Very cool, juicy and super tasty burgers, rips on point too! Coleslaw highly recommended as well as the bacon cheese fries! Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

There's not much to say here, citizens at exorbitant prices. Nothing special, once yes, but again no thanks. Top service, very nice girls. The negative thing is that the menu is completely incomprehensible, extremely confusing, so much so that another guest didn't order anything except drinks. He was mad like us.

Small, nice restaurant on the outskirts of Ulm The burgers we all ordered were delicious, unfortunately there was a little bit of burger sauce. The parking options in the area are a bit limited, depending on whether you have to walk for a few minutes. Definitely worth a visit. Reservation preferred!!!

I ate a double cheeseburger there and took the menu with French fries and a soft drink. According to the menu it would be €24 and the bill I got was €31.40. When I asked, the lady just said that her system said it was cheeky Never again

I tried this burger place last week and wow - it's seriously the best burger I've ever had! Everything about it is spot-on: the patty is juicy and packed with flavor, nestled between super soft buns. Dray's has really grown into an excellent and friendly restaurant with a home-cooked feeling and great atmosphere. The menu has something for everyone and Roana's desserts are not to be missed. You can't go wrong at Dray's!

The best burgers and fries, plus attentive, friendly and fast service in a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back soon. Mini point of criticism: The music could be a bit quieter, we sometimes had to speak very loudly to be able to understand each other.

Service: Nice, relaxed service, waiting time for about half an hour, drinks came straight away. Eat: Food truck quality. Ribs - ok, falling off the bone, moderately tasty sauce, not very large quantity. Pulled pork - uniform dimensions without any special taste with sauce on it to spice it up somehow. Fries ok. Coleslow with lots of mayonnaise; Corn on the cob with good herb butter, delicious. Prices: Portion of sparerib with side dish from 29,- Portion (called plate) of pulled pork with fries 21,- Conclusion: quick meal in a simple, nice restaurant without wanting to linger a little longer. Price-performance ratio inconsistent. Söflingen is and will remain at the bottom of the list in terms of gastronomy

Super delicious burgers in the heart of Söflingen. The burgers are reduced to the essentials and so compact that they don't fall apart when eaten. The buns are unmistakably fluffy. The patties juicy and tasty. But the spare ribs are also pretty tasty. The atmosphere is neat and clean, as are the toilets. Card payment is possible. Definitely worth a visit. We went there today fir the first time,after reading a couple of nice reviews praising their glutenfree/caeliac disease friendly burgers.Unfortunately the reviews don't do these burgers and buns justice.It was simply amazing.Burgers,Buns and Hot Chilli Fries.Kudos to the staff too.They were fast,patient,professional and extremely friendly.Looking forward to our next visit.If you are in Ulm and are looking for some amazing Burgers ,Drey's is the place to be.

Really delicious burgers and fries. Ordered the cheeseburger, chicken burger and bacon fries, and all of it was delicious! Service was fast too, and the server was really kind, even to our little girl. Can't wait to come back and try the other items!

The food was very tasty. Some might be a bit spicy, but that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, some things at the buffet were cold, even though we were almost the first ones. For the price of 35 euros for the buffet (without drinks) we were a bit disappointed with the selection. Either it should have cost less or had more choice. We were missing the rolls. But the staff is super nice.

Easter brunch was an absolute blast today. Everything was very delicious. And the banana pudding is a poem. Creamy and fluffy just the way it needs to be.

We've been going to Dray's for years and for us personally, they are the best burgers in the world! And we have eaten burgers in many places around the world. But this one is just perfect in all aspects. The buns, the meat, the cheese and the sauce are simply incredibly delicious! Absolute 10/10!!!

Top 🍔 Burger, rolls great, good quality meat, top burger sauce, not over-seasoned. Fries great, fresh fat. Service quick, very polite. Ambiance... a bit... boring, "modern canteen" style. Piccobello clean, but nothing to linger in, unfortunately no effort outside either. Maybe that's intentional. All in all it's a top burger joint and I'll go there regularly.

