The doner kebab was very expensive. The veal doner cost €10, and the meat was very tough. He said the minced meat doner cost €9, but I wanted something better—and it was even worse and of poor quality. I asked for a receipt, but the woman wouldn't give it to me. She can't say she forgot, because giving a receipt is mandatory. I came once, but I won't be back. Anyone who comes once will have the same experience and won't come back either. You guys are way too expensive—really outrageous.

I had a very good doner kebab with steak today. A very nice woman took my order and even delivered it to my table. The menu also offered great dishes, including desserts and soups, which I saw on many other tables. I ordered a doner kebab with steak. The wait was okay, about 10 minutes. However, the service was quite perplexed when it came to assigning the dishes. The employee didn't seem to know which customer was getting what; they should definitely coordinate better. The doner was a bit bland and not particularly well-filled. The meat itself was alright, but nothing spectacular.

The doner kebab at Babo Döner was really very good – excellent taste, well-seasoned, fresh ingredients, and the price was perfectly reasonable. The dining area was also clean and pleasant. However, what really stands out negatively is one particular employee. I want to be clear: this only applies to him, not the entire team. But this one man, who delivers the doner kebabs to the tables, seems extremely unmotivated and has a manner that comes across as very unpleasant. His demeanor is also striking: he tries to look "cool" with his appearance – let's call it "vintage 80s style vibes," with flashy clothing and an aura as if he's above it all. Unfortunately, this attitude doesn't fit with the concept of good service at all. It's a shame, because the doner kebab itself is great – but an employee like that unnecessarily brings the atmosphere down.

I evaluate the stalls, restaurants, etc., based on the following criteria: - Bread - Meat - Salad - Sauce - Extras - Serving To ensure consistent results, I always order a doner kebab with cheese, without tomato, and eat it on-site. I paid €11.00 here. - Bread - The bread here is truly amazing, a white bread in the "Berlin style"—extremely crispy on the outside but not burnt, and fluffy on the inside. Almost perfect. - Meat - The meat is freshly sliced ​​from two spits with an electric knife. The choices are veal from minced meat skewers and steak. The seasoning of the steak I chose was excellent. - Salad - The salad is very appealing and fresh, piled high in the customer's view. It looks quite appetizing in the rather large display case. In addition to the usual cabbages, there's fresh iceberg lettuce, cucumber, onion, jalapeños, and corn. - Sauce - Yogurt, garlic, and cocktail sauces are available. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the yogurt sauce I chose because I didn't receive any. Overall, the ordering process was very much geared towards volume, and my desire to eat in ended with my kebab wrapped in aluminum foil. - Extras - It's possible to order various versions of the doner kebab here, for example, a vegetarian option with cheese and more salad in the bread. There's also a selection of other dishes. - Spice Level - The "usual" spice powder is rather mild. When I asked for hot sauce, I was told, "You should have said so." - Conclusion - The cheese I ordered cost an extra euro, but it was decent and plentiful. The portion was good, but despite the good bread, it was very dry. Overall, the place is clean and busy.

What happened? It used to be great! Now it costs €9 for a doner kebab that doesn't even arrive. We won't be coming back!

For €10, you expect a doner/kebab to actually have meat and salad in the bread. I received a doner with hardly any meat in it, just half a thin tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce. In short, I ate a doner with just bread. I think it's outrageous how they rip off their customers like this. All three doner kebabs we took away were only half full! For that much money, there's just no quality anymore!

Excellent shawarma, the portions are huge—the girls couldn't finish them. The waiters wear gloves. There's ketchup, adjika, and mayonnaise on the tables. There's a lot of traffic, so space is tight. Yes, there's a draft when the doors are open; we noticed this at the very end of the meal, but it's not a big deal. There's outdoor seating, but that's a matter of taste and season. We'll be back every time. A year has passed, and we've been back every time, and it's still just as delicious and busy.

Basically I'm happy, but today I found small pieces of aluminum foil in my Yufka. These are created when you cut through the Yufka together with the aluminum foil. Unfortunately I wasn't offered a new Yufka, instead they simply wanted to remove the pieces of aluminum foil, which I decided not to do.

I went out to eat with my family yesterday around 6 p.m. The food was great, but the woman you order from was really unfriendly and so annoyed with customers! And no thank you, no hello, no goodbye! So that was the last time.

I ordered a doner kebab with extra meat and tomatoes and paid a whopping 17 euros for it. When the bowl arrived at the table I was shocked because the portion was simply ridiculous! Even if I had ordered without the extra meat, it would have been too little in my opinion. 6 slices of tomatoes, a bit of sauce, but no sign of rice and chips or a piece of bread. It was ready within 3 minutes, which I think is answer enough about the size of the portion... once and never again. If you want to throw your money away for nothing then go and eat there. Pure disappointment. I was there again today, the door was still open at 5:30, 20 people were sitting inside and they said it was closed. Apparently it's only open for friends! Then close your door and that's it.

