Das Restaurant hat ein tolles Ambiente. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Wir hatten Sushi welche nicht nur von der Optik sondern auch vom Geschmack sehr gut waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Fantastisches Essen und zuvorkommendes Personal, ein wunderschöner Abend. Sehr gute Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen. Wir waren alle begeistert.

Unfortunately, unfortunately - the starter was very good (5) Tuna - the main course unfortunately only (2) stars - first the tuna steak was done - even though I had asked before - then a new one came - unfortunately it tasted like cheap defrosted food - the side dishes were unfortunately now cold - there was no espresso at 9:25 p.m. - the kitchen has already cleaned the machine - open until 10 p.m. - unfortunately NO recommendation - it could be much better 😔

This restaurant has incredibly good sushi. There is a lovely place to sit in the garden behind the restaurant. The service was very friendly and put you in a good mood when you ordered.

Very nicely and stylishly furnished, there is also a beer garden. We came across the restaurant by chance and will come again. The sushi and bowls were absolutely delicious. The service was also very friendly.

Nice atmosphere in the courtyard. Prices are quite high, my soup was very flat in taste so I don't need to go to a restaurant. Then I asked if I could get food to season it. There was only a small, very hot chili. The variety of flavors is simply missing.

We have been to this restaurant several times now. The food has always been very good. It's a good choice if you want to eat something different than usual. The service ranges from normally friendly to neutral. Considering that the prices are in the higher price range, the menus are very unkempt and sometimes even dirty. The same applies to the free “beer garden” area, which would benefit from a little more care and cleanliness. Personally, I just find the drink prices too expensive. For a bottle of water 7€ The same applies to other anti-alcoholic drinks. In the price category there is still something to be said for service and cleanliness.

Instagramable place to visit. Dishes are a bit expensive, but the quantity is manageable. All in all a B- from me.

We always enjoy being at Michiko 👍🏼 The dishes are super tasty, both the sushi (for me always the crunchy rolls) and the curry, and the shrimp in batter is also highly recommended. This restaurant is really recommended.

We were here with the Schlemmerblock. Attractive atmosphere, friendly service, the food was very tasty. Small downside, the drinks are very expensive in our opinion. All in all, recommended.

We love the Michiko. We are regular guests and have tried a lot of different dishes. Everything is always super fresh, tasty and of very good quality. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff complete the concept so that you can simply enjoy a lovely evening. When the weather is nice you can also eat outside (inner courtyard)

The restaurant is very stylishly decorated and the service is courteous and friendly. As main courses we had red curry with duck and the Ryb-Eye steak with wasabi mashed potatoes. The duck was very tasty and the steak was perfectly cooked medium rare as requested. The portion sizes were also good. The price is fair due to the good quality, but not cheap. Clear recommendation!

We were in a group of 9 people at Michiko. The ambience and furnishings are very appealing and invite you to have a cozy meal. We tried a lot of things. The sushi platters were consistently excellent and are highly recommended. The tartare was ok. The rip-eye steak and the salmon are also highly recommended. The duck breast, on the other hand, was probably on the grill a little too long. All in all, a very good meal and certainly one of the best sushi places in the area. Unfortunately the waitresses lack experience. They neither seem to know their own menu nor are they attentive. Ordered drinks are brought to the table at a significantly delayed time. Some drinks we ordered didn't arrive at the table at all. Even though we were at a fairly large table near the counter, the waitress only came to our table when called. The main courses also arrived at our table at a significantly delayed time. Although it was partly the same dish, some had already finished their main course, while others had not had a main course at all. That's why they don't seem to be able to cope with larger groups. However, at the tables that were only occupied by two people, everything seemed to work.

We went to Michiko for the first time on Friday and found the service and ambience great. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us, the sushi didn't have the quality that a sushi should have and the taste was unfortunately too bland and there was way too much cream cheese everywhere. There were also fermented vegetables incorporated into the sushi, which didn't go well with the sushi at all and the taste was indefinable. The accompanying decoration was also a bit withered, the starter - the papaya salad was also bland in taste. A pity! Unfortunately, price/performance is not right here.

I can more than recommend it. It's a twelve out of ten, the service is great, the food is super delicious, the ambience is really beautiful, a dream. Thank you very much. We look forward to next time.

Great prices, the sushi we ordered was freshly prepared and it was ready on time at the agreed time. They were delicious and highly recommended.

