Sehr nettes Personal und super leckeres Essen. Immerwieder toll hier zu sein.

Wir hatten 2 Vorspeisen, 2 Hauptgerichte sowie 3 Getränke. Das Essen hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt!!! Das Restaurant war komplett ausgebucht, die Wartezeit trotzdem gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Würden wir in Leipzig leben, dann würden wir mit Sicherheit dort öfter essen gehen.

Einladendes Ambiente. Das Essen selbst war ausgezeichnet. Preis war auch vollkommen i. O. , aber 45 min. auf das Essen zu warten, war dann nicht so schön. Selbst die Nachbestellung eines Wassers, welches auch nach 10 min. nicht kam. Eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen Tisch im Außenbereich dort konnte man direkt auf den Fluss schauen und das Essen war auch sehr lecker Einziger Kritikpunkt ist dass leider manchmal sehr schnell abgeräumt wurde

Ich bin schon öfter an dem Restaurant vorbei gelaufen und war heute zum ersten Mal dort essen! Super freundliches Team, Top Service, sehr ruhiges und schönes Ambiente an der Weißen Elster und erstklassiges Essen. Durch und durch ein positives Erlebnis.

Das Essen ist wirklich überragend. Wir haben jetzt mehrere unterschiedliche Gerichte gehabt und allen waren superlecker und sehr frisch zubereitet. Meine Partnerin und ich sind gar nicht so einfach zu begeistern beim Thema Essen. Hier ist aber alles lecker, frisch und super gewürzt. Immer wieder gerne.

Super Essen, sehr schnelle Besienung, sehr freundlich

Service ist eigentlich gut. Ambiente auch. Aber die Preise sind schon grenzwertig, man spürt die Steuersenkung gar nicht. Für ein Abend muss man mindestens 40€ ausgeben. Aber abgesehen von dem Preis ist es ein schönes Restaurant.

Hervorragende japanisch-koreanische Fusionsküche. Direkt im White Elster gelegen, mit Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und das Essen war fantastisch.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal im FUZO und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Kanal und bietet dadurch eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Wir haben vorher reserviert und wurden sehr freundlich zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Von der Bestellung der Getränke und dem Essen, bis zum Erhalt, vergeht nicht viel Zeit. Zu den Zutaten lässt sich sagen, dass hier hochwertige Produkte verwendet werden und alles in der offenen Küche frisch zubereitet wird. Geschmacklich erlebt man hier, egal ob bei den Getränken oder dem Essen, eine wahre Explosion. Unsere Speisen waren alle durchweg super lecker. Man darf hier auf keinen Fall ein asiatisches Essen vom Imbiss um die Ecke erwarten. Preis-Leistung ist top Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

War ganz köstlich! Der Service super freundlich, das Ambiente stylisch und der Geschmack hervorragend! Wir gehen sehr viel essen, lieben asiatisch und hier haben wir wirklich auch mal was Anderes geschmeckt als die typischen und weit verbreiteten Gerichte. Nicht zu abgedreht, dennoch außergewöhnlich, nicht zu überkandidelt und dennoch fein. Wir kommen wieder und probieren die restliche Karte! Empfehlung!

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie im Fuzo um einen sehr schönen Geburtstag ausklingen zu lassen und bis auf eine winzige Kleinigkeit war es ein rund um gelungener Abend das Ambiente wirklich atemberaubend schön ich liebe ja sowieso Holz Optik und hier passt es sehr gut rein, das Personal auch extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend & steht’s bemüht ein super Erlebnis abzuliefern auch das Essen kam sehr schnell meine Vorspeise war lecker und top auf den Punkt gebracht nur mein Hauptgang war mir leider persönlich zu scharf da hab ich die Schärfe einfach schlichtweg falsch eingeschätzt aber das macht nichts den anderen hat das Essen gut geschmeckt und das ist die Hauptsache jetzt habe ich noch eine Mission und das ist das Sushi was sehr lecker aussah als wir uns nach dem Bezahlen verabschiedet haben und ich mal kurz einen kleinen Blick in die Küche werfen konnte.

Ein Wort: Perfektion. Burger 🍔 kann man fast nicht besser machen. Es hat nichts gefehlt, alle Wünsche sind erfüllt. Preis ist gerechtfertigt bei dem Niveau. Wirklich sehr schön. Service super, beim verabschieden wird man angesehen und angelächelt. Top Laden 👍🏼

Wie immer sehr schön im Fuzo gewesen. Essen fantastisch, Service sehr zuvorkommend und generell sehr gemütlich.

