Vanessa was very friendly, and drinks and food were served quickly. Delicious, large portions, and very friendly.

Very nice American restaurant, high-quality food. Friendly service. The only slight downgrade for the food is that there's only one burger that you'd expect to be "spicy"—the chili cheeseburger, but it isn't. The reason given was that many people don't like spicy food. But I don't think that's right, because they can choose from 12 other burgers. Give those who want spicy food the option, too. Otherwise, everything was great.

We've been here with a group of 10. Because of the nice weather we had a table outside. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because there's a street right next to it with lot of traffic, otherwise typical diner. Service was top, they mixed up some drinks but there was no issue in clarifying the situation. Food is tasty but portions very large.

We were there months ago, and the burgers were fresh and the meat was delicious. Last time, we were unfortunately disappointed; they felt like frozen patties and were nowhere near as juicy as last time. It was more like a dry meatloaf... The service was friendly and great, the atmosphere too, but please don't skimp on the quality; it could and could have been better. The spare ribs were great again, though!

Attentive staff and delicious hamburgers

Once or twice a year, we get the urge to go to Little Archies in Reichenbach, and each time we end up feeling a bit disappointed. The menu reads very well and always whets our appetite, but in the end, every dish is only mediocre. The burgers look really delicious, but taste somewhat uninspired. The patty is okay, but tastes more like standard frozen food, the bun is also standard and quite dry. The fried chicken pieces also look delicious, but unfortunately, they tasted only okay and weren't crispy at all. The milkshake tasted more like a melted ice cream sundae, and the apple rings were simply too dark. Even the Coke tasted kind of bland. But we knew all this beforehand, and we went back anyway. The service was, as always, very attentive and quick, we like the ambiance, and it's nice to sit outside even in summer. I'll turn a blind eye and give it 4 stars; we'll see you again in 6 months.

The location is amazing. Nicely decorated, and the overall concept is great. Prices are okay. The food isn't as good as hoped, but it's okay. Mayonnaise costs extra :) 5 years later: Burgers are unfortunately rather subpar. Fries are good. Mayo still isn't included for free.

Ellena (our waitress) was always courteous and served us well throughout the evening. The portions are gigantic, and everything is generally delicious. If you're looking for typical American fast food, this is the place to be.

Unfortunately, my expectations were disappointed. They use frozen patties and presumably store-bought salad dressing. FYI, the Archie Fries aren't traditional French fries, but rather fried potato slices. Unfortunately, my burger was drenched in barbecue sauce with onions. The garlic bread, however, was great. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio isn't right for the quality of the basic ingredients. I would have expected more for the price. But the service was very good.

We used to go there weekly, and now it's our first visit back after a year's break. The portions have gotten significantly smaller and, of course, more expensive... we think it's a real shame. The taste is still top-notch, no question. The service is also incredibly friendly.

Came here at short notice to eat a burger and managed to get a seat on the route! Very warm and attentive service. The burgers were delicious as always and the potato slices are always delicious too! Above all the vegetarian burger is great, a really great vegetable pattie. Feel free to come here at any time.

In Reichenbach you can sit outside very well. The food comes quickly and always tastes just as good. The burgers can be differentiated between three sizes. The fries slices are always very fresh and the coleslaw is seasoned in point. Service is always very nice. We always like to come.

We visited Archie's Restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was simply fantastic – we ordered the New Orleans Burger and the Fitness Salad, and both dishes tasted great and were freshly made. We would like to give special praise to our waiter Feri. He did his job with so much joy and passion that it made the entire visit to the restaurant even more enjoyable. We were really impressed by his friendly and attentive service! We left the restaurant more than satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit. Absolute recommendation!

Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, but: - unfortunately there is only one vegetarian burger, it would be great if you could take any burger and replace the meat with the veggie pattie - The vouchers from other Archies restaurants cannot be redeemed in Reichenbach. If we had known this beforehand, we would not have eaten there. Unfortunately that's not what it says on the vouchers... - After Archie's visit we had to use the toilet at home...

Great atmosphere, delicious food and great service.

Once and never again! In the entrance area it smells like a toilet, the service took forever. We let ourselves pack up what we didn't manage to do. At home I noticed that the plates had been mixed up. The spare ribs tasted as if the chef wanted to cover up the rotten meat.

You really have to say the quality of the food and the service have always remained consistently good over the years. Whether the beautiful outdoor area or the beautifully furnished interior always gives you a feeling of well-being when you enter. You don't have to worry about parking either. Here again a very special thanks to Nadine. A very clear recommendation from my side!

Nadine, our waitress, was simply great, very friendly, and exudes an incredibly great and kind nature. It was super uncomplicated & understanding when we got the wrong drink. The double burger was delicious. Since it was Saturday, there was a lot going on and sometimes too loud. Despite everything, Nadine didn't let the stress show and did a really great job. Happy to come back!

The steak and onion rings were delicious, the mixed platter was inedible and everything was quite dry. The salads very oily! Sauces without taste! Overpriced and not tasty! Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. Fery our waitress was very friendly.
