Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr lecker! Die Preise sind auch mehr als fair. Wir haben für 3 Getränke, 2 Vorpeisen und 3 Hauptgerichte rund 58€ bezahlt. Personal war ebenso freundlich und man wird von den Portionen auch gut satt. Gerne wieder. 👌😁👍

Die vegane Ente ist ein absolutes Highlight! Auch das Gemüse war hervorragend für jemanden, der sonst etwas mäkelig ist. Absolut hervorragendes Essen!

Ich war schon oft hier. Der Kellner ist immer gut gelaunt und lächelt. Das Essen ist köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Die Wartezeit ist manchmal etwas länger, aber es ist ja auch ein Restaurant und kein Schnellimbiss.

Seit 5 Jahren unser Lieblingsrestaurant. Das Essen ist sehr frisch, authentisch, lecker und die Preise stimmen auch. Der Service ist toll und alle sind extrem nett. Der Inhaber ist super aufmerksam, merkt sich persönliche Details und nimmt sich Zeit für jede einzelne Person. Einfach richtig süß :) Danke für die tolle Zeit und schöne Momente. Wir werden immer wieder kommen.

Unglaublich gutes Essen! War gestern zum Essen da und war absolut begeistert. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielseitig und bietet eine riesige Auswahl an veganen Gerichten, von Vorspeisen über Suppen, Reis, Nudeln, Salate und Nachspeisen. Das Essen war unglaublich gut mit viel frischem Gemüse! Die Preise sind top. Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich! Das Lokal ist relativ klein mit schönem entspannten Ambiente. Eine klare Empfehlung!🍛🍜☝️

Absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die gutes vietnamesisches Essen lieben – egal ob du vegan lebst oder nicht! Ich habe schon viele vegane Restaurants ausprobiert, aber hier gibt es mit Abstand die beste vegane knusprige Ente, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Konsistenz, der Geschmack und die Zubereitung sind einfach unglaublich gut. Selbst Fleischesser in meinem Freundeskreis waren begeistert und hätten nicht gedacht, wie überzeugend vegane Gerichte sein können. Man merkt bei jedem Besuch, dass alles frisch zubereitet wird. Die Gerichte sind immer hervorragend abgeschmeckt, liebevoll angerichtet und einfach unglaublich lecker. Bisher habe ich dort noch nichts gegessen, das mich nicht überzeugt hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Besitzer und das Team. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Dass das Restaurant so beliebt ist, merkt man auch daran, dass es oft sehr gut besucht ist. Wer sicher einen Platz haben möchte, sollte daher unbedingt vorher reservieren. Für mich eines der besten veganen Restaurants überhaupt. Hier stimmt einfach alles: das Essen, die Qualität, der Preis, die Atmosphäre und die Gastfreundschaft. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Mega leckeres, frisches Essen. Egal was ich bisher bestellt habe, es war immer spitze! Die selbstgemachten Limos und Eistees sind auch supergut. Außerdem ist das Team einfach Zucker. Superlieb und serviceorientiert. Ganz große Empfehlung!

Sehr gute vegane Gerichte, alles, was wir probieren konnten, war fantastisch. Die vegane Ente ist Spezialität des Hauses und wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Alle Gerichte waren mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet und hatten ein eigenes geschmackliches Profil. Das macht Lust auf mehr. Eine Reservierung ist aber empfehlenswert.

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und verärgert. Es war niemand sonst da, und wir durften nicht an einem bequemen Vierertisch Platz nehmen. Über das Essen kann ich nichts sagen.

Great variety of options! I opted for the vegan duck with rice noodles and was very happy with it. As someone who's been vegetarian for many years, it was a wonderful experience to eat authentic crispy duck again, and it was even better than most of the meat versions I've had in the past. I highly recommend adding the peanut sauce. It was definitely worth the price, especially since the portion was large enough to satisfy even my big appetite, which is saying something! So, for those who don't eat large quantities, I'd recommend not trying to eat the whole duck alone, haha ​​:)

I had the vegan pho and the roasted noodles with vegan duck at Quan Xanh, both of which were delicious and authentic. The restaurant avoids MSG and uses only fresh ingredients, which further enhances the natural flavor of the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Hey, we got some takeout and absolutely can't understand how this place got 4.7 stars. It was by far the worst Vietnamese food I've ever eaten. It didn't fill us up very well (even the next day), so we had to throw it away after half of it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all.

Unfortunately, I don't understand at all why it's so praised and hyped as the most delicious vegan Vietnamese food in the West. We ordered two main courses, and both were absolutely disappointing. The soup as a starter was the only thing that tasted okay. The rest just tasted like cheap Asian sauce. The vegetables were overcooked and obviously made with frozen vegetables. The rice was mushy, and everything was very poorly presented. Unfortunately, I really couldn't eat it because it was so unsatisfying. I won't be coming back and can't recommend it at all.

