Top Service, sehr freundliches Personal trotz Mittagspause 14:30 Uhr bekamen wir noch leckere Burger zum Lunch Deal wir kommen gerne wieder

Super Burger und Ribs. Vor allen Dingen ist der Service super freundlich und aufmerksam. Störend ist allerdings, dass auf der Homepage keine Öffnungszeiten vermerkt sind (bzw. ich nicht fand) und laut Google das Restaurant erst um 14 Uhr öffnen würde. Tatsächlich öffnet Dray's Samstags schon um 12 Uhr.

Wir hatten verschiedene Burgers zum Abholung bestellt. Wurde relativ schnell vorbereitet. Sind alle Satt und zufrieden geblieben.

Ein perfekter Ort, um sich an einem Sonntagnachmittag wohlzufühlen 🫶🥰

Wirklich empfehlenswert! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Burger war ausgesprochen lecker, saftig und gleichzeitig nicht zu schwer – genau richtig, und was wichtig ist, war frisch zubereitet . Pommes ist auch frisch und lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, professionell und gleichzeitig angenehm entspannt, was Gespräche und konzentriertes Arbeiten sehr erleichtert. Der Service ist freundlich und zuverlässig, und man fühlt sich willkommen. Was für ein super Restaurant! Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen mega lecker! Ich habe Zöliakie und es war problemlos möglich einen glutenfreien Burger zu bekommen, alles wird extra in einem separaten Bereich zubereitet um auch Kontaminationen zu vermeiden. Einfach super, dass man hier auch mit Zöliakie einen lecker Burger genießen kann, wer ebenfalls betroffen ist weiß wie schwer das zu finden ist. Meine Begleitung hatte einen Chickenburger, der war auch sehr gut. Es gibt Kindermenüs und vieles mehr. Einfach schön, dass hier alle Gäste etwas passendes finden. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen Dray‘s aufjeden Fall weiter. Vielen lieben Dank an das Team.

Endlich: Burger, die nicht wie ein Stein im Magen liegen! Diese Bewertung ist so positiv wie ein Burger ohne Sodbrennen danach – also ziemlich großartig! Die Highlights: -Sowohl Rind als auch Hähnchen haben den Burger-TÜV bestanden. -Das Nachher-Gefühl: Zufriedenheit statt "Ich-brauche-jetzt-eine-Couch-und-drei-Stunden-Schlaf". -Keine Instagram-würdigen Monster-Burger mit Goldblättchen und fünf Patties – einfach ehrliche, solide Burger, die ihren Job machen. -Der Service war freundlich, schnell, und kompetent. Das Fazit: Ein Restaurant, der verstanden hat, dass "weniger ist mehr" keine Beleidigung ist, sondern eine Kunst. Nettes, modernes Lokal mit klassischen Burgern. Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Doubble Classic Burger war ich dagegen weniger angetan. Burgersauce war kaum drauf, obwohl doch recht gut schmeckend. Das Fleisch war fast gar nicht gewürzt, schmeckte leider wie frisch und pur gebratenes Hack ohne weitere Zutaten. War echt schade. Pommes und Pulled Pork waren wiederum echt gut. Beim Hack etwas nacharbeiten und es gäbe durch die Bank fünf Sterne. Komme bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder und teste nochmal. Zu Stoßzeiten sollte man reservieren.

Wir waren das erstmal hier. Und schon war /ist Dray’s Burger in Ulm-Söflingen ein Volltreffer: superfreundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, mega leckere Burger und ein angenehm warmes, gemütliches Ambiente – genau richtig an einem kalten Abend. Preis-Leistung ist gut, und die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber. Also alles hat einfach gepasst und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Klare Empfehlung für alle Burgerliebhaber und danke an das Personal! :)

Die Burger waren richtig lecker! Alles super frisch zubereitet und perfekt abgestimmt. Die Bedienung war mehr als freundlich und hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Sogar der Chef stand persönlich vor unserem Tisch, hat sich erkundigt, ob alles passt, und wir hatten ein sehr nettes Gespräch. So viel Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Meine persönliche Empfehlung: der pulled Pork Burger, einfach genial! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🍔👏

