Das *Vacay* ist ein echter Tipp für alle, die vietnamesische Küche lieben! Besonders begeistert hat uns die hausgemachte Sojasauce, die den Gerichten einen besonderen Geschmack verleiht. Die Gyozas waren unglaublich lecker, und auch das Sushi war frisch und sehr gut zubereitet. Den vietnamesischen Eiskaffee fand ich auch richtig spitze. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und einladend, und der Service war super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ein toller Ort, um mal abzuschalten und richtig gut zu essen!g

The menu creations are unusual, which I think is really great. This is where people got creative. However, the preparation seemed a bit imprecise and less balanced, as I expected. For example, the meat was really tough, there was a lack of acidity in the entire meal and the noodles were a bit overcooked. The people there were nice, but the service could be better. We had to draw attention to ourselves several times and waited 20 minutes for a coke. That was too bad.

We have ordered veggie sushi here several times and I also ate in the restaurant once. The food has always been great and we will continue to order here. In the restaurant the service was nice and the decor is also nice. It's just a little too tight for me.

We ordered 3 main courses and no one was satisfied. Nothing fresh, exactly like ready-made food out of the bag, we are very disappointed. I have no idea where the positive reviews come from. Otherwise, just see for yourself. The only thing that was good were the summer rolls. It's a shame we paid for it! But the supplier was very nice.

Wir waren hier mit einer Eat the World Food Tour und haben eine winzige Kleinigkeit als Kostprobe bekommen. Die war gut aber natürlich nicht aussagekräftig genug für das gesamte Speisenangebot. Die Einrichtung ist aber auch sehr nett und ich würde dort wieder hingehen.

We ordered 3 main courses and 2 starters. Except for the summer rolls, which were delicious, the food was really very bad. Everything tasted like ready-made food. That was really super disappointing. At least the food arrived warm and the delivery person was nice. In retrospect, we would have liked to have spent our money somewhere else.

Delicious food, good drinks and very courteous service. I wanted to swap out the noodles for rice in one dish. The waiter told me that in principle it is possible, but the rest of the dish, especially the sauce, harmonizes perfectly with the pasta and the rice absorbs the sauce differently and therefore the dish will taste different. That convinced me and I took the noodles, even though I don't like eating noodles. But it was perfect, when the dish came and I tried it I was immediately aware of what the waiter meant. It shows that thought is given to the dishes and the presentation and that the people who work here know about it. We will come back. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Super great restaurant with authentic cuisine. The employees are friendly and quick. The decor is in Bali style, which I really like. However, over time the restaurant became very full, which is why it became really cramped and loud. That wasn't so pleasant anymore. But we will still come back and try sushi next time! Keep it up!

I often order from Lieferando and was once in the restaurant there. I love the sushi, summer rolls and gyozas. Be sure to try the Crispy Veggie Sushis!! The delivery person is always super nice and punctual.

Visited this restaurant today and we were two people. Initially ordered sushi with cucumber and trust me it tasted like hell. There was some wrong ingredient added in it and after tasting the dish, it literally brought tears in eyes due to pungent and extremely spicy flavour. The taste was extremely bad for overall food items and overpriced. Strongly not recommended !!

Not recommended for delivery. The vegan chicken was very chewy. The ramen broth was okay, but I would also have had Yum-Yum noodles in the cupboard.

We order exclusively, hence the ambience without stars. The food tastes excellent. Price is OK. The delivery service is very friendly, punctual and always gives you a coin.

Visited on a seemingly busy day, I ordered the Boracay drink which was absolutely fantastic and the only reason they get a 2nd star :) I normally don't leave reviews but when our food came out, the skewers were cold and the main dish itself was undercooked entirely. The chicken mango curry would have been tasty if the vegetables were even the slightest cooked. The breading on the chicken was nice but the chicken itself was rubbery and inedible. Bamboo was tasty as well as the rice. All in all, it's an expensive place and maybe we were unlucky but definitely not worth the price. We couldn't even finish our dinner because it was so bad. I hope this helps the next person.