Really very pleasant restaurant with a nice atmosphere, the private conversations between friends and employees in the background were a little disturbing, a little loud, but luckily the music drowned it out. No offense meant, but I'm going to a not exactly cheap restaurant with my girlfriend to eat and enjoy some peace and quiet. The customer pays for that. Big praise for the kitchen and the quick service despite everything, the rest was impeccable and fit. A restaurant in the higher price range, which can also be clearly identified by the quality and taste. Another visit (hopefully with a little more peace and quiet) is definitely an option :)

We were there for the brunch buffet in a group of 6 people. First of all: The chicken wings are excellent. The buffet for €35 per person plus drinks consists mainly of cheaper food (cornbread, pancakes, pulled pro/beef, bread, beans, cake) - also "typically American". Price/performance okay, but not good. Unfortunately, the service was often very overwhelmed, which led to longer waiting times for drinks. This is probably partly because the entire store is in the restaurant at the same time at 10:00 a.m. for the buffet. Accordingly, the first part of the buffet is quickly sold out right at the beginning, and sometimes you have to wait for replenishment in order to be able to eat a dish first.

Our visit fell short of our expectations. I find the furnishings inconsistent and some of the seating is very tight. The team is friendly but not particularly child-oriented. If you or your child want an apple spritzer, you have to order apple juice and water separately. The spareribs are ok, but the quantity is significantly less than in other restaurants on the Ulm market square or in the Wiley. The price is very high at €33.50 for a portion of spare ribs with two side dishes.

Went there because of the high ratings online. Were on the way from Munich to Stuttgart. Reservation went smoothly. The employees are all very friendly and make every effort to ensure that every guest is satisfied. The food including drinks came to the table quickly. The burgers are good, but for me personally there is still room for improvement in terms of taste compared to the competition. The burgers are well compact, not too greasy and freshly prepared. Unfortunately, 0.33 ml bottles are too common on the drinks menu. I would like, for example, Want a large iced tea with 0.5 l or a large Fanta with 0.5 l. Unfortunately not available. Otherwise, recommended for anyone who is hungry and wants a burger. But as mentioned, I would like to see a little more “taste” taste in the future. By the way, the place is very clean. It was my wife's birthday today and we spent the evening here. The food was delicious and the service was very attentive and nice. The highlight was the boss himself, who prepared us a dessert and espresso on the house as a birthday present. The atmosphere in Drays is super warm and we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends!

Because of the mostly positive reviews, I visited the restaurant for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger. The fries were nothing special and didn't taste that good. The burger was quite dry and had little toppings. Unfortunately I didn't like it. My colleague's vegetarian burger was good, though. Addendum 02/08/24 We followed the boss's invitation and ate the same menu again. This time everything was very tasty. The waitresses were also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for this invitation and the delicious food.

We were here for the first time today. They have a celiac disease menu, which is how we first came across the restaurant. My girlfriend ate the spare ribs from this menu and I ate a burger from the menu. We both also had French Fries. We were welcomed very warmly and felt comfortable. If we are in Ulm again, we would like to come back.

Ich finde das Restaurant 1A, esse aber auch gerne Fleisch # Nachträglich 5 Sterne und sorry für die Unannehmlichkeiten. ______________________________________ Tolles Restaurant vom Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider gibt es keine echte vegane Alternative. Der vegane Burger schmeckt gut, ist aber zu teuer und hat eben so gut wie nix drauf. Hier wären weitere Burger mit veganen Patties (Black Beans, Beyond usw.) wünschenswert. Leider gibt es auch kaum Beilagen, die vegan sind. Vielleicht wäre veganes BBQ wie zum Beispiel Brisket auf Glutenbasis (siehe Gaz Oakley) auch mal eine Idee. Für Veganer ist es am besten, wenn man sich 3 Portionen Pommes bestellt.

