Good burgers and tasty meat, the fries are great. The portions are good, but for an American restaurant, they could be a bit larger. Many thanks to the friendly and attentive staff.

I'm completely disappointed with the breakfast and service. It used to be good, but these days it's just terrible. The service is a no-go. You have to let the wait staff know you'd like to order, otherwise you'll be promptly ignored. The buffet is cleared at 11 a.m. The only positive thing I can say is that our coffee was refilled once, and the food was edible. It was a complete disappointment the last time we were there.

The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I really enjoy going there.

The ambiance is particularly great: you feel like you're in a real American diner, lovingly decorated and full of charm. An absolutely top-notch restaurant that I'd happily recommend.

After a long time, I returned to the diner in Donaueschingen – and it was like a little homecoming. The service was outstanding as always, the people were super friendly, and I even ran into a few familiar faces from my old days. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive and warm. My wife was there for the first time – and she was just as impressed as I was. The restrooms were clean, the ambiance familiar and pleasant – little has changed, which I find very positive. Absolutely recommended, we'll definitely be back!

If our camper hadn't stopped practically in front of the Double Six Diner on the way to Switzerland, we would have missed out on something culinary. The food is incredibly good! Whether it's a sandwich, burger, fries, or nachos... Everything was delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. If it weren't for the 900km drive, we'd stop by more often 😁

Highly recommended! We were here for brunch on a Sunday and immediately felt like we were in a real American diner – from the decor to the music, it was simply perfect. The buffet was plentiful and varied: fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, fresh egg dishes, and lots of delicious extras. Coffee was always quickly refilled, and the staff was super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We'll definitely be back – our new favorite spot for a cozy Sunday brunch!

Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, albeit a bit dated. Unfortunately, we had to wait 40 minutes for our food at lunchtime. In my opinion, the burgers are far too expensive for what they offer. A Big Cheese for €17 is quite a statement, even with fries on the side. There wasn't much more cheese on it. The bun was tasteless, and the patty was far too dry and hard. In my opinion, it's not worth going here for a burger.

A truly authentic American diner with truly delicious food! The service was excellent from all the waiters and waitresses. The food portions were generous, and the wait time was very short. And, as already mentioned, the ambiance is authentic. And the opening hours are from 9 a.m. until late.

Nice, cozy diner. Friendly atmosphere, although you can expect a longer wait when the place is full. Steaks are juicy and, so far, cooked to perfection, as ordered. Salads are fresh. Large selection of drinks, although I miss a couple of original US drinks like Dr Pepper. Finally, it's as good as it used to be.

A really nice place with an American flair—almost like a vacation in the USA. The hamburgers were delicious and fresh, the staff super friendly, and the atmosphere cozy and inviting. The milkshakes were the icing on the cake. I'd love to come back.

Super delicious burgers. We ate here on the way home from vacation, and it was truly delicious. There was something for the kids to color, and we didn't feel like they were intruding.

Everything here was good, but the food was amazing. We had potato soup, ribs and wings, and a baked potato with vegetables and cheese. It was really delicious. The homemade iced tea was also delicious. The servers were very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Definitely recommend it. We'd be happy to go again.

The ambiance and the waitress with the coffee pot transport you to the USA for a moment. The vegan burger is delicious! Unfortunately, the homemade fries weren't what they used to be, so they deducted a bit.

The burgers were tasty, but the toppings were relatively thin and far from adequate for the price. Drinks are also quite expensive compared to comparable American restaurants. Parking is available, but there are few parking spaces. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I noticed that the Double Six Dinner has lost a lot of quality compared to two years ago. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Good dishes and a great selection, the only downside is the noise, we were there one evening and I really had trouble understanding the waiter because it was so noisy.

It's a simple diner with good service. As usual, the Pulled Pork Burger 🍔 arrived quickly. The sauce was well seasoned. For dessert, I treated myself to a blueberry cheese. With a shandy espresso, the price was OK for €31.20. Nice ambiance in a 50s-style diner, where you can also dine outside. Nice place; I'll stop by next time I'm in the area.

All in all, satisfactory. We sat outside in the great weather; the floor is covered with silkscreen panels, giving it a bit of a DIY store feel. The interior is harmonious, but the exterior is lackluster. The burgers are good, though, and that's the most important thing. It was my first time here... I don't know if I'd drive back, but if you happen to be nearby, it's a good place to eat.

Been visiting Double Six for years. Friendly service, good food and a relaxed US-style atmosphere. Prices are mid-range. I particularly like the burgers, burritos, sandwiches and flatbreads. There are plenty of seating options and you can often come by without a reservation.

Excellent burgers in perfect American style, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The meat is cooked to perfection and the bread holds together well without falling apart. The restaurant is warm and welcoming, tastefully furnished and reminiscent of classic US diners. Friendly and helpful staff, who help make the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for lovers of the genre!

Mediocre, was there for the first time today. Nachos Grande and the chicken burrito didn't taste particularly good. Thin salsa, low-flavor guacamole, and nachos. The sour cream was okay. The burrito was convenience and tasted like ready-made products. For the price asked, a pretty sad result. Service was okay, the lady seemed unconcerned, but the waiter was very nice. The ambience didn't really grab you either. The desired American diner ambience was run of the mill, poor in details The response to the other dishes was identical.

A colleague had voted on where we should go out to eat and even though KFC won, we ended up in the juice shop. Service was at least very nice but the ambience left something to be desired. I don't even want to talk about the food because, as I said, we actually wanted to go to the Kfc, which would have been better.

Double Six, even after years I still enjoy visiting this restaurant. The taste is good, the selection is okay, as a small drawback the smoking area could be further restricted, the service is always friendly and the outside area looks well-kept.

Service was very good 👍 very attentive and very friendly. Food was a disaster. Spareribs not bloody on the bone, crispy like a bummi bear that was in water for 3 days. Meat didn't separate from bone. Sauce any ready-made sauce. Burgers are small, loveless and... a TG citizen from Netto from the microwave is worlds better. Schnitzel well breaded, lean, beautiful meat, unfortunately absolutely tasteless. Mushroom sauce packet sends greetings. Tip to the chef, take your car and drive to the Metropolitan in Leonberg. Eat spare ribs and a burger. Go to your car and cry and feel ashamed. Price outrageously expensive.

We were there with a family and had the most unpleasant meal of our lives. Overpriced ready-made products as a starter and my wife's main course was inedible. She had ordered a pulled pork burger - supposedly made fresh every day. The meat was obviously from yesterday, as it was still frozen and unsightly brown. When asked the waiter about it: I'll pass it on. No reaction... We can definitely not recommend the restaurant! Overpriced and poor quality coupled with disinterested staff.

We specifically headed to this diner and were not disappointed. Get a good table for six without a reservation. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty. The kids were immediately treated to a children's card to color in and a pack of crayons. There was homemade lemonade which was really delicious. We really liked the service overall. We'll definitely come back. Thanks for the great end to the day!
