Der Besitzer war unglaublich nett und hat uns Schokolade angeboten! Ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis und köstliches Essen.

Ein tolles kleines Restaurant in der Nähe der Kathedrale. Die Smash-Burger sind der Hammer, und die Portionen sind riesig, wenn man richtig Hunger hat! Der Besitzer war außerdem super freundlich.

Man sah es dem Fleischspieß eigentlich schon an schon an, dass er kalt war. Konnte ich nicht glauben um 12:45 Uhr, und habe ihm wegen der guten Rezession eine Chance gegeben. Aber er hat das Fleisch noch nicht mal versucht warm zu machen. Die Bitte nach ein bisschen scharfe Soße, wurde mit einem ganzen Löffel ins Brötchen quittiert. Ich wurde leider nicht von dem hier gelobten freundlichen Personal bedient. Mich hat der seit 35 Jahren hier lebende Chef abserviert.

Super netter Bedienung. Haben zu dritt Döner gegessen muss sagen Top Qualität. Backt das Brot selbst sehr geschmackhaft. Kein möchte gern Dönerschneider der Typ versteht sein Handwerk im nachhinein hat es sich auch herausgestellt dass er Koch sei. Haben 27 Euro gezahlt für 3 richtig XXXL Portionen Döner und 3 Getränke. Das Çay gabs for free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Werde mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Weiter so.

Es war unfassbar lecker. Wir hatte eine Pide mit Käse und einen Döner. Preis Leistung ist Mega, der Chef ist super nett und es ist definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Bester Döner überhaupt! Wir essen schon seit Jahren unseren Döner nur hier und würden auch gar nicht mehr woanders hingehen. Die Portionen sind richtig groß, das Fleisch ist super saftig und perfekt gewürzt, das Brot immer frisch und die Soßen einfach lecker. Außerdem gibt es viele andere leckere Gerichte- die Pizza sollte man auch unbedingt probieren! Dazu kommt noch der freundliche Service – man fühlt sich jedes Mal willkommen.

Dieser Dönerimbiss begleitet uns tatsächlich schon seit der Kindheit – und auch heute kommen wir mit unseren eigenen Kindern immer noch sehr gerne hierher. Für uns ist es jedes Mal die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn wir in Ulm sind und schnell etwas richtig Leckeres essen möchten. Das Essen hat einfach einen ganz eigenen, unverwechselbaren Geschmack. Besonders die Saucen sind absolut top! Auch lohnt es sich, immer mal wieder Neues auszuprobieren – wir haben uns nach Jahren z. B. an den Falafel-Dürüm gewagt und waren begeistert. Klassiker wie der Calzone-Döner sind sowieso unschlagbar. Der Inhaber ist immer freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich hervorragend. Man sollte kein schickes Restaurant-Ambiente erwarten – es ist und bleibt ein Imbiss. Hier und da könnte der Außenbereich etwas sauberer sein, aber die Küche ist ordentlich und das Essen war bei uns über all die Jahre hinweg immer einwandfrei. Wir essen hier seit fast 20 Jahren und wurden noch nie enttäuscht – absolute Empfehlung!

Ich fahre extra 30 km hin, um bei Hakan’s zu essen. Er ist die absolute Nummer 1 in Ulm und Umgebung. Würde den Laden jedem empfehlen. 👍

Smasch Burger war Mega, selber gemachte Buns richtig schön crispy. Pommes waren perfekt und der Chef immer Freundlich. Seine 30 Jahre Erfahrung sieht man und Schmeckt man auch. Ist aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

Hakan Abi ist ein unglaublich netter und herzlicher Dönerverkäufer. Ich war zum ersten Mal bei ihm essen und durch unser Gespräch sind wir direkt ins Plaudern gekommen – man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen. Sein Lahmacun hat richtig gut geschmeckt, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Man merkt einfach die Qualität. Sein Lahmacun ist in Ulm bekannt, und das kann ich absolut bestätigen. Hakan Abi macht seine Arbeit mit viel Leidenschaft, und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt total. Wer einen freundlichen, ehrlichen und herzlichen Dönermann sucht, sollte auf jeden Fall bei Hakan Abi vorbeischauen. Klare Empfehlung!

Since the change of ownership a few months ago, the food doesn't taste the same anymore. You really should just leave your food and go. The new owner thinks he's funny and tries to make small talk, which is completely pointless. I also can't recommend the place for its cleanliness – there are plenty of other good kebab shops in and around Ulm.

