Burgers taste good, but the price performance didn't really convince me. Everything else OK

This is not a restaurant. It's like a gas station cafe. Pros: The food is really tasty and truly American. Of the minuses: it's rotten here, the menu is greasy, the room smells strongly of food, as if the extractor hood in the kitchen doesn't work. This means that your entire clothing smells like fried food - unpleasant. Of the service staff there is only one woman, the cook.

I'm really a fan of the burgers. But if I order food to be picked up at a certain time, I expect it to be ready then. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. Unfortunately something was missing from a burger too. Please please finally get this under control. It's really not the first time where you had to wait forever.

We were here on May 23, 2025 at 2:10 PM We were very satisfied with our visit to Pits Burger in Esslingen-Berkheim. The staff was friendly, attentive, and pleasant. The fries were hot, well-salted, and you could taste the freshly cooked fat. The portions were large and attractively presented. The chicken nuggets for our daughter were also very good. They were cooked thoroughly, nicely seasoned, and just the right amount of flavor—not too spicy, not too bland. The quality was truly impressive; you'd be happy to eat something like that again. What I found particularly important: The restrooms were really clean. My daughter went there, and everything was in very good condition. This is a crucial point for me, especially with small children. Sitting outside was pleasant, and we liked the ambiance. The price was also reasonable. Overall, a very pleasant visit with no complaints.

Came here at short notice to eat a burger and managed to get a seat on the route! Very warm and attentive service. The burgers were delicious as always and the potato slices are always delicious too! Above all the vegetarian burger is great, a really great vegetable pattie. Feel free to come here at any time.
