Had Jack ribs good but the favor wasn’t too deep into the meat. I had a melon lemonade it was good, had the cookie bash it was really good and worth it. Wasn’t too busy on a Monday night.

The food was simply excellent. Friendly service, a really friendly chat with the owner's wife. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

A pretty good place for burgers. The decor is very appropriate. I particularly liked the large selection. However, my burger was a bit thin on the vegetables and unfortunately had hardly any sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't find my smashed burger as visually appealing as my niece's toasted burger. The Frozen Strawberry Margherita is almost always the right choice—a real eye-catcher! So, with a few deductions, I would recommend the restaurant.

Were here for dinner today. I can only recommend Moe's Roadhouse. American diner atmosphere, delicious burger salads and appetizers. Unfortunately we didn't try any dessert because it wouldn't have fit. We were served very friendly and felt comfortable.

Unfortunately, it has declined significantly in the last year and a half. The ribs weren't as good and weren't quite cooked through. In general the taste has simply diminished. The 50s style atmosphere is quite nice. The service was a disaster recently, we sat in front of our eaten plates for over 30 minutes and then had to ask to pay twice. Prices are also quite hefty. We're (unfortunately) not coming anymore.

Great roadhouse, despite the unusual combination of a lot of house and little road. I can recommend eating the friendly staff, the cocktails, the steaks and burgers. Actually everything we tried tasted great, even though we had a pretty diverse group. Vegetarians and redheads will also find something delicious to eat here!

Everything was great...but a little too loud...

The food and ambience are great, but the parking situation is unfortunately a disaster. Even though I registered my vehicle in the restaurant using the QR CODE, I now receive a €35 ticket from this parking mafia. Unfortunately, even after repeated inquiries and requests for clarification, I received no response from the restaurant operator. ...and so you turn what was initially a good impression into a pretty bad one...

Haven't eaten there yet. It's definitely not bad either. Parking is great. Scan it when you use it and you can park for free for a few hours.

Mega store! The burgers are simply awesome – juicy, perfectly grilled and with really good ingredients. The fries are crispy and fresh. The atmosphere is also super cozy and the staff is really friendly. If you like really good burgers, you should definitely stop by here. Clear recommendation!

I was very glad that we had reserved in advance. Even on a Wednesday, the Roadhouse was almost completely full (at around 7 p.m.). We were warmly welcomed and shown to our place. The selection is very good, the service is super friendly and attentive. The food was really great and in my opinion many things were homemade. I really liked that! Absolute recommendation for a relaxed evening.

There were four of us and it was our first time there. Two chose burgers and they were good. In the case of the baked potato chicken, only two small pieces of the mushrooms and chicken meat could be found under the cheese; somewhat poor. However, the homemade chicken tenders were bad. They were completely unseasoned and the crust was extremely greasy... it didn't work at all... but no one at Moes was surprised why 8 of the 9 pieces weren't eaten. We don't know whether the parts are always served like that there or whether, in our case, something went wrong in the kitchen and they simply forgot to season the whole thing...no salt, nothing. The coleslaw also seemed to only be seasoned by the mayo, and here too that certain something was missing. Overall, Moes unfortunately couldn't convince us. A realization that unfortunately cost us €100...

No templates!!! Finger food etc. is unheard of!!!

Moe's Road House is a must-visit for burger lovers! Their chicken and beef burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The mocktails are a refreshing treat, adding to the experience. The American-style décor inside creates a fun and cozy vibe. Highly recommended for a great meal!

I specifically ordered burgers there to pick up because they have a smash burger. Since this was the main reason for my order, the big disappointment unfortunately came afterwards. The taste was mediocre & everything was completely oily, but not positive. In addition, it wasn't a real smash burger, the meat was almost not mashed and from my experience that's a little more sensible... My wife's avocado burger as well as her salad (good sauce) were "ok", but for The price/performance ratio will not be repeated again. It was better about 10 years ago, at least that's how I remembered it.

Went here first for dinner and a few weeks later for breakfast. Both very tasty - food was great. A lot of effort was put into the decoration and it fits the theme of the season (e.g. Halloween or Christmas). When it comes to orange juice, people try to save money by filling more than half with ice cubes, which is a shame. Both times the waitresses were very attentive and friendly, but there were also savings here: too few staff for many guests, which created unnecessary waiting times.

