Very nice staff and on the ball.
