Very tasty unusual vegan sushi. Highly recommended for every vegan sushi lover who doesn't feel like boring cucumbers and avocado maki and would like to have as extensive a selection as non-vegans. The homemade lemonades are also highly recommended.

The vegan buffet is really great. Above all, the offer for 15 euros is really unbeatable. But even for 20 euros it's still very fair. Delicious, plenty of choice, already prepared and if something is empty we refill it very quickly. Of course there are sometimes waiting times, but you also need time to digest in between.

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our main course. Meanwhile, the drinks had long since run out and we were not asked for any further requests. Card payments over €80 are not up to date. The food didn't blow us away either. It was tasty, but nothing special.

You sit relaxed, nice staff, tried the buffet for lunch. Selection clear but sufficient. It would be nice if you knew what you were putting on your plate and the food was labeled. Some things were just too spicy for me. I'd love to come back to try the burger. I do have one critical point to note: the containers are a deterrent everywhere you inevitably see bees and wasps drowning. 👎

I went to the vegan buffet at Monchi and I have to say that it completely blew me away, the food was completely convincing both visually and in terms of taste, especially the vegan sushi was amazing, I'd love to come back

Well...food was pretty average, not very seasoned, uniform taste. Toilets underground dirty, trash cans overflowing, strong smell. Staff but friendly. Outdoor area uninviting, loveless. Card payment only possible from 50€.

The Monchi impresses with its very good food and warm service. The drinks in particular are more than worth a visit.

Everything was incredibly delicious (even for me as a part-time vegan ^^). We had sushi, burgers and two different starters... Everything was really tasty. ... And of course the homemade lemonades. We definitely have to come back here. 👌😊👍

We were able to enjoy various culinary specialties in a wonderful ambience. In addition to the very attentive service, we were able to taste authentic drinks and enjoy lovingly prepared appetizers with our hotpot.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, great ambience, beautiful place, but I was very disappointed with the food. I had ordered Cha Cha Noodles, a main course for €16. The plate was also full of nests of striped carrots and beets and an elaborate arrangement of cooked but completely tasteless rice noodles. The actual dish, tofu mince rolled in juicy green betel leaves, was five little finger-sized rolls, which I would have considered very small even for an appetizer. The rest was a show and had nothing to do with a main course. It was very similar with my wife. She had ordered TASTY TARO - TOFU and here too the actual dish was not worth a starter. But here too it costs €16. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend Monchi vegan.

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. The steamed dumplings fell apart and the contents were a mush that really wasn't tasty. The prices are simply too high for that! But the service was good.

The food was very, very tasty and I was even told that the normal burger patty was made with mushrooms after I said that I was allergic to mushrooms! Really great. So I got my burger with extra vegan duck meat. Delicious. We will definitely come back when we are in Leipzig again!

We were 8 people. The food was pretty good. The staff there are friendly and the food comes quickly and warm. The atmosphere inside was rather dark, you almost stumble on the way to the toilet. Outside, the outdoor seating was a bit inconvenient because part of the terrace was built and you sit with the chair with your back almost 2 cm from the elevation and if you move the wrong way, the chair and its contents go backwards.

We had dinner there with my sister and brother-in-law. The waiter was very accommodating. The restaurant is of course perfect for two vegans and a Flexi. We had the Baoburger twice, a mild hotpot with noodles and vegetables and dumplings, and once a starter with fried things. Non-alcoholic cocktails were also really chic and tasted good. The Vietnamese coffee was also the final touch for me. The vegan coffee cream that went with it was very nice. We'll definitely come back when I'm in Leipzig again.

Super cozy vegan restaurant. I recommend trying all of the appetizers. Pure taste experience! The buffet for €19 on public holidays or every Wednesday is also recommended. Always happy to go there! Update September 30, 2023: Really card payment from 80€???

We had a lovely dinner at Monchi. The starters were amazing (dumplings recommended!!!). The ambience and the friendly staff are also convincing. We had to wait a bit for our main course, but it was more than worth the wait. We'd love to come back. :)

Super delicious (had the bao burger) and the berry soda, great relaxed service and fair prices. The ambience is also beautiful. The food doesn't look that tasty in the picture because the light in the restaurant is greenish, but it was fantastic. I'm already looking forward to the next time

It was actually very tasty, but in hindsight the hot pot was just ok. I wrote the review for the 5% discount. My companion would have had to do the same, so there was only 2.5%. We paid ~75 € and card payment would only have been possible from 80 €?!

