Gaststätte Zum Fässl in Schwetzingen

Honestly, I can't understand such a good review at all. We like to eat out, and we don't care much about price if the offer is good. Unfortunately, this place wasn't for us. Everything tasted bad; I've never left a piece of meat for 35 euros! We won't be back.

Super cozy, modern and clean place. The waiters are always friendly and know their menu very well. We visited with friends this time and the food was delicious as always. I will keep recommending Eatery when people ask me for good Asian food in the area around Schwetzingen/Mannheim. It's definitely not a cheap experience like in those all-you-can-eat sushi places, but it's also not that expensive and it's really worth the money. They also have very tasty housemade lemonades so make sure to try those as well when visiting.

This was our third time there and we've been impressed every time. 🥰 Super nice, family-run restaurant - everyone is smiling and smiling. Delicious and generous portions will satisfy even the most hungry stomach. And then there are the unusual little touches, like a welcome greeting from the kitchen or a "nightcap on the house" at the end. It's a lot of fun there. 😌

It's so sad that one of the best restaurants is closing its doors forever. We always loved going there; the food was great, the staff were super friendly, and the prices were fantastic.

We wanted to spend the last day of our vacation in the sauna/bath today. Unfortunately the day was interrupted because it was not possible to buy something to eat or drink. The restaurant uses technology from the last century. Our card payment was not accepted. It was a normal bank card.