Ich nehme es mal mit auf in meine japanische Reihe. Reichlich Auswahl an leckeren Vorspeisen. Tolle Hauptgerichte. Schneller freundlicher Service. Der Ramen erreicht in unserer Rangliste aber nur Platz 2 in Leipzig. Obwohl das separate Servieren der Bestandteile schon einzigartig ist. Die Location zur Zeit noch im Baustellen Bereich aber irgendwann ein Topspot. Sehr gute Lage am Wasser mit Freisitz. Offene Küche. Absolut beste fernöstliche Location in Leipzig. Immer wieder zu empfehlen! Authentische Küche

Ein absoluter Top-Spot im Leipziger Westen! Das Essen ist jedes Mal überragend – geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau, mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und stets von hervorragender Qualität. Ich wurde hier noch nie enttäuscht, ganz im Gegenteil: Jeder Besuch ist ein echtes Highlight. Der Service ist aufmerksam und herzlich, die Atmosphäre einladend und rundum stimmig. Dieses Restaurant ist eine echte Empfehlung – ich möchte es wirklich jedem ans Herz legen!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Won Tons waren saftig und toll gewürzt. Das Korean Chicken war super saftig und extrem knusprig. Die Crunchy Roll Salmon war riesig und sehr knusprig. Die Spieße zart und mit einer wunderbaren süßlichen Soße abgestimmt. Zum Hauptgang gab es wunderbar süß-herzhafte Rippchen, die sich toll vom Knochen lösten und eine Beef Nudel Bowl, in die sich meine Begleiter hätten reinlegen können. Das weiße Schokomousse war der perfekte Abschluss. Zwei kleine Abzüge: der Mochi-Eis Nachtisch war wirklich zu wenig. Das war etwas enttäuschend. Die junge Kellnerin hat einfach zu schnell die Teller entfernt, teilweise ohne zu fragen. Da fühlten wir uns etwas gehetzt. Trotzdem sind wir satt geworden (1x schlanke, 1x normale, 1x füllige Person) und fanden es super lecker. Die selbstgemachten Limonaden waren das i-Tüpfelchen: wir hatten 6 Stück und 5 verschiedene Sorten. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Dieses Restaurant sieht von innen einfach fantastisch aus – stilvoll, sauber und sehr einladend. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Essen war köstlich, besonders die Fusionsgerichte. Wir probierten das gebratene Hähnchen, die Garnelen und das Sushi, und alles schmeckte hervorragend. Jedes Gericht war geschmackvoll und wunderschön angerichtet. Wir haben unseren Besuch sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nettes Ambiente. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und preislich vollkommen i. O.! Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant gerne weiter.

Wahren zu dritt zum Abendessen, alles sehr lecker, aber die Portionen waren nicht ganz ausreichend für einen normalen Esser. Dann muss man halt noch ein Dessert nehmen. Was nicht so angenehm war, war die Luft von der offenen Küche, da wir drinnen saßen. Die Preise sind auch ein bisschen überzogen wir werden hier nicht noch mal essen gehen.

Ich war bereits zweimal hier und fand es beide Male wirklich super! Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und auch bei Fisch und Fleisch wird auf sehr gute Qualität geachtet. Im Sommer kann man auch sehr schön draußen sitzen und das Leben mit Cocktails und leckeren Getränken genießen.

A delicious Asian fusion restaurant. The dishes are not as interchangeable as in the average Vietnamese restaurant in Leipzig. Overall would recommend for a different take on classic dishes.

Highly recommended. Unfortunately, my dish didn't have any pak choi, as advertised on the menu, but it was still incredibly good and definitely worth a visit! The drinks were also excellent.

For us, Fuzo is one of the best restaurants in Leipzig! The food is incredibly flavorful, fresh, and of the highest quality – you immediately notice how much attention is paid to ingredients and preparation. The combination of Asian and European cuisine is creative and harmonious, with each dish a small experience. Add to that the cozy atmosphere right on the water and the very friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

Great restaurant with high-quality fusion cuisine 🎋 Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The menu is manageable, which I think is a good thing! Quality over quantity 😉 The service staff mostly remembered our orders, which was a nice change, as their effort shines through. A small point deduction is the length of time it took for the drinks to arrive and the time it took for them to ask if we wanted anything else. But that's just nitpicking at a high level. The ambiance inside is cozy and modern. Outside, you can sit right by the canal - beautiful! We'll be back ☺️

The service is absolutely terrible. They immediately reacted strangely when I mentioned that I'd like to use NeoTate's €10 discount (for orders over €25). When I quickly wanted to drink something from my own bottle, the young Asian man immediately came running over and said, "NO, throw the bottle away immediately. If you're thirsty, buy drinks HERE!" I don't have a problem with that, but the tone is the problem. The kitchen right next to the tables smelled strongly of vinegar.

We visited Fuzo in Leipzig and were absolutely thrilled with the food – truly outstanding, prepared with love, and delicious. The ambiance is also very nice, stylish, and cozy. One small downside: Unfortunately, we had to wait a bit longer for our drinks. While this slightly dampened the overall impression, the rest of the evening was still very pleasant. Overall, we highly recommend it – we'd love to come back!

One of the best restaurants in lpz, if not the best. Appetizers are delicious, and the baos outstanding. Do yourself a favor and try the baos with crispy pork, they’re delish. I didn’t really like the Bun Bo nan bo, but maybe it’s just me and I’m not used to the flavor and also messy to eat! Kimchi porchetta was good, but not outstanding, would rate the baos. Also pls bring back the shrimp baos😭

Simply fantastic! The best Asian fusion restaurant I've visited in a long time! The dishes are creative, perfectly balanced in flavor, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. I'd say that in terms of taste, this is the best Asian restaurant I've been to so far. The food looks absolutely amazing, very tasty, and the lemonades are also fantastic. Even though the price is a bit high, you get a lot for your money. I can only recommend it! It's a shame that the restaurant is so hidden away because of the constant construction.