We spontaneously decided to redeem my wife's birthday present here. Called at the last minute and reserved a table (you should definitely do that). When you arrive, please allow some time to look for a parking space, get assigned a table and then study the menu... The selection was really great, we then decided on two different menus in order to get the greatest possible range of culinary enjoyment. We weren't disappointed! The starter was really great and then the main course. Everything was served accordingly, after all, the eye eats too. The only downside was that we had to open the bottle of wine we ordered and pour it ourselves. The service could have earned another star. An all around successful evening!

Very nice location. The food also came very quickly and we were always asked if everything would be okay. The food was very tasty, you first have to read through all the sushi variations but you will find what you are looking for. We'd love to come back!

The restaurant is an ideal meeting place with friends. We were impressed by the diverse selection of dishes. All of our orders tasted very good. We found it very positive that we weren't thrown out immediately after the restaurant closed... but were allowed to empty our glasses and end the conversation first. 👍 Thank you for the great evening with you.

A very nice restaurant inside, you feel comfortable sitting there, food was brought in a timely manner, despite the fact that the price is very high (varies depending on the dish).

Very nicely decorated restaurant, really welcoming. The menu offers a large selection of sushi but also other dishes. The plates are visually beautifully presented and taste really good. The dishes are made with fresh vegetables that are still a little firm to the bite. The service is very friendly. The price-performance ratio is right.

We found Michiko through the voucher book. We are not sushi experts, we rarely do it (because it is expensive), but we generally enjoy eating Asian food. The menu is extensive, if you don't speak the "sushi language" you have to dig through it first. Even those who don't eat fish will find something they're looking for, and there's also a selection for meat lovers in the "Michiko Grill" section. Menus with miso soup (delicious!) at the front are also offered, which makes it a little easier to put together. The presentation of the food is great, the plates and platters look very attractive. We had soup, starters and mains, all really very good. The ambience is also good, even if the dining room is very large and therefore the volume is not necessarily quiet or comfortable. If there is something to complain about, it is that our service staff didn't give off a completely fresh air but rather a bit of stale air and wanted to clear the plates, even though obviously 2 out of 4 people hadn't finished yet. But friendliness, helpfulness and speed were absolutely fine. For voucher book holders: the 2 for 1 principle is of course a bit difficult to implement with sushi, depending on what is ordered and in what combination. In our case, a flat rate of EUR 20 was deducted from the bill, which I think is okay compared to other participating restaurants (especially since it was explained directly when ordering).

Very SLOW service!!! The food is very good tho.

Reservation is recommended and can be easily done online. There are free parking spaces in the surrounding area. We were greeted warmly at the door and shown to our table. The service was really nice and relatively quick. We both ordered an appetizer, which unfortunately arrived separately. The beef tartare came 10 minutes after the other starter. You go out to eat together to eat together :-) Afterwards we put together a sushi platter ourselves, which looked really great and was super tasty. For dessert we had the mixed mochi ice cream and a lemongrass crème brûlée. Unfortunately the crème brûlée was disappointing. Very small for the price and unfortunately ice cold, taste ok. All in all it was a great visit with a wonderful atmosphere :-) Gladly again ☺️

We have eaten in this restaurant several times and each time we have received a friendly welcome and very nice service. Sushi with salmon and tuna, the starters I ate, were very tasty, particularly served and decorated. I recommend the restaurant to all my friends and acquaintances! And I'm happy that there's a sushi restaurant like this in Schwetzingen too!

Unfortunately I have to revise my rating from a year ago. Meanwhile, the service at Michiko has deteriorated significantly. You are treated condescendingly and hardly noticed anymore... a real shame for what was once a great restaurant. Here is my review a year ago: Yay, a great new restaurant in Schwetzingen! Great food, great team, great ambience!

Food was very good, a bit more salted, soup was very tasty but I would have liked smaller portions as starters were very large...otherwise my meal, smoked duck with vegetables and potato puree, tasted very good, vegetables could have been steamed a little longer but ok. Overall we were all satisfied with the food.

WOW, just wow! It's been a long time since we came out of a restaurant so happy. Great ambience, good service and brilliant food. We were here for the first time, but definitely not the last time. The price was more than fair for what was offered. In our opinion, they haven't heard of "convenience". It was a great evening!

