Aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und es war köstlich. Wir hatten Pizza und Spaghetti.

Sehr gute originale italienische Pizza, sehr gemütlicher Biergarten. Sehr freundliche Leute auch ein Limoncello auf Haus gibt es ;) klare Weiterempfehlung !

Sowohl die Pizza als auch der Service in der Trattoria il Peperoncino da Morelli sind der absolute Hammer. Perfekter Teig, super belegt und einfach nur lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal da aber wurden empfangen wie Stammgäste. Wir waren mit der Freundlichkeit, dem Service sowie der Qualität der Speisen sehr zufrieden. Man könnte etwas den Eingang und die Toiletten auffrischen aber das nur angemerkt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Super leckere Pizza, zu sehr fairen Preisen. Waren bereits dreimal da und waren stets zufrieden. Auch das Besitzerpaar ist immer zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Die Pizza war richtig gut und der Service war super freundlich. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir kamen durch den Schlemmerblock nach Hohensachsen und wurden schon sehr herzlich und mit Händedruck empfangen. Der sehr positive Eindruck setzte sich mit leckerem Essen, Nachfrage ob alles in Ordnung ist und einen Limomcello/Espresso aufs Haus noch getoppt. Solche echte Herzlichkeit und Lust an der Gastronomie haben wir lange nicht erlebt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant und haben dieses Juwel entdeckt. Der Service ist hervorragend – direkt aus Italien –, das Essen und der Wein waren köstlich und auch das Dessert ein Traum. Und das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schildere anderen Deinen Eindruck heißt es hier....kurz....MEGA....durch den Schlemmerblock dorthin gefunden.....und wir kommen gerne wieder.....und wir drohen.... öfters. Kleine aber feine Karte ...der Gruß aus der Küche... typisch italienisch.... Olivenöl mit Salz und Pfeffer und Brot...toll. Aber im " Italienischsein" sind die Betreiber das was man Italien zu schreibt... Herzlichkeit dass seines gleichen sucht....mit viel Amore und noch mehr Freundlichkeit.... sensationell.....und wer bis hierhin gelesen hat....Spoiler!!!! : Ab 11.04.26 gibt`s eine " Zweigstelle" in Weinheim Nähe Miramar....mit schönen Biergarten und sicherlich genau so guter Küche und Bewirtung....wir wünschen euch dafür viel Erfolg und werden auch dort gerne Gast sein. Die Trattoria da Morelli ist der perfekte Ort, um authentische italienische Küche zu genießen und mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind außergewöhnlich; sie sorgen für ein unbeschwertes, fröhliches und köstliches Erlebnis. Ein wahres Fest für die Sinne! Absolut empfehlenswert 🥰

Wir waren dort schon ein paar mal essen und enttäuscht wurden wir nie. Das Essen schmeckt super und es ist für jeden was dabei - egal ob Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich, super freundlich und einfach nette Menschen. Es ist auch perfekt für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft wie z.B. Geburtstage und sogar eine Hochzeit in kleinen Rahmen! Ich würde jedem empfehlen dort ein Besuch abzustatten. Wir werden in Zukunft weiterhin dort essen gehen!

Wir waren abends zu 2 dort essen und sind durch Zufall auf das Lokal gestoßen. Wir wurden herzlichst vom Betreiber und seiner Frau empfangen. Super essen sehr netter Service werden wieder kommen

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gab als Schmankerl vorab für alle leckeres Olivenöl mit Weißbrot. Das Essen ist recht zügig gekommen, obwohl das Restaurant komplett voll war. Wir hatten verschiedene Nudelgerichte und Fleisch und Pizza und alles war sehr lecker. Zum Abschluss gab es noch einen Espresso und einen Grappa für jeden spendiert. Wir waren rundherum entzückt und können die Trattoria sehr empfehlen. Wir werden auch wiederkommen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Trattoria – auf Empfehlung vom Schlemmerblock. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Zu Beginn gab es am Tisch frisches Olivenöl mit Salz und Baguette. Anschließend hatten wir Ricartoni alla Salmone und Spaghetti Carbonara, dazu noch ein Pizzabrot. Alles hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Zum Abschluss wurde uns noch ein Grappa bzw. Espresso aufs Haus angeboten – vielen Dank dafür! Auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.

Wir sind heute, durch den Schlemmerblock, auf das Lokal aufmerksam geworden und ich muss sagen, es besteht Wiederholungsbedarf :-) Sehr leckeres Essen (Bruschetta der Knaller), aber auch Pizza und Nudel mega gut. Über TripAdvisor sind wir auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen Tisch auf 18 Uhr bestellt. Beim eintreten wurden wir direkt sehr freundlich persönlich begrüßt. Es wurde extra ein wenig Platz für unsere Frenchiedame gemacht, das fand ich schon sehr aufmerksam. Die Karte ist nicht sehr groß, aber alle Gerichte sehr ansprechend. Die Gastwirtin und der Gastwirt sind richtige Italiener, unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab zu Anfang Brot und Olivenöl, total lecker. Wir hatten Pizza und Bruschetta zur Vorspeise. Als Hauptgericht hatten zwei von uns Spaghetti frutti di Mare, eine Spaghetti aglio olio und ich hatte einen Mix aus zwei Gerichten da ich mich nicht entscheiden konnte. Es war sehr nett, dass man mir das so gestattet hat, ich hatte den gegrillten Tintenfisch und 3 Gambas. Wirklich alles war authentische italienische Küche. Perfekt zubereitet, einfach ein Genuß. Es ist schon lange her, dass wir so gut und richtig italienisch gegessen haben. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen nicht nur ein Mal.