It's not exactly cheap to eat here, but at least we enjoyed our meal. The waitress was friendly but very quiet. She wished she could speak a little louder. The ambiance is appealing, but the open kitchen also has its drawbacks. The entire restaurant smells a bit like a chip shop, and after our visit, our clothes and hair unfortunately took on the odor. We had a reservation on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant was quite busy. So, a reservation seems to be a good idea. Depending on the weather, you can also sit outside, right on the footpath along the canal. However, I can imagine that wouldn't be pleasant, as there are a lot of cyclists and pedestrians in a relatively small space.

A good location by the water, with very tasty and creatively seasoned food. The chicken bao with peanuts and coriander, the baked Korean chicken, and the chicken bowl were all very fresh and delicious. All the outdoor tables were occupied during our visit, so we had to wait a bit for our food. The service was very friendly and attentive, with only a 45-minute wait.

Super nice restaurant with lots of delicious options on the menu. Absolute recommendation for the salmon with lemongrass! The only drawback for us was the noise level. When we visited it was relatively crowded and it was impossible to have a normal conversation without shouting across the table. But the visit was still worth it and we will definitely come back.

Very nice restaurant in an idyllic, urban location. The dishes are really successful and of good quality. Price/performance is right here in all respects. The only thing missing in five points is the gaps in service. You can expect fresh cutlery for each course. See you again soon.

The food is creative and has a unique taste. I enjoyed the salmon lemongrass dish. I want to visit again and try other dishes! The cocktails were also very good. It's a great place for dates, friends, or family! There’s Also vegan option, so you can also order vegan dish.

Beautiful restaurant with attractive furnishings and aesthetically presented, delicate dishes.

Wonderfully furnished shop with a large, open kitchen. We wanted to take a closer look at the Asian Fusian topic and were duly rewarded for it. The starter was Fried Pork Belly with a mango-chilli sauce (10/10), the main course was the Asian Porchetta Rips (see picture). I mean, I tasted fish sauce. Tastes great. Comes with a generous portion of rice. Would also give it a 10/10. For dessert there was panna cotta with mango sauce and large pieces of coconut. Also very very tasty (10/10). I can only warmly recommend the restaurant. The service was very courteous, attentive and friendly. Don't forget the perfect location on the canal.

I was looking for an exceptional Asian restaurant and found 'FuZo'. I had reserved a table for two people on advice. We received a very friendly welcome in the restaurant around 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We were assigned a table for two opposite the bar and kitchen. What we unfortunately noticed negatively was the volume. Unfortunately, the fact that the kitchen was located in the guest room proved to be an acoustic disadvantage. In addition, two large families were celebrating there and the volume was rocking high. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. Unfortunately, we hardly noticed any of the background music. But now to the most important thing: service and food. Our service was very friendly and attentive. The cocktails were very good and made with fresh ingredients. The menu is extensive and invites you to try it. Unfortunately there are only five stars for the food rating. Actually, the kitchen deserves much more! The food was simply outstanding! If you want exceptionally good, Asian and culinary cuisine, you've come to the right place! Everything just fits! 'Perfect' would be an understatement! A real taste explosion! We have never enjoyed Far Eastern cuisine so well! Absolutely recommended! We were able to get over the awkward seating. Conclusion: Plus: Top cocktails, bombastic food and very friendly staff! Delicious food, varied drinks, best and attentive service. Unfortunately the shop can sometimes be a bit cold, but probably only if you come by at the beginning of business hours. Reservations are very easy via the internet. We'll definitely be back :)

I've wanted to get to know the restaurant for a long time and it didn't disappoint me AT ALL... Beautiful decor, nice staff and the food is super delicious, the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, Definitely in my top 3 restaurants in Leipzig 👌

Food is overpriced for the quality. They just place it nicely on the plate, that's it. We ordered 4 entrance dishes, 3 of them were just not good. Mushroom and fish balls were dry, the tomato sauce that was served with the mushrooms was just not fitting the dish and was not cooked well. The Korean chicken was full of oil. We had a bad stomach after our visit there. Never again!

The service was super nice and warm - compliments. The food was good, but not outstanding; thanks to the high ratings, I would have expected more sophistication and taste. As I said, it was good - solid - but it just didn't grab me. Due to the open kitchen, or the ventilation not working properly, there was a strong smell of kitchen, which normally isn't that bothersome, but since we went to the prom afterwards, it was a little annoying. However, in the summer and if there is an opportunity to sit outside, I would come back at any time. Prices are moderate, certainly in keeping with today's times.

Great Asian fusion cuisine. The starters were sensational. The ribs as the main course were a bit difficult to remove from the bone. The pork belly could have been a little more tender or served better knives for cutting.
