I have to say, as an American living in Germany this is the ONLY authentic resturant that I have come accross in the country since I have lived here for well over 30 years. Fantastic service and food. Worth a visit and make sure to make a reservation as it gets busy. Easy 5 star rating.

Very friendly service and very attentive, no matter how busy it is. The food is super tasty, the salad is fresh and nothing from a can. Good portions. I chose the homemade blue cheese burger based on a review. And what can I say: It was probably the best burger I've ever eaten. And I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life. The rest of the food we had was also delicious! A really great restaurant!!!! Reservations are recommended.

Once again very satisfied, the food was outrageously good, today November 1st, 2024. Regardless of whether it was a burger, ribs or fried chicken... it was great as always, thanks again to the whole team👍✅️ Today we spontaneously went to eat in the saloon again, and what can I say...WOW now we know what we were missing. The burgers and the fried Chicken was excellent as always. And of course, it doesn't work without coleslaw. Guys, if you haven't been to the Old Town Western Saloon yet, then sorry, you're really missing out!!! Quality and service are REALLY capitalized here. Many thanks to Nazan and her team. Ambiance 10 out of 10, as was the service. Unfortunately, Ranch Dip was disappointing. Buffalo and BBQ dip were okay. Likewise the rips. Portion sizes were above average. Home made ice tea was very tasty

Food was great. Service was friendly and quick The only point of criticism for me is the parking options. Because if you come with a pickup like me, you can forget about the parking garage. So you have to park in the parking spaces on the street. Maximum parking time 1 hour. It's not enough if you want to go out for a leisurely meal. But that depends on the city. Otherwise a great restaurant. Was fun.

My son and I went to the Since Fiction meeting in Speyer and looked for and found a restaurant in advance. A lucky hit! Everything was consistent from service to food. You could taste the love in the details. The ingredients were exactly right and the quantity was right. It's a shame that there is no branch in Hamburg. Everything was homemade and hardly purchased. All in all a delicious experience and if I wasn't just passing through I would come here to eat every day.

I just had the best blue cheese ever. The service was very friendly, the cleanliness and the ambience were simply great. I know that sounds fake, but I'm actually serious --> try the Blue Cheese, simply a divine burger.

A very special restaurant. Everything in the style of the Wild West. We went to the chicken run on Wednesday. Eat as much as you can 😁 The waitress walks around armed with the tablet and you can be happy about the selection.

So the food was really good. All you can eat spare ribs for €21.50. Plus fries and salad. Unfortunately we received a very unfriendly welcome and if it were up to me we would have left. With a large reservation it can happen that two people don't show up at short notice, but we still occupied several tables. I think this could be improved. The other waitresses were all very nice and friendly, only the slightly older woman was rude.

I see nice and attentive waitresses (the Colts are cool 😂). Food is pretty good, good selection, a bit tight in layout. Good whiskeys 👍, unfortunately the caramelized onions were normally braised, no trace of caramel 😕. I wouldn't mind Bloomin Onion and Corn Dogs either ☝️.

Of course, if you're looking, you'll find something. But the time to search would be too long. Everything tip-top and super nice service. Food top. Recommendation 👍🏻

I have been visiting this restaurant for some time and I am more than satisfied every time. From the food to the drinks, it is a wonderful change from the “typical” restaurants you usually know and visit. The service is always friendly and you never have to wait long for your order. One of the best restaurants I know, not only in terms of food but also in terms of price. I would recommend a visit to everyone.

Great food, very nice service and the ambience is exactly in keeping with the theme. Steak was cooked to perfection and was of very high quality. Just like everything else. Since it was my husband's birthday, the table was lovingly decorated. We say THANK YOU and definitely see you next time!

Very tasty chicken and spare ribs

We signed up for the all you can eat chicken wings here on Wednesday. We were greeted warmly and seated at a nice table. The ambience is appropriate in the Western Saloon Lock and you can sit nicely outside. After a short while we got our drinks and an introduction to the all you can eat. Here you get coleslaw and fries, which you can also order. Every 5-10 minutes an employee comes and offers new, fresh chicken wings. These come in 3 variations (Plain, BBQ, and Spicy). Personally, I liked the plain best, but all varieties were really very tasty. You can tell that this is not a mass-produced product, but is marinated and fried with love. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone. The price of 19.50 is also unbeatable!

