Monchi Vegan in Leipzig

Sehr freundliches Personal und die Umgebung ist gemütlich und angenehm gestaltet. Jedes Gericht war appetitlich und vor allem gab es eine ausreichende Auswahl. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden definitiv öfter herkommen.

Das Ambiente ist super schön und die Auswahl an Essen ist vielseitig. Punkt Abzug beim Essen: das Brötchen beim Burger war ziemlich labbrig. Service war okay. Freundliches Personal, aber wir mussten nach der Vorspeise 45min auf unser Hauptgericht warten. Ich hatte mir dann noch mein zweites Getränk bestellt, meine Begleitung war auch fast fertig wurde aber nicht gefragt ob er noch etwas haben möchte. Auch als mein Getränk gebracht wurde (Begleitung war mittlerweile fertig), wurde nicht mal angeschaut und gefragt ob es noch einen Wunsch gibt.

Wirklich gutes und leckeres Essen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Leipzig sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei! ☺️

Ursprünglich waren wir gegenüber dem veganem skeptisch, doch anschließend war es fantatstisch.

WOW! Ich bin absolut sprachlos wie lecker und authentisch das Essen hier schmeckt! Zudem auch echt preiswerter! Der Lax bei dem Monchi Salat mit Avocado und Sesamdressing hat mich sprachlos gemacht. So sehr dass wir sogar beim Kellner nochmal nachgefragt habe ob es wirklich vegan ist! Dieses Restaurant ist eine Herzens Empfehlung für alle Veganer:innen und die die es werden wollen! Wow wow wow!! Schon zwei mal beim „Vegan Buffet“ mitgemacht. Für 15€ bzw. 19€ ein echter Knaller. Große vegane Auswahl an veganen Sushi, warmen Speisen und Desserts.

Alles super. Alles lecker. Wir waren zum Buffet und hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Zeitbegrenzung war gut kommuniziert und wurde auch eingehalten. Dass Kartenzahlung nur ab 50 Euro akzeptiert, war allerdings etwas schade.

Mein Mann und ich waren schon mehrmals zum Buffet hier und finden es immer wieder sehr lecker. :)

Leckeres Essen, große Auswahl und angenehmes Ambiente

Bisher nur das All-you-can-eat ausprobiert: sehr lecker und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Getränke entsprechend etwas teurer aber auch sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Toiletten sind ok, nicht die schicksten und etwas kühl aber nicht so, dass man sie meiden würde. Kartenzahlung leider erst ab 50€ möglich, dafür aber wohl PayPal möglich. Als wir da waren war das Kartengerät allerdings generell kaputt.

Wir waren zum veganen Buffet da. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Sushi, warmen Speisen und Desserts. Alles war sehr lecker und das Personal war super freundlich! :)

Zum Essen kann ich leider nichts sagen, weil es gar nicht soweit kam... Hatte bereits über einen Monat im Voraus einen Tisch für das Abendbuffet reserviert. Diese Reservierung konnte angeblich nicht gefunden werden und natürlich war kein Tisch mehr frei. Ganz prima Service. Es wäre sicher hilfreich eine Online-Reservierung anzubieten.

Vegabes Buffet und Hotpot sind ein echtes Highlight. Freundlicher und bemühter Service, super Laden

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Personen und haben vorher reserviert. Die Gerichte kamen relativ schnell zu uns an den Tisch. Die georderten Vorspeisen stimmten in den Stückzahlen nicht mit der Karte überein. Zudem ist uns nach dem Bezahlen aufgefallen, dass die abgerechneten Preise ebenfalls nicht mit der Karte übereinstimmen. Vier von sechs Personen hatten jeweils eine Differenz von 3-4€ zu deren Ungunsten die sie auch beanstandet haben, die restlichen zwei Personen haben nicht nachkontrolliert. Statt eigentlichen 31€ waren es bei mir 34,5€ laut Rechnung und ich habe zuzüglich noch mit Trinkgeld auf 38€ erhöht. Es hatte den Anschein, dass da einfach schon im Vorhinein eine Servicepauschale berechnet wurde. Als Tipp: die Rechnung fordern und nachkontrollieren.