The outdoor seating is practical and very inviting, especially in good weather. The street, on the other hand, is very busy and noisy. Of course, the owner can't really blame this, but it's not always something you can ignore or even hear. The food and the very friendly and fast service, however, deserve considerable praise. The food came really quickly and was also very fresh and delicious, and the prices are absolutely fair. It's important to note that you can only pay in cash, but once you know that, you can adjust to it. I'd definitely go there again.

We were visiting Leipzig and were looking for a vegan restaurant when we came across Quan Xanh. Our first impression was a bit disappointing, as the restaurant wasn't particularly appealing, both inside and out. The food, however, was truly delicious, as were the drinks, and the prices were absolutely reasonable. The restrooms were also spotlessly clean, something I've rarely seen in restaurants lately.

Incredibly friendly owner and super delicious and authentic Vietnamese food—and vegan too. 💜 The chef even sang a song while cooking, and I thought it was absolutely beautiful. We're moving to Leipzig soon and will be coming here often. Cam ơn bạn, đồ ăn rất ngon🫶

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews. I ordered a wheat beer and the 60, a dish with tamrinde sauce. There was definitely not enough in the beer glass. It looked like it had been left to stand for a short time so that the foam went away a bit and you could pour more, but then served without emptying the bottle. My dish had a clear sour sauce instead of tamarind sauce. My companion had the 64, which was fine but also had the same problem with the drink.

The food was just great and the service was really nice too. Gladly again!

My favorite restaurant in Leipzig (and in general) for 4 years, I always enjoy coming here and trying out the menu, so far no dish has disappointed me - they are all incredibly tasty!! :)

When the store opened 3 years ago, it was so good. Been back many times since then and have mostly been disappointed. There is always at least one ingredient missing: the coriander, the mango, the papaya, the peanuts, the saitan... When I pointed this out once, nothing was done. The food is prepared particularly poorly when you order to be picked up. Then it's rather little, a lot is missing and you can't ask for additions. Actually a lot of potential, but after repeated disappointments you're no longer interested.

Super delicious food and everything happens super quickly. Unfortunately a bit tight, but still nice. I can especially recommend the S3 with peanut sauce!

The food was very good and plentiful, the vegan duck was really crispy and the peanut sauce was delicious. Friendly service. Except for the sticky table (there was a lot going on! But it would have been possible to wipe it) and the fact that there was no water for dogs and no one asked every now and then if we wanted something else to drink, it was really good. We ate outside and it wasn't really comfortable, so only 3 out of 5 for the ambience. Would love to come back.

Ich habe verschiedene Gerichte probiert, die Nudelsuppe, Sommerrollen und ein Curry. Sämtliche Gerichte waren hervorragend. Es gibt dazu leckere, auch nichtalkoholische Getränke, die spektakulär aussehen! Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist auch etwas ganz Besonderes, was ich so noch nie erlebt habe. Man kann bei warmem Wetter draußen sitzen oder drinnen - die Speisen und Getränke sind überall hervorragend!

A suggestion about ToGo packaging: It would be great if you could switch to environmentally friendly cardboard packaging. This may also be optional for a minimal additional charge. Suitable folding packaging that is moisture/grease proof should be available for less than €0.25.

Wow. After eating at this restaurant, I can never be satisfied with the Vietnamese food at other restaurants!! It was so flavourful and fun to eat with lots of umami. Plus everything was vegan! We had the wantan, bao, and "duck" fried noodles with oyster sauce. Good place, humble people.

When we are in Leipzig from time to time, we usually stop here to eat vegan. For several years now because the food is so incredibly delicious! Even though we don't live in Leipzig, we were recognized as regular guests. The staff is professional and nice. It's best to reserve a table as it is always full at peak times. Rightly so.

Unlike most other restaurants, this one actually offers a wide variety of authentic dishes. So it is not only interesting for a vegan but also worth recommending for those who want to experience Vietnamese food culture in a more traditional way. The ambience is also designed, it is strongly reminiscent of a small, intimate shop in the heart of the busy and usually turbulent capital Hanoi. The dishes have a light, delicious taste that is not heavy on the stomach despite a 3-course menu.

So I was very disappointed yesterday. I really can't understand so many good reviews! The papaya salad was boring, the vegan duck was tasteless and the tofu-oyster mushroom rolls were a challenge in terms of taste. The vegetables were carelessly slapped onto the plate, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and cold and the service was quite unfriendly, no recommendation and a great lack of understanding. The only good thing: everything is vegan.

No card payment possible, complete ignorance of the legal receipt requirement. Taxes are being evaded on a large scale here. To the detriment of honest businesses. If you are an honest vegan, insist on a receipt.

The restaurant is an absolute must for anyone who doesn't eat meat, follows a vegan diet or simply can't/wants to do without meat. I've been there many times and have never been disappointed, everything has always tasted very good. The employees are very friendly and you receive your food quickly. But be sure to reserve, there are only a few places and it is always busy.
