We were there on Valentine's Day, as we had been there several times before, we were looking forward to the actually good food. Unfortunately, we were only able to order after about a quarter of an hour, which is okay because the store was really full. Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food, which was understandable as it was very busy. What really annoyed us was the poor service. When asked, she said the food would be coming soon (without her even checking). We sat in front of the counter and there were several employees staring at our empty table - no one had the idea to speak to us, let alone apologize for the long wait or anything else. When the food came we had to wait for our cutlery as no one came. The food this time was tasteless. Even when we had finished eating, no one came to clear our table - some employees were already finishing work. We then went to the checkout ourselves so we could be served and pay. This time we were very disappointed.

It was my first time here and I was completely satisfied.

Great Greek restaurant with a very good selection of Greek specialties in a great atmosphere. We come regularly and have had fantastic meals every time. The restaurant is always busy, so reservations on weekends are recommended.

Overall, my visit to the Verlan restaurant was very unsatisfactory. What was particularly negative was the fact that no receipt is issued for cash payments and card payments are only documented with a simple receipt from the payment terminal. Even more problematic was the reaction of the staff when I asked for a receipt: instead of a polite answer, an unpleasant atmosphere was created. The receipt issued also only showed the total amount without listing the individual items in detail. Billing is done using a calculator and without a cash register system, which seems unprofessional. For a restaurant that values ​​service, this is unacceptable and should be urgently improved. ---

I love Sawasdee! 😂 I'm a regular and have probably been there 100 times to eat on site or to pick up. Never had anything bad! Everything I tried was tasty, always super fresh and freshly prepared! You have to like eating locally, I always feel like I'm in Thailand, I like that… Even special requests are no problem! We really enjoy coming here! I hope the boss doesn't retire anytime soon! I'm already having sleepless nights... 😂 The only point of criticism is no card payment. Luckily, some banks are within walking distance. EC card would be more convenient. But otherwise everything was great and I'm always happy to come back! Oh yes… there is Singha beer… 🤣
