You're too slow. Waiting 15 minutes for two orders isn't fast food. Go to the drive-thru, it's faster.

Too small, long wait, bad service, you don't get what you ordered if it's sold out, even though you've paid.

Our visit to KFC was very pleasant. We received excellent service from the employee Aswathy – truly outstandingly friendly. The food was also very tasty. Overall, a very positive experience.

Super store everything was great

Very bad, undercooked and raw chicken pieces in the bun and extras, unseasoned fries, and something is always missing from the order, which is just embarrassing and outrageous.

The food was really not good. I saw an employee add old fries to the fresh ones. My chicken wasn't crispy either, so I assume it had been sitting there for a while. Clean place, but the rest of it was a disaster...

Food has become far too expensive.

This was my second time at KFC, and I didn't think it was good. I don't think the price/performance ratio is right. The prices… they're outrageous, and I couldn't eat the fries. Very sad.

Disgusting. The fries were undercooked and had black, greasy spots—looked like burnt/dirty oil. The chicken was completely tasteless. The service was okay, but the food never ceases to disappoint—this isn't the first time I've experienced something like this. A waste of money.

We ordered food for pickup. First of all, the prices for the food served here are completely absurd. A place like a shambles. You can't even reach this place by phone using the number provided. Many items from the order were missing. As far as I'm concerned, you can dismantle the place as quickly as you set it up. I hope it's clear that this is definitely not a recommendation, so if you want to eat here, think twice about your wallet and whether it's worth your time. ....

Worst food I've ever eaten. This wasn't my first time at KFC; the last time was in Hungary, and I loved it there. This time everything was different. Cold, soggy fries. A meager burger, and then they even didn't have coleslaw. Nothing was crispy, especially not the crispies... It was like throwing money out the window.

A wonderful experience with this branch. The workers were very kind and responded to requests very quickly.

We were there an hour ago; it wasn't that busy. There were maybe 10 people in total. We placed our orders, which was very quick. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and flaky. To the left of the drinks dispenser was a small bar. There were ants crawling around there. I also checked out the restrooms; they were disgusting, so I won't be seeing you again anytime soon.

The store was noticeably quiet, and this on a Saturday at lunchtime. The fries were cold and soggy, and the entire meal was disappointing. Years ago, things were different. Add to that the exorbitant prices. That was my last visit to KFC.

A very modern, beautiful KFC with parking. You can also sit outside comfortably. There's something wrong with the ordering terminals. Some products aren't displayed. We ended up having to buy something at the checkout. It's also a shame that there were no more orders available five minutes before closing time, even though we would have liked a little something for a second helping.

You really can't stand KFC anymore. It used to be different; you'd get your food hot and "fresh" for a reasonable price, and you'd be genuinely happy. The food I was served last week felt like it was several hours old. The meat was tough, and I lost my appetite after the first crispy. This location is a complete disappointment. At larger locations with lots of customers, there's a noticeable difference in quality compared to this location.

The last time I was there the food left something to be desired, the potatoes were reheated and the meat was the same. It was clear that they had been made a long time ago and reheated.

The spicy wings….the star menu at KFC…..are a mix of something that is supposed to be crispy and soaked in oil to saturation. It is a mockery of KFC. Of the two soap dispensers in the bathroom, both empty. After eating those things floating in oil with your hands, you still want to wash your hands. The tiles in the bathroom, literally, stick to the soles of your shoes. So dirty. In the restaurant under the tables you can find cutlery, orders, etc….. I don't know who has this franchise, but I would close it down immediately. A slap in the face to the customers and the KFC name.

If I didn't have to give only 5, I'd give 10. We waited 5 minutes and got an apology plus an extra coleslaw. Really lovely people. Tastes really delicious. Nothing forgotten. Wonderful. Thank you.