Sehr traditionelle authentische Küche mit freundlichem Personal. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Um eine Fischplatte zu bekommen, muss man 1 Tag vorer anrufen um diese zu bestellen - der Fisch wird dann frisch bestellt und zubereitet. Wir kommen wieder. Grazie.

I tried this place during a business trip and have been back several times. The place is clean and the staff are welcoming and make you feel at home. There's Italian music in the background, great beer, and excellent pizza.

A very nice family business with excellent service and fresh food. The reviews are true. We were served olive oil with salt and pepper beforehand, and for dinner we had tomato soup, salmon salad, and salmon with pasta Napoli.

We spontaneously went there for dinner together on September 12, 2025. We were lucky to get a seat. Salad, pizza, and pasta – prepared quickly and deliciously. Highly recommended as a club restaurant, would definitely go back. PS: the limoncello is the second best highlight, next to the hosts 😉

I haven't eaten this well in a long time. Everything from the salad to the dessert was simply delicious. The chef and his wife are very friendly, and the limoncelo at the end was the icing on the cake.

The food was very, very good, and especially the service was very friendly. They also talk to guests on the same level, which doesn't happen that often these days. The ambience is really nice and you feel secretive. A big thank you to the Peperoncino team for making this evening so wonderful for us.

I had already reserved a table for 5 people for 7:00 PM on June 19, 2025, for my birthday by phone on June 8, 2025. When I arrived at the restaurant around 6:30 PM on June 19, 2025, the owner informed me that there was no reservation for me, even though I could prove the phone call from my call log. Since they didn't want to miss out on the expected revenue, they still found a table for 5 people. My son's girlfriend is heavily pregnant, so the table provided was an imposition, as it was far too small. For starters, we ordered two antipasti platters, which were more than meager for €19.90 each. What a disgrace! For the main course, three people ordered pizza, one rigatoni, and one sea bream for me. As the birthday girl, I was looking forward to the fish. When it was finally served, the ultimate nightmare unfolded: On the plate were two tiny pieces of sea bream with some vegetables, which wouldn't even be enough to fill a child! A bottomless outrage for €17.90! I even had to order the white bread separately. Since I didn't want to react appropriately to this impudence on my birthday, I finally put on a brave face. My two sons gave me a slice of their pizza so their father wouldn't have to go home hungry. As the saying goes, I went to this restaurant twice on my birthday; The first and the last time!!! Oh yes, and not to forget: The men's restroom was absolutely terrible. Everything was completely filthy, there was no way to dry your hands after washing them (except with toilet paper), and it stank of urine. Now, enjoy your meal! Witnesses: My two sons and their girlfriends.

I had the great pleasure of dining at this exceptional Italian restaurant – and I'm absolutely thrilled. The warm, inviting atmosphere is immediately apparent upon entering. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, without being intrusive. The menu offers an excellent selection of classic Italian dishes. We had pizza because the restaurant was closed for a private gathering and the kitchen was at full capacity. We were still allowed to sit outside and choose a pizza. The pizza was a real highlight: very good crust, high-quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious. In conclusion: An all-round successful evening. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine of the highest quality, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Two of us were there. We had bruschetta, side salads, octopus, and veal liver. Very good food. Good dressing. The liver was tender and the red wine and onion sauce was fantastic. The terrace was pleasant with a view of the tennis courts. The two brothers served us very nicely. At the end, we had espresso and limoncello on the house. Completely satisfied.

The food is very good. However, for the location (a tennis club), it's 20% too expensive. An aperitif costs €7. A modest portion of grilled salmon costs €25.

A visit to a restaurant begins with the greeting – very warm and welcoming. Extremely attentive restaurateurs, we felt very comfortable from the very beginning. For starters, vitello tonnato, insalata, main course: original spaghetti carbonara, pizza. Everything was delicious. If you order a grappa or limoncello, the whole bottle will be on the table, just like in the old days. In short, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. Oh yes, you can also sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. And one more thing: the family will soon be opening an Italian restaurant in Hemsbach in the former Franko's wine barrel.

A really great, family-run restaurant to enjoy really good and authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is cozy and you immediately feel welcome. The team is warm and there is a large roof terrace. The food is simply great! Pasta and pizza like in Italy and also some vegetarian options. The service is relaxed, but still super attentive. There are nice little touches, like grappa at the end. If you're looking for authentic Italian food in a relaxed, familiar atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you. We'll definitely be back!

Real family trattoria with a beautiful terrace

Highly recommended! Great friendly service and very good food. The friendliness is very positive, you feel very comfortable and are looked after nicely and well. This is service the way you want it. We had salad and pizza and loved everything. And ultimately everything at an absolutely fair price. There is also a large parking lot next door, which is also very pleasant.

But the rest of the menu is also simply delicious and highly recommended. And the homemade dessert is definitely a must! 😉 What always rounds off a visit here is the hospitality of the lovely family and the service. Super attentive, courteous, and friendly. You feel completely well looked after and welcome.