Das Essen war gut allerdings nichts besonderes. Das Curry Gericht war für meinen Geschmack schon etwas zu sehr auf den deutschen Magen ausgerichtet und nicht mehr allzu authentisch.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr große Auswahl an Sushi - Variationen, Salaten, Vorspeisen, Drinks und warmen Hauptgerichten. Hier ist für jeden etwas Leckeres dabei. Wir waren mit Schlemmerblock zum Abendessen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Ein mäßiges Erlebnis... Das Sushi ist leider nur sehr sparsam mit Fisch/Fleisch "belegt". Die Qualität ist im Vergleich eher nicht so toll: die Sushi-Rollen waren handwerklich nicht gut zubereitet und zerfielen daher beim Essen. Zudem waren irgendwelche Knorpelstücke drin. Das Service-Personal ist auf Zack, hat aber bei den Qualitätsmängeln nicht reagiert, wie wir es erwartet hätten. Das eigentlich schöne Ambiente wurde durch furchtbar nervig blinkende Lichterketten zerstört. Andere Sushi-Restaurants in der Region haben hier weit mehr zu bieten.

Sowohl Rahmen als auch Sushi waren super. Obwohl der Laden brechend voll war hielt sich der Geräuschpegel in Grenzen, so dass man sich gut unterhalten konnte.

Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Da gibt es nichts. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet/ eingerichtet. Service war auch gut. Was mich doch ziemlich gestört hat war, dass die Tische sehr nah neben einander stehen, ich konnte quasi kein Gespräche führen ohne Mithören zu haben. Das ist natürlich sehr schade.

Schoener innenhof. Ambiente im Inneren sehr unterschiedlich und es kommt an wo man sitzt. Im Mittelbereich sehr angenehm. Essen alles in allem sehr gut.

Essen auf hohem Niveau, sowohl Geschmacklich, Optisch als auch Preislich. Besonders die Optik muss erwähnt werden. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich + korrekt, aber etwas reserviert. Das Ambiente sehr gelungen, allerdings fehlt auch hier, wie so oft, die wirksame Geräuschdämmung. Zum gemütlichen Unterhalten ist es schlicht zu laut. Reservierung empfohlen ☝. Wartezeiten für Speisen + Getränke waren absolut angemessen.

Ein wirklich hervorragendes asiatisches Restaurant, das sich gelungen auf die japanische sowie vietnamesische Küche spezialisiert hat und somit für Sushi-Fans und Sushi-Verweigerer alles bieten kann. Habe dort schon oft gespeist und wurde nie auch nur ansatzweise enttäuscht. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und eignet sich vor allem für Paare. Die Speisen sind on Point und geschmacklich wie optisch ein Hochgenuss! Klare Empfehlung auch für den Lieferdienst, die Speisen werden selbst in den üblichen Liefer-Verpackungen optisch dekorativ und ansprechend präsentiert!

Eine bunte Mischung an asiatischen Fusionsgerichten, etwas hochpreisig, aber durchweg lecker. Da die Küche durchgehend geöffnet hat und viele Tische vorhanden sind, kann praktisch immer fein speisen.

Haben hier Samstags mittags für 12Uhr Essen bestellt welches in die Firma geliefert wurde. Meine Kolleg*innen und ich waren alle extrem begeistert. Sehr gute Portionsgröße und leicht scharf! Genau richtig!

Ansprechendes Essen und Ambiente Wir waren Mittags da und haben 2 Gerichte aus der Mittagskarte genommen. Beide Gerichte waren sehr gut abgeschmeckt und schön angerichtet . Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und wir können es nur empfehlen. Am Wochenende ist es natürlich sehr voll und eine Reservierung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten mal dort und ich muss sagen es wird nicht das letzte mal sein. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und der Service freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war auch gut. Vom Preis her ist es einwenig teuerer aber das lohnt sich.

Schon beim Reingehen sehr schön. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist gut und es geht recht schnell. Es wird sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckt super. Hatte gegrillten Lachs mit Wasabi/Kartoffelpüree. Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant. Abends mit Sicherheit empfohlen zu reservieren.

Tolles Lokal im Herzen von Schwetzingen, freundliche Bedienungen tolles Essen mit fremden Gewürzen eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal hier zum Essen und sich unterhalten.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen bei Michiko. Das Ambiente hat mir gleich zu Beginn sehr gut gefallen. Es ist schön eingerichtet und angenehm zu sitzen. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist relativ groß. Es gibt Ramen (allerdings nur eine Suppen-Base mit verschiedenen Beilagen, wie Garnelen/ Tofu/ Ente/…), Nudel- und Reisgerichte. An Sushi ist die Auswahl größer und sehr vielfältig. Dort findet mit Sicherheit jeder etwas leckeres für sich :)
