Alle vier Vorspeisen und vier Hauptspeisen waren gelungen und haben uns positiv überrascht. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und auch Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam.

An inconspicuous place from the outside in a multicultural, alternative environment. But the inner values ​​are top-notch. Here, family-run craftsmanship is still maintained. Excellent cuisine, EVERYTHING MADE FRESHLY! and very tasty. In addition to the classic pork and chicken dishes, they also serve a very good house duck. EVERYTHING is housed in the bistro room, super clean and open to view. The duck is not bought in; no, here WHOLE DUCKS are hung and prepared in a special round oven and then filleted. So buttery tender and tasty, a rare experience. The offerings are rounded out by homemade spring rolls/soups (Tom Kha), various tofu and vegetarian dishes. Special features, however, are the various variations of homemade KIMCHI (radish/radishes/...also with zucchini...) and the pickled CUCUMBERS and EGGS. I give it a full 5 points for quality and personal service from the entire family. The bistro flair hardly plays a role anymore... In Asia, street food doesn't have any flair either, just genuine, local quality, right? Give it a try.

Food was okay, but we had to wait almost three quarters of an hour for one dish

I was invited here for dinner. Since I follow a vegan diet, I looked at the menu in advance and was confident that I could eat something here. On site I asked the waitress whether the vegetarian ramen was also vegan. The waitress seemed annoyed by my question, briefly went into the kitchen and said yes, so I ordered. However, the broth was clearly meat based. Therefore only one star. I can't comment further on the other dishes. Everything looked good. However, my acquaintances found that the quality had significantly decreased and they would not come here again.
