Service is terrible, as soon as you need a little longer or ask what is included, you get a rude answer. The employee took our order very bored and annoyed. The employee (manager) who took our order was called Dominica. But, nevertheless the service was exceptionally poor. If you can avoid this location I highly recommend you do so. This has been the most unpleasant food service experience in Germany during my short visit from the USA. In the bright side after the food was exchanged, the taste is good. Just the service not that good.

Nice atmosphere. Food is typical like all KFC branches. I would particularly like to highlight Ahmed, he usually works at the drive-in counter. He is particularly friendly, gives very good advice and has a sense of humor.

Tried the food again for almost a year...unfortunately it was a complete disappointment again. The fries were cold and the chicken pieces were somehow thrown together. Unfortunately, it's no longer the way it used to be where you could tell what kind of parts it was. For me, the KFC issue has finally been settled.

Despite its good location between Göppingen and Eislingen, right near Hornbach, the KFC is relatively poorly attended.

So much for fast food. I was at the Drive Inn today at 11:30 a.m. and wanted to take chicken pieces with me, the employee said it would take at least 20 minutes???

Amazing chicken, the bucket for two people was the perfect amount for us.

Staff very friendly But completely disappointed with the food. The mashed potatoes aren't even full of an ice cream scoop, which is really a joke and doesn't taste that good either. The corn on the cob for over 4 euros is really tiny. And the chicken wasn't good either. Dry and the breading is hard. It's a shame, we won't be visiting KFC anymore. Bad food for too much money.

Update 10/9/22: The quality and cleanliness has increasingly declined. Staff is very poorly organized. The scoreboard is not used. The order number is shouted throughout the restaurant. As long as there is no improvement in sight, the visit is currently not worth it. Despite the huge rush on a Saturday evening, the waiting time was okay. Unfortunately, the staff at the counter was difficult to understand. Unfortunately, the digital display board for the Essen edition was not always updated. Otherwise it is the usual quality from KFC.

just been in the store, no. 350 3/3/2024 6:01 p.m., unfortunately found at home that 1x fries and 1x cheese crunch and 4 bites were missing. almost 30€ collected. Just wanted sweet and sour sauce. There was 3x mayo and 3 times BBQ. Waiting time 30 minutes. Unfortunately 20 minutes away by car, too far to complain. Update: after complaining, I got 2 kids menus for free and the manager kindly apologized. Unfortunately, the staff is unqualified and often only understands German very poorly.

Fraud, there is no other way to describe this approach! In the photos (in my case Crispy Chicken Burger) it is generously topped, the chicken is literally oozing out of the bun. For 2.29 euros you get a tiny chicken that doesn't even fill a third. Once and never again!

Doesn't look very inviting, the staff was very unfriendly, it wasn't a good day or just nothing. We ordered for 40€ and our food was cold. The crispy chicken burger was anything but crispy, it was just soggy and not really warm at all. I went forward to ask but was just brushed off that the burger was freshly made and that's the way it was... just cheeky, and the great lady has artificial nails and doesn't wear gloves while she touches the food. She collects and serves without washing her hands. Fries lay around on the tablet for over 10 minutes, so you shouldn't be surprised that the food isn't warm when you get it. It's just a disgrace to get this bad service for the money, I won't go to this kfc again... we're all just disappointed!!!!!!

We were at KFC Göppingen today. !!!! Very very disappointed. !!!! The food, starting with the crispy chili cheese, hot wings, or bitters, wasn't particularly good and didn't really taste that good either. The preparation takes at least 20 minutes even though there were only three customers in front of us. Drinks only zero no matter what drink. Toilet area for men and women in the same room for washing their hands. Thank goodness the toilets are separate. The ladies feel uncomfortable and have to wait for the men or vice versa. Overall not recommended. It's better to go to Ludwigsburg, Sindelfingen or Waiblingen. Sindelfingen would actually be very good.

Went to KFC again today...Burger was good, the fries were limp and had a strange taste. Sat at the table and fruit flies kept buzzing around on the food. Ergo it wasn't that exciting.

We queued for over 10 minutes for a non-complicated order. There was no one in the store in front of us. We actually like eating there, but this time we saw an employee accidentally drop the burger bun and then simply pick it up again and add more toppings... That really spoiled our appetite and how can you do that to customers.

Conclusion of the first visit: 1. Very expensive 2. Burgers salty 3. Fries little 4. Only Pepsi Zero I don't need it a second time. There's plenty of better competition around the corner.