Bottomless. We ordered takeaway and noticed when we got home that the cardboard was incredibly moldy. When we complained, they tried to tell us that it was just a bit of dirt and gave it back to us. We only got money back for one thing. It wasn't really tasty either

The ambience simply invites you to enjoy and linger. Everything is furnished with great attention to detail. The dishes were prepared with high-quality products and tasted very tasty. 😊👍🏼 We would love to come back :)

The best sushi I've ever eaten! Really delicious combination with crispy salmon skin, highly recommended! The soup for starters was also great. Next time I'm in Leipzig, I'll definitely come back and try the drinks and summer rolls. They looked fantastic at the next table!

Always super tasty. Very tasty food. The taste is really very good and extremely tasty. The menu is very varied and there are also many vegan dishes. In addition, existing recipes are continually optimized. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone. Also ideal if you want to grab something to eat before an event in the Quarterback Arena or the Red Bull Arena. The only drawback is the service, which seems to be hard to keep up with when the store is full due to a lack of staff.

Finally not just sushi or sweet and sour duck from All You Fan Eat. We have “what the duck” and “Hey Chick!” ate it and it was super tasty. Plus 2 homemade ones.

We ordered lunch into the office and there was a lot of food. Everything was delivered correctly, the food was great and they were on time. For the prices are not without price, but the quality is everything fresh and not a small portion.

The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. The drinks, especially the homemade lemonades, are creative and delicious. The food doesn't taste bad in general, but unfortunately it's nothing special either. Spicy isn't really spicy and the amount of fish/meat in the food is very small. The service was generally okay, but not particularly attentive.

I just recommend it, I won't say anything more about it because everything is top number 1!!!

No one came to take the order for 10 minutes. Then I asked. Nobody came for another 4 minutes. Then they left.

So far we have only ordered here several times, but we have been very satisfied each time. All dishes were very tasty and fresh, with very interesting flavor combinations. We have decided to eat properly locally.

Nicely decorated restaurant with deficiencies in the dishes. Miso and mushrooms were ordered. What does this have to do with Asian cuisine? No idea. Absolutely overpriced for a simple mushroom soup. Noodles and tofu didn't taste like anything. I love mushrooms, but this dish didn't convince me at all. The separate vegan side should be highlighted.

I was lucky enough to have ordered food from Vacay for my celebration. To put it into context: I ordered sushi for around 20 people. Linh and her team did a fantastic job. The whole process, from advice, ordering to collection, was absolutely uncomplicated and the food was so good that everyone at my party asked where I got it. The Vacay won a few more customers' hearts that evening. So I would like to thank the team again, you played a big part in making my celebration a lovely one for me and my guests.

I went there spontaneously with a friend without a reservation, luckily we were warmly welcomed and got a table. The sushi was the best we have ever eaten and the duck was so tender and beautifully pink :) The ambience was also convincing, this was definitely not our last visit!

I got to know each other through an “eat the world” city tour (Vietnamese café and sushi tasting were very, very tasty). Ordered sushi for the family today, picked it up myself and was thrilled. Price-performance ratio is right, unconditional recommendation!

Extremely friendly service and delicious Asian cuisine meant we had a very pleasant evening at Vacay. The spring rolls as a starter were already sensational, but the main courses exceeded expectations in every respect. Everything is right in terms of appearance, taste and portion size. It was somehow logical that we would have dessert afterwards. We would love to come back here.

We ended up in this restaurant by chance. It is quite small and nicely furnished, but the ambience is not exceptional. The food is super tasty. I've never eaten a duck breast that was so delicious. It was simply incredibly tasty and a little different in the combination with sweet potato mash and pak choy. We will definitely go back to eat the duck.

If someone were to ask me what the best restaurant in all of Leipzig was, my choice would always be The Vacay! We order here or eat locally at least once a month and have been doing so for over a year. Not once have we been disappointed. Neither from the food, which is really perfect every time, nor from the staff. Regardless of whether it's a delivery service or on site, everyone has a smile on their face and is incredibly welcoming. It's always a pleasure for us!!! Our recommendation: What The Duck (pink duck breast fillet that you won't find better), Golden Bullets (as a wonderful vegan alternative) and the spring rolls with shrimp filling!

