Die besten Restaurants in Saarbrücken

My family and friends are regular customers at L'Osteria in Jena. Today was our first visit to the restaurant in Saarbrücken, and we were disappointed. On the positive side: We were allowed to sit outside at the entrance, even though the manager said there were no more waiters outside. The food tasted good. On the negative side, however: 1. The waiter initially complained about having to serve outside, which is something you simply shouldn't do in front of customers; that's not appropriate. 2. The tables weren't cleaned; only old dishes were cleared away and ashtrays were left full. The pizza tray was broken and used, apparently by the previous customer, and we only got one out of three pizzas. 3. There was significantly less topping than usual, and it was lukewarm. (The food was brought by a very friendly waitress, though.) 4. The restrooms were dirty; there was no toilet paper, nothing to dry your hands with, and the loudspeakers in the women's restroom were unpleasantly loud. It's just a shame when you know better, and you lose customers as a result.

I went there Saturday evening with 2 other people. I ordered a salad on their app. After 30 minutes my two friends received their dish of dough. They had time to finish their dish. I waited another 30 minutes after he finished eating and still hadn't received anything. I went down to see if it was a problem with the application, I was given a cold response, cutting off the words "it's Saturday evening you have to wait, it's normal. You will receive your SMS" even though I had already waited more than 1 hour. Everyone arrived after us and was served. I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. Today it’s 2 days later and I still haven’t received my message… No action on their part... I wasted 1h30 of my time I won't go back there again

I find the shop pretty unloving, the food looked like it had just been "slapped" onto the plate, it took a while for the service to come and when we wanted to have the leftovers packed up the waiter told us that there were no containers and that he could wrap the food in aluminum foil for us because it wasn't "to go" after all... We took it with humor but wouldn't come back!

I normally write reviews very rarely but you forgot my shitty 9 nuggets. Of course that happens, but I was looking forward to the nuggets hours before the end of my catering shift. I only noticed it at home

Super friendly staff! You are always greeted with a smile and served quickly. The order was correct, the food was fresh and tasty. I would particularly like to highlight the great service - you can tell that the team makes an effort and works well together. I always enjoy coming here!

Really disappointed. I ordered a taco 🌮🌮, really very small, I was still hungry after eating it. The waitress who was angry, not even a smile

Very tasty fries. But the packaging could be more environmentally friendly. (e.g. paper cone or paper bowl like at other chip shops)

Very positively surprised. Super tasty double cheeseburger with curly fries. Cheese fries are also super tasty. Fast delivery. But then you have to go to the couch because the burgers are really big. Keep it up

I'm currently lying contentedly on the couch, pleasantly satiated by the wonderfully delicious Wiener Schnitzel. I couldn't make it any better myself. The schnitzel was crispy, the fries were crispy, and the salad was super fresh. I highly recommend it to everyone. Best, Nadine

Wir waren das erste Mal mit Freunden da, die allerdings bereits öfter im Perfetto gegessen haben. An diesem Tag hat Max uns begrüsst, beraten sowie die Getränke empfohlen. Es gibt eine Tageskarte, die allerdings in gewisser Hinsicht freibleibend ist…man kann sich im Grunde die Gerichte sehr persönlich in diesem Rahmen zusammenstellen lassen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen…insbesondere diese Flexibilität und die hohe Qualität der Lebensmittel hat uns sehr überzeugt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere

Food is so-so... wrong delivery times given... supposedly from 4:30 p.m.... but then only from 7 p.m.... annoying when you order early and then get a call... the driver doesn't come until 7 p.m.... unprofessional... often problems with the opening times and delivery times on the Internet....
