We have been guests here several times and the pizza is really delicious. The service is always friendly and helpful. Today the time window of 1.5 hours was too short. This was because we were only served and asked for our order 15 minutes after we arrived, which was somewhat understandable as it was just very busy. After placing the order, the drinks were at the table very quickly, but then we had to wait 35 minutes for the first three of four pizzas to arrive. The fourth pizza arrived about 8 minutes later than the other meal, which was unfortunate as the other items would have already been cold if we had waited to eat with the fourth person. Overall, we had just finished eating 1.5 hours after we arrived. We would have liked to order another espresso, but we didn't have the time. Maybe you should plan for 2 hours instead of 1.5 hours when you're at full capacity?

Our reservation was processed without any problems. The service took a surprisingly long time on site, with a 2-hour window for the visit and 8 people, the ordering period quickly stretches over 30 minutes. there. The pizzas tended to be too big; a smaller alternative would be nice, also in terms of food quality and food waste. Because the pizzas are very thin, they cool down quickly. That's why 80% didn't manage to eat their pizza.

Total failure! WAITER drinks from OUR GLASS, wrong food, unfriendly reception! We've been coming regularly for years but what happened yesterday was no longer normal. At the entrance we were treated unusually by the employee (the gentleman has been working there for a long time). We were there with 7 people and we were open at 9:15 p.m. but open until 11 p.m. We asked for a large table and the employee said he didn't really want to give away the large tables that were only (!!!) in the back area because the back part was already closed. But then he was so friendly and said: He has to give us a table. We asked if we should eat somewhere else but he said: No, it's okay :-) My wife has been drinking Coca Cola all her life and the first time she drank she said there was too much water in it. When asked, they were told that they have a tap with cola syrup that automatically mixes it with water. A new Coke was brought and there was the same problem. When we wanted to return the Coke and my wife preferred to drink water with me, the waiter came with a straw and said: He always drinks Coke, put the straw in my wife's glass and drank. He smiles and says it's definitely Coca Cola. So that was the hard part! I ordered my pasta with an extra request. Gnocchi Gambaretti with penne was ordered. Gnocchi were brought, the food was taken away when we were informed and thanks to an open kitchen you could see the angry chef. The look on his face was indescribable, we thought he was going to start crying. The Penne Gambaretti just wasn't worth eating, apparently that was the chef's thanks. Penne were not eaten and left standing. Conclusion Food 3/10 (pizza was not as usual this time either! Salad was very good staff 2/10 because an employee (young girl) was really nice otherwise it would be 0 points

Very good and huge pizzas. Large portions of pasta. Less good salads. Quite cool in winter due to structural conditions.

Yesterday I was disappointed. I ordered MACCHERONCINI PESTO AVOCADO GAMBERETTI from the extra menu. The maccheroncini were more than al dente, the pesto consisted of water with a little green in which the maccheroncini swam. Was only edible with parmesan. When we asked, pesto was brought to the table. If we hadn't had a small child who enthusiastically ate his pasta, I would have returned the meal.

It went quickly, the food was very tasty. The children's meal was great.

We've been eating here for many years, but the quality has been steadily declining over the last year or so. If the price goes higher, at least the food should remain as good and plentiful. Unfortunately, there is a lot of skimping on the toppings when it comes to pizza and the pizzas are often burnt at the bottom. So we won't go there anymore because we've been disappointed 5 times now.

We were there on Tuesday. We reserved a table for 6 p.m. because we wanted to go to the concert at 8 p.m. The Hurricanes and their shirt leaders were there to take photos or something. Actually a nice idea, if it hadn't been for the chaos! After asking several times, we all got our drinks. After an hour and a conversation with the boss and pointing out that we had an appointment, our undercooked pizzas arrived!! Despite trying to complain to the waitress, we gave up and ate what was cooked. When I paid, all I got was a tired smile. No apology or kind word let alone a price discount! Sorry, I won't go there again.

Pizza was cold after 5 minutes. The size appeals to people, but it looks so far outside the box that the waiter has half the pizza in his hand when he brings it out. Not very hygienic. The ambience is nice. Toilets are easily accessible via the elevator, even for people with walking difficulties. Parking spaces behind the house and with a stamp are free for 2 hours.

Everything was to our satisfaction! The round table was perhaps a bit small for the 4 pizzas! Complaining at a high level! The chili oil was of course brought to the table without asking! The drinks were great too!

It was fun to visit l'Osteria. Slo was very nice. Unfortunately the lasagna was cold in the middle - I let it warm up. It's a big house, there's a lot going on, which makes it hectic. But it tasted good. My friends' pizza and salad were good. A crazy little tidbit: I submitted a review in the restaurant (because there was a free coffee for it), but I only marked the 4 stars, without any text. Published - and suddenly there was an AI-generated text “from me” on Google and the professional answer from the company. Actually not cool, because fake. But very professional. Take a look for yourself - I like the shop and will go there again.

I redeemed Amore Hearts via the app for a free pizza, which was valid for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this voucher was not accepted during the payment process on the grounds that it should have been presented when ordering. As a result, the voucher has now expired unnecessarily and I cannot get it or the points back. The manager and the waiter argued that this was the same in all other restaurants. However, this statement does not correspond to my experience. In every other restaurant the voucher is redeemed during the payment process. There is no indication in the voucher conditions that the voucher must be presented when ordering. This information can only be found in the FAQs. However, it is unrealistic to expect guests to read FAQs before visiting a restaurant. The way they handled this matter seemed condescending and I felt like we were being made to look foolish. The waiter kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish. That really spoiled my visit to you. I said from the beginning that I would pay the bill and just wanted my voucher back. The manager showed no goodwill.