Ich liebe das Vacay! Ich bestelle öfters dort und ich bin jedes Mal so zufrieden. Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Leipzig. Am liebsten esse ich den Crispy Tofu aber auch das Sushi ist großartig! Bitte liebes Vacay macht weiter so :)

Das Essen ist top, superlecker. Kann man nicht meckern. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das wenige/fehlende Gemüse (z.B. zwei winzige Stücke Pilze, fehlender Wildkräutersalat) im Gericht „Golden Tofu“.

Great food at affordable prices. The staff was very kind and incredibly fast. The sushi was superb. My recommendations are the "Green Haeven" edamame soup and the "Tartar Taquitos" for appetizers. I will definitely come again soon!

Eine gute Freundin und ich waren heute im vacay. Großer Mängel ist definitiv das fehlen einer Allergie Karte. Was für mich die Essensauswahl sehr "aufregend" machte (Weizenallergie). Das Sushi war sehr lecker. Jedoch haben wir Aal bestellt und Lachs bekommen. Die Vorspeisen waren sehr lecker. Leider war es in dem Lokal extrem kalt. So dass wir uns mit unserem Schals und Jacken bedecken mussten und immer noch gefroren haben. Die Tische standen uns etwas zu eng. Vllt sollte man aus der Reihe einen entfernen, damit man mehr Abstand zum Nachbartisch hat. Das wc war leider nicht gekennzeichnet.

Das Essen vor Ort war bis auf die Hähnchenspieße (knorpelige Teile, sehr weich) sehr lecker. Das mitgenommene Sushi (U and me Box für 2 Personen) schmeckte nicht, das würden wir nicht erneut nehmen.

Sensationelles Essen, insbesondere das Sesamdressing und die frischen, asiatischen Kräuter waren köstlich!

Das Essen war echt eine 10/10! Ich war mit meiner Mutter spontan zum Abendessen bei Vacay & haben an einem Samstag gegen 18:30 Uhr glücklicherweise auch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen. Unsere Vorspeisen waren die Gyozas & ein vegetarisches Bao Bun mit Tofu. Zum Hauptgang gab es einerseits Ramen mit Hummersauce & Jakobsmuscheln (zweites Bild, oben) & andererseits Undonnudeln in gelben Curry mit Gemüse & veganem Hähnchen. Alles davon war sehr lecker, die Portionsgrößen waren super im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis & es ging schnell. Was ich nicht gut geplant empfand war, dass der Hauptgang kam, obwohl die leeren Teller der Vorspeisen noch auf dem Tisch standen. Aber auch das war nur halb so wild. Abgesehen davon finde ich den Laden recht eng/klein, wodurch step by step auch die Lautstärke anstieg, tut dem Essen aber keinen Abbruch!

Wir haben schon so viele Sushi Restaurants probiert und dachten, unsere Favoriten gefunden zu haben. Und dann kam Vacay... Super freundliche Bedienung, ein kleiner aber feiner Laden mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Die Drinks sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Das Ambiente ist unschlagbar, so schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, da verbringt man gern einen gemütlichen Abend mit einem Glas Wein. Der Service war auch ohne Einwände und trotz Stress sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen to go fand ich leider nicht so toll (außer das es echt lang warm geblieben ist) und es wurde dem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis nicht gerecht. TROTZ ALLEM würde ich dem Sushi und anderen Gerichten noch eine Chance geben. Die vollen Teller vor Ort sahen nämlich echt lecker aus.

Ob Lieferung oder direkt vor Ort essen. Die Gerichte sind super lecker. Der Laden hat ein schönes Ambiente und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Immer wieder einen Besuch oder eine Bestellung wert.

Sehr empfehlenswerter Ort, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zusammen mit meinem Kollegen. Die Atmosphäre ist nett und die Kellner sind es auch. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, auch wenn ich die Portionen ein bisschen klein und die Getränke ein bisschen süß fand, aber das ist nur meine Meinung, ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen. Sie haben eine weitere Chance verdient 😊. Die Preise sind sehr erschwinglich und die Qualität stimmt!