Nice location and friendly waiters, but the food left something to be desired. I ordered a cheese burger and my friend a marinated Jack Daniel's burger. Both disappointing: the sandwich arrived cold, or rather, the bread was barely warm. The sauce was almost absent and the flavor rather anonymous. Definitely not one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I would say more at the level of McDonald's, if not less.

Both the burgers + side dishes and the spare ribs were AWESOME! Freshly prepared burgers in all variations. Absolute insider tip!! Tuesday cocktail special for €6.90. Absolutely recommended. Both great dinner and great breakfast. My partner and I were there twice during our 2-day Heidelberg vacation and both times we were completely satisfied. We'll be happy to come back next time we visit Heidelberg!

We ordered “veggie burgers”. Apart from the bread, the whole thing had nothing to do with a burger. Except for the canned mushrooms, the grilled vegetables were good but far too fatty. Cheese more or less held the whole thing together. We didn't find any burger sauce. We each managed half. After that, the desire for more was completely lost. The fries were OK.

I ate the leftovers from the burger from the previous review. So I liked it, I was just hungry...

Had reserved a table for Friday evening. Since I was traveling on business, I was traveling alone. When I arrived I was told that since it was relatively full, they would only be able to give me a stool at the (already full) bar instead of the reserved table. Wondering why I made the reservation. Then I looked for another restaurant.

In my opinion it is now the best burger shop in Heidelberg. Very nicely decorated, great atmosphere, fast and friendly service and really great taste. For vegetarians I can recommend the fajita platter, but the veggie burgers are also good. For everyone else, a burger is definitely a must - great taste experience and very fair prices. Top!

That was MEGA, a bit tight because it was full, but that speaks for itself!!! I'll be back, there's still so much to try and enjoy!!!! The journey is simply worth it...!!!!

We got a place for four at short notice, even though we came during rush hour in the evening. Great burgers and homemade sodas. Very nicely furnished with a view of the kitchen. Service was very accommodating. Gladly again.

I'm American and this was easily the best burger I've had anywhere in Europe since moving here 7 years ago. Juicy, fresh and most importantly NOT over-seasoned, which is the biggest problem with burgers you get in most European restaurants. Cool vibe and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely great. The restaurant is quick and easy to find. The staff is very friendly, special requests are no problem, and there are painting supplies for children. Food and drinks are recommended. The hard-working chefs whirl around in a kitchen that you can look into through a large window. We really liked it and we'll be back

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the menu leaves nothing to be desired. I would particularly like to highlight the steak: cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor - you can immediately tell that only high-quality ingredients are used here. The side dishes and wine selection were also excellent and rounded off the experience perfectly. If you are looking for an excellent steak in Heidelberg, you have come to the right place. Absolute recommendation!

The service was not very attentive and not particularly friendly. Unfortunately, the reservation I made over the phone simply wasn't stored. Very unfortunate. Food was quite ok. My baked potato had cheese on it even though it wasn't on the menu. If I had known this earlier, I would have returned my baked potato.

Stylish, American restaurant. The entrance is via a staircase. Parking is difficult, it's best to park at the train station. The location has a very large menu, the burgers and coleslaw are very tasty. The homemade lemonades are also recommended. MOE'S ROADHOUSE is very, very well attended, but unfortunately it is difficult to have a conversation.

Lovingly furnished and decorated, the food is delicious, the selection of drinks is good, the service is friendly and it doesn't take that long to be served. Overall we were satisfied, a dash of maple syrup would have been nice on the pancakes, which were just a bit dry after being sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, otherwise everything was good! DANGER!!! If you come by car, you have to register online for the parking spaces otherwise you will get a ticket! The QR code for this is clearly visible everywhere in the restaurant (including on every table) and we were also informed about it by the staff. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

My all-time favorite restaurant! Every time I eat here my evening just gets better. You can hardly see the shop in a small alley. As soon as you're inside, it feels like you're in a classic American diner. There are thoughtful decorations of film classics everywhere. The service is also incredibly good and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. The menu has a lot of choice and variety and offers everything from spare ribs and burgers to huge milkshakes. We recommend the Jack Daniels spare ribs, which are incredibly tender and simply taste great. The prices are fair and for €30-40 per person you can't go wrong with such high quality meat. Like I said, I have no complaints. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED👍🏼

