Spontan auf dem Rückweg vom Wertheim Village sind wir zu viert hier eingekehrt. Wir hatten 3x Burger und 1x Schnitzel plus Beilagen. Fast alles war TK Ware. Außen hui innen pfui. Die Burger waren so lala und das Schnitzel hatte seinen Namen nicht verdient. Lediglich das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Used to be a favourite of many in the English speaking community in Freiburg. Now it’s simply overpriced while they shamelessly get cheaper and bad quality ingredients. Staff very unfriendly and unprofessional, and any kind of criticism is met with real attitude. Horrible. I thought they’re Americans running that restaurant? I worked for American companies so I know the standards of customer service! I would have been instantly sacked for such bad service and terrible attitude…. I hate to see a good place like this go downhill, they offered fabulous food in the past well worth the price. Freiburg has little to offer in the line of good food. So please bring your staff up to scratch, and go back to your former dishes and recipes/suppliers. Then I’ll be happy to come back. You might have noticed how empty your restaurant has gotten? Well there’s a reason for it. It used to be really hard to get a table at your place. Besides all of my friends who used to be regulars say the same.

Super friendly staff, whether on the phone or directly at the counter. The food is amazing, whether it's fries or burgers. If you want to eat a reasonable and super tasty burger, you've come to the right place. The selection of other dishes is really mega. I will continue to eat here regularly 😀

There was nothing wrong with the food. But if you prefer busy market squares or pedestrian zones, this is the wrong place. There are industrial halls all around and, apart from the location, nothing to please the eye. The service was a bit slow. I think that won't always be the case.

Food is top. I eat/order regularly and am never disappointed. The smashburger and steakburger are my top favorites. Absolutely reasonable waiting times for food. Service is nice and very attentive. Ambience great. You really can't complain about that. The name says it all here, because the restaurant is a real eye-catcher with its retro furnishings. Typically retro American. There is also a play area for children. What more do you want. A shop like this right across from a McDonald's is bold but stands out with its mega delicious castles

Great ambience, great service, great food. The homemade lemonade is super delicious! Great value for money. The communication about possible waiting times was excellent, unfortunately the side dishes were forgotten when ordering. Nevertheless, the portions were enough to fill you up.

Very great atmosphere. Food tasted very, very tasty. Service is very friendly and always in a good mood, which is infectious! Always happy to go there for a good time.

Had a burger there this evening and it was very tasty. Price/performance ratio ok. The service was very nice and we would love to come back👍

Positive: Freshly prepared Clean toilets Portion decent OK: The taste of the burger was okay, but nothing more. Fries: the ones at Megges are better The woman behind the counter Not okay: Price. No card payment option, only cash, a no-go these days The ratty vehicle in front of the door that is supposed to attract customers. The upholstered benches in the restaurant are completely squatted together.
