Die besten Restaurants in Leipzig

It doesn't have anything to do with the restaurant itself, but an owner who behaves so badly in traffic on a daily basis doesn't have to think that I would ever even think about going to this restaurant. We're not talking about normal, everyday offenses here. The good guy with his Mercedes with the license plate L-AL 99 behaves absolutely inconsiderately and disrespectfully. He drives past the traffic jam, disregarding lanes, there are only light signals for others, there is still a Mercedes width between the car in front and the tram, jostling, giving way, all of this seems to be completely normal for him. And anyone who is so disrespectful to their fellow human beings, whether in traffic or elsewhere, doesn't depend on my money. This behavior is simply disgusting!

Super friendly, very tasty food! Everything is always fresh and prepared with care.

Today we went here for lunch for the second time. What a beautiful shop. If you like good, inexpensive and, above all, delicious food... you've come to the right place. The basic menu is good, but there is also a changing weekly menu. The operators are super nice. The lunch box is an insider tip. We would love to come back here.

Best Pakistani food in all of Leipzig. You can also get all the Indian food you need in the store. The food is cooked fresh every day.

Everything was super great! The service is super personal, fast and friendly, the food is so delicious, my whole shared apartment eats here every week. Everything vegan 🌱 - finally order without having to pay attention to the individual ingredients🥰 Even my non-vegan friends like to eat here, especially the vegan duck!

Yesterday we were in this rustic restaurant for the first time with 11 people. The food was super tasty and wonderfully prepared. The service was super friendly and quick, high praise. We can really recommend it to everyone and come back again. We wish the entire team a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year

Sehr leckeres und schön angerichtete Speisen. Besonders die Vorspeisen sind kreativ und geschmacklich herausragend. (die Jakobsmuscheln sind sehr zu empfehlen)

Best restaurant visit in a long time! I haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time :)

The change in my review relates to my last 3 visits. In the summer we left once after waiting for an hour. It was full, but after being greeted (as regulars, mind you) we were studiously ignored. The other two visits, each with a larger group, weren't as nice either. The atmosphere in the restaurant has always been a bit cool and the waiting times long, but even when it is comparatively quiet, the service takes 30 minutes for drinks alone. Reorders are not possible at all. The portions have become significantly smaller. The prices are still higher than the competition. Last time we visited there were really only 2 small pieces of chicken in the Doro Wot and we felt like we were being fooled. There are now very good alternatives in Leipzig and Halle and we no longer visit the Addis Café when we have an appetite for Ingera.