It was 4:30 in the morning and this is a fantastic shop with fantastic service. We spontaneously discovered it on the way back from Italy and would recommend it to everyone. A good atmosphere and hospitality. 🌟

I ate at Babo's with my family yesterday. The food itself was okay, but nothing special. Meat was dry, as was the rice. There was also a hair in the sauce. I had ordered homemade ayran from the ayran machine. At first, the ayran wasn't brought, and I had to ask again. It can happen. Then the ayran tasted sour and fermented. I mentioned this to the server. After repeated inquiries, I was told that the early shift had forgotten to refrigerate the ayran, which is made from yogurt, in the morning. I wasn't offered compensation for the bad ayran, but only after asking was I offered a Coke as an alternative. Meanwhile, the fermented, bad ayran was served the next day... As a restaurant, you have a responsibility to your guests to ensure that the food is fresh and not spoiled. Disgusting! The ayran needs to be disposed of, the machine needs to be cleaned and freshened. Better to poison customers. The health department has also been informed. I hope the shop will be closed.

The steak kebab is actually quite tasty, but the sauces and bread aren't really convincing. A real shame! The halloumi was okay, the same issue as the kebab. The staff were super friendly, and when I had to wait a little longer, they gave me a free tea.

I'm from Wangen im Allgäu and picked up a kebab for my wife and me while passing through. Dear owner, I'm telling you: If you sold the kebab exactly like this in Wangen, everyone else within a 20-km radius would be able to close their kebab shops. I'm not kidding! There's nothing comparable in Isny, Wangen, Ravensburg, or Kempten.

After we complained, we were promised and delivered a "new" doner kebab. But after a few bites, we unfortunately discovered that it was simply the already partially eaten (!) doner kebab, which had simply been "topped up" with a little more meat and then sold to us as "new." This is absolutely unacceptable – both from a hygiene perspective and as a customer. We feel deceived and find it a disgrace to handle complaints in this way. Never again!

The food was fresh, the portions were filling and the service was very fast. Especially the meat döner and meze were great. The staff was friendly and attentive, I felt like I was at home. It's also very successful in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. I recommend it, definitely stop by!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it for the price - there's far too little meat. We paid €8 per meal. The sauce was simply a mix of ketchup and mayo, even though we didn't really want that. When I asked why it was on there and why there was so little meat, I got a very snippy response, so I just replied, "OK." We didn't like the salad either - it must have been sitting in the salad bar for a while. Card payments are only accepted in the store, even though it's a portable device. I wouldn't come here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I like coming here for dinner. Fair seating both inside and outside. Attentive service and a good selection of dishes. Unfortunately, the price and the composition of the kebab vary depending on the time of day and day of the week. Sometimes I have to eat two bites of just salad until I'm left with only meat at the bottom of the bread. A kebab or a yufka shouldn't be constructed like that. Today I had a similar problem with the yufka: I could only taste the side dishes in one bite and the meat in the other. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

I had a falafel yufka and didn't like it. It was simply dry and not tasty or moist. I've had much better falafel yufka.

Unfortunately, there were a few points that marred my experience somewhat. The taste of the bread was okay, but it tore quickly when eaten - a little more stability would be nice here. The meat, including the steak meat, was significantly too seasoned for my taste - sometimes less would be more to bring out the flavor better. Unfortunately, the sauces didn't really impress me either. The pide was large and filling, tasted okay - but not a highlight. A particularly sensitive point was communication in the event of an allergy: I specifically asked not to put onions in my food because I have a severe allergic reaction to them. Unfortunately, the response was a bit annoyed, which I found a shame - I would like more understanding and care, especially when it comes to important health concerns. All in all, a shop with a friendly team and a lot of potential, but with room for improvement in taste, details - and in dealing with special needs.

Went to Babo's for the first time with my husband, we came all the way from Ravensburg and we love the kebab, everything was perfect, the steak meat from the skewer, the yufka, was fresh and not bought ready-made like most people. I understand some of the bad reviews, but what I can't understand is if you're a regular customer there and have never had anything good to say until now, why do so when a mistake happens. Even though the store was full and there was a line out the door, our food went super quickly and it came just right🥰 we had the rest packed up and ate it late in the evening and it still tasted great even though I'm very picky about that sort of thing. Unfortunately it's hard to find such a good kebab, I hope it stays that way. And all the best to the team 🥰