Das Essen ist preislich gehoben, dafür qualitativ sehr gut. Heute haben wir tatsächlich 45 Minuten auf unser Essen für 3 Personen warten müssen, was ich schon sehr lange finde. Der Laden könnte locker den 3 fachen Umsatz machen, wenn das Personal besser wäre. Das Personal läuft lieber mit dem Handy in der Hand, vom WC kommend herum, anstatt die Gäste nach fehlenden Getränken zu fragen. Unser Tisch stand voll und es hat sich niemand dafür interessiert. Leer gewordene Tische stehen lange voll herum, keiner interessiert sich auch hier dafür. Neben den Getränken, die wir nicht mehr bestellen konnten, wäre sicher auch einiges an Nachtisch gelaufen. Da das Personal absolut desinteressiert ist etwas zu verkaufen, gingen wir nach dem Essen wieder.

The food was so good, and for the money, the burgers were really juicy and thick patties. And the staff were truly respectful and genuinely appreciate the compliments. Really, really good food.

Dray's is definitely one of the best places in Ulm if you're craving really good burgers and ribs! 🍔🍖 The burgers are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served with super-delicious sides – just the way you'd like them. I was particularly impressed by the ribs: tender, juicy, and so the meat practically falls off the bone. They come with a homemade sauce that's simply amazing. The atmosphere is also perfect – modern, yet cozy, so you immediately feel at home. The team is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome. 🙌

The food was very good, the service was very friendly, and the homemade lemonade was also delicious.

Very tasty ribs and a good cheeseburger. The owner was very nice and gave us a warm welcome. For me, these are the best American burgers in Ulm. The only downside is the wait time, but unfortunately, when the place is full, there's nothing you can do about it.

You can almost get to Söflingen, but the service could do with more attention and a smile for the guests!

I was there a few weeks ago and thought to myself, "A burger is always good." Well, not there. From the moment we were greeted, we were treated like we were disturbing the place. The young waitress didn't even look at us or even acknowledge that we were there. After ten minutes at our table, we were still sitting there without a menu – while two employees behind the counter preferred to be busy with their phones. When we finally got to order, half of the food came out wrong – and the burger I got was soggy, cold, and had exactly three sad lettuce leaves as garnish. When we politely asked if that was how it was supposed to be, we got just an annoyed "I don't know, I'll ask the kitchen" – and then nothing. No response, no replacement, nothing at all. To top it all off: The place was almost empty. So it wasn't even stress that was to blame, but simply complete indifference. Conclusion: If you like ignorance, cold food, and disinterest, you'll be happy here. Everyone else should move on – even a gas station burger deserves more love.

The food is always great, whether in Söflingen or at Münsterplatz. You can tell that the chefs are always in the kitchen, cooking with passion. The quality and taste have been consistently good for years. But the service really needs work. There's rarely someone there who is polite and not overwhelmed by everything. We really enjoy coming here and will gladly return again and again because, for us, there are no better burgers and fries in Ulm, but please let your staff know that they play a big part in our well-being...

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant :( 1) It was more of a self-service affair, as the waiters were too busy correcting orders (for all the guests) and thus didn't visit our table once (except to bring drinks and food and pay upon request). And of course, our order was wrong too 😅 We also sat with empty plates for over 45 minutes before we left. 2) The food tastes OK, but nothing special. The portions are very small, and the prices are all the higher for that - which is good for your wallet!! So if you want to be full, you should have eaten something beforehand (and I say that as a woman 🤭). We ended up paying €40 for two mini burgers (1x bacon and cheese, 1x gluten-free pulled pork) and two non-alcoholic drinks + tip.

The food was delicious, but the price wasn't worth the visit. To get full, you'll need to budget around €50 per person. Unfortunately, the beer was warm.

I fell in love with this place! The burgers and especially the fries!!! are 100/10. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What I really liked is that they have gluten-free and lactose-free products! So there's something for everyone. :) I would go back again and again!

In my opinion, these are some of the best fries you can eat in Ulm. 🍟 The staff is always friendly, you never have to wait long for your food, and it always tastes delicious. We really enjoy eating here and have already recommended it to a few friends.

If you like 100g patti and oily fries, this is the place for you.