Great shop, even though we came spontaneously without a reservation and the shop was packed, we still managed to get a seat at the counter and the pizza came extremely quickly. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

We waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food, after repeated inquiries we were repeatedly told we were "next", tables next to us received their food 10-20 minutes before us even though they arrived 30-45 minutes AFTER us. Not recommended!!

You can always rely on the quality of the pizza. Price performance ratio is good. When it's very busy it can get louder, but it's still comfortable. And also great service from Ms. Slo. What more could you want?!

First of all: The food was amazing – super tasty, plentiful and absolutely nothing to complain about. Each of us was thrilled. We sat at the table directly in front of the counter, which was pleasantly close to the action. We arrived around 7:50 p.m. and were greeted by a super friendly waitress. A young woman with blonde hair, estimated to be in her mid-20s – and what can I say: she absolutely knows what she's doing! Friendly, attentive and always with a smile on his face. You could really tell that she enjoyed her work, and that was directly transferred to the atmosphere. Perfect service – it couldn’t be better! All in all, a thoroughly successful evening. We'll definitely be back! Absolute recommendation!

Oh, listen, you hungry fellows! The meal was a truly divine feast for the palate, and our lovely servants, who go by the name Koma, were so friendly and helpful that even a king could have rejoiced for joy! But woe, oh woe, a little thorn in the rose bush! We had to remain patient for a long time, even though we had reserved a place in this magnificent house. So I say: Praise the feast, but condemn the waiting!

We were disappointed by the callousness of the service staff, who confirmed to me after I asked about my online reservation that we "must be ready" after 2 hours. It was probably a mistake to give her a mouthful, because we promptly sat with our 86-year-old mother right at the door - which kept opening, then stayed open because a number of people were gathering in front of the "counter", which was not occupied, who wanted a table. I think we were there for the last time. But food and drink were ok.

Went there again after 5 years, the food itself was quite good, the ambience itself was nice, but in my opinion it was far too loud and cramped. What is not good at all, however, are the long waiting times for the food. Waiter completely overwhelmed. We waited about 1.5 hours for the food, people who came after us got their food before us. The waiter came to us after 1 hour and said that we would get our food in about 5 minutes, nothing happened. After complaining, after 10 minutes and about 1.5 hours of waiting, the food arrived without the requested extra side dish on the pizza, which of course was then charged for (unfortunately we noticed it too late). There was no apology or anything. It was definitely the last time.

We were here on first Christmas Day and the place was almost packed. I have to say, price to value wise you’re really getting a lot for your money. The service on my particular day was really bad, the waiter was stressed and confused and she showed it and was kinda sassy for no reason. The pizzas are decent. There insanely huge, so huge that you almost struggle with eating them at the table. The dough balls was 350g each which is quite a lot for one person. However they’re quite dry, the outer edges has no toppings at all, so you’re mostly eating bread there, something I think they do intentionally. All in all decent, one of the better chains.

Went for dinner with my wife, unfortunately there was a long hair on both pizzas we ordered. We removed the two hairs, didn't complain, and told the friendly waitress about it. Next time please check the pizza for hairs and other things before serving it out, something like that shouldn't happen in a restaurant. This might happen with one pizza, but not with both...

The food was very tasty. The vegan cheese and the planted chicken are highly recommended. It's nice that as a vegan you can eat a pizza with cheese in a restaurant and not always just a marinara or a vegetariana without cheese. The service was very nice and attentive, even with our two children. You had to call the waitress again and again if you wanted to order something, but given the amount of customers and work, that was absolutely understandable. It's pretty loud in the restaurant, but that's not a bad thing if you know it in advance. We will come again :)

The waitress Slo was very attentive and friendly. She made it a lovely evening. The lasagne was okay, but I missed some spices. Due to the large, open interior, it is quite loud and conversations with others at a table in the immediate vicinity are somewhat difficult.

A New Year's Eve dinner in a fully booked L'Osteria. It was also necessary to reserve a table! We, 10 people, were served in a friendly and attentive manner. Communication problems with guests from America were also solved charmingly and competently. I would like to mention the young man who served us, whose name I unfortunately don't know. He contributed a lot to making us feel so comfortable. Most of us ate pizza and we loved it. The pasta dishes were also a hit. Drinks were well chilled and the wine was also very good. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The food was delicious but the service made an unusual number of mistakes. First we got the wrong drinks, then instead of a non-alcoholic wheat we were brought a normal wheat. After asking several times, we were told that it wasn't alcohol-free wheat but a normal one. Lillet was ordered, but we got a martini. I'm guessing the waitress had a bad day yesterday.

The restaurant is recommended! There are plenty of seats, so you can usually get a table. Nevertheless, I would recommend making a reservation. The food was great! And our waiter Koma was very accommodating, kept an eye on everything and was really quick! Gladly again!

We were served very friendly and the pizzas were delicious. Unfortunately, due to its size, it gets cold very quickly. The drinks are a bit overpriced. 0.75 l mineral water €7.50. Overall it was a nice evening. We had reserved in advance and if you can specify a special birthday party, I was actually expecting a little "extra" for the birthday child, otherwise you can actually save yourself the question of the occasion. A happy birthday sign or a glass of champagne would certainly make anyone celebrating their birthday there happy.