Actually always tasty and fresh, there are a lot of vouchers on offer so it's definitely worth coming by Staff friendly and helpful. Restorant very clean and still looks like new. You can refill your drinks, which I think is great

I'm a regular and I can't understand all the negative reviews that are coming at the moment. The food is fresh and delicious every time I go there. The employees are all very polite and, above all, I always get advice at the checkout, which I didn't always get before. I am very satisfied and will definitely remain a regular guest forever. Big praise to the employees who have to put up with everything just because "guest is king" but that's not always the case.

You could never make fries in Kentucky. They are cold and don't taste good, but also in other branches. Everything else is good as usual. The staff works listlessly and in slow motion. Addendum. Today everything was cold, some parts were dripping with grease and it wasn't wrapped enough. We don't go to this branch anymore. A pity. The staff is even more careless than before.

I'm actually a fan of KFC, but unfortunately this place is a complete disaster. I come directly from Göppingen, which means it's not far, which is why I've been here several times. The only thing I can recommend here is to ALWAYS and EVERY time check your order. I've been there 3 times now and 3 times I didn't get my complete order. Either there are no hot wings (only 3 instead of 6) or you ALWAYS get fewer bites. EVERY other KFC gets it and I've never had to complain, but the one in Göppingen is just a rip-off and that's exactly why the store is still there.

Was totally deducted, when I bought a menu for 5.99 I thought I was deducted. The package of fries was almost empty. In the bread there was half a piece of meat and 2 pieces of chicken. I wouldn't recommend it to you. The taste and stuff was top but after this I will rarely come here for action.

Really rude staff forcing people to drive away with what is supposed to be the fastest KFC

Very disappointed, I've always been convinced that KFC doesn't have such a lack of competence. I ordered a menu there, whatever I had previously ordered, and that consisted of a chicken burger, a drink, coleslaw and 4 more boneless chicken wings. The problem was the following, I only received my burger, the pommers and the drink, the 4 chicken wings and my coleslaw were missing. When I complained about this I was looked at annoyed and only received my coleslaw a few moments later. But I didn't want to be unfriendly, I accepted it and ate my "food", a few moments later I ate my coleslaw and realized that it didn't taste like it always did, it had a bitter aftertaste. When I left the store, the terrible stomach pain started. When I finally got home I had to lie on the bed for hours enduring the pain and vomiting several times. I know that fast food chains are not healthy in themselves, but otherwise my body has never reacted like that to the "food". I simply advise against the KFC, the food is not good, the employees are not really competent and the tables are usually not clean either. Do yourself a favor and make your own food at home instead of poisoning yourself in KFC.

Been here several times. Every time there is something to complain about. Overall, the “quality” at KFC is getting worse. I have always been treated unfriendly or given incompetent information at the drive-thru counter. When I asked when the cherry shake would be available again, they just said: "We don't have it". At least one thing was always forgotten. After complaining at the checkout, I received the products. It's always a bit annoying to have to go in again (you drive drive-thru for a reason). So always take a look at the package and count it. I won't go to KFC anymore.

After a long time of waiting, the time has finally come, there is now a KFC in Göppingen. I was there on the first day and I can't complain. The parking spaces were full and I can imagine that the drive-thru will take more time, especially at the beginning. At least today the drive-in was very full and the cars were lined up to the traffic lights in front of the restaurant. In the restaurant you can order in the classic way at the counter, but also in the modern way using an ordering machine. (This is also more desirable). Even though the shop was full, I didn't have to wait too long to order and the waiting time for my food was also reasonable despite the local conditions. You fill up the drinks yourself, which I have no problem with. However, there is only one machine for this, which is why there can be traffic jams when there is a lot going on. Of course, something like this can be a source of stains etc., as you can of course spill something there. (But as I said, this was also due to the size of the people and is certainly not a permanent situation). But it was tasty and over time the staff will become more trained, the people fewer and then there should no longer be any problems with the short waiting time. I'm happy to finally have a modern KFC nearby. Thanks.

Cash register service very friendly! Food picked up, waiting time very long. When we got home, two burgers were missing. I wouldn't have written anything, but this is the second time out of two visits. Never again ! The Zinger Burger costs almost €10 on the menu and both times both were missing.

Even though there isn't much going on, you have to wait a long time for your food. The chicken pieces are half raw and extremely fatty. Toilets and other restaurant areas are also not clean and hygienic.

Last time my order was simply forgotten 45 minutes after I ordered it, even though I ate in the restaurant. Today it's 20 minutes again. Why don't they only deliver food when everything in the restaurant works? During that time you ate at the Italian restaurant, paid and ate like a king. Never again.