I've been curious about KFC for a long time and today I took the opportunity to eat there. There's not much to say about the ambience: standardized fast food interior like you're used to from all well-known burger temples. This branch seemed clean and well arranged to me. The digital order board is easy to use. My choice is based on the great deal for bargain hunters. Number was drawn and to my surprise the deal was already done. The drinks dispenser is small and can therefore be easily overlooked. When it comes to taste, I should choose my words carefully. Fans of assembly line food will get their money's worth. People with sensitive digestions should not necessarily make their will before a visit, but they may want to look for alternatives. The staff is friendly and professional. Colonel Sanders must have been a very lonely man 😑

You can really only do KFC once a year or twice at most. It's just too greasy from being fried. With the chilli burger you have to look for the fillet. Because they only put in a tiny bit. I simply prefer the burgers from the competition

Last weekend we went to KfC with the family. First the positive: The food was, as always, delicious and the staff were very friendly and polite. Now the negative: There was quite a commotion while we ate. The manager shouted very loudly at an MA, so we heard everything in the dining area. It's not just that people don't treat each other like that, it simply shouldn't be done in front of guests. The manager treats his employees very disrespectfully. We have experienced this several times now. We felt very uncomfortable in this situation.

I have now ordered to-go menus twice. And it was always a disappointment. The worst thing was the old rotten lettuce. I will never buy anything from you here again.

On Sunday February 9th around 3:00 p.m. I ordered a box of around 16 chicken crispy from this fast food restaurant. I was really looking forward to it because I had already had a similar menu at the KFC in Basel and found it very tasty. When my wife and I ate one of these pieces, we just lost our appetite and covered the whole pot and took care of it. Maybe it's not fair to say that I don't like throwing away meat, which is why I put this box outside my house overnight, knowing that many cats and a fox in the area would enjoy this kind of thing. To my dismay this morning I find this pot still full and only slightly nibbled. I've never tasted anything as artificial as these Crispys from KFC Göppingen!!

Been there twice. Ordered takeaway food. The first time the food was incomplete. The second time, even though there was almost no one there, we had to wait a good half hour for the food. Afterwards my son has stomach pains and nausea all night long. Luckily he was the only one who ordered something. I actually wanted to make him happy but that will never happen again.

Unfortunately we were there yesterday. Fries were cold, the chicken part was dry, and when we got dessert, the coffee was still missing from 3 items. So miserable. Then it's better to go to the bakery for 14.99 and eat something real. I don't go there anymore either.

Hello everyone Was there with my wife and granddaughter. We always like to eat puree with couse! But on Saturday, now for the second time, the puree was so watery and tasteless!! One might think that when the puree is ready, it is simply revived with water. Or it is generally just made that way because they can't do it any better. That's not possible 😝😝😝😝👎👎👎👎 Going to McDonald's again.

We ordered through Lieferando and waited over 1.5 hours for our food. It was pointed out that the order was delayed, but the time at which it was supposed to be late was delayed again by almost 1 hour. Our calls were ignored or dismissed. In the end part of the order was missing. Never again!

Service is terrible, as soon as you need a little longer or ask what is included, you get a rude answer. The employee took our order very bored and annoyed. The employee (manager) who took our order was called Dominica. But, nevertheless the service was exceptionally poor. If you can avoid this location I highly recommend you do so. This has been the most unpleasant food service experience in Germany during my short visit from the USA. In the bright side after the food was exchanged, the taste is good. Just the service not that good.

Tried the food again for almost a year...unfortunately it was a complete disappointment again. The fries were cold and the chicken pieces were somehow thrown together. Unfortunately, it's no longer the way it used to be where you could tell what kind of parts it was. For me, the KFC issue has finally been settled.

Despite its good location between Göppingen and Eislingen, right near Hornbach, the KFC is relatively poorly attended.

So much for fast food. I was at the Drive Inn today at 11:30 a.m. and wanted to take chicken pieces with me, the employee said it would take at least 20 minutes???

Amazing chicken, the bucket for two people was the perfect amount for us.