I've been here twice so far. We went to the buffet once, which was great. Another time was on my birthday where we ordered a lot of sushi. The presentation was extremely beautiful to look at and the taste was also very good. Overall, always worth recommending.

Super nice staff and very good, tasty and fresh food. There were a few ice crystals in the ice, but other than that there was really nothing to notice. What bothered me was that card payments are only possible from €80 onwards. As a result, I ended up not being able to eat the dish I actually wanted because I didn't have enough cash with me. Yes, that's personal bad luck, but I don't think it's up-to-date for a modern restaurant.

Super delicious food. Super Service! The waiter was super polite and nice. And my two companions also enjoyed vegan food, even if they never eat vegan. I would say that when meat eaters say it tastes good, that's a huge compliment.

Very nice restaurant. Very tasty food! Lunch menu cheaper than evening menu. Only the labeling of the allergens is incorrect. People eating gluten-free should be particularly careful. Fried onions and soy sauce contain gluten. Stay safe my friends.

The food was fantastic and the waitresses were very attentive. Small minus point for the very close seating with neighboring tables.

We had dinner with the whole family (6 people) in the evening. Both the starters and the main course were delicious. The restaurant is very attractively decorated. You can also eat outside.

The Yum Soup tasted very intensely of lemongrass, which was a bit too much for me personally. The sushi, especially the crunchy rolls, are highly recommended. The Cha Cha Noodles were okay. The cocktails we had, Lemon Drop Martini and Lychee Lee were delicious. All in all, worth a visit for vegans!

Very tasty food, a little more choice (especially with sushi) would have been nice. Since the buffet is very small, you always had to wait in line or rush to the buffet when new sushi arrived (which was in high demand). It was replenished often and until the end. Nice staff, nice facility :)

We were there for the buffet. Because of the holiday, the store was very full and a lot of the buffet was gone quickly, but the employees always restocked in good time, so you never had to find yourself in front of a completely empty buffet. The food tasted good and the drinks were delicious too. Drinks cost extra. The only criticism I have is that the food could use signs that explain exactly what you're getting there, which is a shame I liked the fried sushi best.

Went to the vegan buffet at Monchi for the first time today. And what can I say, it was incredibly tasty. From soup to dessert, everything was there. Everything was so lovingly prepared. The eye also eats with it. I would definitely like to come back. Price performance really top.

Damn good sushi (if not the best I've eaten so far). Then we continued with the hot pot, which was simply delicious. The broth was so fresh and had a slightly lemony note. We also enjoyed the cocktails wonderfully. Very high praise!

The all you can eat buffet is fantastic. Creative and super tasty sushi variations, dumplings, summer rolls, a variety of main courses and desserts - and all vegan. Here you will be more than full and everything tastes delicious. The service is also great, very friendly people.

Really a very nice and delicious restaurant. There is a very good selection of vegan meat alternatives and dishes from Asia. Try it out! We had dumplings as a starter and the udon noodles with vegan duck as our main course. Both dishes were incredibly delicious. We would visit the restaurant again on our next trip to Leipzig. PS: Try the homemade drinks.

Visited the restaurant for the buffet on Wednesday. Is really highly recommended. The food is extremely tasty and is always refilled. There was a wide selection from sushi to curry to soups and dumplings. Of course there are also sweet dishes such as fried bananas and brownies. The staff is also very friendly. Great value for money. A bit tight. Reservations are definitely recommended.

The food is really incredibly delicious. The selection is very diverse but not too much, from sushi to udon noodles to brownies. The food is also refilled quite quickly so that everything is always available. It can get a little crowded at the beginning because the buffet counter isn't super big (if you're claustrophobic ;)) all in one very tasty and worth the price!!

We went to Monchi for the All You Can Eat meal. The food itself was very tasty and there was a variety of dishes to choose from. The tofu and udon noodles are particularly recommended. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the store is a bit narrow, so you sit very close to each other. Otherwise the restaurant is very pleasantly decorated. I would definitely come back again!

Food very tasty. The sushi, absolutely recommended. And inexpensive. Unfortunately we had to wait a relatively long time for our food, it took almost an hour. My reservation was also forgotten, but after a few minutes of waiting we were assigned a table.