Sehr leckeres authentisches veganes Essen! Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt und es war wirklich für jeden was dabei. Ich finde es wirklich krass, dass vegan so lecker schmecken kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A wide selection of delicious vegetarian dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll gladly stop by again when I'm in Leipzig.

We ate here about two weeks ago, and even though we arrived just before the kitchen closed, we were able to order everything we could possibly want. The service was consistently super friendly, and all the vegan dishes were incredibly delicious. We each ordered something different and tried each other's food.

There were two of us, and we absolutely loved it! 😊 The food was incredibly delicious – we especially loved the crunchy sushi and the bao bun. The staff was very friendly, and we even got a table without a reservation. Our only suggestion for improvement: a warmer room temperature would make it even cozier. A fantastic vegan restaurant!

Very nice ambiance with a great atmosphere

Duc was a very nice employee. We felt very comfortable.

It was quite cold in the restaurant in December because the heating wasn't working. €4.50 for a cup of tea with a tea bag seemed a bit pricey. And selling tasteless, colorless soy crumbs from a discount store as vegan beef struck me as rather poor. I probably wouldn't go back.

The vegan hot pot was such a disappointment. The broth was boring and the ingredient selection was meh. Too sad, this is the only vegan hot pot place in Leipzig. Hopefully they improve in the future.

We went there for the vegan Christmas buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was heavenly. The sushi, in particular, was extremely delicious and high-quality. A visit here is highly recommended!

Everything here is perfect. Beautiful restaurant, very friendly service, and incredibly good and creative food! We love coming back and never tire of trying everything on the menu.

The appetizers, sushi, and Dragon Balls for dessert were fantastic, and the service was very friendly and attentive. You should allow some time for your meal, as everything is freshly prepared and therefore can't be on the table within 10 minutes.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was almost empty but nicely decorated. We simply weren't served, and then at some point we read the reviews, as there was a PR code on the table that promised a 5% discount on the bill if you leave a review. That's probably how you buy the good reviews. That was reason enough for us to leave. Only then did the waitress notice we were there.

I was unfortunately a bit disappointed. At first glance, and with a lot of hunger, there was a nicely arranged small buffet with a few dishes. It was quite tasty, but simply nothing special. Since I don't eat sushi, that was already out of the question. There was a soup with some vegetables and tofu. Then a few dishes with the same vegetables, only the sauce was different. There was also tofu in two different sauces. Spring rolls, baked goods in batter, and dumplings. Furthermore, many dishes were out of stock, which isn't appropriate given the limited time of 1.5 hours. What I ate that evening I could have gotten for under €10 at any vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Leipzig. Not a particularly vegan alternative. I can get tofu pretty much anywhere these days. I also felt it was quite salty. The drinks, however, were quite overpriced for what you get. So, I wouldn't recommend it. I'd rather have a delicious meal at one of the countless other restaurants that offer very few meat substitutes and are creative in their approach, rather than just tofu. The ambience was okay, a bit dark for my taste, and the artificial plants weren't my thing.

The bao bun was really delicious but overpriced for its size. My main course (vegan Kazu) was disappointing. There was too little sauce and the vegetables didn't complement the dish at all. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back for that price.

My experience was totally pleasant. I went to the buffet in the afternoon. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes. Also, when something was empty, they refilled it quickly. There's a short line at first because the buffet isn't that big, but it moves quickly and without any problems. The service was very friendly and everyone was very attentive. If you're in Leipzig, I highly recommend this place for lunch, especially sushi; it's totally worth it!

Everything is absolutely perfect. The prices are good, the service is fast, friendly, and attentive. The dishes are beautifully presented and taste fantastic. All this in a very pleasant ambiance. The price range below is for a three-course meal for two people, including two drinks each.
