Beautiful rooms and very friendly service. The gyro plate was delicious. The only downside was that the meat got cold quickly due to the excessive salad dressing – less sauce would be better. Otherwise, everything was great. We'd gladly come again.

A very good Greek restaurant. Beautiful location, delicious food, and something a little different from other Greek restaurants. The Zeus plate with eggplant on meat and the Apollo plate with zucchini on meat provide variety. It's also great that the quality has remained the same, although the prices have increased.

The three of us tried the lunch menu. Due to the weather, we spontaneously decided to sit in the beer garden. This was no problem; the service was very friendly, flexible, and accommodating. I had the vegetarian dish, and the other two had octopus. The portion sizes were decent for lunch, and everything tasted good. It won't be our last time.

Favorite Greek restaurant, friendly service, good Greek cuisine.

One of the best, if not the best, Greek restaurant I've had in Germany. I've been here several times, some time ago, and came back years later, and it was as good as I remembered. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is large, although some of the tables are a bit small. There were four of us here; if there had been five of us, we would have gotten a larger table. But that's not a problem; the empty plates were always quickly removed. For starters, we had the grilled pepperoni, which was delicious, and garlic bread. The bread was also tasty, but unfortunately, there wasn't enough garlic on it. For main courses, we had grilled shrimp, the Corfu plate, the El Greco, and the Arta plate. The nice thing is that it comes with a side salad and a choice of fries or rice with tomato sauce. I always order the El Greco plate; it tastes very good, but unfortunately, I think the meat portions have gotten smaller. The Arta plate was also very good; my friend ordered it, but I didn't like the liver (but the others did) and the lamb had a rubbery taste. The Corfu plate was only pork instead of a mixed meat platter. The feta cheese was too strong for me and distracted from the meat. And last night, the shrimp unfortunately had no flavor and were also smaller. The star, in my opinion, is the tzatziki, which tastes great with everything, and, who would have thought, the side salad. Also with tzatziki, but the beans (or whatever it was) were so delicious. I could eat the salad every day. Everything was really delicious, and everyone who ordered the main course liked it, so it all depends on their own taste. Prices were okay, a bit on the expensive side. Definitely a highly recommended Greek restaurant.

Just ate there: the chef and staff were really nice - the meat was extremely tender (loin and rump steak) - the salad was great and varied (rare at Greek restaurants) - the pepperoni was also delicious - and the ouzo was served afterward 😀

We ate there last night after a fantastic Schwetsingers concert. The service was extremely attentive and extremely friendly, with infectious smiles on everyone's faces, and the food was delicious, too. We felt VERY comfortable.

We are fans of Greek food. We were in the right place here. An Ouso - which you actually drink - as an aperitif and then the Pikilia and delicious meat in Metaxa sauce. Super. It was enough for the two of us.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Greek restaurant and it was a super nice evening! Cozy interior, warm colors and gentle Mediterranean melodies in the background. The menu offers an excellently balanced selection of traditional Greek dishes. I chose bifteki and a fresh Greek salad, and each dish was a true feast for the senses! The flavors were intense and fresh, and the portions were generous. I would particularly like to highlight the homemade starters – the tzatziki and dolmadakia were to die for! The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive and with a passion for Greek cuisine that was really noticeable. If you are looking for an exceptional Greek experience where the food and hospitality are harmoniously combined, then this restaurant is the place to be. I can't wait to come back!

Had a very nice lunch at the Greek restaurant, had a very tasty meal, today (Sunday, 1st Advent) it was very crowded and the language level was a bit louder, but it was still very pleasant to eat there with my family. Always happy to come here.

I ate here twice. Both times it tasted good. But unfortunately there is only one dish that suits me on the menu. There is no vegetarian main course, although Greek cuisine does have delicious vegetarian main courses.

We were looking for a nice dinner before the Placebo concert in the castle park. Here we found what we were looking for! Luckily, they spontaneously had a spot for the two of us and it was REALLY worth it. I have rarely eaten Greek so well. Not even in Greece. ;-) The boss and his employees are also very, very hospitable. If we find ourselves here again from the Rhine-Main area, we will definitely plan a visit again!

Unfortunately we didn't really enjoy the visit. The food was rather mediocre: although the starter salad was really good, the main course was very bland and the meat in the pork and cheese rolls was largely tough and dry. Unfortunately, the fries also seemed unseasoned. The young service employee was super nice and accommodating; The others were rather mediocre in their commitment - we sometimes waited a long time until someone came to the table and then when we reordered the glass for the drink was forgotten? Sitting in the small beer garden was actually quite decent and comfortable, even if it was a bit cramped. (We were moved because a larger group had registered and therefore needed space.)