I am very disappointed with the opening hours of this store. According to their own information, the store is supposed to be open until 9 p.m. - but it was already closed at 8 p.m. when I got there. This unreliable behavior and misleading information is unacceptable. I expect a store to stick to its opening hours so that customers don't stand in front of closed doors unnecessarily.

I had a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and for dessert the dessert of the day, which was a hot brownie. Everything was delicious and I really don't want to try the ribs here. The service was friendly and on point. The only thing that bothered me was the scent sprayer, which always irritated my sense of taste, but it didn't stop me from coming back.

In my opinion one of the best burgers in Ulm. The spareribs were also very good. Good atmosphere and friendly service. We have been here twice so far and will definitely come back!

One of the simplest but most ingenious burgers I have ever eaten. You don't always need a hundred ingredients. Simple but super good! A clear recommendation from me!

I've eaten with you several times with my mom and everything has been great every time. Super lovely and attentive service girls, no matter what day & the food tastes great every time. We also find it very commendable that the boss works in the kitchen himself and we always feel very comfortable with you. We will definitely continue to come and eat :)

We were there today with friends and had specifically chosen Dray's because we were looking for spareribs in Ulm, and we found what we were looking for. The spare ribs were perfect and the glaze was really suitable. The side dishes as well. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food arrived at the table at the same time and quickly. There's not much to say here, citizens at exorbitant prices. Nothing special, once yes, but again no thanks. Top service, very nice girls. Small, nice restaurant on the outskirts of Ulm The burgers we all ordered were delicious, unfortunately there was a little bit of burger sauce. The parking options in the area are a bit limited, depending on whether you have to walk for a few minutes. Definitely worth a visit. Reservation preferred!!!

I ate a double cheeseburger there and took the menu with French fries and a soft drink. According to the menu it would be €24 and the bill I got was €31.40. When I asked, the lady just said that her system said it was cheeky Never again

Dray's realmente se ha convertido en un excelente y amable restaurante con una sensación casera cocinada y un gran ambiente. El menú tiene algo para todos y los postres de Roana no se pueden perder. ¡No puedes equivocarte con Dray!

The best burgers and fries, plus attentive, friendly and fast service in a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back soon. Mini point of criticism: The music could be a bit quieter, we sometimes had to speak very loudly to be able to understand each other.

The burgers actually looked good. The grilled cheese sandwich with beef is not recommended for dinner and at this price. However, the taste was good. The service is attentive.

A restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. Since it is right next to the sidewalk - very sober in its furnishings. Service: Nice, relaxed service, waiting time for about half an hour, drinks came straight away. Eat: Food truck quality. Ribs - ok, falling off the bone, moderately tasty sauce, not very large quantity. Pulled pork - uniform dimensions without any special taste with sauce on it to spice it up somehow. Fries ok. Coleslow with lots of mayonnaise; Corn on the cob with good herb butter, delicious. Prices: Portion of sparerib with side dish from 29,- Portion (called plate) of pulled pork with fries 21,- Conclusion: quick meal in a simple, nice restaurant without wanting to linger a little longer. Price-performance ratio inconsistent. Söflingen is and will remain at the bottom of the list in terms of gastronomy

Super delicious burgers in the heart of Söflingen. The burgers are reduced to the essentials and so compact that they don't fall apart when eaten. The buns are unmistakably fluffy. The patties juicy and tasty. But the spare ribs are also pretty tasty. The atmosphere is neat and clean, as are the toilets. Card payment is possible. Definitely worth a visit. Great food, a bit small table for five people and unfortunately there was no "dessert of the day", but the service helped us as much as possible. A big plus is that celiac disease and vegan food are also served.

The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed and the location is perfect for an evening out enjoying superb food along with the beauty and old world charm of the quaint and charming city of Ulm.

We went there today fir the first time,after reading a couple of nice reviews praising their glutenfree/caeliac disease friendly burgers.Unfortunately the reviews don't do these burgers and buns justice.It was simply amazing.Burgers,Buns and Hot Chilli Fries.Kudos to the staff too.They were fast,patient,professional and extremely friendly.Looking forward to our next visit.If you are in Ulm and are looking for some amazing Burgers ,Drey's is the place to be.