Wir waren als achtköpfige Familie am zweiten Weihnachtstag zum essen hier.Das Lokal ist sehr sauber ordentlich und der Inhaber ist super freundlich und schnell! Alles, was wir gegessen haben war Hausgemacht, super lecker und hatten alle ein Erlebnisfaktor beim essen. Die Portionen waren sehr großzügig. Selten so einen guten Döner gegessen…. Super friendly owner, delicious doner kebab with homemade bread, and a good selection of sauces! The doner gets 4/5. I only deducted a star because the meat wasn't freshly sliced ​​from the spit but reheated, and there was a bit too much oil on the grilled vegetables. But it still tasted great! I'll be back :)

An unassuming kebab shop I've walked past many times. I finally went in this time, and it was worth it. I had the Berlin-style döner with grilled vegetables. The meat was a standard veal rotisserie, and the grilled vegetables were a bit lost in the salad and sauce. It sounds worse than it actually was. The bread, in particular, was fantastic. The whole thing was well-balanced and absolutely delicious. Plus, the owner is friendly and has been holding down the fort for 21 years. I can definitely recommend it, and I'll certainly be back.

I happened to stop by Hakan Kebap. We were coming from Sonthofen to the Bundes Clinic. We had döner kebab and lahmacun, which were delicious. He was also very friendly and genuine. I've been in this business for 36 years and I'm very pleased (I recommend it). I wish you all the best.

Friendly owner, food was prepared quickly, it was very tasty, large portions, and the price was absolutely fantastic. We stumbled upon this small, unassuming shop by chance while on vacation and were absolutely delighted. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Ulm.

On our way back from vacation, it was a place close to the highway. We tried the Berliner Döner, dürüm Döner, and hamburger, and they were all delicious. We weren't disappointed by any of the food. We had to drive another 6-7 hours after our meal. I definitely recommend stopping by. The owner's years of experience and friendly welcome was wonderful. I'd love to stop by again.

Anatolian cuisine is very popular in Germany. In fact, the Turkish community in this country is the largest (approx. 3 million) among foreign ones, a fact that positively influences the authenticity of the culinary offerings in restaurants run by Turks (restaurants, not simple kiosks or cafeterias, where the food offered is not the best, in my opinion). This restaurant in Neu-Ulm, reviewed very well by many Turkish citizens, which I visited during the Christmas period of 2024, convinced me, in particular, with its "pide" (a sort of boat-shaped pinsa, with spinach and cheese) and its bean dish, accompanied by rice. The taste is fresh and light, without bitter digestive aftertaste. The portions are sumo wrestler-sized. The restaurant is sober, clean and airy. The service is essential. The price is honest. Whether classic or creative – every meal was a delight, and I always looked forward to trying new dishes. A special highlight was the complimentary tea, whose warmth and aroma perfectly rounded off the stay. This small but so personal gesture made Hakan's Kitchen a place where you could not only eat well, but also feel completely at home. It's all the more sad that the restaurant has now closed. Very tasty food, nice staff and best boss!!!!

Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment. We ordered two doner kebabs with lamb from the rotisserie, but the meat tasted old and unappetizing. The rice was cold, and the tzatziki was more like an unpleasant-smelling mayonnaise. Overall, it was a disastrous experience—definitely the first and last time for a whopping €30.

I was served TK kebab after an hour of waiting

Vallah a wonderful restaurant!!! Five of us ate here today and the staff informed us that they were short on staff today and that the meal might take a while, but we still decided to go to the restaurant. While we waited for our food we were entertained with salad and mezze, which tasted excellent. After the delicious meal, we got free tea and baklava, all of which was on the house. It can happen that you have a staff shortage on one day, but you really don't get that kind of service anywhere and there isn't an Adana like that in the whole of Ulm🙏

Mega store! The kebab was really fresh and super tasty, the sauces were simply great. You can tell that everything here is made with love. I don't know where to start. The tastiest Turkish çay? The delicious chicken soup? The most succulent meat in kebab that I have ever tried? I can say for sure that this is the best place with authentic Turkish cuisine that I've found in Germany (if you live here, you should know how hard it is to find it). I lived for a while in Türkiye and really enjoyed eating kebabs grilled over fire with chicken (tavuk şiş), rice, and salad. I've never eaten a healthier and more satisfying combination of ingredients. I immediately fell in love with it, and you wouldn't believe how surprised I was when I found that this type of kebab is not common here in Germany. Thankfully, I found Hakan's place, and since then I've been trying to eat here daily. For a while, I had been ordering this chicken kebab. It was delicious day after day. I could eat it my entire life. It is even better than any I've tried in Türkiye. I thought that nothing could impress me more, but then I tried dana kavurma kebab here. Dear lord, it was out of this world. I'm not a big fan of beef, but this... This way of braising it is absolutely delicious. It just melts in your mouth. It is sooooo soft. I've never had better beef than this, even though I've eaten a lot of steaks made from very decent beef before. I think the main reason for this is the very careful approach to cooking and ingredient selection. The food here is always fresh and cooked with a lot of soul. Honestly, the synergy between Turkish cuisine and the quality of German ingredients makes this the best place here.

I stayed here with my family and it was a great experience. The food was super delicious! The Iskender was one of the best I ate in Germany and the Beyti was also very good. We started with soups and as a special gesture from the house we had meze. The service was friendly and attentive. The portions were so generous that we couldn't finish everything and took the rest with us. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant. Definitely worth a visit!