Spontaner Besuch auf Empfehlung eines lokalen Whiskyhändlers. Tolle Burger, frisch zubereitet mit Steakhouse Fries und leckerem Cole Slaw, dazu hausgemachter Eistee - ja, süß, dennoch erfrischend und g’schmackig, aber wer auf die Kalorien schaut, muss halt Wasser oder Coke Zero ordern.

The food is really tasty and the price is fair. However, one thing bothers me: the burger buns. Unfortunately, these are run of the mill and do not meet the otherwise high standard of food. At this price I would like homemade rolls to make the taste experience perfect. Another point is the parking situation - unfortunately parking is quite difficult there, which makes the visit a bit stressful.

From Heidelberg to dinner in the Old Town in Schwetzingen?! Seems a little strange! Surely there are enough options in Heidelberg?! But it was worth every penny! Best burgers and much more, good-humoured and very friendly service, as well as a rustic western atmosphere. Ideal for everyone with a big appetite for delicious, hearty food, delicious beers or homemade iced tea and quiet country music in the background. So, definitely come back at the next opportunity!

Very nice staff. Ambience ok too. The food was brought quickly (also important for families). Unfortunately, the spare ribs were a little dry, but everything else was delicious! The coleslaw was also great! For meat lovers 😊😊

Hausgemachter Eistee (Pfirsich) war uns leider etwas zu süß, aber trotzdem lecker. Die Lynchburg Lemonade alkoholfrei ebenfalls zu süß und hatte leider wie ahoi Brause Waldmeister gemixt in Wasser geschmeckt. Die Teller könnten unserer Meinung nach mal durch Neue ersetzt werden, da diese an den Rändern teilweise auch mehrere kleine abgeplatzte Stellen und Risse aufweisen (siehe Foto). Ansonsten;das Essen war lecker, selbst der vegane Burger! Preis-Leistung ist angemessen für den Geschmack und die Menge. Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und wenn etwas benötigt wurde (wie zb nochmals die Karte oder ein weiteres Getränk) , wurde dies uns zeitnah gebracht. Die Plätze draußen sind sehr schön, vor allem an warmen Sommertagen gut geeignet. Wünschenswert wären auf den Sitzbänken ein paar Kissen, deshalb würden wir 3,5 Sterne vergeben. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Abend, den man wiederholen kann!

Top tent! Very nicely decorated in American style. The staff comes to serve you with hats and revolvers and all. You won't go hungry here either, because the plates are packed with delicious food. And that for an excellent price. Recommended.

We were there for Fried Chicken Wednesday and were very happy with our experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and checked in on us regularly. The ambience is very pleasant and fits the style that the restaurant is trying to convey. Salad and fries tasted very good. The chicken was always served fresh and hot and tasted very good. There are 4 stars instead of 5 for the food because I think the sauces could still be worked on. The hot sauce wasn't spicy and had more of a "tomatoy" flavor and there could definitely be an additional sauce included in the selection.

We were there on Ribs Day and it was great! The food was very tasty and you never had to wait long for replenishment. The service staff is more than attentive and very friendly! It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening for us and we will definitely be back!

Wir hatten einen Auberginen und den hausgemachten Egg Burger. Beide Burger und Beilagen waren suuuper lecker. Der Service war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das einzigsten was uns gestört hatte, dass wir zu zweit in die Mitte von 2 großen Gruppen gesetzt wurden, dadurch war es extrem laut. Hier würden wir das nächste mal etwas sagen, da wir definitiv wieder kommen werden

Top Qualität zu fairen Preisen. Das Fleisch war perfekt und die Beilagen lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatte noch ein n pitcher hausgemachten Eistee dazu und sind rundum zufrieden und begeistert nach Hause gegangen.

We were here for the first time and the (all you can eat) OLD TOWN’S FRIED-CHICKEN-DAY offer is very good. The employees are very friendly and the TEAM work is very good. The staff take care of everything and as a guest you won't miss anything! Everything is regularly replenished upon request. I can definitely recommend this restaurant!

The fried bbq chicken was super tasty, the meat was incredibly juicy and tasty, there was just too much bbq sauce for my taste, but the sauce was great too! Unfortunately the bone plate was broken in a few places, which I didn't think was great, and the chairs aren't exactly comfortable because they are wooden chairs.
