I ordered the inside-out sushi with shrimp, which was really good! As a buyer you can also watch how the sushi is made, which proves again and again how fresh it actually is.
You can't complain about the prices because you'll definitely be full.

We waited forever for our food, even though 3 people were working on our food in the meantime. In the middle of it all, one of them started making a phone call.
The owner looks very greasy, so you might think he shouldn't have anything to do with food.
The menu doesn't say what's in a sandwich, so I was quite shocked to see that my steak sandwich had more mushrooms than meat and I absolutely hate mushrooms.
Bread was somehow soft, there was no salad or anything like that
The service was very attentive and quick, and the food came immediately.
However, the sushi hardly tasted like anything, the nigiri fish was unfortunately very tasteless.
Four of us went to the Kartoffel for dinner. The quality and taste were very good! However, the quantity of food served was insufficient! When the dishes were cleared, we were asked about our impressions of the food, and we replied that the quality was very good, but unfortunately a little bit small! We were then told that they also have a gourmet block, where the food is a little less expensive!
But I paid full price for the second meal, so it's absurd to cut costs on the amount of food. The restaurant should try to attract new customers with the gourmet block; they squandered that opportunity with us. We will report these schemes to our friends and advise everyone not to visit.
We have been Pizza Hut customers for a long time. Today we were very disappointed. We understand price increases, but not what ends up on the plate. Always less for the money. Salads, for example. So little on the plate for just under €14 is a disgrace. When we ordered, the communication between us and the lady who took the order didn't work very well. It can happen, no problem... You can always ask. After we asked three different waitresses for clarification, and then one lady explained to us that there had only been one portion on the order by mistake, we weren't even offered a second portion. And then the waitress was gone... Thanks for nothing, even though it was very busy today. That's no excuse!!! We were guests. With these prices, portions and bad service, I can happily do without. NEVER AGAIN!!!
After numerous visits to the restaurant, I decided not to be a guest here anymore. Over time there has been a significant decline in quality. In my experience, it only works there if there are few guests and you are lucky with the staff. Then the service is good and the food is good. As soon as there is a little more activity (and I'm not talking about a fully occupied restaurant) you seem overwhelmed. During my last visit, a maximum of around 30% of the tables in the restaurant were occupied. We were the largest group in the restaurant that evening and there were ten orders for main courses at our table. It took over an hour between serving the first dish and the last dish! In addition, in one dish the meat was only lukewarm and in another the degree of doneness was well done instead of medium. Fittingly, during this time the service never once found its way to our table to check on the drinks. The question remains whether you are actually overwhelmed with such a small number of visitors, or whether you don't want to have guests from outside (non-hotel) and let them feel it. The behavior of the head waiter would also fit in with the latter, brushing off criticism with a slight French accent and poisonous arrogance. This is how you lose regular guests.
Staff unfriendly and inflexible. Price/performance... nothing for people with a small budget and nothing for people with a BIG hunger for something tasty...
I won't throw my money down this "restaurant" again!
Absolute disaster
The food is delicious but the waiting time is simply outrageous.
You can order online directly if the opening hours allow it. There is a waiting time of 95 minutes here.
It's been a long time but ok, after 95 minutes you called and then you were informed that the time in the system had not yet been changed to 120 minutes.
But this time was not kept either.
Now after more than 2.5 hours we called again and the pizza hadn't even been made yet. The nice statement from the boss that nothing would be done about the price was the icing on the cake and we then canceled the pizza. It was a family pizza, not a large order.
From what you can read, it's probably standard there.
Sad and definitely the last time I ordered there.
We had a Christmas party there. The ambience was loveless and the prices for drinks were steep. I also noticed that a service person working there was very unfriendly. Wouldn't go there again