We ate at Moe's and worked our way through the menu and tried different burgers 🍔 and also appetizers Point 1, it took about 20 minutes until we were served Point 2, it took another 15 minutes for the drinking to arrive, but it wasn't a big deal since we ordered everything in cans Point 3: I think the service is totally overwhelmed because there aren't enough staff Food finally came after an hour of waiting and then something to eat, just roughly from my stomach. For the money I prefer to eat somewhere else. Citizen bread, just plain simple citizen rolls, possibly from the Rewe. On the citizen there was 1 leaf of lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber There was no onion or anything else with it, there were chess fries that you couldn't eat because they were ultra spicy, they cost 4.90€ extra, no matter what you order with them, it also costs extra on the whole, unfortunately unfortunately concluded negatively for us 2 children 2 adults 140 euros for 2 citizens 1 child citizen 1 salad and mozzarella sticks that were almost burnt. Too bad there is 1 dip that costs 2 extra The ambience was positive and the American furnishings fit just right

I rarely give full marks - but Moe's Roadhouse deserves it! Large selection, whether starter, main course or dessert, tastes great and is not expensive. Great location and extremely friendly service staff - absolutely recommended!

Nice restaurant with a great ambience. There are enough parking spaces available at the restaurant. Anyone coming by car must register the vehicle at the table using a QR code, as the parking spaces are operated by an external company on behalf of the property management. There are many signs about this and we were immediately informed about this by the staff. The menu was extensive and appealing. There are 3 different citizen rolls to choose from. The inserts can also be freely configured. The food was served quickly and was impressive. Gladly again!

A great location. My burger was absolutely top notch, as was the attentive and competent service. Went with 10 people. The food at Moe’s Roadhouse is decent and I recommended my dad to eat there. He was also very happy with the food. However, there is a major problem with the parking system. My father didn't know how to register the parking space and somehow lost it. Now we got mail that he should pay a parking fee of €35 because he was there for 6 minutes too long - instead of 30 minutes he parked for 36 minutes. I contacted the park service and even sent the receipt proving my father ate there. Nevertheless, our request was rejected and we now have to pay a €35 fine. Very annoying and disappointing - that's why only 1 star.

Updating my previous. Don’t know why but the food isn’t as food as it was before. Unfortunately, after my last visit O got food poisoning.

Moe's Roadhouse (Table reservation urgently required on weekends & large groups) +pretty 50-year-old restaurant +EC card payment possible +Delicious burgers & ribs +friendly service +great meat quality/fried perfectly medium +new menus and a few new chairs were added -For the ladies, only 1 toilet can be used for the entire restaurant -50 years of music is often missing -Shakes vary in taste depending on how/who makes them, there doesn't seem to be a prescribed recipe (quantity). - Sofas also need to be replaced, some have large cracks. Big point of criticism: Pancakes went bad and tried them again about a year later and they were still bad. What's going on there? Previously light and fluffy, garnished with icing, butter and powdered sugar (see picture) & now firm & unfluffy and naked, loveless pancakes placed on the plate without any decoration (see picture), the main thing is that the price of the toppings has been increased again. The waitress then advised me to order pancakes with love next time. Too bad. My beloved Bluecheese Burger was also removed from the range when a new menu was created. Too bad again.

This is what an American diner should be like! The food is absolutely outstanding! Large selection, top quality and a good selection of drinks. Only the cocktails could be better. The service was excellent. Fast, super friendly and accommodating. Can't be done better. The ambience is also good. Completely American diner style. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Burger experience with nostalgic charm from the 50s - good value for money A visit to this diner is like traveling back in time to the 1950s. The great chairs and sofas create a cozy charm, even if the daylight is a little lacking. The price-performance ratio is good and the burgers are a real highlight. The overwhelming omnipresence of BBQ sauce on the menu must be questioned; anyone who would rather avoid the slimy-sweet juice from overseas should look carefully when choosing a burger. Nevertheless: The burgers are enormous and tasty! The only downer is that you experience a little too much nostalgia in the toilet - the toilet paper is just lying on the floor. Still a successful place for a special kind of burger experience!
