Absolutely not competent, lack of training, unfriendly, unprofessional, disrespectful employees towards the customers. I will never go there again. This meal is not worth it to me, being insulted and almost beaten by the employees. It was delivered incorrectly and when I told the landlord about it When I spoke to them, I started being insulted and almost beaten. Although I waited for the landlord to say OK, there was a misunderstanding and we were making you a new kebab, I had to be content with this kebab that I would never have to give up with sauce in my life and I still went to the table. It was just too stupid for me to argue with the landlord. But that wasn't enough. Then the cashier and the landlord came up to me when I was at the table and eating Then it escalated and the cashier accused us of ordering incorrectly, which was absolutely not the case. I started to feel threatened at the table after almost all the employees came running towards me in an aggressive manner. I felt threatened and ran away from life without eating. Never again. I have never experienced anything like that in my 40 years.

Normally the Babo kebab is my absolute favorite kebab! I'm not usually a kebab fan, but I was the biggest Babo fan from day one! - Til today! Unfortunately, I was so surprised when my husband said that he bought the kebab from Babo. Usually there is always a lot of sauce in it and the meat is crispy and soft. Unfortunately, everything didn't quite fit today and there was little to no sauce in our kebabs. - Mega disappointing! I wish the unforgettable taste of the Babo kebab back and hope that the taste of the kebab meat and the sauces will continue to be preserved in the future. Ps.: in the attached picture you can see that the kebab hardly contains any sauces.

Pide was beautifully prepared and tasted delicious. The first pide that didn't just consist of dough, there was even cheese under the edge. 👍🏼

Basically I'm happy, but today I found small pieces of aluminum foil in my Yufka. These are created when you cut through the Yufka together with the aluminum foil. Unfortunately I wasn't offered a new Yufka, instead they simply wanted to remove the pieces of aluminum foil, which I decided not to do.

The concept is very entertaining. The decor is very nice, stylish and clean, the staff is friendly, interested and attentive. In summary I can say that I enjoyed my meal with pleasure :)

There was hair in my calzone, namely ARM HAIR. That wasn't the first time, but often enough, that doesn't work at all, no hygiene, nothing, the women are weird too, they think it's a club or something

I thought it is nice place ar first sight, but when next day we went back it was so sooo full, no air at all. The queue was all long around the tables, no room for people or eat peacfully. After moving inside tables it was better, or outside seats are nice,but all was full. Food was ok, but too greasy.

The place offers lot of Kebaps, Falafal , Pide options and also few sweet varieties which are from Turkey. There are 4-5 vegetarian options as well with lot of vegetables and it's a good on the go option.

One star for the staff because the lady at the checkout is very unfriendly. She looks into your soul and answers very cheekily. A very unpleasant atmosphere, so it's not fun to eat there. But overall it tastes good, the fries are recommended for every side dish. (If the young lady leaves, me and my colleagues would come more often to eat).

I have now left over €300 in this restaurant and can confidently say that no matter what dish you choose, you will not be disappointed. Clear recommendation to every lover of Turkish cuisine. The kebab, kebab plate and sucuk pizza are particularly recommended, but the soups also leave nothing to be desired and are a real culinary delight.

My visit to Babo Restaurant was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the kebab was definitely impressive in terms of taste. The meat was juicy and flavorful, nestled in fresh bread, which together was really delicious. Unfortunately the dessert, a Sütlac (Turkish rice pudding), couldn't keep up. The rice was hard and tasted like it had been sitting all day. This part was definitely disappointing and not enjoyable. The experience with the staff was equally mixed. The older gentleman who brought us our food was very nice and polite, which made the visit pleasant. In stark contrast, however, was the person at the checkout, whose unfriendly and arrogant manner unfortunately had a negative impact on the overall impression. In summary, my visit to Babo was okay, although there were both highlights and clear weak points. While the kebab is recommended, I would advise against the Sütlac. You should also be prepared for the fact that your experience with the staff can vary.

Excellent shawarma, large portion - the girls couldn't handle it. The waiters are wearing gloves. There is ketchup, adjika and mayonnaise on the tables. There is a lot of people, not enough space. Yes, it blows when the doors are open, this was noticed at the very end of the meal, not at all critical. There are places on the street, but this is not for everyone and depends on the season. We will stop by every time.

One of the best and currently the most popular kebab shop in Ulm. My children are not good eaters, but there is one thing they love, the Babo in Ulm. My twins are crazy about the lahmacun (Turkish pizza), pide with cheese and especially the lentil soup!! Above all, I have to emphasize that the quality is always the same, we almost always order the same thing and the taste and preparation were always top! Even though it's busy, the staff are very welcoming!! The owner is often there himself and makes sure his guests are happy! Simply great, keep it up!
