I had the pleasure of visiting Hakan's Kitchen Restaurant and I absolutely love it! The service was simply first class - the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. Every request was promptly fulfilled and it was clear that the employees really enjoyed their work. The food was a real highlight! Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail and the flavors complemented each other perfectly. The quality of the ingredients was noticeably fresh, and the presentation was as impressive as the taste. As a nice gesture, we were even offered tea on the house - a small gift that rounded off the evening perfectly. Such gestures show that this restaurant not only pays attention to excellent food, but also to the well-being of its guests. I can recommend Hakan's Kitchen Restaurant to anyone who values ​​excellent service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 5 stars!

I ordered a kebab to take away, the kebab tasted really good and was also spicy, just the way I wanted it. What I would like to highlight are the friendly staff who served me. It's a nice restaurant where you'll definitely want to stay for a while. The kebab gets 7/10 points for taste from me. I will definitely try other dishes there and update my rating if necessary.

Vallah a wonderful restaurant!!! Five of us ate here today and the staff informed us that they were short on staff today and that the meal might take a while, but we still decided to go to the restaurant. While we waited for our food we were entertained with salad and mezze, which tasted excellent. After the delicious meal, we got free tea and baklava, all of which was on the house. It can happen that you have a staff shortage on one day, but you really don't get that kind of service anywhere and there isn't an Adana like that in the whole of Ulm🙏

Mega store! The kebab was really fresh and super tasty, the sauces were simply great. You can tell that everything here is made with love. The team was super nice, totally relaxed and treated you really well. You immediately feel comfortable. Definitely one of the best kebab shops I know. Come back safely!

I don't know where to start. The tastiest Turkish çay? The delicious chicken soup? The most succulent meat in kebab that I have ever tried? I can say for sure that this is the best place with authentic Turkish cuisine that I've found in Germany (if you live here, you should know how hard it is to find it). I lived for a while in Türkiye and really enjoyed eating kebabs grilled over fire with chicken (tavuk şiş), rice, and salad. I've never eaten a healthier and more satisfying combination of ingredients. I immediately fell in love with it, and you wouldn't believe how surprised I was when I found that this type of kebab is not common here in Germany. Thankfully, I found Hakan's place, and since then I've been trying to eat here daily. For a while, I had been ordering this chicken kebab. It was delicious day after day. I could eat it my entire life. It is even better than any I've tried in Türkiye. I thought that nothing could impress me more, but then I tried dana kavurma kebab here. Dear lord, it was out of this world. I'm not a big fan of beef, but this... This way of braising it is absolutely delicious. It just melts in your mouth. It is sooooo soft. I've never had better beef than this, even though I've eaten a lot of steaks made from very decent beef before. I think the main reason for this is the very careful approach to cooking and ingredient selection. The food here is always fresh and cooked with a lot of soul. Honestly, the synergy between Turkish cuisine and the quality of German ingredients makes this the best place here.

I stayed here with my family and it was a great experience. The food was super delicious! The Iskender was one of the best I ate in Germany and the Beyti was also very good. We started with soups and as a special gesture from the house we had meze. The service was friendly and attentive. The portions were so generous that we couldn't finish everything and took the rest with us. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant. Definitely worth a visit!

Yesterday evening I called there to pick something up. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got there they started. Not too bad. Unfortunately, prank calls are still made. Good food, especially the Doner has a nice taste for it, almost like 20% reindeer and 80% cow. Around average prices, which are getting higher everywhere, apart from the drinks which are almost double the price compared to other such places. Good amount of tables. No parking nearby, but it's in the middle of everything.

Really nice shop with a half-open kitchen where you can look in, the work is done very cleanly and the lahmacun is honestly as big as my arm and super tasty.

A kebab restaurant in Ulm/Neu-Ulm where you can eat without smelling like you've fried food. No comparison to the stinking place at the previous place. The portions are quite large and the prices are STILL reasonable these days. A little less would of course be optimal. The most important thing: He sells sliced ​​meat (beef)!!! Hopefully this place doesn't end up like 113, which was really good in the beginning. Unfortunately I have to deduct a few stars. My wife had very bad stomach pains after we ate there both times. A friend was also miserable. This shop has also become history for us. A pity!

It arrived quickly and the food is of good quality, the taste cannot be beaten. The staff were all very friendly and child-friendly. There were zero problems and the place itself is very nicely decorated, relatively modern and the games also play music, which I thought was very good. Great store. When it started, we were unlucky with the cook, the food was mediocre, but now the bad cook is gone. What remains is the taste. The service employees go out of their way for the customers, the kitchen is fast enough even when the store is full, and the dishes are delicious. There's nothing you can say.

The owner is very accommodating. He is a well-known face in Ulm and serves really delicious dishes. He works with heart and blood and is passionate about what he does. I can only recommend him and his restaurant. His pizzas are also tastier than most Italian restaurants, especially his kebab calzone!

Mit Abstand der beste Pide, den ich je gegessen habe. Ich habe den Osmanischen Pide bestellt mit Hackfleisch und Käse. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Außerdem ist die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbst der Chef des Restaurants hat sich nach meiner Zufriedenheit erkundigt, sowas sieht man heutzutage selten.

Selbst zu später Stunde (nach 21Uhr) wird hier guter Service noch groß geschrieben. Eine sehr freundliche Bedienung trifft auf guten Geschmack und hervorragende Qualität. Keine kleinen Portionen zu überteuerten Preisen, und eine sehr geschmackvolle scharfe Soße die Ihren Namen verdient hat. Jederzeit wieder.

Habe vor 10 Jahren in Ulm studiert und immer bei Hakan's Kebab gegessen. War heute nach 10 Jahren wieder das erstmal hier, aber diesmal im neuen Laden. Qualität und Geschmack wie immer. Eine 10 von 10. Hat mich wieder in die Vergangenheit gebracht. Der neue Laden ist sehr schön und sauber. Calzone war einfach sensationell. Nächstes mal werde ich auf jeden Fall die Grillgerichte probieren. Wohne leider in München sonst wäre ich öfters hier. Eine 💯 prozentige Weiterempfehlung ♥️👍
