Ordering Hamburg without BBQ, without tomatoes, without spicy, but everything in it didn't taste good.

Food was tasty. Price quality was good. However, payment was only possible in cash or via PayPal. We had not read this before. Luckily we had cash with us.

The burgers were good if you're hungry you can definitely eat something there. Price performance ratio good. Unfortunately the service wasn't the best, our plates weren't cleared away and there was no toilet paper in the toilets and the sink was dirty. Better attention should be paid to this.

The burgers tasted okay. Unfortunately the ground was soggy. Delivery on time and still warm. Find the price for average burgers a bit expensive.

Very nice staff! Very good food! Price/performance top! A group of 16 people showed up spontaneously and they put together tables straight away and looked after us very well (including umbrellas for the rain that started to fall). Thank you!

Homemade patty (!) and expertly caramelized onions. That alone deserves 5 stars. The country burger was also very tasty overall. The fact that the burger was a little overcooked and could have used a little more salt/pepper is therefore of no importance. The vegan Bankgok burger was also delicious. Unreservedly recommended 💪🏻

Positively surprised...01/01/2024 looking for something to eat and discovering the California Burger. Citizens? and then that, super nice reception and the burger? Wow really good, had a hotburger, as soon as it was brought to the table my mouth was watering. It was really really good, everything was freshly prepared, good meat. The bun is another surprise, it tastes great and the red onions are used on a burger. Wow, I can personally only recommend it, the guys are really super into it.

Good burgers and fries at fair prices. This can easily be said directly. Not a “favorite store” though. As I said, good food, absolutely good, but not great. It doesn't have to be that way. But the store is and has always been structurally idiosyncratic, regardless of its incarnation. The ambience upstairs is fine, but the TV that's constantly on is blocking everything. Below is a matter in itself. Everything is still medieval including a sword and knight's helmet. I don't know which previous restaurant this was, the history of the location is checkered. So all in all, you can get good food there, but eating there is something different. The landlord is very nice, quick and happy to accommodate requests for changes without any complaint. I can recommend the shop, you get good food for the money, it's hard to sit downstairs and the toilet isn't up to date either. If you have the food delivered, it arrives relatively quickly, warm and even with very crispy fries. Here too, the change requests have been carried out correctly so far.

We ordered there today for the first and last time. Unfortunately, not everything was delivered and what was delivered wasn't necessarily edible. After a complaint over the phone, the missing items were delivered after 40 minutes. The burgers etc. were generally not particularly tasty, ingredients were missing or there were some on them that weren't supposed to be on the menu. We ordered this as part of a birthday party, and then we went out for dinner again. A lot of money wasted for nothing...

Fresh ingredients, good prices. 5 vegan and vegetarian burger alternatives each. Short waiting time. Top!

Went with the family, really good burgers. Felt like done home with love and care! Place is rather small, if you want to eat inside there are a couple of small tables in the main floor and like 3 larger tables in the basement. But the basement even if ok, still looks like not fully ready as of this review. Attention great, prices really reasonable.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Burger sind erstklassig! Für JEDEN etwas dabei! Sehr frische Zutaten und gefühlt alles selbst gemacht. Schmeckt sehr lecker! Wartezeit war fast keine vorhanden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)

Sehr gutes Essen. Die Jungs im Laden sind auch sehr sehr korrekt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine totale Empfehlung!