Ordered food via Lieferando and arrived quite quickly. Supplier was nice. When I unpacked it, I realized that my burger wasn't included, and there was no way to report this because no one could be reached by phone. I also have to say that half of the chicken is now just breading. Big no no.

Burger kalt...2x reklamiert...2x kalt ausgegeben, und wirst noch angeschnautzt. Das ganze Personal eine Katastrophe, erklärt mir, das der Käse nicht schmelzen darf. Bin zum Hornbach gegenüber, hab ne Currywurst bestellt, und die war scharf, heiss und vor allem lecker. Kenne diese Kette schon lange, aber so eine Qualität wie in GP gibt's nirgendwo!!!!!

Eine absolute Enttäuschung. Seit Ewigkeiten mit viel Vorfreude mal wieder zu KFC aber wirklich unterirdisch! Kaum Fleisch an den Hähnchenteilen, super fettig, der coleslaw matschig - dann doch lieber zu Burger King oder MC Donalds... Oder gleich selber kochen!

Essen war kalt. Papiertücher leer. Ketchup und Mayo wurden vergessen.

Haben online bestellt und abgeholt. Nachdem die einzeln bestellten Keulen nur aus panierten Teilen bestanden aber keine Keulen dabei waren haben wir reklamiert. Das war aber nicht so einfach. Man wollte uns extrem unfreundlich klarmachen, dass in eine Box alle möglichen Teile reinkommen. Nur haben wir ja gar keine Box bestellt! Hat 10 Minuten gedauert und unendlich freche Kommunikation. Unmöglich! Nie wieder!

Das KFC-Restaurant bietet ein vielfältiges Angebot an knusprigem Hähnchen in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Die Portionen sind großzügig, und das Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter sorgen für einen schnellen Service. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ahmad, der auf jeden Wunsch zuvorkommend ist. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre macht das KFC zu einem angenehmen Ort für eine schnelle Mahlzeit.

Ahmed ist immer sehr freundlich zu uns, essen schmeckt sehr gut, von vielen Filialen bin ich echt positiv über diese hier überrascht da das Personal einem immer gute Laune zubereitet

Gerade essen geholt, Schmeckt gut aber ist halt fast food. Das einzige was wirklich richtig nervig ist, ist das nie alles drin ist. Da zahle ich 50€ und habe anstatt 2 Pommes, ein Kartoffelbrei und 1 coleslaw nur 3 Pommes bekommen und die sind auch noch kalt und laberig. Am bestellterminal steht Fanta wäre verfügbar, beim abholen steht dann das es leer ist. Glaubt mir schaut eure Bestellung durch bevor ihr geht. Bei uns hat bis jetzt immer etwas gefehlt. War das letzte Mal das ich dort war.

Essen ist sehr gut ...aber trotzdem passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich...ist meine persönliche Meinung ist schon sehr oben mit den Preisen, so 1.50-2.00 € pro Essen weniger wäre optimal. Aber ich empfehle dieses Lokal trotzdem weiter.

Leckeres Essen und schöner Laden. Bei uns hat von 3 Bestellungen 3 mal was gefehlt. Wurde auf nachfrage aber anstandslos gelöst.

Ich war vorrangig dort, um mein Baby zu Wickeln. Immerhin gibt es dort eine Wickelmöglichkeit (leider gibt es oftmals gar keine). Allerdings besteht die Wickelkommode auch nur aus einem herunterklappbaren Stück Plastik. Leider kein weiches Kissen oder Polsterung auf dem harten Plastik. Wenn man selbst nichts Weiches dabei hat, kann man sein Kind auch genauso gut auf einer Tischplatte wickeln, wird ähnlich hart sein... Da ich mein Kind dort aber nun gewickelt habe, habe ich mir noch eine Pommes bestellt. Die Mitarbeiter waren soweit ganz okay/freundlich, aber auf meinen Pommes habe ich dann ein kurzes dunkles Haar gefunden, das definitiv nicht von mir sein konnte... wirklich gut geschmeckt haben die Pommes leider auch nicht... immerhin habe ich 2 Packungen statt 1 Packung Mayo zu den Pommes dazu bekommen.

Die Preisen werden immer höher aber Portionen immer kleiner.

Wir haben das 2x bestellt und abgeholt und jedesmal fehlt etwas 😡 das ist nun nicht mehr lustig. Isst man im Restaurant passt alles, aber abholen klappt nicht.