Jeder Besuch bei Dray‘s ist in einem amerikanischen Wohlfühlambiente. Der Service ist jung, dynamisch und zuvorkommend. Selbst an Tagen an denen wir nicht reserviert haben, hat der Service versucht uns noch einen Platz geben zu können. Die negativen Bewertungen sind für mich sehr verwunderlich und nicht nachvollziehbar.

Die Pommes und der Krautsalat sehen selbst gemacht aus und vorallem die Pommes sind spitzenklasse. Freundliche Bedienungen und nette Location. Wir waren inzwischen schon einige Male dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Lecker vegetarische Burrito's. Als Menü ist die Portion fast zu groß, aber die Kartoffeln waren zu gut um sie stehen zu lassen. Die Pancakes sind einfach himmlisch. Wir hatten sie als Nachtisch und haben uns eine Portion zu zweit geteilt. Der Ahornsirup war mega. Das Essen ist ok und zum abholen als unmittelbarer Nachbar schnell verfügbar. Dennoch gibt es meiner Meinung nach bessere Burger, leider eher in der Stadt.. Leider sind die Besitzer für Anwohner untragbar. Es wird auf der Straße geparkt , alles blockiert. Daher leider nur 3 Sterne, sonst würde ich 3,5 geben. Das Kommentar wird wahrscheinlich gelöscht. Wie sonst auch, wenn keine 5 Sterne gegeben werden. Ich gehe gerne essen und finde Gastronomie Klasse, ich bin bereit gute Leistung dementsprechend zu bewerten. Wäre da nicht die Rücksichtslosigkeit der Besitzer. Da gehe ich lieber in die Stadt zu Ronny oder direkt nach Vöhringen. Eigentlich sehr schade, da wir gerne umliegend die Gastro unterstützen. Also liebe Team von Drays, parkt nicht alles zu und denk auch mal an die Anwohner!!! Dann ist alles OK, wie das Essen

Bin auf Empfehlung hier zum Essen gekommen aber leider nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Burger war auf seine Art Lecker aber zu klein dort passt die Preis Leistung nicht... Die Burger (Bacon-Cheese & Cheeseburger ) waren dazu leider trocken bzw. wenig Sauce und es fehlen dort frischer Belag wie Tomaten, frische Zwiebeln & co. die Röstzwiebeln sind gut aber machen es etwas trocken. Fries waren dafür aber sehr lecker und die Käsesauce ist gut. Laden war wenig besucht dennoch wurde erst auf Nachfrage nach 15min die Bestellung aufgenommen. Bedienung dazu leider noch sehr unfreundlich. Karte ist lieblos gestaltet aber ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau. Optisch schöner Laden und dazu gute Lage aber noch Luft nach oben an ein paar stellen.

We just drove over from Stuttgart yesterday to have a late lunch. We were not disappointed. All the food is excellent and authentic. The ribs are fall off the bone, the pulled beef is juicy and tender, the chili cheese fries are just like we eat them back in the States and all the sides are spot on. The coleslaw and cornbread were so good. They even had a delicious peach cobbler for dessert. The service is excellent and we felt highly welcome. The restaurant itself is stylish with both indoor and outdoor seating. It seems like a very kid- and pet-friendly place too. This won't be our last visit to Dray's and I highly recommend it.

In search of a typical restaurant to have dinner at, my family and I decided to eat at Dray's Fine American Foods located in Ulm, Germany. Upon arrival, my family and I glimpsed at the sign, which generated enough light to make our way to the restaurant's doors. When my family and I entered the restaurant, we quickly felt we entered a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere. Of course, it helped that the staff was very accommodating. The menu was easy to review; we quickly made our eating selections and noticed the inviting color scheme. My family and I ordered various menu items, and our choices offered a medley of extraordinary favors. I love Dray's Fine American Food and rate the overall experience a (10); it is rear flying to another country and eating familiar foods like you never left home. I recommend this establishment because it has an authentic take on American Food that is superb! By the way, please don't leave without trying their desserts.