Very good food, very friendly service. And luckily we got a table for 3 without a reservation. But I would definitely F All recommend to reserve. Especially if you want to sit outside. Unfortunately there is no moussaka on the menu 😥. But the reasoning was understandable because it would take too long if it was supposed to be really fresh.

Food 1A the service was poor. the waiter spilled the beer and didn't even have the sense to apologize. He should have replaced the glass that was full of foam and the beer bottle as well. And secondly, we ordered wheat beer and the waiter didn't even put the glass at an angle under the beer bottle and poured it as if we had ordered a Pils beer. My uncle was about to get up and leave the place.

Yesterday, Saturday, we went to our favorite Greek restaurant again. Unfortunately this is the last time for now. It was very unusual to get a table at 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening; normally the restaurant is always packed and without a reservation you have no chance. Yesterday over half of the restaurant was empty. After we took a look at the menu we knew why, the prices had risen enormously. Normally we had a leisurely meal here once a month, but we don't pay €24 for a sirloin skewer with sheep's cheese gratin, fries and salad, that's absolutely excessive. It's really a shame, the quality and taste are absolutely perfect, but these price increases are not making any friends, the customers will stay away, even if the prices were reduced again, it would be anchored in people's minds that they were overly attracted . Perhaps you should consider in advance whether you absolutely have to go through with price increases to this extent. For this reason, we unfortunately won't eat here as often as before.

Drinks were picked up and brought quickly. The service that took the drinks was very friendly. The ambience was also very nice. I can't say anything about the food. When the food was taken, I asked what side dish came with the fish. After asking several times, I was told it was a menu. It wasn't said which supplement was included. After my friend tried to open the card to take a look, the service staff closed it. It's a menu. After I asked one last time what was included in the menu, I said in a completely arrogant tone, yes, salad and fries. I don't understand why you have to ask 5 times and then have the card snubbed to you. I lost my appetite and left.

Today we celebrated our six-month anniversary here in beautiful Schwetzingen on the beautiful day today, we were very excited, the boss served us, a very correct, friendly man who also says what he thinks, you can really talk to him in great detail, the food was great and one of the best Greeks for me so far. Ambience we could remove the carpet here and make something new out of it, otherwise the furnishings are a bit older but clean. Gives very good recommendations and the further recommendation was top notch and a direct hit for me as a gourmet and sommelier. I can fully recommend this Greek restaurant within a 50 km radius, I myself come from Limburgerhof

Feb 2024. All good. Food have taste, service good, prices normal for such a city . I really recomand it if you want to eat. Ambiental music at a lower volume, can turn in to a romantic dinner very easy. I would say " go for it " 👍

Leider nicht mehr, das was es mal war. Habe meinen Geburtstag wie seit Jahren da gefeiert. Keiner der "jungen" hat gratuliert, obwohl genug Geschenke auf dem Tisch waren. Man fragte nur, ob das Papier weggeräumt werden soll! Sehr schade! Ohne den Chef fehlt die Herzlichkeit, die für mich immer ein Besuch wert waren....

We spontaneously went to El Greco for dinner this evening and received a super friendly and warm welcome (from the boss) as soon as we walked in. The ambience is very cozy, not old-fashioned, invites you to linger. We both had the El Greco plate, four types of meat with fries. There was nothing to complain about, great quality, fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned and not overloaded as we usually see it. A real recommendation from us ☺️

Das Essen schmeckt immer gut und man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass die Qualität des Fleisches schwanken könnte. Ein Besuch lohnt sich aber sicherlich.

Ωραίο φαγητό και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό

Um 18:15 haben wir gebucht und um 20:40 waren wir immernoch nicht fertig. Es hat über eine Stunde gedauert bis die Kellner kamen und uns die Karten gaben. Außerdem wurde ein ganzes Hauptgericht vergessen aufzuschreiben und wurde somit nicht geliefert. Das Essen an sich ist okay also nichts besonderes wie halt in jedem anderem griechischen Restaurant. Ich empfehle es nicht weiter es dauert Stunden bis man was zu essen bekommt oder har was zu trinken.

Leckeres Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen, Portionen sind groß, alles schön eingerichtet. Nette Bedienung, zentrale Lage. Im Sommer kann man gemütlich im Garten sitzen.

Das Essen war ganz nach unserem Geschmack und die Teller nicht zu überladen. Hier zählt Klasse statt Masse . Unser Menü war Tzatziki, Lendenspiess mit Knoblauch sowie den Artateller.
